Description

一种自锁式方管驱动装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种管材加工装置,特别涉及一种自锁式方管驱动装置。
背景技术
方管是一种空心方形的截面轻型薄壁钢管,也称为钢制冷弯型材,它是以热轧或冷轧带钢或卷板为母材经冷弯曲加工成型后再经高频焊接制成的方形截面形状尺寸的型钢。现有的方管不方便进行卡接,对方管进行转动控制操作不灵活,对方管进行旋切操作效率低。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种方便对驱动管进行锁接,卡接块卡接在卡槽内,卡接块通过固定轴可以对调节块进行安装,通过对接管与操作管可以方便对调节块进行操作,通过调节块卡接在套块的外周面上,从而可以对驱动管进行锁接的自锁式方管驱动装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种自锁式方管驱动装置,包括电机箱,电机箱内设有驱动电机,电机箱的前部设有护筒,护筒的前部设有一圈卡槽,护筒的前部中间位置设有驱动管,驱动管的一端为自由端,驱动管的另一端与驱动电机连接,驱动管的端部设有套块,套块上设有套槽,驱动管的端部穿过套槽;套块的下部设有凸块;护筒的前部设有锁接机构,锁接机构包括调节块,调节块的侧壁设有对接管,对接管的端部设有操作管,调节块插接有固定轴,固定轴的一端设有扣帽,固定轴的另一端设有卡接块,卡接块卡接在卡槽内。
进一步地,所述电机箱的侧壁位置设有安装轴。
进一步地,所述安装轴与电机箱之间设有安装筒。
进一步地,所述护筒的侧壁位置设有若干开孔。
进一步地,所述对接管与调节块之间设有锁母;
采用上述技术方案的自锁式方管驱动装置,通过电机箱可以保护驱动电机,驱动电机可以控制驱动管实现转动,使用者可以将方管套装在驱动管的端部外周面上,驱动电机通过驱动管可以对方管进行转动控制,方便方管的旋转控制;套块通过套槽套装在驱动管的外周面上,从而方便对驱动管进行锁接,卡接块卡接在卡槽内,卡接块通过固定轴可以对调节块进行安装,通过对接管与操作管可以方便对调节块进行操作,通过调节块卡接在套块的外周面上,从而可以对驱动管进行锁接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图4所示,一种自锁式方管驱动装置,包括电机箱1,电机箱1内设有驱动电机2,电机箱1的前部设有护筒5,护筒5的前部设有一圈卡槽7,护筒5的前部中间位置设有驱动管8,驱动管8的一端为自由端,驱动管8的另一端与驱动电机2连接,驱动管8的端部设有套块9,套块9上设有套槽10, 驱动管8的端部穿过套槽10;套块9的下部设有凸块11;护筒5的前部设有锁接机构12,锁接机构12包括调节块13,调节块13的侧壁设有对接管14,对接管14的端部设有操作管15,调节块13插接有固定轴17,固定轴17的一端设有扣帽18,固定轴17的另一端设有卡接块19,卡接块19卡接在卡槽7内;电机箱1的侧壁位置设有安装轴3,安装轴3与电机箱1之间设有安装筒4;护筒5的侧壁位置设有若干开孔6,对接管14与调节块13之间设有锁母16。
本发明自锁式方管驱动装置,通过电机箱1可以保护驱动电机2,驱动电机2可以控制驱动管8实现转动,使用者可以将方管套装在驱动管8的端部外周面上,驱动电机2通过驱动管8可以对方管进行转动控制,方便方管的旋转控制;套块9通过套槽10套装在驱动管8的外周面上,从而方便对驱动管8进行锁接,卡接块19卡接在卡槽7内,卡接块19通过固定轴17可以对调节块13进行安装,通过对接管14与操作管15可以方便对调节块13进行操作,通过调节块13卡接在套块9的外周面上,从而可以对驱动管8进行锁接。
其中,电机箱1的侧壁位置设有安装轴3,安装轴3与电机箱1之间设有安装筒4;所以通过安装轴3可以对电机箱1进行固定安装。
其中,对接管14与调节块13之间设有锁母16;所以通过锁母16可以对对接管14与调节块13进行牢固锁接。

  1. 一种自锁式方管驱动装置,包括电机箱,其特征在于:电机箱内设有驱动电机,电机箱的前部设有护筒,护筒的前部设有一圈卡槽,护筒的前部中间位置设有驱动管,驱动管的一端为自由端,驱动管的另一端与驱动电机连接,驱动管的端部设有套块,套块上设有套槽,驱动管的端部穿过套槽;套块的下部设有凸块;护筒的前部设有锁接机构,锁接机构包括调节块,调节块的侧壁设有对接管,对接管的端部设有操作管,调节块插接有固定轴,固定轴的一端设有扣帽,固定轴的另一端设有卡接块,卡接块卡接在卡槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁式方管驱动装置,其特征在于:电机箱的侧壁位置设有安装轴。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自锁式方管驱动装置,其特征在于:安装轴与电机箱之间设有安装筒。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁式方管驱动装置,其特征在于:护筒的侧壁位置设有若干开孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自锁式方管驱动装置,其特征在于:对接管与调节块之间设有锁母。
