Description

充电控制方法及充电设备 技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备的充电控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种充电控制方法和充电设备。
背景技术
随着电子设备越来越普及和频繁使用,人们在外出时经常遇到设备电量不足的问题。针对上述问题,在很多公共场所均推出了固定位置的公共充电设备,用户只需将待充电设备与公共充电设备通过数据线连接,即可使用公共充电设备为其设备充电。
但是,在实现本申请过程中,发明人发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:
一方面,现有的公共充电设备,只要待充电设备与其通过数据线连接,公共充电设备就会一直为该设备充电。这种情况会造成有些用户一直占用公共充电设备为其设备充电,例如某用户的设备的电量已经充满,或者足够使用,原则上已不需要继续充电时,但是由于习惯或懈怠等原因,该用户可能会一直占用公共充电设备。这种现象无疑是对公共充电设备的电量的一种浪费。并且某个用户设备电量已充满仍占用公共充电设备资源的时候,其他急需充电的用户有可能无充电设备可用,导致充电设备无法得到合理、高效的利用。另一方面,以固定位置的公共充电设备为旅客个人终端充电,客观上会造成旅客必须停留在该固定位置,会减少旅客逛机场商铺和/或免税店的机会,进而会减少机场非航收入。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种充电控制方法和充电控制设备,用以解决现有技术中公共充电设备无法得到合理、高效利用的缺陷,实现公共充电设备的合理、高效利用。
一方面,本申请实施例提供一种充电控制方法,包括:
监测用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后的账户信息下的用户的可 用充电时长;
当所述可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,生成至少一个充电任务;
响应于所述用户在所述充电设备上对各充电任务的完成,相应地增加所述用户的可用充电时长;
按照增加后的所述可用充电时长,对与所述充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行本申请上述充电控制方法或其变型方法。
第三方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种充电控制设备,包括:至少一个处理器;以及存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的程序,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行本申请上述任一项充电控制方法。
本申请实施例提供的充电控制方法和充电控制设备,在用户的可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,生成至少一个充电任务,为用户提供继续获取充电时长的途径。用户可以选择完成充电任务,增加可用充电时长为外部设备继续充电,也可以放弃任务。在一些可选的实施例中,当用户账户内可用充电时长为0时,停止为用户的设备充电,或者切换为较小电流的供电,并以图文和/或语音提示用户。,由此通过完成任务增加充电时长的方式,可以影响或约束用户的充电行为。
在充电设备为公共充电设备的场景中,有些用户的外部设备的电量已经充满,或者电量达到70%~80%时,已可满足使用需要而可以不继续充电。但是如果按照现有技术,用户因为没有额外的费用负担而可能占用充电设备。本发明的充电任务的引入,使得用户想要继续充电就需要完成充电任务,使得至少一部分用户考虑到电量已经满足需要,经过衡量后,可能放弃继续占用充电设备。这样就避免了用户长时间占用公共充电设备的情况,使得公共充电设备可以为更多的人服务,实现了公共充电设备的合理、高效的利用。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1,示出了本发明一种充电控制方法实施例一的步骤流程图,其中,具体包括:
步骤S101、当用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后,生成至少一个充电任务供用户选择完成。
在本实施例中,用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后,可以监测在其账户信息下该用户的外部设备的可用充电时长。当可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,生成至少一个充电任务,推送给用户。
本发明实施例中,充电设备可以为个人充电设备,也可以为公共充电设备(安置于公共场所的充电设备,例如:安置于机场、火车站、商场等公共场所的充电设备)。用户的外部设备可以包括:手机、平板电脑、游戏机、个人电脑等设备。对上述充电设备及外部设备没有限制。
充电设备与外部设备电连接可以包括充电设备与外部设备通过USB接口进行物理连接。用户在用户输入界面上登陆后的,可以显示出该用户登陆账号所对应的账户信息,其中可以包括用户的可用充电时长(表示可以使用充电设备为其外部设备充电的时长)。例如:用户的可用充电时长为5分钟,则表示可以使用充电设备为其外部设备充电5分钟。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,用户输入界面响应于充电设备与外部设 备的充电电路导通的检测信号而生成。
本发明实施例中,上述充电电路导通的检测信号可以包括:充电设备与外部设备有线连接产生的检测信号,或充电设备与外部设备无线连接产生的检测信号。在用户直接将充电设备与外部设备进行物理连接(例如:通过USB连接)后,充电设备直接在显示界面显示用户输入界面,以供用户操作。实际上,本发明实施例还可适用于无线充电的情况,充电设备与外部设备可以以非物理的连接,例如通过蓝牙等方式连接。也就是说,手机可以采用已有的技术有线或无线充电。本发明实施例适用于不需要提示信息即可自主操作充电设备的人群,对于此类人群,该发明实施例更为便捷。
在本发明的另一种可选实施例中,当未检测到充电设备与外部设备处于电连接而用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后,可生成提示信息,提示信息包括充电设备用途提示信息和/或外部设备连接方式提示信息。
在本实施例中,用户输入界面可以直接显示在充电设备的显示界面上,用户可以在用户输入界面上登陆。当检测到用户未建立外部设备与充电设备的电连接,充电设备可以显示充电设备用途提示信息,以提示新用户该充电设备可以为外部设备充电,还可以显示外部设备连接方式信息(例如:提示USB的位置),以提示用户可以建立外部设备与充电设备电连接的方式。本发明实施例适用于不熟悉充电设备的操作流程的人群,可提高此类用户使用充电设备的便捷性和效率。
其中,预定阈值可以作为生成充电任务的触发条件。在用户的可充电时长小于预定阈值时,说明当前可用充电时长较少,此时生成至少一个充电任务并推送给用户,为用户提供选择。若用户选择不执行任务,则在用户的充电时长耗尽后停止为用户的外部设备充电;若用户选择执行任务,则可以通过使用户完成一个或多个任务的方式来增加该用户的可用充电时长,从而为用户的外部设备继续充电。
本发明实施例中,充电任务的类型至少包括视频观看类任务、问卷表单类任务、二维码任务。生成至少一个充电任务可以包括:生成包含至少一种类型的任务。例如:生成多个同一类型的任务(例如:生成3个视频观看类任务,包括:2个公益任务,1个电影宣传视频任务,以供用户选择,用户喜欢电影类的视频,则可以选择电影宣传视频任务,也即观看电影宣传视频);又如:生成多个包括不同类型的任务以供用户选择。用户可以选择执 行喜欢的任务类型对应的任务,从而为用户提供了更好的用户体验(例如:生成5个任务,包括:2个视频观看类任务,2个问卷表单类任务,1个二维码任务,用户喜欢简单方便的操作,因此可以选择二维码任务,也即使用外部设备(手机)扫描二维码)。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,上述充电任务可以由充电设备根据本地任务资源库的任务素材生成,或者可以根据来自外部第三方任务库的任务素材生成。上述视频观看类任务,问卷表单类任务以及二维码任务可以为系统预置的任务类型,也即任务资源库中可以存储上述视频观看类任务,问卷表单类任务以及二维码任务类的任务素材。上述外部第三方任务库可以存储第三方的任务素材。实际上,本发明实施例根据系统的开放性,可以接入各种类型的外部任务或第三方任务。第三方任务的分配规则可以与系统预置的任务类型对应的任务的分配规则一致。第三方任务可以在用户完成任务发布者设定的指定操作(例如:第三方任务为支付一元钱,则指定操作为完成支付)后调用通用任务反馈接口,通过该接口访问该用户的账户,在其中增加该第三方任务设置的充电时间。
本发明实施例中,在生成充电任务的过程中,可以从发布的任务列表中采用按序分配的方式生成至少一个充电任务:将满足推送条件的任务按照指定的排序依次推送给用户(其中,该排序可以通过资源管理后台来设定)。本发明实施例还可以采用随机分配的方式生成至少一个充电任务,例如将满足推送条件的任务按照随机抽取的方式依次推送给用户。
步骤S102、响应于用户在充电设备上对充电任务的完成,相应地改变用户的可用充电时长。
本发明实施例中,充电任务对应充电时长,用户完成了充电任务即可获得对应的充电时长,并基于获得的充电时长改变用户的可用充电时长。
本发明实施例中,不同的充电任务可以对应相同的充电时长,也即用户执行并完成任一任务获得的充电时长均是相同的,或者不同的充电任务也可以对应不同的充电时长。同一类型的充电任务也可以对应相同的充电时长,例如:视频观看类任务可以对应第一充电时长,问卷表单类任务可以对应第二充电时长,二维码类任务可以对应第三充电时长,等等。同一类型的不同充电任务也可以对应不同的充电时长。例如:不同播放时长的视频观看类任务对应不同的充电时长,播放时长越长的视频观看类任务对应的充电时长越长。本发明实施例对于充电任务对应的充电时长不做具体限定。
本发明实施例中,可提供一个通用的任务反馈接口。响应于用户在充电设备上对各充电任务的完成,可调用该任务反馈接口。其中,任务反馈接口中可以配置为包括多个参数:任务ID、充电设备ID、任务完成时间、充电时长、唯一密钥等。通过设置一任务校验程序,可以对调用任务反馈接口的合法性进行判断。如果判断结果为不合法则返回错误信息。如果判断结果为合法,则开始为用户增加对应的充电时间。
对于视频观看类任务而言,在视频观看类任务对应的视频播放完成时,即视为任务完成,并调用任务反馈接口。对于问卷表单类任务,在用户完成问卷表单类任务的所有问题并提交后,即视为任务完成。对于二维码类任务而言,在充电设备的显示界面上显示带参数的二维码,在每次分配到该带参数二维码任务时,由充电设备根据该二维码任务在创建时配置的URL(原始链接地址,即Uniform Resource Locator:统一资源定位符)临时生成。例如:机场的充电设备中,该二维码任务所带参数可以包括用户ID,航班号和充电设备ID。用户使用外部设备(例如手机)扫描该二维码后,在手机浏览器中打开任务原始链接地址,并将参数传给该原始链路地址。用户在手机上完成该二维码任务后,任务页面调用任务反馈接口。任务校验程序对该次调用的合法性进行判断,如果判断结果为不合法则返回错误信息。如果判断结果为合法,则任务校验程序通过充电设备ID,向该充电设备发送PING命令,以验证当前与该充电设备的网络是否联通。在接收到充电设备返回的信号后,调用充电设备的充电控制程序,为用户开始充电或增加相应的充电时间。如果网络出现问题,未接收到充电设备返回的信号,则任务校验程序可向用户手机发送预置位数的充电验证码并在手机上显示该验证码。用户在充电设备上输入充电验证码,在验证通过后,调用充电控制程序为用户增加对应的充电时长。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,至少一个充电任务能够响应于用户的充电时长获取指令而生成。
本发明实施例中,用户在充电过程中,可以随时在用户输入界面上查看可用充电时长,并可以通过执行获取充电时长的对应操作(例如:点击“获得充电时间”),指示充电设备生成至少一个充电任务,并通过完成充电任务来获取更多的充电时长。
在充电过程中,如果出现异常情况,充电设备也会及时生成图文和/或语音等提示信息提醒用户。该异常情况包括但不限于:外部设备与充电设备 断开连接、剩余充电时间已不足预置时长、可用充电时长已为0、充电设备本身电量不足等。对于固定的充电设备而言,图文/语音提示很有必要,提示用户的良性行为,让出固定充电桩给他人;对于移动的充电设备,用户可以继续占用,但要完成任务,才能获得新的时长。
步骤S103、按照改变后的可用充电时长,对与充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电。
在完成任务后,用户的可用充电时长即为基于充电时长改变(例如增加)后的可用充电时长,例如:用户当前的剩余的可用充电时长为3分钟,用户完成充电任务获得的充电时长为15分钟,则用户的可用充电时长为18分钟,可以利用充电设备为外部设备充电18分钟。
本发明实施例可以应用于充电设备对外部设备的充电。在为外部设备充电的过程中,通过生成充电任务,使得用户采用完成充电任务的方式获取对应的充电时长,以此来约束用户的行为,进而在充电设备为公共充电设备(安置于公共场所的充电设备,例如:安置于机场、火车站、商场等公共场所的充电设备)时,避免一个用户长时间占用公共充电设备的情况,使得公共充电设备可以为更多的用户服务,实现了公共充电设备的合理、高效的利用。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,上述步骤101中监测用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后的账户信息所包含的用户的可用充电时长可以包括:
当账号信息为首次在用户登陆界面上登陆后生成的新用户的账号信息时,将预设的初始充电时长分配给新用户作为新用户的可用充电时长。
本发明实施例中,设定的初始充电时长为预置的用于分配给首次登陆的新用户的充电时长,初始充电时长可以由设计人员自行确定,不做限定。
考虑到新用户对充电设备是陌生,如果一开始约束新用户必须通过执行任务赢取充电时长,很可能会影响这些新用户的积极性。一些较为“懒散”的用户很可能就会放弃使用充电设备,也不利于充电设备的合理利用。通过为新用户提供一个初始充电时长,新用户可以有一段充电试用时间,体验一下充电设备的充电效率和体验是否能够满足自己的需求。如能满足自己的需求,则用户很可能会继续选择完成充电任务的方式增加可用充电时间,以为外部设备继续充电。试用时间的引入,可以为用户带来更好的用户体验。

本发明实施例中,将老用户的剩余额度与预设初始充电时长比较,充电设备仅需预设初始充电时长,无需针对老用户设置新的比较时长参数,降低了对充电设备资源的浪费,便于对新老用户账号的管理;同时这种补偿机制也给老用户快速获取充电时长提供了救济途径,避免了老用户为了追求新用户所享有的初始充电时长的“福利”,放弃当前账号选择重新注册新账号,而导致垃圾账号过多以及占用充电设备过长的情况。
充电设备基于可用补偿次数对剩余额度进行补偿的操作,可以是自动补偿,例如剩余额度为1分钟,预设初始充电时长为5分钟,可用补偿次数为2次,充电时会自动使用一次补偿次数对剩余额度进行补偿操作。假设一个补偿次数的补偿额度为3分钟,此时补偿后的剩余额度为4分钟;也可以是响应于用户对可用补偿次数的选择操作对剩余额度进行充电时长的补偿。例如,用户可以选择一个补偿次数,也可以同时选择多个补偿次数,之后将多个补偿次数的补偿额度想加用于对剩余额度的补偿。
步骤S303:当可用补偿次数i=0时,将老用户的充电时长的剩余额度作为老用户的可用充电时长。
当老用户账户所显示的可用补偿次数为0时,或者是可用补偿次数使用完毕后为0时,将当前的剩余额度确定为可用充电时长。
本发明实施例为老用户提供了一条快速、便捷获取充电时长的途径,当老用户急需充电又无暇执行充电任务时,可以先基于可用补偿次数以快速获取充电时长;对老用户剩余额度与预设初始充电时长的比较,无需针对老用户设置新的比较参数,节约了系统内部资源;对老用户剩余额度的补偿,避免了老用户放弃当前账号选择重新注册新账号而占用充电设备过长的情况,以便各充电设备能够合理高效的利用;同时也避免了多个垃圾账号对系统资源的占用,节约了系统资源,便于后台服务器对用户账号状态信息的控制管理,维护设备的正常运营。
作为图3所示实施例的一种可选实施例,对于上述对剩余额度进行的补偿包括:补偿预定额度或补足至预设的初始充电时长。
在本实施例中,依据预定额度对剩余额度的补偿方式,即每次补偿的充电时长可以预先设置,例如3分钟;但需要说明的是,该预定额度数值不可过高,例如预设初始充电时长为5分钟,而预定额度为30分钟,可能导致老用户因补偿后的充电时长较长而长期占用充电设备的情况,不利于充电设 备的合理利用。
补足至预设的初始充电时长的补偿方式,即依据剩余额度和预设初始充电时长的数值来计算需补足至预设初始充电时长的充电时长差值,例如,剩余额度为1分钟,预设初始充电时长为5分钟,则所补偿的充电时长差值为4分钟。
虽然对剩余额度的补偿也可以是以随机方式进行的补偿,例如剩余额度为1分钟,随机获取的充电时长为10分钟,此时补偿后的充电时长为11分钟,大于初始充电时长5分钟。但若所获取的随机时长和可用补偿次数均较少时,例如1分钟、1次,用户可能仍需要先完成充电任务才能够获取能够充电的充电时长,整体耗时较长,同时用户操作较多,占用充电设备较长,因此较之该方式,上述补偿预定额度以及补足至预设的初始充电时长的补偿方式更为稳定,也有利于后台服务器对补偿方式的管理。
本发明实施例为老用户剩余额度提供了两种补偿方式,以便老用户可以较为稳定、快速的获取充电时长,占用充电设备的时长较短,便于充电设备的合理利用。
作为图3所示实施例的另一种可选实施例,可对上述可用补偿次数基于预设的时间周期自动更新,包括:重置为相同的预定值或累加相同的预定值。
在本实施例中,所使用的可用补偿次数可以基于预设的时间周期自动更新,例如每天更新一次、或者是每隔两小时更新一次;对可用补偿次数的更新可以是重置为相同的预定值,例如每隔两小时将可用补偿次数归置为2次;也可以是累加预定值的累加方式,例如,每隔两小时将可用补偿次数累加2次,若当前可用补偿次数为2次(且未用),则在下一个周期内,可用补偿次数则累加为4次。但需要说明的是,重置的预定值预设不可过高,例如每隔两小时将可用补偿次数归置为5次,可能出现用户因能够频繁补偿充电时长而长期占用充电设备的情况,不利于充电设备的合理利用,同时也影响其他等待使用充电设备的用户的体验。
本发明实施例为老用户的可用补偿次数提供了自动更新的方式,避免出现可用补偿次数只减不更新所导致的老用户放弃该账号而重新注册账号造成多个垃圾账号的情况,节约了系统内部资源,便于后台服务器对补偿次数及账号的管理;将可用补偿次数基于预设的时间周期通过重置为相同的预定值 或者累加相同预定值的更新方式,当用户所使用的外部终端电量再次不足需要利用充电设备充电时,充电设备可以提供基于可用补偿次数的充电方式,增强了用户对使用该充电设备的体验感受。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,在可用充电时长为0时,上述方法还包括:
以第一充电功率对与充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电,其中,第一充电功率低于外部设备的额定充电功率。
本发明实施例中,在用户的可用充电时长为0时,充电设备以低于外部设备的额定充电功率或充电电流的第一充电功率(电流)为外部设备充电,其中,第一充电功率可以为预置的较小的充电功率,以实现对外部设备的慢充电,该第一充电功率对应的慢充电操作,能够满足急需使用外部设备执行耗时不多的简单操作(例如:使用手机打个电话、发信息或者查找资料等操作)的用户的需求,提高了用户体验。同时,由于充电功率减小,充电速度慢,可促使用户通过完成充电任务来延长可用充电时间继续充电。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,在可用充电时长为0时,上述方法还可以包括:上述第一充电功率为0,也即充电设备停止为外部设备充电。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,在可用充电时长不为0时,按照增加后的可用充电时长,对与充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电包括:
以第二充电功率对与充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电,其中,第二充电功率大于第一充电功率。
本发明实施例中,在用户完成任务,增加了可用充电时长后,上述充电设备可以以第二充电功率为外部设备充电。其中,上述第二充电功率可以为预置的大于第一充电功率的充电功率。本发明实施例中,在用户建立外部设备与充电设备的连接后,充电设备即以第一充电功率为外部设备充电,在用户登录后获取到用户的可用充电时长,且可用充电时长大于预定阈值时,充电设备可以以第三充电功率为外部设备充电(其中,上述第三充电功率具体可以为预定功率或者外部设备的额定功率)。在用户完成了充电任务后,充电设备切换充电功率为第二充电功率继续为外部设备充电。该方式具体包括:
第二充电功率可以大于第三充电功率。在用户完成充电任务之后,充电设备以第二充电功率为外部设备充电。用户通过完成充电任务可以获得更快的充电速度。由此可以鼓励用户以完成充电任务的方式获取可用充电时长;或者,上述第二充电功率可以等于上述第三充电功率,在用户完成充电任务之后,充电设备继续以第三充电功率为外部设备充电;或者,上述第二充电功率可以小于上述第三充电功率,在用户完成充电任务之后,充电设备以第二充电功率为外部设备充电,外部设备得以继续充电,且由于第二充电功率小于第三充电功率,因此可以为外部设备充电,满足用户储蓄电量的需求的同时可以节约充电设备的电量。例如:至少一部分用户由于时间充足,在充电的同时出于消磨时间的目的,就一直完成充电任务增加可用充电时长,长时间的为外部设备充电,造成充电设备的电量消耗快的问题。将充电功率由第三充电功率切换至较小的第二充电功率,即可减小充电设备的电量的消耗。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,上述账户信息里包含能够用于确定个人用户画像的个人属性信息,至少一个充电任务中的至少部分的任务与个人属性信息相关。
本发明实施例中,在机场的场景下,用户在用户输入界面中可以采用扫描登机牌、输入航班号、扫描身份证/护照等方式登陆,则上述个人属性信息具体可以包括:性别、年龄、目的地等等;充电任务可以与个人属性信息相关,例如:充电任务可以与性别、年龄、目的地相关;在用户的可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,生成的至少一个任务中的至少部分任务与当前用户的个人属性信息相关。
参照图4,示出了本发明一种充电控制方法实施例四的步骤流程图,具体可以包括:
步骤S401、监测用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后的账户信息下的用户的可用充电时长。
步骤S402、当用户的可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,根据当前用户输入界面登陆账号的个人属性信息生成至少一个充电任务。
本发明实施例中,充电任务可以对应多个属性信息,例如:一个视频观看任务为一个电影的宣传视频,该电影面向的是25至35的男性人群,其对应的属性信息为年龄:25岁至35岁,性别:男。则当用户的个人属性信息 与上述属性信息相匹配时,该任务可以推送给当前用户。
以下表1为例,已发布的充电任务如下:

当响应于充电任务的生成指令时,可以先根据用户的航班目的地、性别、年龄信息确定符合该用户的任务。
例如,用户A(男,24岁),航班目的地为南京,任务分配程序为该用户筛选出符合条件的任务为004,006,007。在按序分配模式下(每次生成一个充电任务),任务按照004-006-007的顺序依次分配给用户;在随机分配模式下(每次生成一个充电任务),则每次从这3个任务之中的未分配的任务中抽取一个分配给用户。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,至少一个充电任务为在当前登录周期内基于任务防重机制生成。
任务防重机制具体可以包括:在一个用户的登录周期内,优先推送未被推送过的充电任务;如果所有充电任务都已被推送,则推送用户未完成的充电任务;如果所有充电任务都已推送并完成,则推送配置为可重复推送的充电任务。
本分明实施例中,生成的至少一个充电任务可以全部为与用户的个人属性信息相关的充电任务,也可以为部分与用户的个人属性信息相关的充电任务,本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。
步骤S403、响应于用户在充电设备上对各充电任务的完成,相应地增加用户的可用充电时长。
步骤S404、按照增加后的可用充电时长,对与充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电。
本发明实施例根据当前登陆用户的个人属性信息生成相关联的充电任务,可以避免推送给用户不适宜,或者无法操作的充电任务(例如:用户是个儿童,推送的是暴力游戏的宣传视频,又如:用户是个男人,推送的是化妆品的调查问卷等等),进而实现了合理的为用户生成充电任务。
以下通过示例对本发明实施例加以说明,本示例中,在充电设备的显示屏幕底部,有一个USB充电连接器。当用户需要为手机进行充电时,可以将手机通过USB充电连接器与充电设备相连接。充电设备检测到手机已连接后,会检测当前的登录状态。
如果未登录,则提示用户登录,用户点击确定按钮后,自动进入到登录界面。用户可采用扫描登机牌、输入航班号、扫描身份证/护照等方式登录。登录成功后会自动进入到充电界面。如果用户已经登录,则会直接进入到充电界面。
进入充电界面后,系统会检测该用户在本次登录中,是否是第一次使用手机充电功能。如果是,则系统会为该用户配置一个初始的充电时间(该时间为一个可以配置的参数,默认配置为10分钟);如果不是,则继续检测该用户的充电时间的剩余值。
如果剩余值不为0,则继续为用户的手机充电;如果剩余值为0,则停止为用户的手机充电,并弹出“充电时间已用完”提醒,通过该提醒,提示用户继续完成充电任务以获得更多的充电时间。
以下通过另一个示例对本发明实施例加以说明:本发明实施例中包括:任务发布系统:部署于中心资源服务器上,为资源管理系统的一个子系统,用于对充电任务进行管理(创建、编辑、删除、审核、发布等)。任务分配程序:部署在每一台充电设备上,当用户需要为手机充电时,任务分配程序会按照系统指定的规则,为用户分配一个激励式任务。任务校验程序:在用户获得分配的充电任务并按照指定的要求完成任务后,会调用任务效验程序对任务的完成情况进行效验。充电控制程序:任务效验程序对充电任务的完成校验,并确定充电任务已完成后,会调用充电控制程序,开始为按照充电任务指定的充电时间为用户的手机充电。
综上,本发明实施例提供的充电控制方法,针对新用户以及老用户提供不同的快速获取充电时长的方式,不仅为新用户提供了一个新的充电体验,也为老用户提供一个无需先完成充电任务也可以获取充电时长的途径,为用户的外部终端快速充电提供了便利。本发明实施例中,在用户的可用充电时 长小于预定阈值时,生成至少一个充电任务,以此为用户提供继续获取充电时长的途径,用户可以选择完成充电任务,以增加可用充电时长为外部设备继续充电,也可以放弃完成任务。在可用充电时长为0时,停止为外部设备充电,或者以较小功率为外部设备充电,并图文/语音提示用户。本发明实施例通过完成充电任务增加充电时长的方式约束用户的行为,在充电设备为公共充电设备的场景中,避免一个用户长时间占用公共充电设备的情况,使得公共充电设备可以为更多的人服务,实现了公共充电设备的合理、高效的利用。
本申请实施例提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的充电控制方法。
作为一种实施方式,本发明的非易失性计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为:
当用户在所述充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后,生成至少一个充电任务供用户选择完成;
响应于所述用户在所述充电设备上对各充电任务的完成,相应地增加所述用户的可用充电时长;
按照增加后的所述可用充电时长,对与所述充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电。
作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的充电控制方法对应的程序指令/模块。所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质中,当被处理器执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的充电控制方法。
非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据存储器的充电设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,非易失性计算机可读存储介质可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,非易失性计算机可读存储介质可选包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至存储器的存储优化装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通 信网及其组合。
图5是本申请一实施例提供的充电控制设备的结构示意图,如图5所示,该设备包括:
一个或多个处理器510以及存储器520,图5中以一个处理器510为例。
该设备还可以包括输入装置530和输出装置540。
处理器510、存储器520、输入装置530和输出装置540可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图5中示意以通过总线连接为例。
存储器520为上述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质。处理器510通过运行存储在存储器520中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例存储器的充电控制方法。
输入装置530可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与存储器的充电设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置540可包括显示屏等显示设备。
上述产品可执行本申请实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的方法。
在本发明的可选实施例中,上述充电设备为可移动的充电设备,所述可移动的充电设备具体可以包括:充电设备可移动,或者充电设备安装在可移动的设备上,例如:所述充电设备为配置有滑轮的充电设备(例如充电手推车),或者充电设备安装在手推车上,并配置可充电蓄电池为充电设备提供电源。这样一来,采用公共移动设备为旅客个人终端设备充电,在充电的过程中,旅客不必停留在固定位置,可随意移动,还可以根据需要在机场内移动,既为旅客提供了方便,还便利于旅客逛机场商铺/免税店等,进一步改善了用户的体验。由此还可增加机场的非航收入。当然,本发明实施例中充电设备也可以为固定设备(例如机场登机口处的充电桩)。本发明实施例对此不做具体限定。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络 单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种充电控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后,生成至少一个充电任务供用户选择完成;
    响应于所述用户在所述充电设备上对各充电任务的完成,相应地改变所述用户的可用充电时长;
    按照改变后的所述可用充电时长,对与所述充电设备连接的外部设备进行充电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:监测用户在充电设备的用户输入界面上登陆后的账户信息下的用户的可用充电时长,当所述可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,生成至少一个充电任务供用户选择完成,和
    为用户分配充电时间的可用补偿次数,所述可用补偿次数预定的充电时长。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,还包括:
    对非首次登陆的老用户,获取所述老用户的充电时长的剩余额度和可用补偿次数,
    当所述可用补偿次数i≥1时,若所述剩余额度小于所述预设的初始充电时长,则自动地或响应于用户的操作指令对所述剩余额度进行补偿以作为可用充电时长,并将所述可用补偿次数计数为i-1;
    当所述可用补偿次数i=0时,将所述老用户的充电时长的剩余额度作为所述老用户的可用充电时长。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述剩余额度进行补偿包括:根据所述用户的历史数据,确定补偿预定额度,或补足至所述预设的初始充电时长。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述可用补偿次数基于预设的时间周期自动更新,所述更新包括:重置为相同的预定值或累加至相 同的预定值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括,根据所述可用充电时长确定充电控制策略,所述充电控制策略选自以下至少一种:
    1)在所述可用充电时长为0时,以低于所述外部设备的额定充电功率的第一充电功率对所述用户的外部设备进行充电,
    2)在所述可用充电时长不为0时,以大于所述第一充电功率的第二充电功率对所述用户的外部设备进行充电,
    3)当所述可用充电时长不为0,且判断所述外部设备的充电完成时,以低于所述外部设备的额定充电功率的第一充电功率对所述用户的外部设备进行充电,
    4)在所述可用充电时长小于预定阈值时,生成或选择完成时间小于当前可用充电时长的充电任务推送给所述用户。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述账户信息里包含能够用于确定个人用户画像的个人属性信息,所述至少一个充电任务中的至少部分的任务与所述个人属性信息相关,或所述充电任务由充电设备根据本地任务资源库的任务素材生成或者根据来自外部第三方任务库的任务素材生成,所述充电任务的类型选自视频观看类任务、问卷表单类任务、以及二维码任务。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:响应于所述充电设备与所述外部设备的充电电路导通的检测信号,显示所述用户输入界面。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个充电任务为在当前登录周期内基于任务防重机制生成,或响应于用户的充电时长获取指令而生成。
  10. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,存储有计算机可执行程序,所述计算机可执行程序用于执行根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的充电控制方法。
  11. 一种充电控制设备,包括:至少一个处理器以及存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的程序,所述程序被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1至9中任一项所述的充电控制方法。
