Description
申请要求于2017年5月2日申请的、申请号为201720484994.8、申请名称为“云台、云台组件及无人机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及云台技术领域,具体涉及一种云台、云台组件及无人机。
云台作为相机的稳定器,起到对安装在云台上的相机一个平衡与稳定的作用。相机具体是安装在云台中的相机架上,再通过相机扣将装配在相机架上的相机绑紧实现紧固,防止相机松动或脱离相机架。
目前,云台中的相机扣有如下方式将相机紧固:一种是在相机架的顶部和底部开设螺纹安装孔,对应的在相机扣的两端开设螺纹安装孔,在完成相机安装对相机进行紧固时,只需将相机扣绑住相机,相机扣两端的螺纹安装孔与相机架的顶部和底部的螺纹孔对应,打螺钉将相机扣的两端固定即可,该方式需要多次旋拧螺钉,操作繁琐。另一种是相机扣的一端与相机架的底部铰接,另一端与相机架的顶部卡扣连接,该方式虽然简化了操作,但是在相机型号变化,或者相机扣、相机架存在制造误差等情况下,会出现相机扣与相机之间出现间隙而无法绑紧相机,导致相机松动的情形。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种云台、云台组件及无人机,以解决现有技术中紧固在云台上的拍摄设备易松动,不够牢靠,影响拍摄效果的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种云台,包括用于安装拍摄设备的安装架,云台还包括用于紧固拍摄设备的绑扣,绑扣具有与安装架配合的第一端和第二端,其中,绑扣的第一端和第二端中的至少一端通过可调结构与安装架连接配合,可调结构可调节绑扣中设置可调结构的一端与安装架之间的间距。
进一步地,绑扣的第一端与安装架铰接,绑扣的第二端通过可调结构与安装架连接配合。
进一步地,绑扣的第一端和第二端均通过可调结构与安装架连接配合。
进一步地,可调结构包括:螺纹孔,设置在绑扣的第一端和/或第二端;限位结构,对应螺纹孔设置在安装架上;以及螺纹调节件,螺纹调节件具有与螺纹孔螺纹配合的螺纹端,以及由限位结构限位的调节端,旋转调节端,绑扣的第一端和/或第二端与安装架之间间距对应调整。
进一步地,所述可调结构包括:螺纹孔,设置在所述安装架上;限位结构,对应所述螺纹孔设置在所述绑扣(30)的第一端和/或第二端;以及螺纹调节件,所述螺纹调节件具有与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合的螺纹端,以及由所述限位结构限位的调节端,旋转所述调节端,所述绑扣(30)的第一端和/或第二端与所述安装架之间间距对应调整。
进一步地,限位结构为U型槽,对应螺纹调节件可穿过U型槽,螺纹 调节件的调节端与U型槽的一侧相抵接。
进一步地,螺纹调节件的调节端设置有旋钮,旋钮表面开设有压花。
进一步地,绑扣包括第一扣段和第二扣段,第一扣段和第二扣段之间铰接。

本申请技术方案,具有如下优点:
在本申请提供的云台、云台组件及无人机中,安装在云台安装架上的绑扣的至少一端通过可调结构与安装架连接配合,通过可调结构调节绑扣中设置可调结构的一端与安装架之间的间距,从而能够使绑扣与拍摄设备相适配,获得较好的紧固效果,避免拍摄设备出现松动,保证了拍摄效果。

实施例1
如图1至图3所示,本实施例的云台包括用于安装相机70的相机架10。云台还包括用于紧固相机70的绑扣30,绑扣30具有与相机架10配合的第一端和第二端,绑扣30的第一端与相机架10的底部铰接,绑扣30的第二端通过可调结构与相机架10的顶部连接配合,可调结构可调节绑扣30第二端与相机架10之间的间距,从而使用者在安装相机70时,在相机70安装在相机架10之后,可以通过调节可调结构,使得绑扣30与相机70相适配,进而能够获得较好的紧固效果,避免相机70出现松动,保证拍摄效果。同时,在使用者进行相机70紧固时,由于绑扣30的第一端与相机架10的底部铰接,使用者只需要调节与绑扣30的第二端相适配的可调结构即可实现相机70的紧固效果,相对于现有技术中紧固件两端都需要调节的方式,本实施例操作起来更简便。
具体地,在本实施例中,可调结构包括:螺纹孔,设置在绑扣30的第二端的端部;限位结构,对应螺纹孔设置在相机架10上;以及螺纹调节件,螺纹调节件具有与螺纹孔螺纹配合的螺纹端,以及由限位结构限位的调节端,旋转调节端,绑扣30的第二端与相机架10之间间距对应调整,使得绑扣30与相机70相适配,进而能够获得较好的紧固效果。
可以理解的是,在一变形实施方式中,螺纹孔可以是设置在相机架10上,对应的限位结构设置在绑扣30的第二端,螺纹调节件对应的调整,同样能够实现调节的目的,使得绑扣30与相机70相适配,进而能够获得较 好的紧固效果。
进一步参见图2,本实施例中的限位结构为U型槽11,对应螺纹调节件可穿过U型槽,螺纹调节件的调节端与U型槽的一侧相抵接,这样在对相机70进行拆装时,在旋拧拧松绑扣30后,整个绑扣30和可调结构可以从U型槽的槽口取出,而无需将螺纹调节件完全从螺纹孔拧出,在实现紧固效果的同时,简化了用户的拆装操作。
优选地,螺纹调节件的调节端设置有旋钮50,旋钮50表面开设有压花,提高了用户调节的易操作性和舒适度。
具体地,本实施例中绑扣30包括第一扣段31和第二扣段32,第一扣段31和第二扣段32之间铰接,这样可以简化绑扣30的结构,使绑扣30的形状与相机70的外轮廓相适配,避免绑扣30转动打开时与相机70的顶部发生干涉。
实施例2
本实施例中(未图示),绑扣的第一端和第二端均通过可调结构与安装架连接配合,可调结构可参考实施例1中的可调结构,在此不再赘述,同样能够实现避免相机出现松动,保证拍摄效果的目的。

在本实施例中,拍摄设备具体为摄像机,安装架具体为摄像机架,同样在本申请的保护范围内。

本实施例中提供了一种云台组件,包括云台和安装在云台上的拍摄设备,云台为上述实施例中的云台,进而云台组件具有稳定性好的优点,云 台组件具体可以为云台相机、云台摄像机等。

本实施例中提供了一种无人机,包括机身和安装在机身上的云台组件,云台组件为上述实施例中的云台组件,进而无人机具有稳定性好,拍摄效果优良的优点。
