Description

塑料地板压合成型设备 技术领域
本发明隶属一种塑料地板成型设备的创作,特别指一种利用压合方式成型塑料地板的生产设备。
背景技术
利用塑料材料制成地板,以取代天然木材,减少对自然数据的破坏,是现今塑料地板产品开发的趋势。而由现有技术可知,现有塑料地板的组成,都是最底下的基板表面再贴覆一印刷膜和耐磨膜,而一般基板为PVC材质,可利用滚轮方式将塑化地板成型,也可利用热压方式成型,但热压方式需求的人力较多,而滚轮作业自动化程度高,但压纹效果无法达到清楚、锐利的纹路结构,有加以改善的必要。
有鉴于此,本发明发明人乃针对前述现有技术上的问题深入探讨,并藉由多年从事相关产业的研发与制造经验,积极寻求解决之道,经过长期努力的研究与发展,终于成功的开发出本发明『塑料地板压合成型设备』,以改善现有技术的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,是提供一种『塑料地板压合成型设备』,其令塑料地板能以压合成型方式作自动化生产,不仅增进生产效率,同时能使塑料地板的表面纹路更为锐利,提升产品竞争质量。
缘于达成上述的创作目的,本发明提出『塑料地板压合成型设备』,于塑料地板压合成型的生产线中,设置一挤出机、辊压单元、压机单元、延时机构与拉料机构,所述设备机构并与一电控系统电性链接,而以自动化作业方式,将由一基板层、印刷层及耐磨层构成的塑料地板物料压合成型为塑料地板成品,其中:该挤出机用以成型一基板层,一端具有出料口,将该基板层向外挤出成型,并输送至该辊压单元。该辊压单元,至少包括一压延机、第一放卷机构与第二放卷机构,该第一放卷机构与第二放卷机构分别将一印刷层及耐磨层输送至该压延机,该压延机再利用若干导辊及压辊配合,将该基板层、印刷层及耐磨层辊压预贴为一体,再输送至该压机单元。该压机单元在一机架上设一下模 座,并于对应该下模座的上方利用一油压缸的伸缩轴结合一上模座,该上模座相对该下模座的外缘面上设有一可拆换的模板,该模板外板面上形成有压纹,可透过该油压缸的伸缩作动而带动上下位移,将一压力施加于该塑料地板物料上,进行压合作业。且该上模座可视生产线作业的需求,搭配设置产生高温的电热或热油循环系统,并可将高温传导至该模板,作热压式的压合作业;或者搭配使用冷却水循环系统产生冷却用的低温,并将低温传导至该模板,作冷压式的压合作业,使压纹能清楚、锐利的成型于该塑料地板物料表面。其次该延时机构设于该辊压单元与压机单元之间,至少具有一第一斜板,该第一斜板一端设于承载该塑料地板物料的定位平台上,另端的板面则呈一角度向上拱起,用以延缓塑料地板物料通过该压机单元的时间;而该拉料机构设于生产线后段,利用辊压方式带动塑料地板物料移动。藉此,利用该压机单元搭配延时机构与拉料机构的辅助,使塑料地板能以压合方式作连续生产,不仅提升压合的结构质量,更能获得清楚锐利的纹路结构,增进产品竞争力。
有关本发明所采用的技术、手段及其功效,兹举一较佳实施例并配合图式详细说明于后,相信本发明上述的目的、构造及特征,当可由之得一深入而具体的了解。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-3所示,本发明『塑料地板压合成型设备』,其构成是将一挤出机10、辊压单元20、压机单元30、延时机构40与拉料机构50设于塑料地板的生产线中,并令所述设备机构并与一电控系统60电性连接,而以自动化作业方式,将由一基板层71、印刷层72及耐磨层73构成的塑料地板物料70压合成型为塑料地板成品,其中:
该挤出机10为一般的塑料挤出机器,可以PVC塑料为原料,视产品需求再添发泡剂,一端具有出料口11,用以将该基板层71向外挤出成型,并输送至该辊压单元20。
该辊压单元20至少包括一压延机21、第一放卷机构22与第二放卷机构23,该第一放卷机构22与第二放卷机构23分别将该印刷层72及耐磨层73输送至该压延机21。该压延机21可为水平式的三辊、四辊或五辊结构,其构成为一机架24一侧设置上下相对的第一、第二输送辊25A、25B,另一侧设一镜面辊26及压贴辊27,用以将经由该挤出机10成型后输送的基板层71,以及由该二放卷机构22、23输送的印刷层72及耐磨层73辊压预贴为一体,再输送至该压机单元30,缘于该辊压单元20乃一般已知机器,不再赘述。
该压机单元30为一机架31上设一下模座32,并于对应该下模座32的上方利用一油压缸34的伸缩轴341结合一上模座33,该上模座33相对该下模座32的外缘面上设有一可拆换的模板35,该模板35外板面上形成有图案、纹路或文字的压纹图中未显示,可透过该油压缸34的伸缩轴341带动上下位移,并在下降时,将一压力施加于该塑料地板物料70上,进行压合作业。
又,该上模座33内部可设置一电热器36产生高温,或者装设一循环回路图中未显示引导热油循环产生高温,而将高温传导至该模板33,令该压机单元30以热压方式将塑料地板物料70黏合为一体。或者,当该塑料地板物料70在预贴过程中,若该基板层71因挤出成型后的温度较高,不须以热压方式压合成型时,可在该上模座33内搭配设置冷却水循环系统产生冷却用的低温,并将低温传导至该模板,令该压机单元30能以冷压方式将塑料地板物料70压合为一体。
该延时机构40设于该辊压单元20与压机单元30之间,至少具有一第 一斜板41,该第一斜板41一端设于承载该塑料地板物料的定位平台43上,另端的板面则呈一角度向上拱起,用以延缓塑料地板物料70通过该压机单元30的时间。在实施例的设计上,该延时机构40可于该第一斜板41相对端设一第二斜板42,该第一、第二斜板41、42相对的一端呈一角度结合,而呈现一体式的固定结构。
或者,如图2-3所示,该延时机构40可由该第一斜板41搭配一第一动力源44作活动式的结构设计;该第一斜板41一端枢组于该定位平台43,另端背面与该第一动力源44结合,该第一动力源44可为油压缸或气压缸,设于该第一斜板41下方,其上端凸设有一伸缩杆441,该伸缩杆441外端与该第一斜板41的背面利用一连杆442作可作角度偏摆的枢动式连结,令该压机单元30针对塑料地板物料70进行每次约10秒钟的压合作业时,该第一斜板41一端可受该第一动力源44的伸缩杆441带动向上升起,使连续输送的塑料地板物料70会在该第一斜板41处产生延迟堆积效果;当该压机单元30压合作业完毕时,该第一斜板41可选择被该第一动力源44带动下降,透过该拉料机构50带动该塑料地板物料70移动,其推积的高度也会自动下降。另外,基于使用的需求,该第一斜板41相对侧可再设一第二斜板图中未显示,并于该第二斜板下方设一第二动力源,该第二动力源的结构与该第一动力源44相同,该第二斜板一端枢固于该定位平台43,另端背面与该第二动力源的伸缩杆连结,令该第二斜板可被该第二动力源带动向上升起或下降,进一步利用该第二斜板配合该第一斜板44上升,而加强塑料地板物料延迟堆积的效果。
该拉料机构50可设于生产线中段或后段,一机架51上设置二上下相对的辊轮52,该二辊轮52可被马达带动,且其转动、停止及转速利用该电控系统60控制,而以辊压方式带动塑料地板物料70位移。亦即该拉料机构50的转速可配合该压机单元30的作动,当该上模座33向下压合于该塑料地板物料70上,并停止约十秒的作业时间,该拉料机构50会自动停止,当压合作业完毕,该上模座33上升后,该拉料机构50会再次转动,持续进行拉料作业,将塑料地板物料70输送至压机单元30内作压合作业。
据此,本发明于塑料地板的生产线中,利用该压机单元30搭配延时机构40与拉料机构50的辅助,使塑料地板能以压合方式作连续生产,不仅提升压合的结构质量,更能获得清楚锐利的纹路结构,增进产品竞争力。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离以下所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修改,变化,或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种塑料地板压合成型设备,其特征在于,至少包含一挤出机、辊压单元、压机单元、延时机构与拉料机构,所述设备机构并与一电控系统电性链接,而以自动化作业方式,将由一基板层、印刷层及耐磨层构成的塑料地板物料压合成型为塑料地板成品,其中:
    该挤出机用以成型一基板层,所述挤出机一端具有出料口,将该基板层向外挤出成型,并输送至该辊压单元;
    该辊压单元,至少包括一压延机、第一放卷机构与第二放卷机构,该第一放卷机构与第二放卷机构分别将一印刷层及耐磨层输送至该压延机,该压延机再利用若干导辊及压辊配合,将该基板层、印刷层及耐磨层辊压预贴为一体,再输送至该压机单元;
    该压机单元,包括一下模座,该下模座上方利用一油压缸的伸缩轴结合一上模座,该上模座对应该下模座的外缘面上设有一模板,该模板外板面上形成有压纹,可透过油压缸的伸缩轴带动而上下位移,而将一压力施加于该塑料地板物料上,使其黏合为一体,并将压纹清楚、锐利的成型于该塑料地板物料表面;
    该延时机构,设于该辊压单元与压机单元之间,至少具有一第一斜板,该第一斜板一端系设于承载该塑料地板物料的定位平台上,另端的板面则呈一角度向上拱起,用以延缓塑料地板物料通过该压机单元的时间;
    该拉料机构,设于生产线后段,利用辊压方式带动塑料地板物料移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料地板压合成型设备,其特征在于,该延时机构于该第一斜板相对端设一第二斜板,该第一、第二斜板相对的一端呈一角度结合,而呈现一体式的固定结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料地板压合成型设备,其特征在于,该延时机构由该第一斜板搭配一第一动力源作活动式的结构设计,该第一斜板一端枢组于该定位平台,另端背面与该第一动力源结合,该第一动力源为油压缸或气压缸,设于该第一斜板下方,其上端凸设有一伸缩杆,该伸缩杆外端与该第一斜板的背面连结,当该压机单元进行压合作业时,该第一斜板一端可受该第一动力源的伸缩杆带动向上升起或下降,使塑料地板物料会在该第一斜板处产生延迟堆积效果;当该压机单元压合作业完毕时,透过该拉料机构带动该塑料地板 物料移动时,其推积的高度会自动下降。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料地板压合成型设备,其特征在于,该压机单元的上模座可利用电热或引导热油循环产生高温,并将高温传导至该模板,令该压机单元以热压方式将塑料地板物料黏合为一体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料地板压合成型设备,其特征在于,该压机单元的上模座使用冷却水循环系统产生冷却用的低温,并将低温传导至该模板,令该压机单元以冷压方式将塑料地板物料压合为一体。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料地板压合成型设备,其特征在于,该拉料机构为一机架上设置二上下相对的辊轮,该二辊轮的转动、停止及转速利用该电控系统控制,而以辊压方式带动塑料地板物料位移;又该拉料机构的转速可配合该压机单元的作动,当该上模座向下移动至该塑料地板物料上,并停止数秒作压合作业时,该拉料机构会自动停止,当压合作业完毕,该上模座上升后,该拉料机构会再次转动,将塑料地板物料输送至压机单元内作压合作业。
