本发明属于清洗设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置。
目前的超声波清洗需要在液体中传播以便达到对被清洗物品进行清洗的效果。而现有技术中,超声波清洗技术是将超声波清洗机作为容器,待清洗的部件浸泡其中,在超声波的作用下达到清洁的目的。
但是,与刚性物品表面污渍易于震动掉落不同的是,衣物一般由各种纤维制成,质地柔软,具有吸收超声波的效果,壁挂式超声波洗涤装置在洗涤衣物时,超声波的损耗大;此外,目前壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的一般是通过超声波换能器发出的高频超声波清洗设备振动清洗槽的液体产生许多微小高频的气泡,这些小气泡不断的击打被清洗衣物的表面,与被清洗衣物表面的污渍,油渍等产生共振,使污渍,油渍脱落。而衣物这类的布质,棉质产品的污渍是吸附在其内部,或者已经渗入其分子或原子组织当中,高频气泡击打是只能在衣物的表面产生共振,因此壁挂式超声波洗涤装置清洗对直接放置在清洗槽中的衣物的清洗效果有限,对局部顽固污渍效果更不理想。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。

实施例一
如图1至图6所示,本实施例提供一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,包括:安装在墙体上的本体100;
超声波发生装置200,具有产生超声波振动的超声波振动端;
用于装盛洗涤液体的清洗槽400,所述超声波振动端朝向清洗槽400,所述清洗槽400可拆卸的设置在本体100上。
本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置可以固定在墙体上,与墙体固定安装,也可以安装在固定板上等适于安装使用的位置,只要能够实现壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的功能即可。
壁挂式超声波洗涤装置可以清洗衣物的某些不容易被清洗的部位,如衣领、袖口,衣服边缘等,也可以清洗衣物或柔软材质的物品局部的污渍。用户的衣物上意外沾染污渍时,穿着衣物也可以及时处理,避免污渍沉积,可应用于多种场所。
超声波发生装置200可以设置在本体上,与清洗槽上下对应设置,也可以单独设置,也可以固定在墙体上等,便于移动,便于安装,便于清洗。
优选的方案,所述的超声波振动端位于清洗槽400上方;待洗衣物置于超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间并被洗涤液体浸润,同时待洗衣物的上表面与超声波振动端接触,以进行清洗。
本实施例的超声波发生装置200和清洗槽400安装在壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的本体100上,上下对应设置。至少局部的待洗衣物5置于超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间后,待洗衣物5被清洗槽400中的洗涤液体7浸润,可以完全浸润,也可以部分浸润;浸润后的待洗衣物5的上表面与超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端接触,超声波发生装置200工作时,待洗衣物5的污渍与超声波振动端产生共振,同时共振可以直达衣物纤维的深层,衣物表面和深层的顽固污渍都可以随超声波振动波的共振而掉落,因此除污渍的效果更佳。
本实施例的衣物不需要完全浸泡在清洗槽400中,只需要浸润后与超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端接触达到共振,从而达到彻底清洗的效果。由于本方案仅需要将衣物浸润,不需要将超声发生装置置于液体中产生共振,因此仅需要少量的液体,需要的清洗槽400也较浅,其深度仅需要大于较厚的衣物即可。因此清洗槽400的体积需求很小,仅需要很少量的水便可以达到很好的清洗效果,既可以节省占用空间,又可以大大节省用水量,清洗过程方便快捷。
超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端与清洗槽400中的液面接触或具有一定的间距,所述的间距满足当待洗衣物5的上表面与超声波振动端接触时,至少待洗衣物5的下表面与洗涤液体7的液面接触。
本方案的液面可以为设定的洗涤液体7进入清洗槽400后达到的固定高度的液面,液面的高度可以根据清洗槽400的规格大小进行设定。
超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端与清洗槽400中的液面接触时,待洗衣物5完全浸润在清洗槽400中,同时待洗衣物5的上表面与超声波振动端接触。超声波发生装置200工作时,超声波振动直达衣物,既减少了超声波的消耗,同时其发出的高频超声波振动待洗衣物5中浸润的液体,产生许多微小高频的气泡,这些小气泡不断的击打被清洗衣物的表面和内层,与被清洗衣物表面和内层的污渍等产生共振,使污渍脱落。
超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端与清洗槽400中的液面具有一定的间距时,该间距最大需要满足当待洗衣物5的上表面与超声波振动端接触时,待洗衣物5的下表面与洗涤液体7的液面接触。如此可以保证待洗衣物5可以持续浸润洗涤液体7,以便在超声工作时,达到共振,起到清洗的效果。
本实施例的清洗槽可拆卸的设置在本体上,便于随时取下更换清洗槽中的洗涤液体,也便于对清洗槽进行清洗。可拆卸设置的方式可以采用多种,能够实现清洗槽可安装在本体上,又能够单独取下即可。
进一步的方案,所述本体100上设有第一连接部,清洗槽400上设有第二连接部,第一连接部与第二连接部相配合并可拆卸设置,以将清洗槽400与本体100固定。
第一连接部与第二连接部可以通过卡接、插接、过盈配合等可拆卸连接的方式进行连接固定;也可以不需要连接,仅通过嵌入等方式进行限位固定,实现清洗槽与本体的固定。如此,便于随时取下更换清洗槽中的洗涤液体,也便于对清洗槽进行清洗。
下列为3种较优选的实施方式:
方案一:
第一连接部为设置在本体100上的凹腔102,第二连接部为清洗槽400的外周壁,清洗槽400置于凹腔102中,清洗槽400的外周壁与凹腔102的内周壁紧贴,实现清洗槽400的固定。
超声波洗涤装置的本体100上设置的凹腔102与清洗槽400的外周壁相匹配,清洗槽400 可放入凹腔102中,凹腔102对清洗槽400起到限位作用,实现清洗槽400的固定。当需要清洗时,或者临时需要更换洗涤液体时,可以直接取出,进行更换或者冲洗。
方案二:所述的凹腔102的前侧设有开口,清洗槽400置于凹腔102中,清洗槽400可从凹腔102的开口中拉出或推入;
本方案可以结合方案一实施,凹腔102除了具有上部开口,前侧也设有开口。用户将清洗槽400从开口中推入或者拉出凹腔102,进行处理,简单便捷,更容易取出。
作为较优选的实施方式优选的,所述的凹腔102和清洗槽400的底部和/或侧部设有相配合的滑动结构402,所述的滑动结构402包括设置在凹腔中的滑槽/滑块,和设置在清洗槽上的滑块/滑槽,滑块在滑槽中运动,实现清洗槽从凹腔的开口中拉出或推入。如此设置,有利于清洗槽400顺畅的从凹腔中拉出或者推入。
方案三:
第一连接部为设置在本体100上的卡槽或/卡爪,第二连接部为设置在清洗槽400上的卡爪/卡槽,清洗槽400通过卡爪与卡槽进行卡接。
本方案的清洗槽400可以悬空设置,也可以设置在本体100的平台上,本体100上在超声波发生装置的下方设有卡爪或者卡槽,相应的,清洗槽400上设有与之配合的卡槽或者卡爪,清洗槽400通过卡爪与卡槽进行卡接。当需要清洗时,或者临时需要更换洗涤液体时,可以直接取出,进行更换或者冲洗。
实施例二
如图1所示,本实施例为实施例一的进一步限定,本实施例提供一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其本体100呈柜体状,本体100的前端设有供待洗衣物放入的凹形空间4,所述的超声波发生装置200设置在凹形空间4的顶部,所述的清洗槽400设置在凹腔102空间4的底部,上下对应。
本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,本体100为立式的较小的柜体状,便于设置超声波发生装置200和清洗槽400,以及其它需要的结构。本体100的前端设有凹形空间4,该凹形空间4由本体100前侧表面向后凹陷形成,两侧为开放式,用户手持衣物放入凹形空间4中,置于超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间,使衣物被洗涤液体7浸润后与超声波振动端接触,以进行清洗。如此,清洗工作即在特定的空间内完成,也便于手持衣物移动,以便于清洗不同部位或者较大面积的污渍。
超声波发生装置200固定在凹形空间4的顶部;可以固定在顶壁上,可以设置在本体100内部,同时超声波振动端伸出本体100,位于凹形空间4中,以便等待工作。
清洗槽400为单独的件,置于凹腔102中,与超声波发生装置200上下对应,如此,清洗槽400可以可拆卸的安装在凹腔102中,方便拆卸清洗,也可以自行随时更换清洗槽400中的洗涤液体7。
较优选的,清洗槽400的高度等于凹腔102的高度,保持凹形空间4的底壁为一平面,减少衣物的剐蹭;或者清洗槽400的高度略高于凹腔102的高度,可以避免清洗槽400中的洗涤液体7流入凹腔102中,保持凹腔102的清洁。
优选的,超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端的水平投影落在清洗槽400的水平投影的内部。
待洗衣物5在清洗槽400中浸润后,上表面需要与超声波振动端接触,超声波发生装置200完全处于清洗槽400内部的上方,一是可以保证超声振动波最大限度地作用于清洗槽400中衣物的污渍区域,从而保证去污效果,二是可以保证洗涤液体7都集中在清洗槽400中,不会乱溅到其它区域。
进一步的方案,所述的凹形空间4由顶壁、底壁和后壁围成,所述的凹形空间4的底壁上设置凹腔102,所述的清洗槽400位于凹腔102中,清洗槽400的外周壁与凹腔102的内周壁紧贴。
后壁与顶壁的连接处、后壁与下壁的连接处平滑过渡,后壁的内表面为向后凸出的弧面,从而在侧面看,凹形空间4为开口朝向本体100前方的U型,以避免可能产生的衣物的剐蹭,也增加产品的美观性。
清洗槽位于凹腔102中,凹腔102对清洗槽起到限位作用,实现清洗槽的固定。当需要清洗时,或者临时需要更换洗涤液体时,可以直接取出,进行更换或者冲洗。
进一步的方案,清洗槽400的上开口的边缘向外水平延伸,形成支撑平台401;所述的支撑平台401搭放在凹形空间4的底壁上,并受底壁的支撑固定。
清洗槽的上部具有上开口,与超声波发生装置对应。上开口的边缘均向清洗槽外部延伸时,可以形成较大的环绕一周的边沿,即为支撑平台。清洗槽放入凹腔102中时,支撑平台搭放在凹腔102外侧的凹形空间的底壁上,可以起到支撑固定清洗槽的作用。清洗槽的底部可以与凹腔102的底壁接触,也可以不接触
优选的,所述的支撑平台401的厚度由清洗槽400的边缘向外逐渐降低,并与凹形空间4的底壁平滑过渡。
支撑平台401的厚度由清洗槽400的边缘向外逐渐降低,然后与凹形空间4的底壁平滑过渡,可以避免形成有棱的结构,避免刮擦衣物,有利于衣物的水平顺畅移动。
实施例三
本实施例为实施例一或实施例二的进一步限定,本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的本体100悬挂,和/或吸附,和/或嵌入在墙体上。
本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置可以通过悬挂、吸附、嵌入墙体内等方式,或者将几种方式结合后固定安装在墙体上。采用悬挂,和/或吸附的方式固定在墙体或者橱柜等合适的位置,易于安装,便于移动;采用嵌入的方式,可以设置在合适的墙体的预留空间内、或者橱柜内等,便于隐藏,节省空间,增加装修的整体美观性。
悬挂的安装方式可以采用挂钩、螺钉固定等方式;吸附的安装方式可以采用在壁挂式超声波洗涤装置本体上设置适当数量的吸盘等方式;嵌入的安装方式适用于墙体上有预留的孔洞,或者可以安装电器的浴室柜等,便于隐藏在其中,增强整体美观性。
作为较优选的实施方式,本方案的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的本体100上设有悬挂安装部,壁挂式超声波洗涤装置通过悬挂安装部与墙体固定安装。
本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的悬挂安装部可以设置在本体100的底部,和/或顶部,和/或背部,以便于悬挂固定在墙体上或者其它适合悬挂使用的位置。
作为较优选的实施例方式,悬挂安装部设置在本体100背面,为与本体100固定的安装背板,用于与墙体固定连接。安装背板具有可以通过螺钉与墙体固定,或者安装背板上设置悬挂孔,墙体上的挂钩等类似的结构伸入到悬挂孔中,使壁挂式超声波洗涤装置悬挂到墙体上。
或者,悬挂部为设置在顶部的挂钩或者设置在底部的托板,与墙体固定连接。
进一步的方案,所述的本体100上还设有减震结构,减震结构设置在本体100背部,安装后位于本体100和墙体之间;以便减轻壁挂式超声波洗涤装置工作时的震动。
优选的方式,所述的减震结构为固定在本体100背部缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫完全覆盖本体100背部或者局部对称设置。
缓冲垫由柔性材料制成,全部覆盖本体100背部的安装背板时,减震效果更好,在四角 或者中心设置,也能达到减震目的,节省材料。
实施例四
如图3或图4所示,本实施例为实施例一的进一步限定,本实施例的超声波发生装置200包括设置在超声波振动端的超声波振子6,所述的超声波振子6凸出于超声波发生装置200的底部表面。
本实施例的超声波发生装置200包括壳体和设置在壳体内的超声波发生器和超声波振子6,超声波振子6设置在超声波发生装置200的超声波振动端,所述的超声波振子6的一端与超声波发生器电连接,另一端凸出于壳体的底部表面。
超声波振子6即为超声波换能器,超声波振子6与超声波发生器连接,从而将超声波的高频振荡信号转换成高频机械振荡,另一端凸出于壳体的底部表面,与浸润液体的待洗衣物5接触,进而传播到待洗衣物5表面和深层的浸润液体中,产生微小气泡后击打被清洗衣物的表面和深层,使污渍预期达到共振掉落的效果。
优选的,超声波振子6设置多个,超声波振子6凸出于超声波发生装置200的底部表面的高度一致;多个超声波振子6交错排列,或者均匀分布。
多个超声波振子6共同作用,可以增大超声接触面积,提高清洗效率。超声波振子6凸出于壳体的底部表面的高度一致时,可以形成共振平面,达到较好的共振效果。超声波振子6凸出于壳体的底部表面的高度也可以不一致,形成多个共振面,共同作用。
同时,多个超声波振子6的排列方式对衣物的清洗效果和清洗效率也有较大影响。多个超声波振子6可以交错排列,或者均匀分布,可以根据超声振动端的面积、超声波发生装置200的功率设置。
更优选的,多个超声波振子6沿清洗槽400的长度方向排列成多排,各排之间的超声波振子6交错分布。
如图2所示,作为较优选的实施方式,多个超声波振子6沿清洗槽400的长度方向排列成多排,各排之间的超声波振子6前后交错分布。如此,可以利用较少的超声波振子6实现与衣物有较大的接触面积,从而节省成本,保证清洗效率。
实施例五
如图1,图5或图6所示,本实施例为实施例一到实施例三的进一步限定,本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置还包括洗涤液体7存储盒3,所述洗涤液体7存储盒3设置在本体100 的上部,并通过管路与清洗槽400连通,用于向清洗槽400中提供洗涤液体7。
清洗槽400上设有进液口和出液口,较优选的实施方式为在清洗槽400的长度方向上两端设置,也就是一端设有进液口,另一端设有出液口,便于清洗槽400容纳洗涤液体7。洗涤液体7存储盒3至少为水盒,也可以为洗涤剂盒,与清洗槽400的进液口连接并相通。
壁挂式超声波洗涤装置工作时,同时进液和排液,在清洗槽400中形成流动的液体,在超声振动使污渍共振掉落的同时,液体流动可以冲洗带走掉落的污渍,达到更好的洗涤效果。进液和出液的速度需要保持液体流动的同时,清洗槽400中缓存的洗涤液体7浸润或者部分浸润待洗衣物5。另外,流动的液体也增强了共振的效果,由于清洗槽400体积小,内部较浅,也不会浪费水。
本方案中由清洗槽400进液口进入的液体可以为水,可以为洗涤剂,也可以为水和洗涤剂的混合物。
进一步的方案,所述的本体100的下部设有收集盒2,收集盒2与清洗槽400连通,用于收集清洗衣物后的洗涤液体7。收集盒2与本体100可拆卸式连接,当收集盒2内的液体较多时,可以取出倒掉。
实施例六
如图1,图5或图6所示,本实施例为实施例一到实施例三的进一步限定,本实施例的壁挂式超声波洗涤装置还包括夹持结构101,设置在本体100上,待洗衣物5置于超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间后,待洗衣物5的两端由夹持结构101支撑并固定。
由于衣物本身为柔性物品,容易形变。为了保证超声洗涤过程中待洗衣物54始终与超声波振动端接触,可以采用两手拉住衣物两端,抻平待洗部位,然后与超声波振动端接触的方式,但此种方式需要用户持续动作,给用户带来不便。
夹持结构101可以设置壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的本体100上两侧的侧板上。夹持结构101具有一定的高度,可以为固定的夹子,双手按压打开后夹在待洗衣物5两端,起到固定作用;也可以为夹板等,能够实现固定效果即可。
或者,作为较优选的实施方式,所述的夹持结构101设在凹形空间4的底壁上,在清洗槽400两端外侧,为与清洗槽400的长度方向成一定角度设置的夹板,可将待洗衣物5压在夹板下方。
夹板的轴向与清洗槽400的长度方向垂直,至少设置两个,分别设在清洗槽400两端外 侧的本体100上。每一个夹板的一端与壁挂式超声波洗涤装置的本体100可转动连接,可以为轴连接,或者铰接等;另一端与本体100卡接。更具体的方式,夹板的端部设有卡槽或者卡块,在与其对应位置的本体100上设有相配合的卡块或者卡槽,使夹板与本体100卡接。
实施例七
如图5和图6所示,本实施例提供一种壁挂式超声波清洗装置,包括可悬挂在墙壁上的本体100、设置在本体100上的超声波发生装置200和用于盛放洗涤液体的清洗槽400,超声波发生装置200位于清洗槽400的上方,并且相对于清洗槽400的位置可变,
在洗涤衣物时,待洗衣物位于超声波发生装置200和清洗槽400之间,待洗衣物的上部与超声波发生装置200接触,下部与清洗槽400内的洗涤液体接触。
进一步地,超声波发生装置200包括超声波发生器和与超声波发生器电连接的超声波振子6,超声波振子6形成超声波发生装置的震动端,所述震动端震动产生超声波,当洗涤衣物时,待洗衣物位于超声波发生装置200的震动端和清洗槽400之间,待洗衣物的上部与超声波发生装置200的震动端接触,下部与清洗槽400内的液体接触。清洗槽400水平设置,超声波发生装置200位于清洗槽400的正上方。
超声波发生装置200可相对清洗槽400移动,一方面可增加洗涤面积,另一方面,使其应用范围更广。
具体来说,超声波发生装置200可相对清洗槽400上下移动,超声波发生装置200向下移动,可使震动端没于清洗槽400内的洗涤液体7的液面以下,可以进行刚性物件的洗涤,如,可以洗涤眼镜;向上移动超声波发生装置200,使震动端与洗涤液体7的液面间隔一定间距,在洗涤衣物时,待洗衣物位于震动端和清洗槽400之间,待洗衣物的上部与震动端接触,下部与清洗槽400内的洗涤液体7接触,进行洗涤;如果继续向上移动超声波发生装置200,使震动端与洗涤液体液面间隔的间距更大,方便将清洗槽400取出,更换清洗槽400内的洗涤液体。
洗涤液体7可以是水或者为水和衣物处理剂的混合物,衣物处理剂包括洗衣粉、洗衣液等。
当超声波发生装置200可相对清洗槽400水平移动时,可扩大超声波发生装置200的洗涤范围。
当然,如果超声波发生装置200设计成相对清洗槽400可上、下移动的范围不大,即可 适应不同厚度和不同材质的衣物或面料。
进一步地,超声波清洗装置还包括调节装置,所述调节装置调节超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400的相对位置,超声波发生装置200与本体100通过调节装置连接。将超声波发生装置200连接在本体100上,调节装置通过调节超声波发生装置200在本体100上的位置,进而实现调节超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400的相对位置。
进一步地,还包括设置在本体上的夹持结构,待洗衣物置于超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间后,待洗衣物5的两端由夹持结构固定。通过将待洗衣物的两端进行夹持,使待洗衣物悬挂在超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间,用户不必手持待洗衣物5进行清洗,更加省时省力。
所述的夹持结构为与清洗槽的长度方向成一定角度设置的夹板101,夹板101一端与本体转动连接,另一端悬空,可将待洗衣物5压在夹板101与本体100之间。
实施例七
如图5所示,本实施例为对实施例一的进一步限定,所述调节装置包括分别设置在本体100和超声波发生装置200上的第一连接件301和第二连接件302,所述第一连接件301和第二连接件302活动连接,使超声波发生装置200在水平方向上和/或竖直方向上相对于清洗槽400移动。
第一连接件301和第二连接件302活动连接,可以实现分别在水平方向和竖直方向上调整超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400的位置关系,也可以同时在水平和竖直方向上进行调整。
第一连接件301和第二连接件302的活动连接方式为滑动连接、转动连接或伸缩连接。
下面以第一连接件301设置在本体100上,第二连接件302设置在超声波发生装置200上进行解释。
方案一:滑动连接
如图5所示,第一连接件301为固定在本体100上的两条平行导轨301-1,两条平行导轨301-1沿竖直方向设置,第二连接件302为滑块302-1,滑块302-1固定在超声波发生装置200上,滑块302-1位于两导轨301-1之间,所述滑块302-1可沿导轨301-1之间的轨道上、下滑动,调整超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400在竖直方向上的位置关系。
其中,如果将第一连接件301的两条平行导轨301-1沿水平方向设置时,所述滑块302-1可沿导轨301-1之间的水平轨道左、右滑动,使超声波发生装置200沿水平运动,增加洗涤 面积。
方案二:转动连接
第一连接件301为第一支撑杆,第二连接件302为第二支撑杆,第一支撑杆的一端与本体100转动连接,另一端与第二支撑杆铰接,第二支撑杆的另一端与超声波发生装置200固定连接。
方案三:伸缩连接
调节装置为伸缩杆,第一连接件301为第一连接杆,第二连接件302为第二连接杆,第一连接杆的一端与本体100固定连接,另一端与第二连接杆可伸缩连接,第二连接杆的另一端与超声波发生装置200固定连接。通过第一连接杆缩入/伸出第二连接杆,调整伸缩杆的长短,进而调整超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400的相对位置。
当伸缩杆竖直设置时,超声波发生装置通过伸缩杆悬挂在清洗槽400的上方,伸缩杆缩短,超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间的间距增加;伸缩杆伸长,超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400之间的间距减少。当伸缩杆水平设置时,通过伸缩杆的缩短/伸长,调整超声波发生装置200与清洗槽400在水平方向上的相对位置关系。
进一步地,还包括定位结构,所述定位结构设置在第一连接件301和/或第二连接件302上,当超声波发生装置200运动到指定位置时,通过定位结构将超声波发生装置200固定在该位置上。
其中,所述定位结构为定位凹槽、定位卡或者定位销。
定位结构设置为多个,形成多个档位,适应不同厚度的衣物或者不同类型的衣物。
下面以第一连接件301和第二连接件302滑动连接为例进行解释。
如图5所示,第一连接件301为设置在本体100上的两平行导轨301-1,两平行导轨301-1沿竖直方向设置,第二连接件302为设置在超声波发生装置上的滑块302-1,滑块302-1在两平行导轨301-1间滑动,定位结构包括设置在导轨301-1和滑块302-1上的销孔303以及与销孔303匹配的销轴304,当滑动滑块302-1,使滑块302-1上的销孔303与导轨301-1上的销孔303相对应时,销轴304穿过两销孔303,将超声波发生装置200固定在本体100上。
导轨301-1上的销孔303设置为多个,多个销孔303沿导轨延伸的方向依次设置,滑块302-1上的销孔303为一个,通过使滑块302-1上的销孔303与导轨301-1上的不同销孔303相对,可将超声波发生装置200固定在竖直方向的多个位置,实现不同的功能。
具体来说,导轨301-1竖直设置,导轨301-1上设置为上、中、下三个销孔303,三个销孔303沿竖直方向依次排布。
当滑块302-1上的销孔303与位于导轨301-1下部的销孔303通过销轴304连接后,超声波发生装置200的震动端没于清洗槽400的边沿以下,使震动端位于清洗槽400的洗涤液体的液面以下,可以清洗眼镜等;
如图5所示,当滑块302-1上的销孔303与位于导轨301-1中部的销孔303通过销轴304连接后,使震动端与清洗槽400的洗涤液体的液面间隔一个较小的距离,洗涤时,待洗衣物位于震动端与清洗槽400的洗涤液体的液面之间,待洗衣物的上部与振动端接触,下端与清洗槽400的液面接触;
当滑块302-1上的销孔303与位于导轨301-1上部的销孔303通过销轴304连接后,使震动端与清洗槽400的洗涤液体的液面间隔一个较大的距离,洗涤槽可取出,将洗涤完毕后的洗涤液体倾倒。
实施例八
如图6所示,本实施例为对实施例一的进一步限定,本实施例的超声波清洗装置还包括驱动装置和控制装置1,驱动装置与控制装置1电连接,所述驱动装置与超声波发生装置200连接,控制装置1控制驱动装置驱动超声波发生装置200运动。
进一步地,所述驱动装置包括电机306和与电机306传动连接的传送链305,所述传送链305与超声波发生装置200固定连接。
本体100上设有从动轮308,电机306的输出轴上设有主动轮307,主动轮307与从动轮308沿水平方向排布,传送链305设置在主动轮307和从动轮308之间,电机306通电后,主动轮307转动带动传送链305运动,带动传送链305上的超声波发生装置200运动,使超声波发生装置200在水平方向移动。
电机306的供电装置可以是插座或者其他储电装置。
进一步地,还包括用于收集洗涤完毕的洗涤液体的收集盒2,所述收集盒2设置在本体100的下部,并与本体100可拆卸连接。
进一步地,所述本体100下部设有具有前开口的容纳腔室,所述收集盒2可经前开口推入/拉出所述容纳腔室,收集盒2收集满后,将收集盒2拉出倒掉洗涤液体。
一种超声波清洗装置的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 用户通过控制装置1,控制电机306打开;
S2 电机306正转,使传送链305运动,带动超声波发生装置200向第一方向运动;
S3 T时间后,控制装置1控制电机306反转,使传送链305带动超声波发生装置200向与第一方向运动相反的第二方向运动,T时间后重复S2;
S4 洗涤完毕后,关闭电机306。

Claims (10)
- 一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,包括:安装在墙体上的本体;超声波发生装置,具有产生超声波振动的超声波振动端;用于装盛洗涤液体的清洗槽,所述超声波振动端朝向清洗槽,所述清洗槽可拆卸的设置在本体上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的超声波振动端位于清洗槽上方;待洗衣物置于超声波发生装置与清洗槽之间并被洗涤液体浸润,同时待洗衣物的上表面与超声波振动端接触,以进行清洗;优选的,所述的超声波振动端与清洗槽中的液面接触或具有一定的间距,所述的间距满足当待洗衣物的上表面与超声波振动端接触时,至少待洗衣物的下表面与洗涤液体的液面接触。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述本体上设有第一连接部,清洗槽上设有第二连接部,第一连接部与第二连接部相配合并可拆卸设置,以将清洗槽与本体固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的第一连接部为设置在本体上的凹腔,第二连接部为清洗槽的外周壁,清洗槽置于凹腔中,清洗槽的外周壁与凹腔的内周壁紧贴,实现清洗槽的固定。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的凹腔的前侧设有开口,清洗槽置于凹腔中,清洗槽可从凹腔的开口中拉出或推入;优选的,所述的凹腔和清洗槽的底部和/或侧部设有相配合的滑动结构,所述的滑动结构包括设置在凹腔中的滑槽/滑块,和设置在清洗槽上的滑块/滑槽,滑块在滑槽中运动,实现清洗槽从凹腔的开口中拉出或推入。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的第一连接部为设置在本体上的卡槽或/卡爪,第二连接部为设置在清洗槽上的卡爪/卡槽,清洗槽通过卡爪与卡槽进行卡接。
- 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的本体呈柜体状,本体的前端设有供待洗衣物放入的凹形空间,所述的超声波发生装置设置在凹形空间的顶部,所述的清洗槽设置在凹腔空间的底部,上下对应;优选的,超声波发生装置的超声波振动端的水平投影落在清洗槽的水平投影的内部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的凹形空间由顶壁、底壁和后壁围成,所述的凹形空间的底壁上设置凹腔,所述的清洗槽位于凹腔中,清洗槽的外周壁与凹腔的内周壁紧贴。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,清洗槽的上开口的边缘向外水平延伸,形成支撑平台;所述的支撑平台搭放在凹形空间的底壁上,并受底壁的支撑固定;优选的,所述的支撑平台的厚度由清洗槽的边缘向外逐渐降低,并与凹形空间的底壁平滑过渡。
- 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种壁挂式超声波洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的本体悬挂,和/或吸附,和/或嵌入在墙体上;优选的,所述的本体上设有悬挂安装部,壁挂式超声波洗涤装置通过悬挂安装部与墙体固定安装;优选的,所述悬挂安装部设置在本体的底部,和/或顶部,和/或背部;优选的,悬挂安装部设置在本体背面,为与本体固定的安装背板,用于与墙体固定连接。
