一种旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,包括底板(1),底板(1)上设有第一固定板(3)与第二固定板(4),第一固定板(3)的前部设有第一安装板(5),第一安装板(5)的外侧壁位置设有第一限位板(6),第二固定板(4)的前部设有第二安装板(7),第二安装板(7)的外侧壁位置设有第二限位板(8);第一安装板(5)与第二安装板(7)之间设有固定机箱(11),固定机箱(11)的一侧位置设有驱动电机(12),固定机箱(11)的另一侧设有驱动轮(13),驱动轮(13)通过驱动轴(14)与驱动电机(12)连接,驱动轴(14)穿过固定机箱(11)。该驱动电机可以通过驱动轴控制驱动轮实现转动,将金刚石磨轮套装在驱动轮的外周面上,可方便对金刚石磨轮套进行驱动控制。

Description

一种旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种打磨机构,特别涉及一种旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构。
背景技术
金刚石磨轮是金刚石工具中的一种,主要适用于各类耐火材料表面的平面磨削加工处理,产品采用特别设计的锥形安装孔结构,易于装卸,具有加工平整度好、磨削效率高、寿命高等优点。现有的金刚石磨轮不方便安装,对金刚石磨轮进行驱动效率低。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种驱动电机可以通过驱动轴控制驱动轮实现转动,可以将金刚石磨轮套装在驱动轮的外周面上,从而方便对金刚石磨轮套进行驱动控制的旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,包括底板,底板上设有第一固定板与第二固定板,第一固定板与第二固定板呈竖直布置,第一固定板的前部设有第一安装板,第一安装板的外侧壁位置设有第一限位板,第二固定板的前部设有第二安装板,第二安装板的外侧壁位置设有第二限位板;第一安装板与第二安装板之间设有固定机箱,固定机箱的一侧位置设有驱动电机,固定机箱的另一侧设有驱动轮,驱动轮通过驱动轴与驱动电机连接,驱动轴穿过固定机箱。
进一步地,所述固定板的后部设有开槽。
进一步地,所述第一安装板与第一限位板之间设有第一固定销。
进一步地,所述第二安装板与第二限位板之间设有第二固定销。
进一步地,所述驱动轮与驱动轴通过螺纹连接。
采用上述技术方案的旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,通过底板可以起到固定 安装的作用;通过底板可以方便对第一固定板与第二固定板进行安装;从而方便对第一安装板与第二安装板进行安装;从而方便对固定机箱进行牢固安装,通过固定机箱可以方便对驱动电机进行安装,驱动电机可以通过驱动轴控制驱动轮实现转动,可以将金刚石磨轮套装在驱动轮的外周面上,从而方便对金刚石磨轮套进行驱动控制。

如图1至图4所示,一种旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,包括底板1,底板1上设有第一固定板3与第二固定板4,第一固定板3与第二固定板4呈竖直布置,第一固定板3的前部设有第一安装板5,第一安装板5的外侧壁位置设有第一限位板6,第二固定板4的前部设有第二安装板7,第二安装板7的外侧壁位置设有第二限位板8;第一安装板5与第二安装板7之间设有固定机箱11,固定机箱11的一侧位置设有驱动电机12,固定机箱11的另一侧设有驱动轮13,驱动轮13通过驱动轴14与驱动电机12连接,驱动轴14穿过固定机箱11;固定板 1的后部设有开槽2;第一安装板5与第一限位板6之间设有第一固定销9,第二安装板7与第二限位板8之间设有第二固定销10;驱动轮13与驱动轴14通过螺纹连接。
本发明旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,通过底板1可以起到固定安装的作用;通过底板1可以方便对第一固定板3与第二固定板4进行安装;从而方便对第一安装板5与第二安装板7进行安装;从而方便对固定机箱11进行牢固安装,通过固定机箱11可以方便对驱动电机12进行安装,驱动电机12可以通过驱动轴14控制驱动轮13实现转动,可以将金刚石磨轮套装在驱动轮13的外周面上,从而方便对金刚石磨轮套进行驱动控制。
其中,固定板1的后部设有开槽2;所以方便对固定板1进行安装。
其中,第一安装板5与第一限位板6之间设有第一固定销9,第二安装板7与第二限位板8之间设有第二固定销10;所以安装更加牢固。

  1. 一种旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,包括底板,其特征在于:底板上设有第一固定板与第二固定板,第一固定板与第二固定板呈竖直布置,第一固定板的前部设有第一安装板,第一安装板的外侧壁位置设有第一限位板,第二固定板的前部设有第二安装板,第二安装板的外侧壁位置设有第二限位板;第一安装板与第二安装板之间设有固定机箱,固定机箱的一侧位置设有驱动电机,固定机箱的另一侧设有驱动轮,驱动轮通过驱动轴与驱动电机连接,驱动轴穿过固定机箱。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,其特征在于:固定板的后部设有开槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,其特征在于:第一安装板与第一限位板之间设有第一固定销。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,其特征在于:第二安装板与第二限位板之间设有第二固定销。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的旋切用金刚石磨轮驱动机构,其特征在于:驱动轮与驱动轴通过螺纹连接。
