本实用新型涉及PCB板加工技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台。
背景技术
PCB板在进行贴片、点焊等加工时经常需要进行反复定位,定位装置由X轴Y轴运输机构带动运行;目前使用的PCB板加工设备,其大都将X轴Y轴运输机构与PCB板运输台设置于同一机架上,通过增加机架重量降低X轴Y轴运输机构高速运行时产生的晃动,搬运以及拆装十分不便,且生产成本和运输成本较高。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台。
技术解决方案
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,包括PCB运输轨道平台和支撑所述PCB运输轨道平台的PCB运输轨道平台支架;其中,还包括CCD视觉系统、带动所述CCD视觉系统运动的X轴运动机构和Y轴运动机构、安装所述X轴运动机构以及所述Y轴运动机构的安装平台,和支撑所述安装平台的支撑架。
本实用新型所述的分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,其中,所述PCB运输轨道平台支架包括安装板和两支撑立板;所述立板下端连接有横板,所述横板下端固定有支脚;所述支撑架包括两方形空心管,所述方形空心管上设置有连接所述安装平台的多个立柱;所述方形空心管与所述横板垂直分布,且下端设置有多个支撑脚;所述安装平台上设置有与所述PCB运输轨道平台对应的开口。
本实用新型所述的分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,其中,所述支撑架还包括多根连接相邻所述立柱的固定杆。
本实用新型所述的分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,其中,所述支脚与所述支撑脚,其一为可调支脚或均为可调支脚。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:将支撑PCB运输轨道平台与安装平台分开安装,X轴运动机构和Y轴运动机构高速运行时对PCB运输轨道平台无丝毫影响,搬运以及拆装均十分方便,且生产成本和运输成本较低。

本实用新型较佳实施例的分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台如图1所示,包括PCB运输轨道平台1和支撑PCB运输轨道平台1的PCB运输轨道平台支架2;还包括CCD视觉系统3、带动CCD视觉系统3运动的X轴运动机构4和Y轴运动机构5、安装X轴运动机构4以及Y轴运动机构5的安装平台6,和支撑安装平台6的支撑架7;将支撑PCB运输轨道平台1与安装平台6分开安装,X轴运动机构4和Y轴运动机构5高速运行时对PCB运输轨道平台1无丝毫影响,搬运以及拆装均十分方便,且生产成本和运输成本较低。
如图1所示,PCB运输轨道平台支架2包括安装板20和两支撑立板21;立板21下端连接有横板22,横板22下端固定有支脚220;支撑架7包括两方形空心管70,方形空心管70上设置有连接安装平台6的多个立柱71;方形空心管70与横板22垂直分布,且下端设置有多个支撑脚700;安装平台6上设置有与PCB运输轨道平台1对应的开口(图中未标识);结构简单且紧凑,占用生产空间小,且整体重量较轻,生产运输成本低。
如图1所示,支撑架7还包括多根连接相邻立柱71的固定杆72,增强支撑架7稳定性。
如图1所示,支脚220与支撑脚700,其一为可调支脚或均为可调支脚,便于快速调节PCB运输轨道平台1和安装平台6间距,以适应不同高度PCB板加工。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,包括PCB运输轨道平台和支撑所述PCB运输轨道平台的PCB运输轨道平台支架;其特征在于,还包括CCD视觉系统、带动所述CCD视觉系统运动的X轴运动机构和Y轴运动机构、安装所述X轴运动机构以及所述Y轴运动机构的安装平台,和支撑所述安装平台的支撑架。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,其特征在于,所述支撑架还包括多根连接相邻所述立柱的固定杆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式PCB板运输轨道检测平台,其特征在于,所述支脚与所述支撑脚,其一为可调支脚或均为可调支脚。
