Description

一种超声波电子烟雾化器及该电子烟 技术领域
本发明属于电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种超声波电子烟雾化器及该电子烟。
背景技术
目前,市场上的超声波电子烟雾化器包括外壳,外壳一端连有吸嘴组件,外壳侧壁上开设进气口,外壳内设有进气通道、出气通道和用于超声雾化烟油的超声雾化片,其中进气口、进气通道、超声雾化片的雾化区域、出气通道及吸嘴组件依次连通;外壳内还设有油仓和用于连通油仓与超声雾化片雾化面的导油棉。现有的超声波电子烟雾化器具有以下缺点:
第一,气流通道设置不合理:超声雾化片的雾化区域正对出气通道的入口,气流从超声雾化片的侧面进入,再从出气通道流至吸嘴组件。由于出气通道垂直于超声雾化片,因而超声雾化片雾化烟油时产生的烟雾直喷用户口腔,烟雾中的大颗粒烟油也会飞溅至用户口腔,烟雾口感差;同时,由于大颗粒烟油温度较高,容易烫伤口腔;再者,用户手持电子烟吸食时,手部容易堵住外壳侧壁上的进气口,堵塞进气通道,用户体验差。
第二,导油棉为单层结构,由于超声雾化片的中心位置为雾化的核心区域,超声雾化片的中心位置雾化温度最高,振幅最大。单层导油棉在超声雾化片的中心位置老化很快,在较短时间内就会被震穿,从而导致超声雾化片的中心位置没有导油棉覆盖,雾化的烟雾量变小,超声雾化片的寿命下降。
第三,油路无法关断,超声雾化片表面容易出现积油现象。尤其是在长期不使用时,烟油会不断向超声雾化片渗透,造成漏油和泡油现象,导致超声雾化片雾化启动速度慢。
发明内容
现有的超声波电子烟雾化器气流通道设置不合理,导油棉容易被烧坏,容易漏油和泡油。本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种改进了的超声波电子烟雾化器及该电子烟,气流通道设置合理,烟雾不直接喷射至用户口腔,避免出现吸食到烟雾中的大颗粒烟油或烫伤口腔的现象,同时进气孔不易被手堵塞;导油棉使用寿命长,烟雾量大,超声雾化片使用寿命长;可以关断油路,不易出现漏油及泡油现象,雾化启动速度快。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种超声波电子烟雾化器,包括外壳,外壳一端连有吸嘴组件,外壳内设有进气通道、出气通道和超声雾化片,其中进气通道、超声雾化片的雾化区域、出气通道依次连通;其结构特点是进气通道的出口与超声雾化片的雾化区域相对;所述吸嘴组件包括安装在外壳一端的吸嘴座、吸嘴座上与出气通道相连通的吸气部,所述吸气部上靠近吸嘴座的一端开设与进气通道相连通的进气口。
借由上述结构,气流通道设置合理:在吸烟时,进气气流方向与超声雾化片烟雾喷出方向相反,从而使得超声雾化片溅起的大颗粒烟油被进气气流带回雾化区域重新雾化,烟油利用率高,颗粒较小的烟雾随气流被使用者吸入口中,吸入口中的烟雾比较细腻;同时,还能避免出现吸食到烟雾中的大颗粒烟油或烫伤口腔的现象,抽吸体验好。再者,由于进气口开于吸气部上靠近吸嘴座的一端,因而进气口不会被手部堵住,用户体验好。
作为一种优选方式,所述进气通道与超声雾化片雾化区域的中心相对,进气 通道垂直于超声雾化片。
为提高大颗粒烟油随气流带回雾化区域重新雾化的效果,进气通道与超声雾化片雾化区域的中心相对,进气通道垂直于超声雾化片设置。
进一步地,外壳内还设有油仓和用于连通油仓与超声雾化片雾化面的导油棉,所述导油棉与超声雾化片雾化面之间夹设雾化棉。
由于增设了雾化棉,因此超声雾化片中心位置对应设有两层棉,既可以保证传导烟油量,又可以防止导油棉快速被高频振荡震烂,使导油棉的使用寿命延长,超声雾化片的使用寿命和整个雾化器的使用寿命均延长。
作为一种优选方式,外壳内还设有油仓和用于连通油仓与超声雾化片雾化面的导油棉,所述外壳内还设有连接套,所述连接套内设有进气管,所述连接套侧壁顶部开设连通进气口与进气管的过气孔;所述连接套内还设有相互套接的内套管和外套管,所述导油棉为杯状,导油棉的侧壁夹设于内套管与外套管之间;所述连接套上开设第一过油孔,所述外套管上开设第二过油孔,油仓、第一过油孔、第二过油孔、导油棉依次导通;所述内套管内壁与进气管外壁之间形成出气通道,所述连接套顶面开设连通出气通道与吸气部的出气孔。
进一步地,所述第一过油孔与第二过油孔等高设置,所述吸嘴组件可带动连接套相对外套管侧壁旋转。
借由上述结构,当不吸烟时,利用吸嘴组件带动连接套相对外套管侧壁旋转,使得第一过油孔和第二过油孔错位,切断导油棉与油仓之间的油路,避免出现漏油和泡油现象,超声雾化片雾化启动速度快。
进一步地,还包括弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与内套管内侧壁的台阶部相抵接,弹簧的另一端与导油棉内底面相抵接。
弹簧可以保证导油棉与超声雾化片之间连接可靠。
作为另一种优选方式,所述进气通道的中心线与超声雾化片的中心线之间的夹角为β,β的取值范围为5°~85°;β的取值范围优选为45°~70°。
进一步地,所述出气通道的入口与超声雾化片的雾化区域相对,出气通道的中心线与超声雾化片的中心线之间的夹角为α,α的取值范围为5°~85°;α的取值范围优选为45°~70°。
借由上述结构,烟雾喷射方向在进气通道中心线上的分量方向与进气方向正好相反,从而使得大颗粒烟油受到气流流动方向的力而返回并被重新雾化,细小颗粒的烟雾被送至用户口腔,提升烟雾口感,烟油利用率高。在静置时,气道壁上的大颗粒烟油在重力作用下,跌落至超声雾化片的雾化面,可以再次雾化。超声雾化片喷出烟雾的方向与出气通道的中心线之间形成夹角α,从而烟雾不直接喷射至用户口腔,通过出气通道侧壁遮挡大颗粒烟油,避免出现吸食到烟雾中的大颗粒烟油或烫伤口腔的现象,烟雾口感好,用户体验好。
作为一种优选方式,所述外壳内设有通气管,通气管的底部与超声雾化片的雾化区域相对,通气管的顶部与吸嘴组件相连通;所述通气管内设有将通气管分隔成第一空腔和第二空腔的隔板;第一空腔形成所述进气通道,第二空腔形成所述出气通道。
进一步地,所述通气管底部还连有硅胶件,所述硅胶件上开设连通超声雾化片雾化区域与第一空腔的第一通孔、连通超声雾化片雾化区域与第二空腔的第二通孔,所述硅胶件上对应隔板的位置还设有可随气流飘动的薄片;抽吸烟雾时,该薄片与出气通道侧壁之间形成过气间隙。
借由上述结构,在吸烟的过程中,薄片随气体流动的方向而向出气通道入口方向飘动,从而薄片可以遮挡一部分随烟雾喷出的大颗粒烟油。由于抽吸烟雾时,薄片与出气通道侧壁之间形成过气间隙,因而该薄片不会遮挡出气通道的烟雾入 口。
作为一种优选方式,所述通气管的中心线与外壳的中心线平行;所述外壳底部通过连接座与底座相连,所述超声雾化片通过硅胶座固设于底座上;所述外壳内还设有油仓、连通该油仓和超声雾化片雾化面的导油结构。
上述结构的雾化器结构简单,组装方便。
作为一种优选方式,所述导油结构包括储油棉和杯状雾化棉,所述通气管下段外套设雾化芯内套管,杯状雾化棉套设于雾化芯内套管外,储油棉套设于雾化芯外套管与杯状雾化棉之间,杯状雾化棉外底面与超声雾化片相接;所述雾化芯外套管侧壁上开设连通油仓与储油棉的出油孔。
进一步地,所述杯状雾化棉内还设有弹簧,该弹簧的底端与杯状雾化棉内底面相抵接,弹簧的顶端与雾化芯内套管内侧壁上的台阶部相抵接。
弹簧可以保证杯状雾化棉与超声雾化片接触良好,雾化效果好,烟雾量大。
作为一种优选方式,所述连接座上设有油盖部,所述油盖部顶面、外壳内侧壁、通气管外侧壁、雾化芯外套管外侧壁之间围成所述油仓;所述硅胶座边沿与油盖部底面相抵接。
当底座和连接座连接后,硅胶座边沿与油盖部底面相抵接,使得超声雾化片雾化产生的烟雾不乱窜。
基于同一个发明构思,本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括电源和所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,所述电源与超声雾化片电连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明气流通道设置合理,雾化产生的烟雾不直接喷射至用户口腔,避免出现吸食到烟雾中的大颗粒烟油或烫伤口腔的现象,烟雾口感好,烟油利用率高,进气口不会被手堵塞;增设了一层雾化棉,延长了超声雾化片和雾化器的使用寿命;油路可以关断,避免出现漏油和泡油现象,雾化启动速度快;结构简单,组装方便,用户体验好。

所述进气通道4与超声雾化片1雾化区域的中心相对,进气通道4垂直于超声雾化片1。
外壳2内还设有油仓6和用于连通油仓6与超声雾化片1雾化面的导油棉7,所述导油棉7与超声雾化片1雾化面之间夹设雾化棉8。

如图6至图9所示,超声波电子烟雾化器实施例二包括外壳2,外壳2一端连有吸嘴组件3,外壳2内设有进气通道4、出气通道5和超声雾化片1,其中进气通道4、超声雾化片1的雾化区域、出气通道5依次连通;其特征在于,进气通道4的出口与超声雾化片1的雾化区域相对;所述吸嘴组件3包括安装在外壳2一端的吸嘴座301、吸嘴座301上与出气通道5相连通的吸气部302,所述吸气部302上靠近吸嘴座301的一端开设与进气通道4相连通的进气口303。
所述进气通道4的中心线与超声雾化片1的中心线之间的夹角为β,β的取值范围为5°~85°;β的取值范围优选为45°~70°。

进气通道4的气体出口应尽量设置在超声雾化片1雾化区域的中间位置,使得大颗粒烟油尽可能地跌落在杯状雾化棉8上。
所述杯状雾化棉8内还设有弹簧13,该弹簧13的底端与杯状雾化棉8内底面相抵接,弹簧13的顶端与内套管11内侧壁上的台阶部相抵接。
所述连接座25上设有油盖部2501,所述油盖部2501顶面、外壳2内侧壁、通气管201外侧壁、外套管12外侧壁之间围成所述油仓6;所述硅胶座27边沿与油盖部2501底面相抵接。所述内套管11与通气管201之间还套设用于密封烟油的硅胶环30。
所述底座26内设有内电极29,内电极29与底座26之间通过绝缘环20绝缘连接。
如图8所示,整个雾化器由储油组件Ⅰ和雾化组件Ⅱ构成。连接座25和底座26之间为螺接,从而实现储油组件Ⅰ与雾化组件Ⅱ的可拆卸相连。底座26底部设有外螺纹,以方便与电池组件可拆卸相连。
本发明所述电子烟包括电源和所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,所述电源与超声雾化片1电连接。
实施例三
图10和图11中示出雾化器实施例三的结构,实施例三重复实施例二,区别在于,所述通气管201底部还连有硅胶件23,所述硅胶件23上开设连通超声雾化片1雾化区域与第一空腔的第一通孔2301、连通超声雾化片1雾化区域与第二空腔的第二通孔2302,所述硅胶件23上对应隔板202的位置还设有可随气流飘动的薄片2303。如图11所示,抽吸烟雾时,薄片2303与出气通道5侧壁之间形成过气间隙24。图11中实线箭头所示方向为超声雾化片1雾化烟油产生烟雾的喷出方向。图11中虚线箭头所示方向为气流走向。

  6. 如权利要求4所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,还包括弹簧(13),所述弹簧(13)的一端与内套管(11)内侧壁的台阶部相抵接,弹簧(13)的另一端与导油棉(7)内底面相抵接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述进气通道(4)的中心线与超声雾化片(1)的中心线之间的夹角为β,β的取值范围为5°~85°;β的取值范围优选为45°~70°。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述出气通道(5)的入口与超声雾化片(1)的雾化区域相对,出气通道(5)的中心线与超声雾化片(1)的中心线之间的夹角为α,α的取值范围为5°~85°;α的取值范围优选为45°~70°。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)内设有通气管(201),通气管(201)的底部与超声雾化片(1)的雾化区域相对,通气管(201)的顶部与吸嘴组件(3)相连通;所述通气管(201)内设有将通气管(201)分隔成第一空腔和第二空腔的隔板(202);第一空腔形成所述进气通道(4),第二空腔形成所述出气通道(5)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气管(201)底部还连有硅胶件(23),所述硅胶件(23)上开设连通超声雾化片(1) 雾化区域与第一空腔的第一通孔(2301)、连通超声雾化片(1)雾化区域与第二空腔的第二通孔(2302),所述硅胶件(23)上对应隔板(202)的位置还设有可随气流飘动的薄片(2303);抽吸烟雾时,该薄片(2303)与出气通道(5)侧壁之间形成过气间隙(24)。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述通气管(201)的中心线与外壳(2)的中心线平行;所述外壳(2)底部通过连接座(25)与底座(26)相连,所述超声雾化片(1)通过硅胶座(27)固设于底座(26)上;所述外壳(2)内还设有油仓(6)、连通该油仓(6)和超声雾化片(1)雾化面的导油结构。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述导油结构包括储油棉(28)和杯状雾化棉(8),所述通气管(201)下段外套设内套管(11),杯状雾化棉(8)套设于内套管(11)外,储油棉(28)套设于外套管(12)与杯状雾化棉(8)之间,杯状雾化棉(8)外底面与超声雾化片(1)相接;所述外套管(12)侧壁上开设连通油仓(6)与储油棉(28)的出油孔(1201)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述杯状雾化棉(8)内还设有弹簧(13),该弹簧(13)的底端与杯状雾化棉(8)内底面相抵接,弹簧(13)的顶端与内套管(11)内侧壁上的台阶部相抵接。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,其特征在于,所述连接座(25)上设有油盖部(2501),所述油盖部(2501)顶面、外壳(2)内侧壁、通气管(201)外侧壁、外套管(12)外侧壁之间围成所述油仓(6);所述硅胶座(27)边沿与油盖部(2501)底面相抵接。
  15. 一种电子烟,包括电源,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至14任一项所述的超声波电子烟雾化器,所述电源与超声雾化片(1)电连接。
