一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,含有底座架、限位块(5)、活动定位板(1),销轴(8),弹簧一和弹簧二;限位块为板形结构,限位块的中央设有通孔(14),销轴穿装且固定在该通孔中,限位块的一侧设有圆弧形凹槽(7),限位块的另一侧设有定位槽(13);销轴的两端分别穿装在侧板一(2)和侧板二(3)的上部中间分别设有的销孔中;活动定位板为L形板结构,L形板结构的活动定位板的一端在侧板一上设有的水平开口槽中且与水平开口槽构成转动连接;弹簧一的一端设置在限位块另一侧的下部,弹簧一的另一端设置在挡板(9)的下部;弹簧二的一端设置在L形板结构的活动定位板的中部,弹簧二的另一端设置在侧板二上。该限位装置能够保证长轴在径向位置的准确性,从而保证螺纹加工的精度。

Description

滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚丝机,特别是一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置。
背景技术
滚丝机是一种高效螺纹加工机床,广泛地应用于机械加工领域。现有的一种滚丝机包括两个滚丝轮,加工长轴轴头螺纹时,通常将长轴放置在支架上,长轴一端的轴头部支承在支架的前端部,长轴另一端支承在支架的后端部上。由于放置在支架上的长轴在径向没有定位装置,仅靠操作者手工掌握,难以保证长轴在径向位置的准确性,因此影响螺纹加工的精度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,该轴支撑装置能够保证长轴在径向位置的准确性,从而保证螺纹加工的精度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,含有底座架、限位块、活动定位板,销轴,弹簧一和弹簧二;底座架含有侧板一、侧板二和挡板,侧板一和侧板二的一端分别设置在挡板的两侧,侧板一和侧板二之间平行且保留间距,侧板一和侧板二靠近挡板的上部设有缺口,该缺口与挡板围成一个U形开口,侧板一和侧板二远离挡板的上部分别设有水平开口槽,侧板一和侧板二的上部中间分别设有销孔,侧板一和侧板二的中部分别设有装配孔;限位块为板形结构,限位块的中央设有通孔,销轴穿装且固定在该通孔中,限位块的一侧设有圆弧形凹槽,限位块的另一侧设有定位槽;销轴的两端分别穿装在所述侧板一和侧板二的上部中间分别设有的销孔中;活动定位板为L形板结构,L形板结构的活动定位板的一端在所述侧板一上设有的水平开口槽中且与水平开口槽构成转动连接;弹簧一的一端设置在限位块另一侧的下部,弹簧一的另一端设置在挡板的下部;弹簧二的一端设置在L形板结构的活动定位板的中部,弹簧二的另一端设置在侧板二上。
所述限位块的另一侧设有的定位槽的上边为弧形结构。
所述限位块处于水平状态时,限位块的一侧设有的圆弧形凹槽的下边长于圆弧形凹槽的上边。
所述挡板的上端一边设有弧形结构。
所述底座架的侧板一、侧板二和挡板制成一整体结构。
在上述滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置中,由于限位块的一侧设有圆弧形凹槽,底座架含有挡板,加工时长轴的后端位于限位块的圆弧形凹槽和挡板之间,L形板结构的活动定位板 插在限位块的另一侧设有的定位槽中,这时长轴的后端限制在限位块的圆弧形凹槽和挡板之间,因此保证了长轴在径向位置的准确性,从而保证了螺纹加工的精度。

具体实施方式
图1中,滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,含有底座架、限位块5、活动定位板1,销轴8,弹簧一和弹簧二。图1中弹簧一和弹簧二未示。底座架含有侧板一2、侧板二3和挡板9,侧板一2和侧板二3的一端分别设置在挡板9的两侧。侧板一2和侧板二3之间平行且保留间距,侧板一2和侧板二3靠近挡板9的上部设有缺口,该缺口与挡板9围成一个U形开口。侧板一2和侧板二3远离挡板9的上部分别设有水平开口槽,即侧板一2远离挡板9的上部设有水平开口槽一,侧板二3远离挡板9的上部设有水平开口槽二6。
侧板一2和侧板二3的上部中间分别设有销孔,侧板一2和侧板二3的中部分别设有装配孔10。限位块5为板形结构,限位块5的中央设有通孔14。销轴8穿装且固定在该通孔14中,限位块5的一侧设有圆弧形凹槽7,限位块5的另一侧设有定位槽13。销轴8的两端分别穿装在所述侧板一2和侧板二3的上部中间分别设有的销孔中。活动定位板1为L形板结构,L形板结构的活动定位板1的一端在所述侧板一2上设有的水平开口槽一中且与水平开口槽一构成转动连接。在本实施例中,L形板结构的活动定位板1的一端通过竖轴4在所述侧板一2上设有的水平开口槽一中构成转动连接。弹簧一的一端设置在限位块5另一侧的下部,弹簧一的另一端设置在挡板9的下部。弹簧二的一端设置在L形板结构的活动定位板1的中部,弹簧二的另一端设置在侧板二3上。
为了使活动定位板1便于插入限位块5的另一侧设有的定位槽13中,所述限位块5的另一侧设有的定位槽13的上边为弧形结构。
为了提高长轴轴端部在限位块5的圆弧形凹槽7与挡板9之间的限位的稳定性,所述限位块5处于水平状态时,限位块5的一侧设有的圆弧形凹槽7的下边12长于圆弧形凹槽7的上边11。
为了便于长轴轴端部的装卸,所述挡板9的上端一边设有弧形结构。
为了降低生产成本,所述底座架的侧板一2、侧板二3和挡板9制成一整体结构。
使用上述滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置时,通过底座架的侧板一2和侧板二3上设有的装配孔10设置在滚丝机工作台上装有的轴螺纹加工支架的后部,轴螺纹加工支架的前支板位 于滚丝机两个滚丝轮之间,长轴的一端轴头放置在轴螺纹加工支架前支板的顶部,长轴的另一端放置在滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置的限位块5的圆弧形凹槽7和挡板9之间,L形板结构的活动定位板1插入限位块5的另一侧设有的定位槽13中,这时长轴的后端限制在限位块5的圆弧形凹槽7和挡板9之间,因此保证了长轴在径向位置的准确性,从而保证了螺纹加工的精度。滚丝机两个旋转的滚丝轮对长轴一端的轴头进行滚丝作业,长轴的轴头上的螺纹加工完毕后,通过转动L形板结构的活动定位板1,使L形板结构的活动定位板1脱离限位块5另一侧设有的定位槽13,人工将长轴从前支板和限位块5的圆弧形凹槽7上取出。

  1. 一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,其特征在于:含有底座架、限位块、活动定位板,销轴,弹簧一和弹簧二;底座架含有侧板一、侧板二和挡板,侧板一和侧板二的一端分别设置在挡板的两侧,侧板一和侧板二之间平行且保留间距,侧板一和侧板二靠近挡板的上部设有缺口,该缺口与挡板围成一个U形开口,侧板一和侧板二远离挡板的上部分别设有水平开口槽,侧板一和侧板二的上部中间分别设有销孔,侧板一和侧板二的中部分别设有装配孔;限位块为板形结构,限位块的中央设有通孔,销轴穿装且固定在该通孔中,限位块的一侧设有圆弧形凹槽,限位块的另一侧设有定位槽;销轴的两端分别穿装在所述侧板一和侧板二的上部中间分别设有的销孔中;活动定位板为L形板结构,L形板结构的活动定位板的一端在所述侧板一上设有的水平开口槽中且与水平开口槽构成转动连接;弹簧一的一端设置在限位块另一侧的下部,弹簧一的另一端设置在挡板的下部;弹簧二的一端设置在L形板结构的活动定位板的中部,弹簧二的另一端设置在侧板二上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,其特征在于:所述限位块的另一侧设有的定位槽的上边为弧形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,其特征在于:所述限位块处于水平状态时,限位块的一侧设有的圆弧形凹槽的下边长于圆弧形凹槽的上边。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,其特征在于:所述挡板的上端一边设有弧形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滚丝机轴螺纹加工限位装置,其特征在于:所述底座架的侧板一、侧板二和挡板制成一整体结构。
