(5)所述计费结算单元基于信息处理模块提供的售出货品价格信息进行费用结算,并在费用结算完成后将计费结束信息回传给所述信息处理模块;所述信息处理模块将计费结束信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块;
(6)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块接收到计费结束信息后将其存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量进行比较,若当前货品剩余重量值小于等于缺货报警阀值重量,则生成缺货报警信号并传输给报警模块进行缺货报警提示,否则循环执行步骤(3)至(6);
(7)用户进行补货操作时循环执行步骤(2)至(6)。
通过本发明的技术至少能够达到以下技术效果:
1)本发明所述的一种自助减量称重计费系统高度系统化、集成化和智能化,基于减量称量及缺货报警单元实时检测并生成售出货品重量信息、基于信息处理及传输单元实时生成售出货品价格信息,两者有机结合、高度智能化工作,当计费结束时进行缺货判定,以保证每次消费行为后能够实时获知剩余货品充余情况,当进行补货时,对称量重量基准进行更新,以保证减重称量的准确性,当发生减重称量时,科学判断减重是否有效,提高了智能化水平,当进行售出货品计费时,同时生产货品消费信息,以便于进行基于大数据的分析统计,具有更为广阔的应用前景。
2)本发明所述自助减量称重计费系统及基于其的自助减量称重计费方法能极大地降低了人工成本,在整个自助货品售卖过程中无需管理人员手动干预,全过程由消费者自助完成。

本发明提出一种自助减量称重计费系统及其称重计费方法,所述自助减量称重计费系统整体包括减量称重及缺货报警单元10和信息处理及传输单元20,两单元之间通过通信线连接。所述自助减量称重计费系统通过有线或无线网络方式与数据库管理系统30进行信息传输。
所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10用于称量货品剩余重量,以减量称重计算方法计算售出货品重量信息并传输给所述信息处理及传输单元20;所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10还能比较当前货品剩余重量和预存的缺货报警阀值重量,基于比较结果进行缺货报警处理;同时所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10还能够接收所述信息处理及传输单元20传输的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、计费结束信息和补货操作信息,将收到的称量计算用基准参数数据和缺货报警阀值重量进行存储处理,并在收到计费结束信息后进行缺货判断和报警处理,在收到补货操作信息后初始化当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量。
所述信息处理及传输单元20用于从数据库管理系统30获取称量计算用基准参数数据、 缺货报警阀值重量、货品品种与单价信息,并将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10;同时所述信息处理及传输单元20能够从所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10接收售出货品重量信息,自动计算售出货品价格并传输给计费结算单元进行结算,同时将计费结算单元回传的计费结束信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10,并将售出货品品种、单价、重量、价格等货品消费信息进行实时显示,同时将货品消费信息传输给数据库管理系统30;所述信息处理及传输单元20还能够接收操作者通过按键输入的补货操作信息,并将补货操作信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10。
更具体的,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10包括减量计算及缺货检测模块11、报警模块12、称量模块13、通信模块14、存储模块15;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11分别连接于所述称量模块13、存储模块15、报警模块12、通信模块14;所述通信模块14与所述信息处理及传输单元20建立通信连接。
进一步的,所述称量模块13用于实时称量货品剩余重量并传输给所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11;所述存储模块15中设置有前次货品剩余重量存储子单元、当前货品剩余重量存储子单元、称量计算用基准参数数据存储子单元和缺货报警阀值重量存储子单元,分别用于存储前次货品剩余重量、当前货品剩余重量、称量计算用基准参数数据和缺货报警阀值重量;所述报警模块12根据减量计算及缺货检测模块11发送的缺货报警信息,以语音(或蜂鸣)方式发出报警提示;所述通信模块14用于实现减量称重及缺货报警单元10和信息处理及传输单元20之间的通信连接,具体的所述通信模块14通过采用符合有线串行通信标准的接口实现减量计算及缺货检测模块11和所述信息处理及传输单元20中信息处理模块21之间的串行通信,优选的所述通信模块采用如RS-232、RS-485、USB串行通信标准。
所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11作为所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10中的核心处理模块,具体以下处理功能:所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11通过所述通信模块14接收所述信息处理及传输单元20传输来的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、计费结束信息和补货操作信息,并将所述称量计算用基准参数数据和缺货报警阀值重量分别存储于存储模块15的称量计算用基准参数数据存储子单元和缺货报警阀值重量存储子单元中;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11实时接收所述称量模块13传输来的当前货品剩余重量,并将其存储于存储模块15的当前货品剩余重量存储子单元中;在重量初始化操作中所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11将称量模块13传输来的当前货品剩余重量同时存储于存储模块15的当前货品剩余重量存储子单元和前次货品剩余重量存储子单元中,也就是说在重量初始化操作中存储模块15中存储的当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量相同;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11通过对存储模块15中存储的前次货品剩余重量与当前货品剩余重量进行相减计算得到售出 货品重量信息;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11每次计算得到售出货品重量信息后,同时要进行售出货品重量有效性确认判定,具体的将所述售出货品重量信息与存储模块15中预存的称量计算用基准参数数据进行比较以判定售出货品重量是否有效,所述称量计算用基准参数数据优选的包括最低售出重量基准,若所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11计算得到的售出货品重量信息大于所述最低售出重量基准,则判定售出货品重量有效,此时通过所述通信模块14向所述信息处理及传输单元20传输售出货品重量信息,若所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11计算得到的售出货品重量信息小于等于所述最低售出重量基准,则说明称量模块13测得的重量差可能属于正常的质量误差,并没有发生实际消费,比如称量模块13用于称量饭菜时,必须考虑其中菜勺的重量,不能因为取放菜勺引起的重量变化进行消费计费,因此当售出货品重量信息小于等于所述最低售出重量基准时,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11判定售出货品重量无效,不进行数据传输;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11在判定售出货品重量有效、并向信息处理及传输单元20传输售出货品重量信息后,自动的前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量,具体的所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11每次计算完售出货品重量信息并判定其有效后,读取存储模块中当前货品剩余重量存储子单元中存储的当前货品剩余重量信息,并将其存储于前次货品剩余重量存储子单元中以将前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量。所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11还进行缺货判断和报警处理,具体的所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11读取存储模块15中存储的当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量,并将当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量进行比较计算,若当前货品剩余重量小于等于缺货报警阀值重量时,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11生成缺货报警控制信息,并将其传输给报警模块12,由报警模块12以语音或蜂鸣等方式进行缺货报警提示,优选的所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11在每次减量称重计费结束后进行缺货判断,即所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11在接收到信息处理及传输单元20回传的计费结束信息后,进行上述缺货判断处理,这样能够保证减量计算及缺货检测模块11可及时获知称量模块所称量容器内的货品是否充足,其中的缺货报警阀值重量可根据不同种类的货品进行不同的设定。所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11在接收到信息处理及传输单元20传输的补货操作信息时,进行重量初始化操作,即将存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量同时更新为称量模块13此时(补货后)检测的当前货品剩余重量,以保证每次补货操作完成后能够基于补货后的货品新重量重新进行减量称重计算。

进一步的所述第一通信模块26和所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10中的通信模块14通信连接,所述第二通信模块27和数据库管理系统30通信连接,优选的所述第一通信模块26采用符合有线串行通信标准的接口和所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10中的通信模块14进行串行通信,优选的如RS-232、RS-485、USB串行通信标准,优选的所述第二通信模块27采用无线WiFi(或有线以太网)的通信方式和数据库管理系统30进行信息传输。所述信息处理模块21通过所述第二通信模块27获取由数据库管理系统30提供的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量和货品品种及单价信息,并将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量通过所述第一通信模块26传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10,将货品品种及单价信息传输给所述存储器24;所述货品品种及单价信息包括有每个货品品种所对应的单价信息,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10提供售出货品重量信息,所述货品品种及单价信息中包括有该售出货品对应的价格信息。优选的针对多种货品,可设置多个减量称重及缺货报警单元10,每个减量称重及缺货报警单元10对应于一种货品,用于提供一种货品的售出重量信息,多个减量称重及缺货报警单元10分别与所述信息处理及传输单元20相连接,信息处理及传输单元20可基于每个减量称重及缺货报警单元10的ID等信息对其进行唯一识别,信息处理模块21能够从存储器24中存储的货品品种及单价信息查找获得与减量称重及缺货报警单元10称量的货品品种对应的单价信息。所述信息处理模块21通过所述第一通信模块26从所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10接收售出货品重量信息,并从所述存储器24中预存的货品品种及单价信息中获取与减量称重及缺货报警单元10提供的售出货品品种对应的单价信息,然后进行相乘运算自动得到减量称重及缺货报警单元10售出货品的价格信息,并将该价格信息传输给计费结算单元进行费用结算。所述计费结算单元优选的可作为本发明所述自助减量称重计费系统本身包括的一个部分,其连接于所述信息处理模块21,用于基于信息处理模块21提供的售出货品价格信息进行费用结算,并在费用结算完成后将计费结束信息回传给所述信息处理模块21,由所述信息处理模块21将所述计费结束信息显示于显示模块22上,同时由所述信息处理模块21将所述计费结束信息通过所述第一通信模块26传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10如上所述的,在接收到计费结束信息进行缺货判定。同时所述信息处理模块21每次向计费结算单元输出售出货品价格信息时,还同时收集整理生成货品消费信息并将其实时传输给所述存储器24和所述显示模块,其中所述货品消费信息包括售出货品品种信息、售出货品单价信息、售出货品重量信息和售出货品价格信息 等,其中售出货品品种信息和售出货品单价信息通过在存储器24中的货品品种及单价信息获得,售出货品重量信息通过减量称重及缺货报警单元10获得,售出货品价格信息通过上述计算获得,同时所述信息处理模块21将上述货品消费信息通过所述第二通信模块27传输给数据库管理系统30。此外所述信息处理模块21还接收所述操作按键模块23传输来的补货操作信息,当用户进行了补货操作时,需要通过操作按键模块23输入补货操作信息以确认进行了补货操作,因此所述信息处理模块21接收到操作按键模块23传来的补货操作信息后,首先由所述信息处理模块21再生成补货操作已完成信号并将其传输给所述按键操作提示模块25,进行补货操作完成提醒,其次由所述信息处理模块21将接收到的补货操作信息通过所述第一通信模块26传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10在接收到所述补货操作信息时进行如上所述的重量初始化操作,以将当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量均更新为补货后货品重量。所述存储器24存储由所述信息处理模块21传输来的货品品种及单价信息、货品消费信息。所述显示模块22显示由所述信息处理模块21传输来的待显示信息,包括如之前所述的货品消费信息,所述显示模块优选的采用采用LCD显示器,如TFT 7寸液晶显示器。所述操作按键模块23用于在用户完成补货操作后将补货操作信息传输给所述信息处理模块21。所述按键操作提示模块25接收所述信息处理模块21传输来的补货操作已完成信号,并在收到相关信号后以蜂鸣方式提示补货操作已完成,其属于一种提醒装置。
所述数据库管理系统30可作为一种后台操控设备,用于操控本发明所述自助减量称重计费系统,包括设置称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量和货品品种及单价信息等系统运行所需参数数据,优选的可作为一种远程操控设备。本发明所述的自助减量称重计费系统可进行集成化设置,其中所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11、信息处理模块21可采用嵌入式微控制器芯片,如ARM核的STM32F系列微控制器芯片,所述的称量模块13可采用应变式电阻传感器进行重量检测,所述存储模块可采用非易失性存储器芯片,如Flash和EEPROM芯片等。
下面给出基于本发明所述自助减量称重计费系统进行的自助减量称重计费方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先启动所述自助减量称重计费系统,信息处理及传输单元20中的信息处理模块21通过无线WiFi(或有线以太网)连接数据库管理系统30,从其获取预设好的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、货品品种及单价信息,并将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量传输给所述减量称量及缺货报警单元10中的减量计算及缺货检测模块11,将货品品种及单价信息传输给所述信息处理及传输单元20的存储器24进行存储,同时传输 给显示模块22进行显示,然后实施监测所述操作按键模块23是否传来补货操作信息。
(2)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11将接收的称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10的存储模块15进行存储,并实时监测从所述信息处理模块21是否有补货操作信息传来。
(3)对称量模块连接的自助货品区进行补货操作,并通过信息处理及传输单元20的操作按键模块23输入补货操作信息,信息处理模块21接收到所述补货操作信息后,将补货操作信息传输给所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11收到补货操作信息后进行重量初始化操作,即减量计算及缺货检测模块11立即接收称量模块13传输来的当前货品剩余重量,并将其存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量同时更新为称量模块传输的当前货品剩余重量。
(4)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11自动生成售出货品重量信息并传输给信息处理模块21,具体的所述减量计算及缺货检测模块11实时接收所述称量模块13传输来的当前货品剩余重量并将其存储到存储模块15的当前货品剩余重量存储子单元,将存储模块15中存储的前次货品剩余重量和当前货品剩余重量进行相减运算得到售出货品重量,然后用存储模块15中预存的称量计算用基准参数数据和售出货品重量进行比较以确定得到的售出货品重量是否有效,若有效,则将售出货品重量信息传输给所述信息处理模块21,同时将存储模块15的前次货品剩余重量存储子单元中存储的前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量子单元中存储的当前货品剩余重量,若售出货品重量无效,则不进行数据传输。
(5)所述信息处理模块21接收到减量计算及缺货检测模块11传输来的售出货品重量信息后,从其存储模块中存储的货品品种及单价信息中提取与售出货品品种对应的单价信息,并将单价信息与所述售出货品重量信息进行相乘运算得到售出货品价格信息,然后将售出货品价格信息传输给计费结算单元进行费用结算,同时由所述信息处理模块21生成包括售出货品品种信息、售出货品单价信息、售出货品重量信息和售出货品价格信息在内的货品消费信息,并将货品消费信息传输给数据库管理系统30以及信息处理及传输单元中的存储器和显示模块。
(6)所述计费结算单元基于信息处理模块21提供的售出货品价格信息进行费用结算,并在费用结算完成后将计费结束信息回传给所述信息处理模块21;
(7)所述信息处理模块21接收到计费结束信息后,将所述计费结束信息显示于显示模块22上,并所述计费结束信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10;
(8)所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10接收到计费结束信息后进行缺货判定,具体的减量计算及缺货检测模块11将存储模块15中存储的当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量比 较,若当前货品剩余重量值小于等于缺货报警阀值重量,则生成缺货报警信号并传输给报警模块进行缺货报警提示,否则循环执行步骤(4)至(8);
(9)用户进行补货操作后,通过操作按键模块23输入补货操作信息,信息处理模块21接收到操作按键模块23传来的补货操作信息后,首先生成补货操作已完成信号并传输给按键操作提示模块25,进行补货操作完成提醒,然后将接收到的补货操作信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元10,由其减量计算及缺货检测模块11进行如步骤(3)中所述的重量初始化操作,然后循环执行步骤(4)至(9)。
应用实施例
本发明所述的自助减量称重计费系统优选的可作为普通饭店、宾馆饭店、学校食堂等的自助取餐结算系统,进行这种应用时,针对多个饭菜品种分别设置减量称重及缺货报警单元10,各减量称重及缺货报警单元10均连接于信息处理及传输单元20,所述信息处理及传输单元20基于每个减量称重及缺货报警单元10的不同地址或不同身份识别码唯一识别每个减量称重及缺货报警单元10,其中针对不同的菜品品种对应设置其单价信息并存储于信息处理及传输单元20中。不同品种的饭菜盛放于不同的打餐容器内,每个打餐容器连接于一个对应的减量称重及缺货报警单元10,具体的在每个打餐容器的外底面设置一个对应的称量模块。进行自助打餐消费时,由针对每个菜品由减量称重及缺货报警单元10自动生成售出重量信息并传输给信息处理及传输单元20生成对应每个菜品的售出价格信息,然后进行对应菜品的费用结算。大大方便了自助取餐操作,而且提高了餐费计算精度,并能够做好按需取量,减少了就餐浪费,同时通过数据库管理系统能够定时的对不同消费者的用餐信息进行大数据分析,有利于生成针对消费者形成有价值的营养分析数据,因此在餐饮业具有广阔的推广应用前景。
综上,本发明提出的自助减量称重计费系统高度系统化、集成化和智能化,基于减量称量及缺货报警单元实时检测并生成售出货品重量信息、基于信息处理及传输单元实时生成售出货品价格信息,两者有机结合、高度智能化工作,当计费结束时进行智能缺货判定,以保证每次消费行为后能够实时获知剩余货品充余情况,当进行补货时,对称量重量基准进行更新,以保证减重称量的准确性,当发生减重称量时,科学判断减重是否有效,提高了智能化水平,当进行售出货品计费时,同时生成货品消费信息,以便于进行基于大数据的分析统计,等等这些本发明独具的创新之处,使得本发明所述的自助减量称重计费系统及其自助减量称重计费方法具有更为广阔的应用前景。

  1. 一种自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,包括减量称重及缺货报警单元和信息处理及传输单元,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元和所述信息处理及传输单元通信连接,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元以减量称重方法自动计算售出货品重量信息,并在判定其有效后将售出货品重量信息传输给所述信息处理及传输单元,所述信息处理及传输单元基于所述减量称重及缺货报警单元提供的售出货品重量信息自动计算得到售出货品价格信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元通过对前次货品剩余重量和当前货品剩余重量进行相减运算得到所述售出货品重量信息,并通过将所述售出货品重量信息与预设的称量计算用基准参数数据进行比较分析以判断售出货品重量信息是否有效,若有效则将售出货品重量信息传输给所述信息处理及传输单元,同时将前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量,所述称量计算用基准参数数据包括有正常重量波动值;所述减量称重及缺货报警单元通过比较当前货品剩余重量和预设的缺货报警阀值重量进行缺货判定与报警处理;所述信息处理及传输单元通过将所述售出货品重量信息和对应货品单价信息进行相乘运算得到所述售出货品价格信息;所述信息处理及传输单元还能够接收用户输入补货操作信息,并将所述补货操作信息发送给减量称重及缺货报警单元,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元在收到所述补货操作信息后将前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述信息处理及传输单元连接于计费结算单元和数据库管理系统;所述信息处理及传输单元向所述计费结算单元发送售出货品价格信息;所述计费结算单元完成费用结算后向所述信息处理及传输单元回传计费结束信息,所述信息处理及传输单元将所述计费结束信息发送给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元在收到上述计费结束信息后进行缺货判定与报警处理;所述数据库管理系统向所述信息处理及传输单元发送称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量和货品品种与单价信息,由所述信息处理及传输单元将所述称量计算用基准参数数据和缺货报警阀值重量发送给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元;所述信息处理及传输单元向所述计费结算单元发送售出货品价格信息后生成货品消费信息,并将所生成的货品消费信息发送给所述数据库管理系统。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述减量称重及缺货报警单元包括减量计算及缺货检测模块、报警模块、称量模块、通信模块和存储模块,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块分别连接于所述称量模块、存储模块、报警模块和通信模块;所述称量模块实时地将称量的货品剩余重量传输给所述减量计算及缺货检测模块;所述存储模块中设置有前次货品剩余重量存储子单元、当前货品剩余重量存储子单元、称量计算用基准参数数据存储子单元和缺货报警阀值重量存储子单元,分别用于存储前次货品剩余重量、当前货 品剩余重量、称量计算用基准参数数据和缺货报警阀值重量;所述报警模块根据减量计算及缺货检测模块发送的缺货报警信号进行报警提示;所述通信模块用于实现减量称重及缺货报警单元和信息处理及传输单元之间的通信连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块通过所述通信模块接收信息处理及传输单元传输来的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、计费结束信息和补货操作信息,并将所述称量计算用基准参数数据和缺货报警阀值重量分别存储于存储模块的称量计算用基准参数数据存储子单元和缺货报警阀值重量存储子单元中;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块实时接收所述称量模块传输来的当前货品剩余重量,并将其存储于存储模块的当前货品剩余重量存储子单元中;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块通过对存储模块中存储的前次货品剩余重量与当前货品剩余重量进行相减运算得到售出货品重量信息,并比较售出货品重量是否大于称量计算用基准参数数据包括的正常重量波动值,若大于则判定售出货品重量信息有效并将其通过通信模块传输给所述信息处理及传输单元,同时将存储模块中存储的前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块在接收到计费结束信息后,比较存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量是否小于等于缺货报警阀值重量,若是则由减量计算及缺货检测模块生成缺货报警信号并传输给报警模块进行缺货报警提示;所述减量计算及缺货检测模块在接收到信息处理及传输单元传输的补货操作信息后将存储模块存储的前次货品剩余重量更新为称量模块于补货后最新检测到的当前货品剩余重量。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述信息处理及传输单元包括信息处理模块、显示模块、操作按键模块、存储器、按键操作提示模块、第一通信模块和第二通信模块;所述信息处理模块分别连接于所述第一通信模块、第二通信模块、显示模块、操作按键模块、存储器和按键操作提示模块;所述第一通信模块用于实现所述信息处理及传输单元和所述减量称重及缺货报警单元的通信连接,所述第二通信模块用于实现所述信息处理及传输单元和数据库管理系统的通信连接;所述信息处理模块通过所述第二通信模块获取由数据库管理系统提供的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量和货品品种及单价信息,并将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量通过所述第一通信模块传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元,将货品品种及单价信息传输给所述存储器;所述信息处理模块通过所述第一通信模块从所述减量称重及缺货报警单元接收售出货品重量信息,并从所述存储器存储的货品品种及单价信息中获取与售出货品品种对应的单价信息,将售出货品单价信息和售出货品重量信息进行相乘运算得到售出货品价格信息,并将其传输给计费结算单元,所述计费结算单元完成费用结算后向所述信息处理模块回传计费结束信息,所述信息处理模块将计费结束信息通过所述第一通信模块传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元,同时由所述 信息处理模块生成货品消费信息并传输给存储器、显示模块和数据库管理系统;所述操作按键模块用于用户输入补货操作信息,所述信息处理模块在接收到操作按键模块传来的补货操作信息后,生成补货操作完成信号并输出给所述按键操作提示模块,同时将补货操作信息通过第一通信模块传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述信息处理及传输单元包括信息处理模块、显示模块、操作按键模块、存储器、按键操作提示模块、第一通信模块和第二通信模块;所述信息处理模块分别连接于所述第一通信模块、第二通信模块、显示模块、操作按键模块、存储器和按键操作提示模块;所述第一通信模块用于实现所述信息处理及传输单元和所述减量称重及缺货报警单元的通信连接,所述第二通信模块用于实现所述信息处理及传输单元和数据库管理系统的通信连接;所述信息处理模块通过所述第二通信模块获取由数据库管理系统提供的称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量和货品品种及单价信息,并将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量通过所述第一通信模块传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元,将货品品种及单价信息传输给所述存储器;所述信息处理模块通过所述第一通信模块从所述减量称重及缺货报警单元接收售出货品重量信息,并从所述存储器存储的货品品种及单价信息中获取与售出货品品种对应的单价信息,将售出货品单价信息和售出货品重量信息进行相乘运算得到售出货品价格信息,并将其传输给计费结算单元,所述计费结算单元完成费用结算后向所述信息处理模块回传计费结束信息,所述信息处理模块将计费结束信息通过所述第一通信模块传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元,同时由所述信息处理模块生成货品消费信息并传输给存储器、显示模块和数据库管理系统;所述操作按键模块用于用户输入补货操作信息,所述信息处理模块在接收到操作按键模块传来的补货操作信息后,生成补货操作完成信号并输出给所述按键操作提示模块,同时将补货操作信息通过第一通信模块传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,针对不同的货品品种包括有多个减量称重及缺货报警单元,每个减量称重及缺货报警单元用于提供一种货品的售出重量信息,多个减量称重及缺货报警单元均与所述信息处理及传输单元通信连接,所述信息处理及传输单元中存储的货品品种及单价信息包括有若干货品品种和每个货品品种对应的单价信息,每个减量称重及缺货报警单元向所述信息处理及传输单元发送售出货品重量信息时,所述信息处理及传输单元自动提取与售出货品品种对应一致的单价信息。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的自助减量称重计费系统,其特征在于,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块和信息处理模块采用嵌入式微控制器芯片,所述称量模块采用应变式电阻传感重量检测器,所述显示模块采用LCD显示器,所述存储模块和存储器采用非易失性存储芯片,所述第一通信模块采用串行通信标准,所述第二通信模块采用无线WiFi或有线以太网通信标准。
  10. 一种基于权利要求1所述自助减量称重计费系统进行的自助减量称重计费方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)启动自助减量称重计费系统,其中的信息处理及传输单元通过数据库管理系统获取称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、货品品种及单价信息,将货品品种及单价信息存储于信息处理及传输单元的存储器中,将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量存储于减量称量及缺货报警单元的存储模块中;
    (2)对减量称量及缺货报警单元中的称量模块连接的自助货品区进行补货操作,并通过信息处理及传输单元的操作按键模块输入补货操作信息,由信息处理及传输单元的信息处理模块将补货操作信息传输给所述减量称量及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块收到补货操作信息后进行重量初始化操作,将减量称量及缺货报警单元中的存储模块存储的当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量同时更新为称量模块最新传输的当前货品剩余重量;
    (3)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块实时接收并存储所述称量模块传输来的当前货品剩余重量,接着将存储的前次货品剩余重量和当前货品剩余重量进行相减运算得到售出货品重量信息,然后用存储模块中预存的称量计算用基准参数数据和售出货品重量信息进行比较以确定售出货品重量信息是否有效,若有效则将售出货品重量信息传输给所述信息处理模块,同时将前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量,若无效则不进行数据传输;
    (4)所述信息处理模块接收到减量计算及缺货检测模块传输来的售出货品重量信息后,从信息处理及传输单元的存储器中存储的货品品种及单价信息中提取与售出货品品种对应的单价信息,并将单价信息与售出货品重量信息进行相乘运算得到售出货品价格信息,然后将售出货品价格信息传输给计费结算单元进行费用结算,同时由所述信息处理模块生成货品消费信息,并将货品消费信息传输给数据库管理系统以及信息处理及传输单元中的存储器和显示模块;
    (5)所述计费结算单元基于信息处理模块提供的售出货品价格信息进行费用结算,并在费用结算完成后将计费结束信息回传给所述信息处理模块;所述信息处理模块将计费结束信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块;
    (6)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块接收到计费结束信息后将其存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量进行比较,若当前货品剩余重量值小于等于缺货报警阀值重量,则生成缺货报警信号并传输给报警模块进行缺货报警提示,否则循环执行步骤(3)至(6);
    (7)用户进行补货操作时循环执行步骤(2)至(6)。
  11. 一种基于权利要求6所述自助减量称重计费系统进行的自助减量称重计费方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)启动自助减量称重计费系统,其中的信息处理及传输单元通过数据库管理系统获取称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、货品品种及单价信息,将货品品种及单价信息存储于信息处理及传输单元的存储器中,将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量存储于减量称量及缺货报警单元的存储模块中;
    (2)对减量称量及缺货报警单元中的称量模块连接的自助货品区进行补货操作,并通过信息处理及传输单元的操作按键模块输入补货操作信息,由信息处理及传输单元的信息处理模块将补货操作信息传输给所述减量称量及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块收到补货操作信息后进行重量初始化操作,将减量称量及缺货报警单元中的存储模块存储的当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量同时更新为称量模块最新传输的当前货品剩余重量;
    (3)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块实时接收并存储所述称量模块传输来的当前货品剩余重量,接着将存储的前次货品剩余重量和当前货品剩余重量进行相减运算得到售出货品重量信息,然后用存储模块中预存的称量计算用基准参数数据和售出货品重量信息进行比较以确定售出货品重量信息是否有效,若有效则将售出货品重量信息传输给所述信息处理模块,同时将前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量,若无效则不进行数据传输;
    (4)所述信息处理模块接收到减量计算及缺货检测模块传输来的售出货品重量信息后,从信息处理及传输单元的存储器中存储的货品品种及单价信息中提取与售出货品品种对应的单价信息,并将单价信息与售出货品重量信息进行相乘运算得到售出货品价格信息,然后将售出货品价格信息传输给计费结算单元进行费用结算,同时由所述信息处理模块生成货品消费信息,并将货品消费信息传输给数据库管理系统以及信息处理及传输单元中的存储器和显示模块;
    (5)所述计费结算单元基于信息处理模块提供的售出货品价格信息进行费用结算,并在费用结算完成后将计费结束信息回传给所述信息处理模块;所述信息处理模块将计费结束信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块;
    (6)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块接收到计费结束信息后将其存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量进行比较,若当前货品剩余重量值小于等于缺货报警阀值重量,则生成缺货报警信号并传输给报警模块进行缺货报警提示,否则循环执行步骤(3)至(6);
    (7)用户进行补货操作时循环执行步骤(2)至(6)。
