[0030] 如图 1至图 7所示, 本发明实施例提出了一种用于存取款一体机的薄片介质分离 机构 1, 该薄片介质分离机构 1包括可供纸币存入设备内的放钞区 10, 还包括分 离轮组件 11、 分钞轮组件 12及挖钞轮组件 13, 其中, 分钞轮组件 12和挖钞轮组 件 13设置在放钞区 10底侧, 并呈内外间隔分布; 分离轮组件 11设置在分钞轮组 件 12上方并与其咬合, 且分离轮组件 11和分钞轮组件 12咬合形成有可供纸币进 入接客传输通道内的分钞口 100, 分钞口 100连通放钞区 10。 值得注意的是, 该 薄片介质分离机构 1还包括适用于对薄片类介质 (如纸币) 进行辅助分离的辅助 分离机构 14, 该辅助分离机构 14可辅助分离轮组件 11压住纸币并将该纸币分离 穿过分钞口 100进入接客传输通道 5内, 此处, 该辅助分离机构 14设置在分钞轮 组件 12与分离轮组件 11咬合处的前端。 具体地, 该辅助分离机构 14可包括骑轮 架 141、 骑轮 142和转轴 143, 其中, 骑轮架 141与分离轮组件 11可拆卸连接, 转 轴 143横穿骑轮架 141并可轴向转动, 同吋, 一对骑轮 142分别设置在转轴 143的 两端并与其同轴, 且该骑轮 142压靠分钞轮组件 12。 本实施例中, 当客户将整齐 状态的多张纸币置于放钞区 10内 (纸币不限于传统的 300张, 可一次性放 1000张 左右) 吋, 正常情况下, 挖钞轮组件 13将纸币顺入分钞轮组件 12与分离轮组件 1 1之间, 此吋, 骑轮 142下压纸币并同步转动, 这样, 增加了纸币与分钞轮组件 1 2之间的摩擦力, 使得纸币能够更快地进入接客传输通道中, 从而节省了存款业 务所需的吋间; 另外, 当多张纸币为非整齐状态吋, 骑轮 142架空且不转动, 这 样可阻止与挖钞轮组件 13未接触的纸币进入, 并使与挖钞轮组件 13接触的纸币 优先进入接客传输通道, 如此, 降低了因纸币数量多而发生卡钞现象的概率, 从而节省了存款业务所需的吋间, 提升了客户进行存款业务的便利性。 此外, 该薄片介质分离机构 1结构简单小巧、 节省空间, 且一次性放钞达 1000张吋仍可 顺畅分钞及存款; 并在后续存款过程中, 还可持续不间断地连续加钞, 直至将 所有钞箱存满, 有效节省了客户存款业务的吋间。
[0031] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述骑轮架 141可包括本体 1411, 该本体 1411一端的 底侧幵设有第一卡槽 1410a, 该第一卡槽 1410a与上述分离轮组件 11可拆卸卡接, 另外, 该本体 1411的另一端的顶侧幵设有第二卡槽 1410b, 上述转轴 143卡入于 该第二卡槽 1410b内, 并可于该第二卡槽 1410b内进行轴向转动。
[0032] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述薄片介质分离机构 1还可包括一对侧板 101、 底板 102以及挡板 103, 其中, 两侧板 101相对设置在上述放钞区 10左右两侧, 底板 10 2设置在两个侧板 101之间并位于其底侧, 挡板 103设置在两个侧板 101和底板 102 之间, 挡板 103与底板 102及两个侧板 101围合形成了可供纸币存入的放钞区 10, 此处, 该放钞区 10内无压钞板, 底板 102位于放钞区 10底侧, 挡板 103位于放钞 区 10的内侧, 同吋, 挡板 103底端与底板 102之间具有供纸币进入接客传输通道 的入口 (附图中未示出) , 另外, 上述分钞口 100位于放钞区 10的内侧, 并位于 上述分离轮组件 11与分钞轮组件 12之间, 纸币在该放钞区 10内穿过分钞口 100后 经入口进入接客传输通道内。 当然, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述放钞区 10 还可通过其他方式围合形成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0033] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述分离轮组件 11可包括分离辊轴 111和若干分离轮 组 112, 其中, 分离辊轴 111横设在两个侧板 101之间并位于上述底板 102上侧, 若干分离轮组 112套设在分离辊轴 111上并轴向转动定位。 本实施例中, 分离辊 轴 111上优选套设有一对分离轮组 112, 两分离轮组 112分居于本体 1411的左右两 侧, 且各分离轮组 112可包括至少两个相间隔的分离轮 1121。 当然, 在本发明的 其他实施例中, 分离轮组件 11还可为其他构成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0034] 在本实施例中, 上述骑轮架 141与上述分离辊轴 111可拆卸连接, 具体地, 该分 离辊轴 111卡入骑轮架 141的本体 1411一端底侧的第一卡槽 1410a内形成可拆卸连 接, 且本体 1411与分离辊轴 111轴向转动定位。 本体 1411的外端朝上述分钞轮组 件 12伸出, 两个骑轮 142同轴分布在本体 1411两侧, 且其中心轴与上述转轴 143 的中心轴重合, 并与分离辊轴 111平行。 如此, 通过本体 1411与分离辊轴 111可 拆卸连接, 使得当辅助分离机构 14需要维修吋, 直接在分离辊轴 111上拆卸本体 1411, 即可实现整个辅助分离机构 14脱离分离辊轴 111, 如此, 便于辅助分离机 构 14的安装和拆卸。
[0035] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述分钞轮组件 12可包括分钞辊轴 121和若干分钞轮 组 122, 其中, 分钞辊轴 121横设在上述两个侧板 101之间并位于上述底板 102底 侧, 若干分钞轮组 122套设在分钞辊轴 121上并轴向转动定位。 此处, 该分钞辊 轴 121上优选套设有一对分钞轮组 122, 且一对分钞轮组 122与一对分离轮组 112 一一对应; 另外, 在本实施例中, 各分钞轮组 122可包括至少三个相间隔的分钞 轮 1221, 且各个分钞轮 1221的顶部凸出于底板 102并伸入上述放钞区 10内。 当然 , 根据实际情况和具体需求, 在本发明的其他实施例中, 上述分钞轮组件 12还 可为其他构成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0036] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述挖钞轮组件 13可包括挖钞辊轴 131和若干挖钞轮 组 132, 其中, 挖钞辊轴 131横设在上述两个侧板 101之间并位于上述底板 102底 侧, 且该挖钞辊轴 131还位于上述分钞辊轴 121的外侧, 另外, 若干挖钞轮组 132 套设在挖钞辊轴 131上并轴向转动定位。 此处, 该挖钞辊轴 131上优选套设有一 对挖钞轮组 132, 且一对挖钞轮组 132与一对分钞轮组 122—一对应; 另外, 在本 实施例中, 各挖钞轮组 132可包括至少两个相间隔的挖钞轮 1321, 且挖钞轮 1321 顶部凸出底板 102并伸入上述放钞区 10内。 当然, 在本发明其他实施例中, 上述 挖钞轮组件 13还可为其他构成, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0037] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述骑轮 142的轮面上环设有沿其周向分布的凹槽 142 0, 该凹槽 1420内嵌入有皮圈 144。 这样, 通过在该骑轮 142的轮面上环设皮圈 14 4, 增大了骑轮 142与纸币接触的摩擦力, 进一步加快纸币进入接客传输通道中 , 节省了存款业务所需的吋间。 当然, 根据实际情况, 在本发明其他实施例中 , 还可通过其他方式增加上述骑轮 142与纸币接触的摩擦力, 比如在骑轮 142的 轮面上凸设轮齿结构等等, 此处不作唯一限定。
[0038] 如图 1至图 7所示, 本发明实施例还提出了一种存取款一体机, 该存取款一体机 可包括流程柜 4和设置在该流程柜 4中的接客部 A, 该接客部 A可包括上述薄片介 质分离机构 1和取款模块 2, 薄片介质分离机构 1设置在取款模块 2的斜上方。 另 夕卜, 流程柜 4内还设置有接客传输通道 5, 取款模块 2和薄片介质分离机构 1分别 与该接客传输通道 5连通。 此处, 流程柜 4内还设置有位于接客传输通道 5通道路 径中的验钞模块 6。 该存取款一体机通过在其接客部 A的取款模块 2斜上方设置与 接客传输通道 5连通的薄片介质分离机构 1, 使得纸币能够更快地进入接客传输 通道 5中, 并可降低因纸币数量多而发生卡钞现象的概率, 节省了存款业务所需 的吋间, 提升了客户进行存款业务的便利性。
[0039] 在本发明的一实施例中, 上述存取款一体机还包括设置在上述流程柜 4下方的 存储柜 3, 该存储柜 3内设置有废钞回收箱 7和多个循环钞箱 8, 废钞回收箱 7和循 环钞箱 8分别与接客传输通道 5的对应位置连通。 当然, 本发明实施例提出的存 取款一体机还包括其他构件, 此处不一一详述, 可参照现有技术。

权利要求书
薄片介质分离机构, 用于存取款一体机, 包括呈内外间隔分布的分钞 轮组件和挖钞轮组件, 以及设置于所述分钞轮组件上方的分离轮组件 , 其特征在于, 所述薄片介质分离机构还包括用于辅助所述分离轮组 件压住纸币并将所述纸币分离进入接客传输通道的辅助分离组件, 所 述辅助分离组件包括与所述分离轮组件可拆卸连接的骑轮架, 可转动 穿设于所述骑轮架中的转轴, 以及同轴设置于所述转轴两端并压靠所 述分钞轮组件的一对骑轮。
如权利要求 1所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述骑轮架包 括本体, 所述本体一端的底侧幵设有与所述分离轮组件卡接的第一卡 槽, 所述本体另一端的顶侧幵设有第二卡槽, 所述转轴可转动卡入于 所述第二卡槽内。
如权利要求 2所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述薄片介质 分离机构还包括相对设置的一对侧板, 设置于两所述侧板之间并位于 其底侧的底板, 以及设置于两所述侧板和所述底板之间的挡板, 所述 挡板与所述底板及两所述侧板围合形成有放钞区, 所述分离轮组件与 所述分钞轮组件咬合形成有与所述放钞区连通的分钞口。
如权利要求 3所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述分离轮组 件包括横设于两所述侧板之间的分离辊轴, 以及套设于所述分离辊轴 上的若干分离轮组。
如权利要求 4所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述分离辊轴 上套设有一对所述分离轮组, 且一对所述分离轮组分居于所述本体的 左右两侧, 各所述分离轮组包括至少两个相间隔的分离轮。
如权利要求 5所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述分钞轮组 件包括横设于两所述侧板之间并位于所述底板底侧的分钞辊轴, 以及 套设于所述分钞辊轴上的若干分钞轮组。
如权利要求 6所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述分钞辊轴 上套设有一对所述分钞轮组, 且一对所述分钞轮组与一对所述分离轮 组一一对应; 各所述分钞轮组包括至少三个相间隔的分钞轮, 所述分 钞轮顶部凸出于所述底板并伸入所述放钞区内。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 6所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述挖钞轮组 件包括横设于两所述侧板之间并位于所述底板底侧的挖钞辊轴, 以及 套设于所述挖钞辊轴上的若干挖钞轮组; 所述挖钞辊轴位于所述分钞 辊轴外侧。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述挖钞辊轴 上套设有一对所述挖钞轮组, 且一对所述挖钞轮组与一对所述分钞轮 组一一对应; 各所述挖钞轮组包括至少两个相间隔的挖钞轮, 所述挖 钞轮顶部凸出于所述底板并伸入所述放钞区内。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的薄片介质分离机构, 其特征在于, 所述 骑轮的轮面上沿其周向环设有凹槽, 所述凹槽内嵌入有皮圈。
[权利要求 11] 存取款一体机, 包括流程柜和设置于所述流程柜中的接客部, 所述接 客部包括取款模块, 其特征在于, 所述接客部还包括权利要求 1至 10 任一项所述的薄片介质分离机构, 所述薄片介质分离机构设置于所述 取款模块的斜上方。
[权利要求 12] 如权利要求 11所述的存取款一体机, 其特征在于, 所述流程柜内设置 有与所述取款模块和所述薄片介质分离机构分别连通的接客传输通道 , 以及设置于所述接客传输通道的通道路径中的验钞模块。
[权利要求 13] 如权利要求 11或 12所述的存取款一体机, 其特征在于, 所述存取款一 体机还包括设置于所述流程柜下方的存储柜, 所述存储柜内设置有废 钞回收箱和多个循环钞箱。
