在本公开的一些实施方式中,所述卡槽17的面对顶板15的横截面可以为等腰梯形,所述卡条18形状可以与所述卡槽17形状一致。这样的设置,使得所述卡槽17与卡条18的连接更加紧密,确保连接件14与第一侧板11、第二侧板12及背板13连接的稳固性和紧凑性。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,所述顶板15与所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12可以卡合连接,所述底板16与所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12可以卡合连接。这样的设置,使得顶板15和底板16也可以通过卡合的方式进行拼装,进而整个冰箱箱体结构都可以通过卡合的方式拼装而成,无需采用一体成型的工艺来完成冰箱箱体结构的生产,不需要新开模具即能应用于不同尺寸体积的冰箱,简化了冰箱箱体结构的生产工艺。
当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,所述顶板15与所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12还可以通过其他方式连接,例如螺钉连接、粘接、焊接等等。
在本公开的一些具体示例中,当所述顶板15与所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12卡合连接时,所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12的面对所述顶板15的一侧可以设有第一凹槽(图未示),所述顶板15可以设有与所述第一凹槽适配的第一扣条(图未示)。当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,第一凹槽和第一扣条的位置还可以互换。
在本公开的一些具体示例中,当所述底板16与所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12可以卡合连接时,所述第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12的面对所述底板16的一侧可以设有第二凹槽(图未示),所述底板16可以设有与所述第二凹槽适配的第二扣条(图未示)。当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,第二凹槽和第二扣条的位置还可以互换。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽形状可以一致,所述第一扣条与所述第二扣条形状也可以一致,且所述第一凹槽的宽度可以小于所述第一扣条的宽度,从而所述第一凹槽与所述第一扣条可以过盈配合,所述第二凹槽与第二扣条可以过盈配合。这样的设置,也就使得所述顶板15与第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12、所述底板16与第一侧板11、背板13及第二侧板12的连接更加稳固,确保冰箱箱体结构的整体稳定性。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13及连接件14均可以为挤出件。也就是说,所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13及连接件14均可以通过挤出成型工艺完成生产,提高了生产效率。当然,本公开不限于此,还可以是所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13及连接件14中的至少一个为挤出件,或者所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13及连接件14中每个都不是挤出件。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13、顶板15及底板16均可以形成有用以发泡的发泡腔19。可以理解地,冰箱箱体结构为凹形形状,也就包括箱体内侧及箱体外侧。所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13、顶板15及底板16的形成箱体内侧的侧面可以为冰箱箱体的内胆,所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13、顶板15及底板16的形成箱体外侧的侧面可以为冰箱箱体的外壳,通过将各板块拼装完成后再进行发泡,即完成冰箱箱体结构的生产,提高生产效率。
当然,本公开不限于此,还可以是所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13、顶板15及底板16中的至少一个形成有用以发泡的发泡腔19,或者所述第一侧板11、第二侧板12、背板13、顶板15及底板16中每个都未形成有用以发泡的发泡腔19。
本公开还提出一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括门体及如上所述的冰箱箱体结构,所述门体连接所述第一侧板11或所述第二侧板12。该冰箱箱体结构的具体结构参照 上述实施例,由于本冰箱可以采用上述每个实施例的技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的优选实施例,并非因此限制本公开的专利范围,凡是在本公开的构思下,利用本公开说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本公开的专利保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,包括第一侧板、第二侧板、背板、顶板、底板及两个连接件,一所述连接件连接所述第一侧板及背板,另一所述连接件连接所述第二侧板及背板,所述顶板连接第一侧板、背板及第二侧板,所述底板连接第一侧板、背板及第二侧板,所述顶板与所述底板面对设置,所述第一侧板与所述第二侧板面对设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述连接件设有卡槽,所述背板、第一侧板及第二侧板均设有与相应的所述卡槽适配的卡条。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述卡槽槽底的宽度大于所述卡槽槽口的宽度,所述卡条的面对所述卡槽槽底的一侧宽度大于所述卡条的远离所述卡槽槽底的一侧宽度。
  4. 如权利要求2-3中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述卡槽的面对所述顶板的横截面为等腰梯形,所述卡条形状与所述卡槽形状一致。
  5. 如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述连接件的平行于所述底板的横截面为四方形或L形。
  6. 如权利要求2-5中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述卡槽的面对所述顶板的一侧和/或面对所述底板的一侧具备开口。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述顶板与所述第一侧板、背板及第二侧板卡合连接,所述底板与所述第一侧板、背板及第二侧板卡合连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧板、背板及第二侧板的面对所述顶板的一侧设有第一凹槽,所述顶板设有与所述第一凹槽适配的第一扣条;所述第一侧板、背板及第二侧板的面对所述底板的一侧设有第二凹槽,所述底板设有与所述第二凹槽适配的第二扣条。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽与所述第二凹槽形状一致,所述第一扣条与所述第二扣条形状一致,且所述第一凹槽的宽度小于所述第一扣条的宽度,所述第一凹槽与所述第一扣条过盈配合。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧板、第二侧板、背板及连接件为挤出件。
  11. 如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,其特征在于,所述第一侧板、第二侧板、背板、顶板及底板均形成有用以发泡的发泡腔。
  12. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括门体及如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的冰箱箱体结构,所述门体连接所述第一侧板或所述第二侧板。
