相关技术中,包装箱主要分为以下两类:第一类包装箱,只适用于一种规格的产品,由于此类包装箱不能通用,因此成本较高;第二类包装箱,可以适用于不同规格的产品,但由于不同规格产品的尺寸不同,因此,需要采用不同厚度的发泡材质的挡块来填充箱体,以实现对产品的固定和缓冲。

当固定块3插入调节块1的凹形腔13内时,凹形腔13侧壁上设有的条状凸起和固定块3的表面设有的条状凹槽相互平行,且该条状凸起和条状凹槽与底壁11的垂线方向交叉设置,进而,通过上述条状凸起和条状凹槽之间的卡合,可以实现固定块3和调节块1之间的相对固定。并且,随着固定块3沿底壁11的垂线方向的插入的深度不同,相卡合的条状凸起和条状凹槽的位置和/或数量会有所变化,即卡合状态有所不同,因此,通过选择不同的卡合状态,可以调整固定块3在凹形腔内的插入深度,从而使该填充块在垂直于底壁11方向上的尺寸发生变化。
如图1至图4所示,在一种具体的实施例中,第一卡合部2,即条状凸起,其横截面为三角形;相应地,第二卡合部4,即条状凹槽,其横截面也为三角形。采用该设计,凹形腔13侧壁上设有的至少两个第一卡合部2,如图2中的第一卡合部21和第一卡合部22,可以呈现出类似成排锯齿的结构;相应地,固定块3上设有的多个第二卡合部4,如图2中的第二卡合部41、第二卡合部42和第二卡合部43,也可以呈现出类似成排锯齿的结构,因此,第一卡合部2和第二卡合部4之间很容易实现卡合装配。
在本公开的其它实施例中,条状凸起和条状凹槽的横截面并不限于三角形,也可以为方形、梯形等结构。另外,在本公开的其它实施例中,调节块1上的第一卡合部2也可以为条状凹槽;此时,相应地,固定块3上的第二卡合部4则为可与上述条状凹槽卡合的条状凸起。
如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,在一种具体的实施例中,固定块3可以包括主体结构31和固定结构32,其中:第二卡合部4位于主体结构31上,该主体结构31能够插入调节块1的凹形腔内并与调节块1之间实现不同状态的卡合;固定结构32能够将固定块3固定连接于待固定物上。上述待固定物并不属于填充块,即上述待固定物是独立于填充块的结构。例如,上述待固定物可以为包装箱的箱体6,此时,固定块3可以通过其固定结构32固定于包装箱的箱体6上,通过调节其主体结构31插入调节块1的凹形腔13内的深度,可以改变调节块1与箱体6的侧壁之间的间距,进而使调节块1背离其凹形腔13开口的一侧与包装箱内的包装产品相抵,以实现对产品的固定和缓冲。
如图1至图3所示,在一种具体的实施例中,调节块1的凹形腔13可以呈方形;且,凹形腔13相对的两个侧壁12上分别设有沿垂直于底壁11方向排列的至少两个第一卡合部2;进一步地,凹形腔13未设有第一卡合部2的两个侧壁中,其中一个侧壁呈开放式结构10,即该侧壁一侧没有壁体结构,固定块3可从该开放式结构10的一侧插入凹形腔13内,以使调节块1的第一卡合部2与固定块3的第二卡合部4之间直接卡合。例如,固定块3可以从调节块1的开放式结构10一侧直接插入凹形腔13,从而使第二卡合部41直接与第一卡合部22卡合。
凹形腔13未设有第一卡合部的两个侧壁中,另一个侧壁也可以呈开放式结构。在本公开的一个具体实施例中,凹形腔13未设有第一卡合部2的两个侧壁中,另一个侧壁可以具有壁体结构、以对固定块3进行限位,从而避免固定块3从开放式结构10一侧插入凹形腔13内时从该侧滑出。该侧壁体可以是一块完整的壁体,或者,该侧壁体上也可以设有窗口、以便于用户可以通过该窗口观察凹形腔13内情况,如观察固定块3与凹形腔13侧壁的卡合情况。
如图1、图2、图4和图5所示,一种具体的实施例中,固定块3中,主体结构31呈立方体状,固定结构32为T形结构,包括呈T形连接的限位部 322和连接部321,连接部321与主体结构31固定连接,限位部322平行于主体结构31与连接部321连接的侧面,第二卡合部4设置在主体结构31与调节块1设有第一卡合部2的两个侧壁相对应的两个侧面上,并且位于固定结构32的两侧。与固定块3相连接的待固定物上可以设有截面为T形的凹槽,以使固定结构32可以与待固定物卡合固定。
如图1、图2和图5所示,一种具体的实施例中,填充块还可以包括安装于调节块1背离其凹形腔开口的一侧的弹性垫5,即弹性垫5位于凹形腔的底壁11的外侧。弹性垫5可以保证调节块1的底壁11与包装产品为弹性相抵,进而可以提高该填充块对产品的固定缓冲效果。
如图1至图5所示,一种具体的实施例中,填充块中的固定块3和调节块1都可以采用塑料材质,具体可以通过注塑工艺成型。弹性垫5可以采用橡胶材质,具体地,弹性垫5可以粘贴于调节块1的底壁11外侧。
相关技术中,填充块大多采用发泡材质,在本公开实施例中,固定块3和调节块1采用塑料注塑成型,其可靠性和使用寿命在很大程度上得到提高。弹性垫5通过粘贴固定,可以定期进行更换,以保证整个填充块对包装产品的缓冲效果。
如图5所示,本公开实施例还提供了一种包装箱,该包装箱包括箱体6,以及上述任一实施例中的填充块。在该具体实施例中,箱体6的侧壁具有卡槽60,上述填充块的固定块3与卡槽60卡合。
具体地,箱体6侧壁上的卡槽60可与固定块3的上述固定结构32卡合连接。
如图6所示,在一种具体的实施例中,沿垂直于箱体6侧壁的方向上,卡槽60的内壁上可以依次排列有至少两个第三卡合部601;进一步地,固定块3中,固定结构32的表面设有可与上述第三卡合部601卡合的第四卡合部321;当固定块3与卡槽60卡合连接时,固定结构32和卡槽60之间可以通过上述第三卡合部601和第四卡合部321实现卡合;并且,当固定块3插入卡槽60内的深度不同时,相卡合的第三卡合部601和第四卡合部321的数量和位置可以不同。具体地,上述第三卡合部601和第四卡合部321的具体结构和卡合状态选择原理可以与前述的第一卡合部2和第二卡合部4类似,这里不再重复赘述。
本公开实施例还提供了一种固定装置,该固定装置包括上述任一实施例 中的填充块。固定装置的具体类型不限,具体地,该固定装置可以为行李箱、集装箱等物流运输领域的包装固定装置。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本公开的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本公开进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本公开各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种填充块,包括:
    调节块,所述调节块具有凹形腔,所述凹形腔包括相对的开口和底壁,以及位于所述开口和所述底壁之间的侧壁,所述侧壁具有沿所述开口至所述底壁方向依次排列的至少两个第一卡合部;
    固定块,插设于所述调节块的所述凹形腔内,且所述固定块的表面具有第二卡合部,所述第二卡合部与所述第一卡合部卡合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的填充块,其中,所述第一卡合部为条状凸起;所述第二卡合部为能够与所述条状凸起卡合的条状凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的填充块,其中,所述条状凸起的横截面为三角形;所述条状凹槽的横截面为三角形。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的填充块,其中,所述固定块包括主体结构和固定结构,所述第二卡合部位于所述主体结构上,所述固定结构能够将所述固定块固定连接于待固定物上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的填充块,其中,所述凹形腔呈方形;所述至少两个第一卡合部分布于所述凹形腔相对的两个所述侧壁上;所述凹形腔未设有所述第一卡合部的两个所述侧壁中,至少一个所述侧壁呈开放式结构,所述固定块能够从所述开放式结构的一侧插入所述凹形腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的填充块,其中,还包括位于所述调节块背离所述凹形腔的所述开口一侧的弹性垫。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的填充块,其中,所述弹性垫为橡胶材质的弹性垫。
  8. 根据权利要求5~7任一项所述的填充块,其中,所述固定块为塑料材质的固定块;和/或,所述调节块为塑料材质的调节块。
  9. 一种包装箱,包括箱体,以及如权利要求4~8任一项所述的填充块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装箱,其中,所述箱体的侧壁具有卡槽,所述填充块的所述固定块与所述卡槽卡合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述固定块的所述固定结构与所述卡槽卡合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的包装箱,其中,沿垂直于所述箱体侧壁的方向,所述卡槽的内壁具有依次排列的至少两个第三卡合部;所述固定结构的 表面具有第四卡合部,所述第四卡合部与所述第三卡合部卡合。
  13. 一种固定装置,包括如权利要求1~8任一项所述的填充块。
