一种滚筒洗衣机,包括可转动的内筒,内筒的两端封闭分别通过转轴可转动的安装在支撑装置上,内筒的侧壁上开设用于取放衣物的投放口,投放口上安装可开启/关闭的密封内盖;所述内筒两端的转轴中至少一个转轴内设置用于进水和/或排水的水流流道。
进一步地,还包括驱动装置,所述内筒的一端为后筒底,后筒底通过中心转轴与驱动 装置传动连接,中心转轴内部中空以设置水流流道:
所述的中心转轴内设置一条水流流道,所述的水流流道与滚筒洗衣机的进水装置或者排水装置连通;
或者,所述的中心转轴内设置分别连通进水装置、排水装置的多条水流流道。
进一步地,所述中心转轴的一端伸出至驱动装置外部,中心转轴的伸出端通过轴承可转动的安装在连通件上,所述的连通件内具有连通通道,所述的连通通道连通水流流道与进水装置/排水装置。
进一步地,所述的排水装置包括排水管和自吸泵,自吸泵的进水口通过排水管与水流流道连通;
所述内筒的后筒底内壁设置用于在脱水和/或排水过程中集水的集水装置,集水装置与水流流道连通;
在脱水和/或排水过程中,集水装置将内筒内的水收集并在自吸泵的吸力作用下排出。
进一步地,所述的集水装置具有集水腔室和集水流道,所述的集水腔室设置在内筒的后筒底内壁中心且与中心转轴内的水流流道相连通,所述的集水流道设置在内筒的后筒底内壁,集水流道的一端与集水腔室连通,另一端朝向内筒的内壁延伸;
优选地,所述的集水流道包括多个,分别沿着内筒的后筒底的周向均匀分布。
进一步地,所述的集水装置包括盖板,盖板安装在内筒的后筒底内壁上:
所述的盖板内部具有封闭的中空腔室以形成集水腔室和集水流道,或者,所述的盖板内部具有开口的凹槽,盖板与内筒的后筒底内壁之间密封连接将凹槽封闭,形成集水腔室和集水流道。
进一步地,所述内筒上与后筒底相对的一端为前筒盖,所述前筒盖的直径小于后筒底的直径,所述内筒的侧壁由前筒盖向后筒底倾斜向上设置。
进一步地,还包括机体和与内筒同轴设置的外筒,外筒通过减震装置安装在机体内;所述的内筒设置在外筒内部,洗涤过程中内筒内盛水,内筒与外筒之间无水;
所述外筒的两端封闭,侧壁顶部对应投放口的位置开设开口,开口上安装可开启/关闭的密封外盖;所述内筒两端的转轴可转动的安装在外筒的两端筒壁上。
进一步地,所述的减震装置包括减震器和减震挂簧,所述的减震器安装在外筒的底部侧壁中部,所述的减震挂簧挂装在外筒的顶部侧壁上;
优选地,所述的减震挂簧挂装在外筒的顶部侧壁上靠近驱动装置的一端,所述的减震器包括两个,对称安装在外筒底部侧壁的两侧。
进一步地,所述内筒的后筒底开设排水口,排水口上安装密封塞体;所述外筒内的底部对应密封塞体安装伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置可伸出将密封塞体顶开,排水口打开进行排水,伸缩装置缩回,密封塞体复位,排水口关闭。
本发明的滚筒洗衣机的内筒前后端封闭,将投放口开设在内筒的侧壁上,这样可将内筒整个做成无孔内筒,洗涤时内筒内盛放洗涤水,内筒转动进行衣物洗涤。这样,取消了现有滚筒洗衣机的外筒,这样,在机体尺寸不变的情况下以增加内筒的容积,从而增大滚筒洗衣机的容量;另外,内筒内盛水,解决了现有洗衣机的洗涤水进入到内筒与外筒之间,随着时间的累积,内筒的外壁和外筒的内壁容易“藏污纳垢”的问题。
本发明的滚筒两封闭端分别通过转轴可转动的安装在支撑装置上实现了滚筒的转动,而内筒两端的转轴中至少一个转轴内设置用于进水和/或排水的水流流道则实现了进排水问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种滚筒洗衣机进行详细描述:
如图1及图2所示,本实施例的一种滚筒洗衣机,包括可转动的内筒28,内筒28的两端封闭分别通过转轴可转动的安装在支撑装置上,内筒28的侧壁上开设用于取放衣物的投放口,投放口上安装可开启/关闭的密封内盖27;所述内筒28两端的转轴中至少一个转轴内设置用于进水和/或排水的水流流道。
本实施例的内筒28为筒壁上不开设脱水孔的无孔内筒,洗涤时,内筒28内盛放洗涤水,内筒28转动进行衣物洗涤。本发明的滚筒洗衣机可以取消外筒,这样,在机体尺寸不 变的情况下以增加内筒28的容积,增大滚筒洗衣机的容量。另外,内筒28内盛水,解决了现有洗衣机的洗涤水进入到内筒与外筒之间,随着时间的累积,内筒的外壁和外筒的内壁容易“藏污纳垢”的问题。
本实施例滚筒洗衣机的内筒28以水平轴线为中心转动,现有的内筒28前端开设投放口,因此,现有方式通过将外筒进行密封防止洗涤水溢出。本发明的滚筒洗衣机的内筒28的转动方式不变,但是将两端封闭,而改为将投放口开设在内筒28的侧壁上,这样,只需要将投放口密封即可,简化了密封结构。
另外,本实施例的滚筒两端分别通过转轴可转动的安装在支撑装置上实现了滚筒的转动,而内筒28两端的转轴中至少一个转轴内设置用于进水和/或排水的水流流道则实现了进排水问题。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,本实施例的滚筒洗衣机还包括驱动装置8,所述内筒28的一端为后筒底,后筒底通过中心转轴10与驱动装置8传动连接,中心转轴10内部中空以设置水流流道。本实施例将水流流道设置在中心转轴10内,这样,洗衣机的进水,或者排水都可以由此水流流道进出,内筒转动不会影响进排水。
优选地,本实施例所述的中心转轴10内设置一条水流流道,所述的水流流道与滚筒洗衣机的进水装置或者排水装置连通,本实施例的中心转轴10内的水流流道只能实现单独的进水或者排水功能。
或者,本实施例所述的中心转轴10内设置分别连通进水装置、排水装置的多条水流流道,这样,中心转轴10内的水流流道可同时实现进排水。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述中心转轴10的一端伸出至驱动装置8外部,中心转轴10的伸出端通过轴承可转动的安装在连通件9上,所述的连通件9内具有连通通道,所述的连通通道连通水流流道与进水装置/排水装置。
本发明以通过中心转轴10内的水流流道实现排水为例进行详细阐述,本实施例的中心转轴10内的水流流道与排水装置连通,以实现排水功能。具体地,本实施例所述的排水装置包括排水管14和自吸泵13,自吸泵13的进水口通过排水管14与中心转轴10内的水流流道连通。
由于中心转轴10位于内筒的筒底中心位置,并非出于内筒的最低位置,因此,为了保证内筒内的洗涤水更好的排出,所述内筒28的后筒底内壁设置用于在脱水和/或排水过程中集水的集水装置,集水装置与水流流道连通;在脱水和/或排水过程中,集水装置将内筒内的水收集并在自吸泵13的吸力作用下排出。
具体地,本实施例所述的集水装置具有集水腔室11和集水流道6,所述的集水腔室11设置在内筒28的后筒底内壁中心且与中心转轴10内的水流流道相连通,所述的集水流道6设置在内筒的后筒底内壁,集水流道6的一端与集水腔室11连通,另一端朝向内筒28的内壁延伸。
优选地,所述的集水流道6包括多个,分别沿着内筒28的后筒底的周向均匀分布。
为了配合集水装置进行集水,本实施例的内筒28上与后筒底相对的一端为前筒盖,所述前筒盖的直径小于后筒底的直径,所述内筒28的侧壁由前筒盖向后筒底倾斜向上设置。
为了实现集水装置的集水效果,还需要配合内筒28的转动,内筒28转动,洗涤水在离心作用下聚集在内筒28的侧壁表面,由由于侧壁的倾斜结构,使得洗涤水沿着内筒28的倾斜侧壁由前筒盖向后筒底汇聚并由设置在此的集水流道6引入到集水腔室内。
因此,本实施例的滚筒洗衣机脱水过程中借助内筒28的高速转动实现集水排水,洗涤过程后的排水可以增加排水程序,通过提高内筒28高速转动实现排水。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,本实施例所述的集水装置包括盖板,盖板安装在内筒的后筒底内壁上:所述的盖板内部具有封闭的中空腔室以形成集水腔室11和集水流道6,或者,所述的盖板内部具有开口的凹槽,盖板与内筒的后筒底内壁之间密封连接将凹槽封闭,形成集水腔室11和集水流道6。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,所述集水装置的上表面构造有凸出于内筒内的底部的凸起结构,凸起结构可在洗涤时对洗涤物进行提升,从而提高洗衣效果。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机还包括机体4和与内筒28同轴设置的外筒5,外筒5通过减震装置安装在机体4内;所述的内筒28设置在外筒5内部,洗涤过程中内筒28内盛水,内筒28与外筒4之间无水;所述外筒4的两端封闭,侧壁顶部对应投放口的位置开设开口,开口上安装可开启/关闭的密封外盖1;所述内筒28两端的转轴可转动的安装在外筒5的两端筒壁上。
本实施例的外筒5不用作洗涤过程中盛水,主要通过减震装置实现内筒28的减震,以确保滚筒洗衣机工作的稳定性。
进一步地,本实施例所述的减震装置包括减震器22和减震挂簧3,所述的减震器22安装在外筒5的底部侧壁中部,所述的减震挂簧3挂装在外筒5的顶部侧壁上。
优选地,所述的减震挂簧挂3装在外筒5的顶部侧壁上靠近驱动装置的一端,所述的减震器22包括两个,对称安装在外筒5底部侧壁的两侧。
作为本实施例的一种优选实施方式,由于上述中心转轴10的排水方式需要配合内筒28 的高速转动才能实现,本实施例在设置了外筒5的基础上,针对洗涤过程的排水,设置的相应的排水结构。
具体地,本实施例所述内筒28的后筒底开设排水口30,排水口30上安装密封塞体17;所述外筒内的底部对应密封塞体17安装伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置可伸出将密封塞体17顶开,排水口30打开进行排水,伸缩装置缩回,密封塞体17复位,排水口30关闭。
因此,本实施例的滚筒洗衣机在洗涤过程的排水可以通过控制伸缩装置将排水口30打开实现,在脱水过程中,可通过中心转轴10内部的水流通道排水。
进一步地,本实施例排水口30内还设置有与密封塞体17相连接的复位弹簧18,伸缩装置缩回,密封塞体17在复位弹簧18的弹性作用下复位。
本实施例的伸缩装置包括在电机带动下转动的偏心凸轮15和与偏心凸轮15可转动连接的伸缩杆16,偏心凸轮15转动带动伸缩杆16向上运动,以顶开密封塞体17将排水口30打开排水。
本实施例的外筒5上对应内筒的排水口30位置设置外筒排水口,外筒排水口连接主排水管20,外筒排水口的一侧设置挡水筋21,挡水筋21将洗涤水阻挡在挡水筋21与外筒底之间,避免洗涤水过多的与外筒5的内表面接触,杜绝外筒5的内壁上积累污垢。
本实施例的排水管14与主排水管20相连通,主排水管20连接排水阀19。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机,所述内筒28前端的转轴穿过外筒5的前端可转动的安装在支撑体25上,内筒28后端的转轴穿过外筒5的后端与驱动装置8传动连接。
本实施例的内筒28前端固定连接传动转轴32,传动转轴32穿过外筒5的前端,传动转轴32与外筒的前端之间设置第一轴承24,第一转轴32与支撑体25之间设置第二轴承26,中心转轴10与外筒5的后端设置第三轴承12,中心转轴10与连通件9之间设置第四轴承31。
本实施例的滚筒洗衣机内还设置有进水水盒29和与进水水盒29连接的进水管2,当从中心转轴10内的水流流道进水时,进水管2与中心转轴10内的水流流道连通。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,包括可转动的内筒,内筒的两端封闭分别通过转轴可转动的安装在支撑装置上,内筒的侧壁上开设用于取放衣物的投放口,投放口上安装可开启/关闭的密封内盖;所述内筒两端的转轴中至少一个转轴内设置用于进水和/或排水的水流流道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括驱动装置,所述内筒的一端为后筒底,后筒底通过中心转轴与驱动装置传动连接,中心转轴内部中空以设置水流流道:
    所述的中心转轴内设置一条水流流道,所述的水流流道与滚筒洗衣机的进水装置或者排水装置连通;
    或者,所述的中心转轴内设置分别连通进水装置、排水装置的多条水流流道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述中心转轴的一端伸出至驱动装置外部,中心转轴的伸出端通过轴承可转动的安装在连通件上,所述的连通件内具有连通通道,所述的连通通道连通水流流道与进水装置/排水装置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的排水装置包括排水管和自吸泵,自吸泵的进水口通过排水管与水流流道连通;
    所述内筒的后筒底内壁设置用于在脱水和/或排水过程中集水的集水装置,集水装置与水流流道连通;
    在脱水和/或排水过程中,集水装置将内筒内的水收集并在自吸泵的吸力作用下排出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的集水装置具有集水腔室和集水流道,所述的集水腔室设置在内筒的后筒底内壁中心且与中心转轴内的水流流道相连通,所述的集水流道设置在内筒的后筒底内壁,集水流道的一端与集水腔室连通,另一端朝向内筒的内壁延伸;
    优选地,所述的集水流道包括多个,分别沿着内筒的后筒底的周向均匀分布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的集水装置包括盖板,盖板安装在内筒的后筒底内壁上:
    所述的盖板内部具有封闭的中空腔室以形成集水腔室和集水流道,或者,所述的盖板内部具有开口的凹槽,盖板与内筒的后筒底内壁之间密封连接将凹槽封闭,形成集水腔室和集水流道。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任意一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内筒上与后筒底相对的一端为前筒盖,所述前筒盖的直径小于后筒底的直径,所述内筒的侧壁由前筒盖向 后筒底倾斜向上设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,还包括机体和与内筒同轴设置的外筒,外筒通过减震装置安装在机体内;所述的内筒设置在外筒内部,洗涤过程中内筒内盛水,内筒与外筒之间无水;
    所述外筒的两端封闭,侧壁顶部对应投放口的位置开设开口,开口上安装可开启/关闭的密封外盖;所述内筒两端的转轴可转动的安装在外筒的两端筒壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述的减震装置包括减震器和减震挂簧,所述的减震器安装在外筒的底部侧壁中部,所述的减震挂簧挂装在外筒的顶部侧壁上;
    优选地,所述的减震挂簧挂装在外筒的顶部侧壁上靠近驱动装置的一端,所述的减震器包括两个,对称安装在外筒底部侧壁的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内筒的后筒底开设排水口,排水口上安装密封塞体;所述外筒内的底部对应密封塞体安装伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置可伸出将密封塞体顶开,排水口打开进行排水,伸缩装置缩回,密封塞体复位,排水口关闭。
