Description

一种邮件管理方法和邮件服务器 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网领域,尤其涉及一种邮件管理方法和邮件服务器。
背景技术
在公司内部,为了防止将公司内部的文件泄露,很多员工的邮箱账号没有向外部邮箱账号发送邮件的权限,但是能接收外部邮箱账号发送的邮件,当使用外部邮箱的用户想没有外发权限的邮箱账号发送邮件时,无法得知接收方是否成功接收到邮件,发送方往往还需要通过其他渠道确认接收情况,增加了沟通成本。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种邮件管理方法和邮件服务器,能将不具有外发权限的邮件回执消息发送给外部邮箱,便于及时反馈邮件接收状态。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请第一方面提供了一种邮件管理方法,邮件服务器接收邮件发送请求,邮件发送请求用于发送待发送邮件,邮件发送请求携带发件人邮箱账号和收件人邮箱账号,邮件服务器判断收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号,内部邮箱账号表示在邮件服务器上申请的邮箱账号,不在邮件服务器上申请的邮箱账号为外部邮箱账号。可以理解的是,发件人邮箱账号为内部邮箱账号。邮件服务器判断发件人邮箱账号是否具有外发权限,外发权限表示具有向外部邮箱账号发送邮件的权限。若发件人邮箱账号没有外发权限,识别邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮箱类型,若待发送邮件的邮件类型为邮件回执消息的情况下,根据收件人邮箱账号发送待发送请求。
实施上述实施例,邮件服务器识别没有外发权限的邮箱账号发送的邮件为邮件回执消息时,允许邮件回执消息发送给外部邮箱账号,这样能及时反馈邮件接收状态,减少沟通成本。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(RandomAccess Memory,RAM)等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种邮件管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收邮件发送请求;其中,所述邮件发送请求携带发件人邮箱账号和收件人邮箱账号;
    判断所述收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号;
    若为否,判断所述发件人邮箱账号是否有外发权限;
    若为否,识别所述邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮件类型;
    在所述待发送邮件为邮件回执消息的情况下,根据所述收件人邮箱账号发送所述待发送邮件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号包括:
    获取预设的内部邮箱账号列表,判断所述收件人邮箱账号是否位于所述内部邮箱账号列表中;
    若为是,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为内部邮箱账号;
    若为否,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为外部邮箱账号;
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号包括:
    获取所述收件人邮箱账号的主机名,判断所述主机名是否为预设主机名;
    若为是,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为内部邮箱账号;
    若为否,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为外部邮箱账号。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮件类型包括:
    根据所述邮件发送请求中携带的邮件类型标识识别所述邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮件类型。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待发送邮件包括邮件标题、所述发件人邮箱账号、所述收件人邮箱账号和发送时间。
  6. 一种邮件服务器,其特征在于,包括存储器、处理器和收发器;
    所述收发器,用于接收邮件发送请求;其中,所述邮件发送请求携带发件人邮箱账号和收件人邮箱账号;
    所述存储器,用于存储程序代码;
    所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行:
    判断所述收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号;
    若为否,判断所述发件人邮箱账号是否有外发权限;
    若为否,识别所述邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮件类型;
    在所述待发送邮件为邮件回执消息的情况下,指示所述收发器根据所述收件人邮箱账号发送所述待发送邮件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的邮件服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述判断所述收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号包括:
    获取预设的内部邮箱账号列表,判断所述收件人邮箱账号是否位于所述内部邮箱账号列表中;
    若为是,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为内部邮箱账号;
    若为否,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为外部邮箱账号。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的邮件服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述判断收件人邮箱账号是否为内部邮箱账号包括:
    获取所述收件人邮箱账号的主机名,判断所述主机名是否为预设主机名;
    若为是,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为内部邮箱账号;
    若为否,确定所述收件人邮箱账号为外部邮箱账号。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任意一项所述的邮件服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述识别邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮件类型包括:
    根据所述邮件发送请求中携带的邮件类型标识识别所述邮件发送请求对应的待发送邮件的邮件类型。
  10. 如权利要9所述的邮件服务器,其特征在于,所述待发送邮件包括邮件标题、所述发件人邮箱账号、所述收件人邮箱账号和发送时间。
