本发明公开了一种灯具的级连结构,包括灯具后盖和接线端子,该灯具后盖的前端面形成开口,该灯具后盖的后端面上设有两个凹槽,该凹槽在该灯具后盖的侧面上形成缺口,该接线端子的数量是两个并分别位于两个凹槽当中,该接线端子朝向所述缺口的侧面上设有接线孔,导线可通过该缺口伸入到该凹槽当中并插入该接线孔;还包括分别盖住两个接线端子的压盖。设置两个接线端子,并且两个接线端子分开设置,可以适配不同型号的导线,使用方便。该压盖与该灯具后盖通过防退卡齿和限位卡齿相互卡接,组装方便、快捷。该压盖下底面、该缺口底部的压线卡齿可以夹持导线,具有防拉效果。

Description

灯具的级连结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具的级连结构,特别是涉及一种筒灯的级连结构。
背景技术
传统灯具的级连结构要求导线的型号大小要完全相同,若相邻灯具上游级连结构和下游级连结构的线型不同,就无法同时固定住导线两端,因此,灯具适配性差,使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种灯具的级连结构,其克服了背景技术所存在的不足。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
灯具的级连结构,包括灯具后盖和接线端子,该灯具后盖的前端面形成开口,该灯具后盖的后端面上设有两个凹槽,该凹槽在该灯具后盖的侧面上形成缺口,两个接线端子分别位于两个凹槽当中,该接线端子朝向所述缺口的侧面上设有接线孔,导线可通过该缺口伸入到该凹槽当中并插入该接线孔;还包括分别盖住两个接线端子的压盖。
一较佳实施例之中:该压盖底部的两侧分别设有插脚,该凹槽底面上对应该插脚设有插孔,该插脚上设有防退卡齿,该插孔侧壁上设有与该防退卡齿配合卡接的限位卡齿。
一较佳实施例之中:该压盖的侧壁和该凹槽的侧壁上设有可相互配合的导轨组件。
一较佳实施例之中:该导轨组件包括分别设置在该压盖侧壁和该凹槽侧壁的凸筋和导槽。
一较佳实施例之中:该压盖的下底面设有压线卡齿。
一较佳实施例之中:该缺口的底部设有压线卡齿。
一较佳实施例之中:该接线端子是按压式接线端子。
一较佳实施例之中:所述灯具是筒灯,所述灯具后盖是筒灯后盖。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.设置两个接线端子,并且两个接线端子分开设置,可以适配不同型号的导线,使用方便。
2.该压盖与该灯具后盖通过防退卡齿和限位卡齿相互卡接,组装方便、快捷。
3.该压盖下底面、该缺口底部的压线卡齿可以夹持导线,具有防拉效果。
4.该机构无螺丝化,全程装配无需用到螺丝,有效提高装配速度,节省时间。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3,灯具的级连结构包括一灯具后盖10、两个接线端子20及两个压盖30。该灯具后盖10的前端面形成开口,用于装入光源、驱动及透镜。该灯具后盖10的后端面上设有两个凹槽11,该凹槽11在该灯具后盖的侧面上形成缺口。两个接线端子20分别位于两个凹槽11当中,该接线端子20朝向所述缺口的侧面上设有接线孔,导线可通过该缺口伸入到该凹槽11当中并插入该接线孔。两个压盖30分别盖住两个接线端子20。本实施例当中,所述灯具是筒灯。
该压盖30底部的两侧分别设有插脚32,该插脚32上设有防退卡齿34;该凹槽11底面上对应该插脚设有插孔12,该插孔12侧壁上设有与该防退卡齿配合卡接的限位卡齿13;该压盖30与该灯具后盖10卡接。所述插脚32上防退卡齿34为多级卡齿。
该压盖30的侧壁和该凹槽11的侧壁上设有可相互配合的导轨组件。该导轨组件包括分别设置在该压盖30侧壁和该凹槽11侧壁的凸筋41和导槽42。
该压盖30的下底面设有压线上卡齿36,该缺口的底部设有压线下卡齿14,上下卡齿36、14配合可夹住导线。
为防止导线滑动,还设有第二下卡齿15,第二下卡齿15与下卡齿14平行设置,第二下卡齿15与下卡齿14之间为压线板16,插孔12位于压线板16的两侧边。
优选地,该接线端子20是按压式接线端子。
本实施例当中,灯具后盖10是筒灯后盖,筒灯的后盖是级连结构的一部分,级连接装直接与筒灯结合在一起形成一体式的结构。
所述灯具后盖10安装在筒灯本体50上,其前端突出有一让位空间51,以方便压 盖30插脚32由灯具后盖10上的插孔12伸出定位。
使用时,两种不同的直径的导线可以分别接入两个接线端子20,由于压盖30插脚32上设有多级防退卡齿34,使得不同直径的导线均可固定。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种灯具的级连结构,设置有两个接线端子,并且两个接线端子分开设置,可以适配不同型号的导线,使用方便。其压盖与该灯具后盖通过防退卡齿和限位卡齿相互卡接,组装方便、快捷。应用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 灯具的级连结构,包括灯具后盖和接线端子,该灯具后盖的前端面形成开口,其特征在于:该灯具后盖的后端面上设有两个凹槽,该凹槽在该灯具后盖的侧面上形成缺口,两个接线端子分别位于两个凹槽当中,该接线端子朝向所述缺口的侧面上设有接线孔,导线可通过该缺口伸入到该凹槽当中并插入该接线孔;还包括分别盖住两个接线端子的压盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该压盖底部的两侧分别设有插脚,该凹槽底面上对应该插脚设有插孔,该插脚上设有防退卡齿,该插孔侧壁上设有与该防退卡齿配合卡接的限位卡齿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该防退卡齿为多级卡齿。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该压盖的侧壁和该凹槽的侧壁上设有可相互配合的导轨组件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该导轨组件包括分别设置在该压盖侧壁和该凹槽侧壁的凸筋和导槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该压盖的下底面设有压线上卡齿。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该缺口的底部设有压线下卡齿。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该缺口的底部还设有第二下卡齿,第二下卡齿与下卡齿平行设置,第二下卡齿与下卡齿之间为压线板,插孔位于压线板的两侧边。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:该接线端子是按压式接线端子。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:所述灯具是筒灯,所述灯具后盖是筒灯后盖。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具的级连结构,其特征在于:所述灯具后盖安装在筒灯本体上,其前端突出有一让位空间,以方便压盖插脚由灯具后盖上的插孔伸出定位。
