TANQUE MONTÁVEL
Introdução
[001 ] Refere-se o presente pedido de patente de Invenção de um inédito TANQUE MONTÁVEL, especialmente de um reservatório para armazenamento de água, no formato definido pela necessidade do local onde será utilizado, composto por placas montáveis, sendo que após sua montagem comporta um saco plástico para armazenamento de água com entradas e saídas para instalação hidráulica.
Campo de aplicação
[002] O campo de aplicação da invenção ora pleiteada é o de tanques usados na construção civil, residências, indústria e comércio.
Estado da técnica
[003] Atualmente, o armazenamento de água é realizado em tanques fabricados pelo processo de rotomoldagem que utilizam polímeros compostos sendo constituídos por corpo único e tampa.
[004] O atual estado da técnica antecipa alguns documentos de patentes que versam sobre reservatórios de água como o PI 1000968-0 intitulado "Reservatório Modular de Água Montado com Placa SMC" - que se refere a um reservatório de água e outros fluidos, que se destaca por ser fabricado com placas de SMC {Sheet Molding Compound) padrões, que devidamente parafusadas perimetralmente entre si, dão forma a determinado reservatório, de grande litragem, com particularidade de torna-lo modular e passível de ser montado em locais de difícil acesso.
[005] A anterioridade acima apesar de ser um reservatório modular ainda demanda muito tempo e mão de obra na montagem, pois utiliza parafusos, além do que precisa ter um sistema de vedação supereficiente para evitar vazamento da água, ao contrário do pedido ora pleiteado que é mais simples e não necessita de sistema de vedação.
[006] O PI 1004310-1 intitulado "Reservatório de Água Fabricado pelo Processo de SMC" - particularmente de um reservatório de água, preferencialmente troncônico, confeccionado pelo processo de SMC em que um compósito de fibra de vidro e resina poliéster é prensado por matrizes macho e fêmea com temperatura envolvida. [007] Na solução acima o reservatório por ser monobloco há dificuldade no transporte e estocagem, tanto para o fabricante quanto para o revendedor e para o consumidor principalmente para aqueles produtos de maior volume. Outrossim, seu isolamento é parcialmente eficaz devido a sua tampa que, quando aberta deixa a água exposta a contaminação por agentes externos. O processo de instalação por muitas vezes exige o uso de ferramentas elétricas e perfurantes, sendo necessário, no mínimo, duas pessoas para a referida instalação. Por fim, a manutenção deve ser realizada periodicamente, esvaziando e limpando a parte interna do reservatório.
Objetivos da invenção
[008] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque que pode ser facilmente transportado por uma pessoa quando no modo desmontado.
[009] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque que ocupe pouco espaço, proporcionando fácil deslocamento e estocagem do produto.
[010] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque de fácil montagem e instalação.
[01 1 ] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque com completo isolamento da água.
[012] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque em que não haja necessidade da limpeza interna.
[013] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque de processo de fabricação mais simples do que os convencionais.
[014] É objetivo da presente invenção, propor um tanque que mesmo com a tampa aberta mantenha a água isolada e protegida contra agentes contaminantes externos. Sumário da invenção
[015] O TANQUE MONTÁVEL consiste em um tanque composto de placas laterais que justapostas e unidas por hastes junção formatam um corpo juntamente com tampo inferior e tampo superior, configurando um tanque passível de recepcionar um invólucro plástico que serve de recipiente para água. O tanque tem entrada e saída de para instalação hidráulica. Com essa construtividade, como fartamente comentado, o tanque torna-se de fácil transporte e ocupa, quando desmontado, pouquíssimo espaço, facilitando a logística para todos os envolvidos na cadeia produtiva, comercial e consumidora. Descrição detalhada da invenção
[017] O TANQUE MONTÁVEL, objeto desta solicitação de patente de invenção, consiste em um tanque (1 ) cuja característica é ser montável pela justaposição de placas (2) que servem de parede, as quais são unidas por hastes (3) de junção que juntamente com o tampo inferior (4) e o tampo superior (5) dão forma a estrutura para recepção de um invólucro plástico (6) para recepção da água.
[018] Mais particularmente, a invenção consiste em um tanque (1 ) montável constituído de dois grupos de peças que configuram a estrutura do corpo e o componente interno para armazenamento de água. A estrutura do corpo é composta por duas ou mais placas (2) laterais, um tampo inferior (4), um tampo superior (5), duas ou mais hastes (3) de junção das placas (2) laterais, dois ou mais tampões (7) e duas porcas (8) ou mais que se prestam à instalação hidráulica. Por sua vez, o componente interno para armazenamento de água é configurado por um invólucro plástico (6). A montagem do tanque (1 ) se dá a partir do posicionamento do tampo inferior (4) no substrato para em seguida se fazer a justaposição das placas (2) laterais que devem ser em material rígido o suficiente para suportar a carga da água quando do produto cheio. Montado o corpo, o tanque (1 ) está apto para receber o invólucro plástico (6) que recepcionará água tomando o formato do aludido corpo. No perímetro do tanque (1 ) existem tampões (7) e porcas (8) para a realização da instalação hidráulica com as entradas e saídas de água necessárias ao funcionamento do mesmo. Por fim, o tampo superior (5) é colocado no tanque (1 ) servindo mais como peça de acabamento, uma vez que o invólucro plástico (6) por si só já protege a água nele armazenada de contaminantes externos, aumentando a segurança contra riscos de doenças transmitidas pela água armazenada no tanque (1 )- [019] A presente invenção se propõe a intenção de abranger todas as alternativas e variações, modificações e equivalentes que possam ser incluídas nas medidas e formatos deste tanque quando não perceptível um distanciamento do conceito inventivo proposto.

Claims

REIVINDICAÇÃO
1 ) TANQUE MONTÁVEL, caracterizado por ser composto de duas ou mais placas (2) laterais justapostas sobre um tampo inferior (4) e montável em duas ou mais hastes (3) de junção configurando o corpo do tanque (1 ) que está apto a receber o invólucro plástico (6) a ser preenchido com água; complementam o tanque (1 ) dois ou mais tampões (7), duas ou mais porcas (8) que se prestam à instalação hidráulica e um tampo superior (5).
