Abstract
A culture vessel using an IoT-based LED and sensor according to the present invention: contains a culture solution or soil in which a seed or a culture sample is planted; includes an IoT device attached to the support thereof or a separate side support and having an LED, a depth sensor and various other sensors, and a communication unit; stimulates germination and growth of a plant seed by using an RGB LED; provides a function of sterilizing or disinfecting the soil in which various bacteria exists, by means of a UV LED without using a separate high-temperature sterilizer; detects the growth height of a plant growing in the culture vessel, by the depth sensor disposed in the IoT device; detects temperature information, humidity information, and gas information by the various sensors; and transmits a device ID, germination and growth information of the plant, temperature information, humidity information, and gas information from the IoT device to a plant culture management server via Bluetooth, a wireless LAN access point (AP), or an IoT gateway, wherein the plant culture management server manages germination and growth information of various plants, and temperature information, humidity information, and gas information according to the device ID, observes a growth rate of the plant day by day, and manages the plant so as to promote the growth of the plant by transplanting the same to a somewhat larger culture batch, flowerpot, flower bed, plant farm, or greenhouse when the plant grows more than a predetermined height in the culture vessel.
