获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;

本发明通过获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频。通过以上方式,本发明的调整方法能自动获取播放环境的噪音音频,并对播放环境的噪音进行分析;根据分析和待播放音频的类型得出合适的播放方案,并根据该方案自动调整播放音量。本发明无需用户手动操作,自动对播放音量进行调整,减小了用户的操作量,为用户提供了方便,提高了用户的体验。

参照图1,图1为本发明实施例方案涉及的音频音量的调整终端的硬件结构示意图。
本发明实施例中的音频音量的调整方法应用于音频音量的调整终端(在后续描述中简称调整终端),该调整终端可以是智能电视、智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机等具有显示播放功能的终端设备。如图1所示,本发明实施例的调整终端可以包括处理器1001(例如CPU),通信总线1002,用户接口1003,网络接口1004,存储器1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信;可选用户接口1003还可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard);网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口);存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器,存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,调整终端还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。其中,传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏的亮度,接近传感器可在终端移动到耳边时,关闭显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动终端姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;当然,调整终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的调整终端结构并不构成对本发明调整终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
继续参照图1,图1中作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及调整程序。
在图1所示的终端中,网络接口1004主要用于连接云端服务器,与云端服务器进行数据通信;用户接口1003可以连接客户端(用户端)或控制器,与客户端或控制器进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的调整程序,并执行以下操作:
获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;
根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频。
进一步的,处理器1001还可以调用存储器1005中存储的调整程序,执行以下操作:
若未在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则将所述播放方案保存在内存中;
若在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则根据所述音量调整指令调整当前播放音量,并将调整后的播放方案保存在内存中。
进一步的,处理器1001还可以调用存储器1005中存储的调整程序,执行以下操作:
在内存中查找与所述噪音信息和预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;

基于上述硬件结构,提出本发明音频音量的调整方法实施例。
参照图2,图2为本发明音频音量的调整方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
本实施例中,所述调整方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;
在人们的生活中,不同的环境下对音频播放的音量有不同的要求,例如在噪音较大的环境下,需要把音乐的音量调大,人们才能清楚的听到音乐的声音。而目前的音量调整方式,是人在听到现场的噪音后,发现当前的播放音量没有达到最佳的效果,手动对音频音量进行调整。这种调整方法对用户而言不太方便,尤其是用户距离播放终端较远或者是正在处理某事而不方便进行手动调整时,无法对音频音量进行调整。考虑到现有调整方法缺陷,本实施例提出一种音频音量的调整方法,该调整方法自动对当前播放环境的环境音频进行分析,得出当前环境噪音信息;根据该噪音信息得出音量调整方案,并根据该调整方案自动调整音频音量,从而实现音频音量的自动调整,无需用户进行手动操作,提高了用户的体验。
具体的,本实施例中的调整方法应用于音频音量的调整终端,该调整终端可以是智能电视、智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机、可穿戴设备等具有显示播放功能的终端设备,本实施例中以手机进行说明。
本实施例中,手机可自动获取当前播放环境的环境音频,对环境声音情况进行分析。具体的,可使用类似麦克风的声音获取装置获取当前的环境噪声,声音获取装置可以集成于手机内部,当然也可以对手机外接声音获取装置,在此不作限制,具体根据实际需要而定。通过该声音获取装置,可以在获取一段时间内的环境噪声,例如获取当前环境中3-5秒时长的环境噪声,并根据预设分析规则对环境噪音的音频进行分析,分析噪声音频的声压级、频率、响度等时域数据,得出当前环境的噪音信息,如当前环境的噪音是高声压级低频低响度,又或者是中声压级高频高响度、又或者是中声压级中频中响度等等。
步骤S20,根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
本实施例,在得到当前环境的噪音特点时,会根据该噪音特点、将要播放的待播放音频和预设调整规则,确定对应的播放方案,本实施例中的播放方案主要包括音量,例如在当前环境噪音是高声压级低频低响度时,如果将播放文字阅读类音频,则播放方案应采用较高音量;而如果将要播放歌唱类音频时应采用较低音量。
当然本实施例中的预设调整规则和播放方案还可以包括音频采样率、频率、通道数等的变换,还可以包括音频失真补偿等方面内容。该预设调整和播放方案的内容可以根据实际需要进行设置。
进一步的,在得到当前环境的噪音特点时,还可以在手机的显示屏以图表的形式显示噪音的压级、频率、响度等时域数据;当然,还可以以语音的方式向用户播报噪音特点。
步骤S30,根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频。
本实施例中,在获取到预设待播放音频对应的播放方案时,将根据该播放方案调整音量设置,并以该音量播放预设待播放音频,从而实现音频音量的自动调整。
进一步的,音量调整完成后,手机还会自动计时,在经过预设第二时间时,手机会再次获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并分析新获取的环境音频,以判断当前播放环境的是否发生改变;如果播放环境发生了改变,则会根据新的播放环境重新对播放音量进行调整。具体的,若播放环境发生了变化,手机再次执行步骤S20;若播放环境未发生变化,则保持当前的播放音量,并在经过一定时间时,再次进行环境检测,从而实现音量的动态调整。
本实施例中,通过获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频。通过以上方式,本实施例中的调整方法能自动获取播放环境的噪音音频,并对播放环境的噪音进行分析;根据分析和待播放音频的类型得出合适的播放方案,并根据该方案自动调整播放音量。本实施例无需用户手动操作,自动对播放音量进行调整,减小了用户的操作量,为用户提供了方便,提高了用户的体验。
参照图3,图3为本发明音频音量的调整方法第二实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述图2所述的实施例,所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S40,若未在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则将所述播放方案保存在内存中;
步骤S50,若在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则根据所述音量调整指令调整当前播放音量,并将调整后的播放方案保存在内存中。
本实施例中,在对音量的自动调整完成时,还会对调整的效果进行检测和记录。具体的,在音量调整完成时,如果用户认为当前的播放音量满足使用需求,则不会对播放音量进行手动调整;此时,如果手机经过了第一预设时间都没有接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则会认为本次调整是有效的,手机会将本次的播放方案保存在内存中;在下次播放时,如果环境的噪音情况和待播放类型与内存中播放方案中的一致,则会调取该播放方案对音频音量进行设置,无需再次分析噪音特点,节约了处理时间,提高了处理效率。
另一方面,在音量调整完成时,如果用户认为当前的播放音量未满足使用需求,播放的声音太小或者太大,对播放音量进行手动调整;此时,如果手机在第一预设时间接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则会认为本次调整是无效的,此时将根该音量调整指令调整当前播放音量,并将调整后的播放方案保存在内存中,在下次播放时,如果环境的噪音情况和待播放类型与内存中播放方案中的一致,则会调取该播放方案对音频音量进行设置,满足用户的个性化需求。
进一步的,在手机外接了音响或是其他音频播放设备时,用户可以通过手机进行音频音量手动调整,还可以通过该外接设备进行音量手动调整,用户可以选择最方便的方式进行手动调整;而手机与外接设备的连接,可以是以有线的方式,还可以是以无线的方式(例如蓝牙、wifi等),此处不做限制。
参照图4,图4为本发明音频音量的调整方法第三实施例的流程示意图。
基于上述图2所述的实施例,所述步骤S10之后,还包括:
步骤S60,在内存中查找与所述噪音信息和预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
步骤S70,若内存中存在对应的播放方案,则根据所述对应的播放方案调整播放音量。
本实施例中,在分析得出环境的噪音特点时,先在内存中进行查找,以确定内存中是否存在与当前环境噪音和待播放音频匹配的播放方案。若内存中存在匹配的播放方案,则说明之前在同样的环境下播放过同样的音频,而且之前进行过了调整;此时将会调取当时所保存的播放方案,并根据该播放方案进行音量调整,无需再次分析噪音特点,节约了处理时间,提高了处理效率。
若内存中不存在与当前环境噪音和待播放音频匹配的播放方案,此时执行步骤S20。
此外,本发明还提供一种音频音量的调整终端。
继续参照图2,本发明调整终端包括处理器、存储器、以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的调整程序,所述调整程序被所述处理器执行时,实现以下步骤:
步骤S10,获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;

具体的,本实施例中的调整方法应用于音频音量的调整终端,该调整终端可以是智能电视、智能手机、平板电脑、便携计算机、可穿戴设备等具有显示播放功能的终端设备,本实施例中以手机进行说明。
本实施例中,手机可自动获取当前播放环境的环境音频,对环境声音情况进行分析。具体的,可使用类似麦克风的声音获取装置获取当前的环境噪声,声音获取装置可以集成于手机内部,当然也可以对手机外接声音获取装置,在此不作限制,具体根据实际需要而定。通过该声音获取装置,可以在获取一段时间内的环境噪声,例如获取当前环境中5S的环境噪声,并根据预设分析规则对环境噪音的音频进行分析,分析噪声音频的声压级、频率、响度等时域数据,得出当前环境的噪音信息,如当前环境的噪音是高声压级低频低响度,又或者是中声压级高频高响度、又或者是中声压级中频中响度等等。
步骤S20,根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
本实施例,在得到当前环境的噪音特点时,会根据该噪音特点、将要播放的待播放音频和预设调整规则,确定对应的播放方案,本实施例中的播放方案主要包括音量,例如在当前环境噪音是高声压级低频低响度时,如果将播放文字阅读类音频,则播放方案应采用较高音量;而如果将要播放歌唱类音频时应采用较低音量。
当然本实施例中的预设调整规则和播放方案还可以包括音频采样率、频率、通道数等的变换,还可以包括音频失真补偿等方面内容。该预设调整和播放方案的内容可以根据实际需要进行设置。

    获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;
    根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
    根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的调整方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频的步骤之后,还包括:
    若未在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则将所述播放方案保存在内存中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的调整方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频的步骤之后,还包括:

  5. 如权利要求1所述的调整方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频的步骤之后,还包括:
    在经过预设第二时间时,再次获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析新获取的环境音频,以判断当前播放环境的是否发生改变;
    若当前播放环境的发生改变,则执行步骤根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的调整方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频的步骤之后,还包括:
    在经过预设第二时间时,再次获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析新获取的环境音频,以判断当前播放环境的是否发生改变;
    若当前播放环境的发生改变,则执行步骤根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的调整方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频的步骤之后,还包括:
    在经过预设第二时间时,再次获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析新获取的环境音频,以判断当前播放环境的是否发生改变;
    若当前播放环境的发生改变,则执行步骤根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的调整方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频的步骤之后,还包括:
    在经过预设第二时间时,再次获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析新获取的环境音频,以判断当前播放环境的是否发生改变;
    若当前播放环境的发生改变,则执行步骤根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案。
  9. 一种音频音量的调整终端,其特征在于,所述调整终端包括处理器、存储器、以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的调整程序,所述调整程序被所述处理器执行时,实现以下步骤:
    获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析所述环境音频,获取当前播放环境的噪音信息;
    根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
    根据所述播放方案调整播放音量,并以调整后的播放音量播放所述预设待播放音频。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的调整终端,其特征在于,所述调整程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    若未在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则将所述播放方案保存在内存中;
    若在第一预设时间内接收到用户触发的音量调整指令,则根据所述音量调整指令调整当前播放音量,并将调整后的播放方案保存在内存中。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的调整终端,其特征在于,所述调整程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    在内存中查找与所述噪音信息和预设待播放音频对应的播放方案;
    若内存中存在对应的播放方案,则根据所述对应的播放方案调整播放音量;
    若内存中不存在所述对应的播放方案,则执行步骤根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的调整终端,其特征在于,所述调整程序被所述处理器执行时,还实现以下步骤:
    在经过预设第二时间时,再次获取当前播放环境的环境音频,并根据预设分析规则分析新获取的环境音频,以判断当前播放环境的是否发生改变;
    若当前播放环境的发生改变,则执行步骤根据所述噪音信息、预设待播放音频和预设调整规则,获取所述预设待播放音频对应的播放方案。
  13. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有调整程序,所述调整程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的音频音量的调整方法的步骤。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有调整程序,所述调整程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求2所述的音频音量的调整方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有调整程序,所述调整程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求3所述的音频音量的调整方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有调整程序,所述调整程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求4所述的音频音量的调整方法的步骤。
