- 一种基于权利要求6所述自助减量称重计费系统进行的自助减量称重计费方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)启动自助减量称重计费系统,其中的信息处理及传输单元通过数据库管理系统获取称量计算用基准参数数据、缺货报警阀值重量、货品品种及单价信息,将货品品种及单价信息存储于信息处理及传输单元的存储器中,将称量计算用基准参数数据及缺货报警阀值重量存储于减量称量及缺货报警单元的存储模块中;(2)对减量称量及缺货报警单元中的称量模块连接的自助货品区进行补货操作,并通过信息处理及传输单元的操作按键模块输入补货操作信息,由信息处理及传输单元的信息处理模块将补货操作信息传输给所述减量称量及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块,所述减量计算及缺货检测模块收到补货操作信息后进行重量初始化操作,将减量称量及缺货报警单元中的存储模块存储的当前货品剩余重量和前次货品剩余重量同时更新为称量模块最新传输的当前货品剩余重量;(3)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块实时接收并存储所述称量模块传输来的当前货品剩余重量,接着将存储的前次货品剩余重量和当前货品剩余重量进行相减运算得到售出货品重量信息,然后用存储模块中预存的称量计算用基准参数数据和售出货品重量信息进行比较以确定售出货品重量信息是否有效,若有效则将售出货品重量信息传输给所述信息处理模块,同时将前次货品剩余重量更新为当前货品剩余重量,若无效则不进行数据传输;(4)所述信息处理模块接收到减量计算及缺货检测模块传输来的售出货品重量信息后,从信息处理及传输单元的存储器中存储的货品品种及单价信息中提取与售出货品品种对应的单价信息,并将单价信息与售出货品重量信息进行相乘运算得到售出货品价格信息,然后将售出货品价格信息传输给计费结算单元进行费用结算,同时由所述信息处理模块生成货品消费信息,并将货品消费信息传输给数据库管理系统以及信息处理及传输单元中的存储器和显示模块;(5)所述计费结算单元基于信息处理模块提供的售出货品价格信息进行费用结算,并在费用结算完成后将计费结束信息回传给所述信息处理模块;所述信息处理模块将计费结束信息传输给所述减量称重及缺货报警单元中的减量计算及缺货检测模块;(6)所述减量计算及缺货检测模块接收到计费结束信息后将其存储模块中存储的当前货品剩余重量和缺货报警阀值重量进行比较,若当前货品剩余重量值小于等于缺货报警阀值重量,则生成缺货报警信号并传输给报警模块进行缺货报警提示,否则循环执行步骤(3)至(6);(7)用户进行补货操作时循环执行步骤(2)至(6)。
