Description
本发明涉及一种压花设备,尤其涉及一种多辊平板圆筒压花机。
压花是指对材料表面进行处理并加工出花纹,目前,圆柱筒状材料都是采用手工进行印花,自动化程度低,工作效率低,手工印花压力不均匀,容易导致加工出的花纹深浅不一,压花效果差,难以达到客户的指定标准,满足不了企业的生产需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种压花效果好的多辊平板圆筒压花机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:多辊平板圆筒压花机,包括:机架,在所述机架的两侧上端对称设置有纵向滑槽,移动架的下端两侧分别通过滑块滑动设置在纵向滑槽内,在其中一个滑块的上端设置有第一齿条,在所述机架内设置有第一驱动电机,在所述第一驱动电机的电机轴上设置有与第一齿条相互配合的第一齿轮,在所述移动架的上端两侧对称设置有第一气缸,在所述第一气缸的活塞杆上分别设置有轴承座,圆筒的两端分别通过转轴转动设置在轴承座上,在其中一根转轴一侧的移动架上设置有第二气缸,在所述第
二气缸的活塞杆上设置有顶针,在所述其中一根转轴上设置有与顶针相互配合的顶针孔,在另外一根转轴一侧的移动架上设置有横向滑槽,在所述横向滑槽内滑动设置有与其相互配合的L型滑块,所述L型滑块与第三气缸的活塞杆相连接,所述第三气缸固定设置在移动架上,在所述L型滑块上设置有第二驱动电机,在所述第二驱动电机的电机轴上设置有卡块,在所述另外一根转轴上设置有与卡块相互配合的卡槽,在所述圆筒下端设置有压花板,在所述机架的上端两侧对称设置有纵向滑轨,压花板的两端分别通过滑座滑动设置在纵向滑轨上,在其中一个滑座内设置有第二齿条,在所述机架内设置有第三驱动电机,在所述第三驱动电机的电机轴上设置有与第二齿条相互配合的第二齿轮。
本发明的优点是:上述多辊平板圆筒压花机,能够对圆柱筒状材料实现自动压花,自动化程度高,工作效率高,压花压力均匀,加工出来的花纹能够达到客户指定标准,压花效果好,满足了企业的生产需求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,多辊平板圆筒压花机,包括:机架1,在所述机架1的两侧上端对称设置有纵向滑槽2,移动架3的下端两侧分别通过滑块4滑动设置在纵向滑槽2内,在其中一个滑块4的上端设置有第一齿条5,在所述机架1内设置有第一驱动电机6,在所述第一驱动电机6的电机轴7上设置有与第一齿条5相互配合的第一齿轮8,在所述移动架3的上端两侧对称设置有第一气缸9,在所述第一气缸9的活塞杆10上分别设置有轴承座11,圆筒12的两端分别通过转轴13转动设置在轴承座11上,在其中一根转轴13一侧的移动架3上设置有第二气缸14,在所述第二气缸14的活塞杆15上设置有顶针16,在所述其中一根转轴13上设置有与顶针16相互配合的顶针孔17,在另外一根转轴13一侧的移动架3上设置有横向滑槽18,在所述横向滑槽18内滑动设置有与其相互配合的L型滑块19,所述L型滑块19与第三气缸20的活塞杆21相连接,所述第三气缸20固定设置在移动架3上,在所述L型滑块19上设置有第二驱动电机22,在所述第二驱动电机22的电机轴23上设置有卡块24,在所述另外一根转轴13上设置有与卡块24相互配合的卡槽25,在所述圆筒12下端设置有压花板26,在所述机架1的上端两侧对称设置有纵向滑轨27,压花板26的两端分别通过滑座
28滑动设置在纵向滑轨27上,在其中一个滑座28内设置有第二齿条29,在所述机架1内设置有第三驱动电机30,在所述第三驱动电机30的电机轴31上设置有与第二齿条29相互配合的第二齿轮32。
上述多辊平板圆筒压花机使用时,将圆柱筒状工件33安装在圆筒12上,启动第一气缸9,第一气缸9的活塞杆10推动轴承座11向下运动,轴承座11带动转轴13向下运动,转轴13带动圆筒12向下运动,从而带动圆筒12上的圆柱筒状工件33向下运动至与压花板26相抵,启动第二气缸14,第二气缸14的活塞杆15向右移动带动顶针16插入到其中一根转轴13内的顶针孔17内,启动第三气缸20,第三气缸20的活塞杆21推动L型滑块19在横向滑槽18内向左滑动,L型滑块19带动第二驱动电机22向左移动,第二驱动电机22的电机轴23带动卡块24向左移动插入到另外一根转轴13内的卡槽25内,同时启动第一驱动电机6、第二驱动电机22和第三驱动电机30,第一驱动电机6的转动方向与第三驱动电机30的方向相反,第一驱动电机6的电机轴7带动第一齿轮8转动,第一齿轮8带动与其相互配合的第一齿条5向前移动,第一齿条5带动滑块4在纵向滑槽2内向前滑动,滑块4带动移动架3向前移动,移动架3通过第一气缸9带动圆筒12上的圆柱筒状工件33向前移动,同时,移动架上的第二气缸14、第三气缸20、第二驱动电机22随着移动架一起向前移动;第二驱动电机22的电机轴23带动卡块24转动,卡块24通过与其相互配合的卡槽24带动右侧的转轴13转动,右侧的转轴13圆筒12上的圆柱筒状工件33转
动,圆筒12带动左侧的转轴13在顶针16上转动;由于第一驱动电机6的转动方向与第三驱动电机30的方向相反,第三驱动电机30的电机轴31带动第二齿轮32反向转动,第二齿轮32带动与其相互配合的第二齿条29向后移动,第二齿条29带动滑座28向后移动,从而带动压花板26向后移动;此时,圆筒12上的圆柱筒状工件33与压花板26相抵并向前移动进行压花,圆筒12上的圆柱筒状工件33与压花板26相抵并自转进行压花,压花板26与圆筒12上的圆柱筒状工件33并向后移动进行压花,三种方式同时进行。
上述多辊平板圆筒压花机,能够对圆柱筒状材料实现自动压花,自动化程度高,工作效率高,压花压力均匀,加工出来的花纹能够达到客户指定标准,压花效果好,满足了企业的生产需求。
