Description

可拆卸预切搅拌器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌器,具体涉及一种可拆卸预切搅拌器,属与工业或化工技术领域。
背景技术
搅拌器是常用的一种生产设备,现有的搅拌器主要有旋桨式、涡轮式、磁力加热式等类型,但是在现实生产过程中所需搅拌原材料种类繁多,材料间硬度、塑性、黏性也各不相同,尤其是在搅拌硬度较高的原料时,如果将整块材料直接放入搅拌机,在初始工作时间,因为所需切削力急剧增大,对搅拌叶片产生较大的负荷。严重者不仅会使叶片断裂,甚至通过传动轴对减速箱的齿轮造成过载,使箱体发生报废,从而造成重大的经济损失和安全隐患,并且现有的方案大都不可更换拆卸,一旦局部算坏,整体报废。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种可拆卸预切搅拌器,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保,该技术方案通过对原材料在搅拌前进行预切制,使原材料被切碎成小块,从而大幅减少搅拌初期叶片的负载,减少对搅拌叶片的损害,延长搅拌叶片的使用寿命,缩减生产成本,杜绝危险生产隐患。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种可拆卸预切搅拌器,其特征在于,所述可拆卸预切搅拌器包括搅拌罐体、搅拌组件、支撑组件、切压组件以及动力组件,所述搅拌组件位与搅拌罐体内; 动力组件位与支撑组件上并与搅拌组件通过搅拌传动轴相连,切压组件的动力系统位于支撑组件上,切压组件所属压板位于罐体内部。切压组件和搅拌组件都放置在同一支撑组件上,使结构简单紧凑,立于生产。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述搅拌组件包括搅拌叶片套件、传动轴,所述搅拌叶片套件通过自紧螺栓与传动轴相连。所述搅拌叶片套件由6个自紧螺栓横向固定于传动轴底端。

作为本发明的一种改进,所述动力组件包括电机和减速箱,电机设置在电机运行轨道上;所述减速箱设置在悬挂支架上,所述电机通过动力皮带与减速箱相连,采用皮带传动的方式,可以大幅减少搅拌器工作时,所产生的共振对支撑组件的机械结构的破坏,从而延长搅拌器的使用寿命。皮带传动还具有输出动力稳定的特点,还能对电机起到过载保护的作用。
