随着社会的发展和旅游事业的兴起,城市设施逐步趋向现代化,酒店、医院、地铁、科研单位、车间等都希望能安装可以自动开闭的门,以满足特定的需求。
传统的门机一般采用交流异步电动机或直流电动机来实现。前者由于转速较高,调速和位置控制复杂,必须带有中间减速传动装置,以达到减速和将旋转运动变成直线运动的目的,应此,结构复杂,维修困难,噪音大。后者虽具有调速方面的特点,但仍需要将旋转运动转换为直线运动的中间传动装置,而且还需要一套直流电源,因此不仅结构复杂、成本高,而且直流电机的维修比异步电机困难,除此之外也有采用液压或气动装置来驱动门的,它们的传动机可以做的紧凑简单,但是附属设备(油泵或气泵及管道)成本高,结构复杂,体积大,而且为了保证门随时都能动作,油泵(气泵)必须一直处于工作状态,因此不仅噪音大,能源消耗也相对增加,有上述的种种原因,都希望有一种新型的驱动元件,它不仅具有结构简单、噪音小的特点,而且又要节能,直线电机就是一种较为理想的执行元件。
例如中国专利CN104113180A中公开的一种直线电机,包括由基带、轨道、预埋在基带内的永磁体、条形导电片构成的定子,由支架、线圈绕组,为线圈绕组、控制电路供电的碳刷组件,与支架固定的若干个销轴、与销轴动配合的滚轮组成的动子,所述的基带其横截面为工字型,工字型基带下横板两边对称制成圆弧型轨道,导电片对称平铺嵌装在基带上表面两边,在基带中部分段均匀预埋有若干永磁体,若干永磁体的磁极暴露于履带的上下两个表面;所述的支架的横截面为H型,其上表面的凹槽内安装有控制电路,下部凹槽内顶部固定有多个线圈绕组,下部凹槽两边立板为支腿,其纵向对称制有若干用于固定销轴的圆孔,销轴由圆孔固定与若干滚轮动配合,所述的条形导电片为供电极与外部电源连接,所述的碳刷组件安装在支架的前端或者后端,碳刷由弹簧预紧与条形导电片表面滑动接触,碳刷架通过导线与控制电路连接。
又例如中国专利CN104291185B中公开的一种可竖直行驶和水平行驶直线电 机驱动电梯,是由电梯支架、交流电动机、水平驱动轮、水平移动导轨、连接装置、直线电机初级、直线电梯次级、开关门轿厢、缓冲装置组成的,其特征在于:所述的水平移动导轨分布在电梯支架的上、下两层,直线电机次级连接开关门轿厢套在直线电机初级上,直线电机初级两端通过连接装置连接到水平驱动轮,底部水平驱动轮通过交流电动机驱动电梯水平行驶,再通过直线电梯次级的转动沿着直线电机初级导轨竖直行驶,并带动开关门轿厢到达指定位置,电梯竖直行驶,开关门轿厢的底部装有缓冲装置。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中传统直线电机的问题在与:①效率和功率因数较低,管型直线电机的效率和功效因数比用容量的旋转电机要低(特别是低速时候),它的电磁气隙与极距的比值通常较大,所需的磁化电流也较大,使损耗增加,初级铁心两端开断,产生纵向边缘效应,从而引起波形畸变等问题,其结果同样是增加损耗。②启动推力易受到电压波动影响,在低速高滑差的情况下,往往要求有比较恒定的启动推力,但当电源电压有波动时,启动推力变化很大,因此需要电源电压比较稳定。③运行速度范围受到电机极距的限制,当电源频率一定时,电机的运行速度在很大程度上取决于电机的极距,一般极距不能太大,也不能太小,所以它的速度也被限制在某一合适的范围内,在要求低速的传动系统中,就往往需要增加变频设备,提高了设备成本。④馈电比较复杂,对于初级的直线电机,在速度较高或行程较长时,馈电比较复杂。⑤散热困难,管型直线电机的散热条件要比扁平型的直线电机差,这就限制了电机允许的电参数,从而限制了电机的推力,因而圆筒直线电机不合适大功率电机。以上均为现有的直线电机存在的问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单、组装方便、使用面积小、散热快、长度可根据使用情况确定的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,主体为底座,所述底座整体为U型,其特征在于:所述底座包括定子槽、滑动导轨、动子座和挡板,所述定子槽安装在底座的中间位置,在所述定子槽两侧分别装有滑动导轨,所述底座上的滑动导轨与所述定子槽呈现平行状态,所述底座上的滑动导轨与所述定子槽均以螺栓固定在U型底座上,所述挡板设置在U型底座的前端面和后端面,所述动子座在安装在定子槽中间,两侧分别限位于滑动导轨的凹槽中。本发 明中所有部件位置排布紧凑,在使用过程中可大量减少使用空间,是井道空间能得到充分的利用,且安装方便,只需使用固定螺栓将U型底座4固定在安装墙壁上即可,所述动子座前端与桥厢连接即可。

(2)本发明组装放便,组装时只需在U型底座中平行安装滑动导轨和定子槽即可,将冷却管道固定在定子槽周边,放入动子座在定子槽中,且卡装安装到滑动导轨中,在U型底座凸起区一侧安装两个传感器,用于信息反馈即可。
(3)本发明使用面积小、使用长度可根据实际情况自由调节与设定,安装时只需将底座安装与电梯井的墙壁上,滑动座于桥厢相互连接。
(4)本发明散热快,在使用时管型直线电机的散热条件要比扁平型的直线电机差,运动时,机床瞬间电流对车间的供电系统带来沉重负荷,固定在工作台底部的直线电机动子是高发热部件,安装位置不利于自然散热,该产品通过增加冷却管,该冷却管连接冷却系统,冷却介质为油,由于油不容易蒸发或是高温状态时不容易在定子槽中出现水珠,避免使用中出现短路等现象。
(5)结构简单、安装方便、使用面积小、散热快、长度可根据使用情况确定。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中披露了一种电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,如图1所示:主体为底座4,所述底座4整体为U型,所述底座包括定子槽6、滑动导轨2、动子座5和挡板1,所述定子槽6安装在底座4的中间位置,在所述定子槽6两侧分别装有滑动导轨2,所述底座4上的滑动导轨2与所述定子槽6呈现平行状态,所述底座 4上的滑动导轨2与所述定子槽6均以螺栓3固定在U型底座4上,所述挡板1设置在U型底座4的前端面和后端面,所述动子座5在安装在定子槽6中间,两侧分别限位于滑动导轨2的凹槽中,本发明中所有部件位置排布紧凑,在使用过程中可大量减少使用空间,是井道空间能得到充分的利用,且安装方便,只需使用固定螺栓将U型底座4固定在安装墙壁上即可,所述动子座5前端与桥厢连接即可。
在本发明的此实施方式中,如图1所示:所述定子槽6的表面上附有多个小孔,且小孔均匀分布,在定子槽6的表面中增加多个小孔,且定子槽6材料为石墨或石墨烯散热效果较好的材料制成,其目的是为了让装在定子槽6中间的定子片6-1在工作时能够等到充分的散热,从而达到降低定子槽6的温度。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图1所示:所述定子槽6的两侧安装至少安装一根冷却管6-2,且所述冷却管6-2需连接冷却系统进行冷却液的流动,上述中所述在定子槽6上均布多个小孔,且石墨或石墨烯为材料的定子槽6的基础上,在定子槽6外侧加装一根由油作为冷却介质的冷却管6-2,其目的是为了更好的给定子槽6降温,且电梯用直线电机的驱动机构在高速行驶或负载的的状态下定子片6-1会产生较大的热量从而使用多种降温方式对电梯用直线电机的驱动机构的定子槽6进行降温,减少或避免其由于定子槽6高温导致工作失效。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图1所示:所述定子槽6中间设有两两对应且并列排放的定子6-1,且定子6-1由金属材料、永磁体、导电片整体压铸制成,使用压铸制成的定子6-1比常规叠压而成的定子在使用中对比,压铸而成的的定子6-1并列摆放后其使用精度高,高性能,其消耗的能量较少、噪音低和环保性能较好等有点。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图1所示:所述滑动导轨2与所述定子槽6均由螺栓3固定,且两者呈平行状态固定在所述底座4上,由于动子座5是实现直线运动状态,滑动导轨2用于辅助动子座5不产生位移状态,所以所述滑动导轨2与定子槽6呈平行安装。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图1所示:所述底座外4表面设有凹槽4-1,凹槽4-1中放有若干颗螺母,在电梯用直线电机的驱动机构 的安装过程中,使用螺栓将固定底座4固定在墙壁上安装,且为保证安装时呈直线,可借助放置在凹槽4-1中的若干个螺母均匀摆放暂时固定,且矫正电梯用直线电机的驱动机构安装是的垂直度。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图1所示:所述底座4呈U型,垂直于地面一侧设置有凹陷区,形成两个凸起区,在凸起区一侧分别设置两个传感器7,由于动子座5为直线运动,且底座长度更具实际使用情况可做调节,所以在使用中传感器7起到动子座5工作时的限位作用,保护动子座5在工作时行程超限等原因导致事故发生。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图2所示:所述动子座5为凹字型,中间设有导向凸台5-4,导向凸台5-4左右两侧均设有动子片5-1。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图2所示:所述动子片5-1两侧均设有相应的绕线组5-2,在动子座5中间凸台中安装动子片5-1,其动子片5-1上设有相应的绕线组5-2,其目的是为动子座5提供运行动力,是动子座5能在定子槽6中实现直线距离的运行,且动子片5-1与绕线组5-2相对应安装使其在工作时状态达到一直,不出现偏移等现象。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图2所示:所述动子座5左右两边均设置了与H型滑动导轨2相对应的卡爪5-5。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,如图2所示:所述与H型滑动导轨2相对应的卡爪5-5中装有滚动轮5-6或其他能滚动的物体,使用动子座5上的卡爪对H型滑动导轨2相互对应,使动子座在工作中能被限位,且滑动导轨2为直线导轨能有效的保护动子座5的运动状态为直线运动,在所述动子座5左右两边均设置了与H型滑动导轨2相对应的卡爪5-5中装有滚动轮5-6或其他能滚动的物体,其目的是使动子座5能更加灵活的运行,排除卡爪与滑动导轨2的摩擦,导致运动速度减弱或是无法运动等状态。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,所述动子底座5与滑动导轨2活动连接,由于动子座5连接的桥厢需要上下移动,所以动子座5与滑动导轨2之间无法固定连接,必须是活动连接。
本发明的安装方法:取U型底座4将装有定子片6-1的定子槽6装入U型底座4的凹陷区的中间位置,且与U型底座4两侧的凸起区呈平行状态,使用固定 螺栓3固定与U型底座4中,取H型滑动导轨2分别安装与定子槽6的左右两侧,且所述H型滑动导轨2与定子槽6两个呈现平行状态并使用固定螺栓3固定在U型底座4的凹陷区内,在安装好定子槽6和H型滑动导轨2后,取装有动子片5-2的动子座5放入定子槽6中,且动子座5左右两边的卡爪5-5与H型滑动导轨2相互限制,卡爪5-5中的滚动轮5-6需放置与H型滑动导轨2的凹槽中,与凹槽垂直,再去两块固定板1分别安装与U型底座4的前端和后端并固定,取两根冷却管6-2固定在定子槽6的左右两侧且固定,两根冷却管6-2均为独立管道且不相互连接,均从进口端进入冷却液,从出口端回收冷却液。
本发明采用简单装配结构,排除滑块于动子座之间的安装直接在与滑动导轨相对应的平面中装入滚动轮或是其他能滚动的物体,取代滑动块,减少安装成本减少安装工序;在组装时只需在U型底座中平行安装滑动导轨和定子槽即可,将冷却管道固定在定子槽周边,放入动子座在定子槽中,且卡装安装到滑动导轨中,在U型底座凸起区一侧安装两个传感器,用于信息反馈即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,主体为底座(4),所述底座(4)整体为U型,其特征在于:所述底座包括定子槽(6)、滑动导轨(2)、动子座(5)和挡板(1),所述定子槽(6)安装在底座(4)的中间位置,在所述定子槽(6)两侧分别装有滑动导轨(2),所述底座(4)上的滑动导轨(2)与所述定子槽(6)呈现平行状态,所述底座(4)上的滑动导轨(2)与所述定子槽(6)均采用螺栓(3)固定在U型底座(4)上,挡板(1)设置在U型底座(4)的前端面和后端面,所述动子座(5)在安装在定子槽(6)中间,两侧分别限位于滑动导轨(2)的凹槽中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述定子槽(6)的表明附有多个小孔,且小孔均匀分布,且定子槽由石墨或石墨烯等散热快的材料制成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述定子槽(6)的两侧安装至少分别安装一根冷却管(6-2),且所述冷却管(6-2)需外接冷却系统进行冷却液的流动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述定子槽(6)中间设有两两对应且并列排放的定子(6-1),且定子(6-1)由金属材料、永磁体、导电片整体压铸制成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述滑动导轨(2)与所述定子槽(6)均由螺栓(3)固定,且两者呈平行状态固定在所述底座(4)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述底座外(4)表面设有凹槽(4-1),凹槽(4-1)中放有若干颗螺母;所述底座(4)呈U型,垂直于地面一侧设置有凹陷区,形成两个凸起区,在凸起区一侧分别设置两个传感器(7)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述动子座(5)为凹字型,中间设有导向凸台(5-4),导向凸台(5-4)左右两侧均设有动子片(5-1);所述动子片(5-1)两侧均设有相应的绕线组(5-2)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述 动子座(5)左右两边均设置了与H型滑动导轨相对应的卡爪(5-5)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述与H型滑动导轨相对应的卡爪(5-5)中装有滚动轮(5-6)或其他能滚动的物体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电梯用直线电机的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述动子底座(5)与滑动导轨(2)活动连接。
