Description

一种用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置 技术领域
本发明涉及摄像技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置。
背景技术
一直以来,获取机动车车架号的方法都是通过纸或类似介质直接覆盖在车架号上面拓印取得,拓印后留下的车架号档案与后续的车架号比对是否一致,从而来辨别机动车的车架号是否有篡改。但这样拓印出来的车架号往往不清晰,不能真实、细致地反映车架号的原貌。由于目前篡改机动车车架号的手段越来越高明,甚至达到以假乱真的程度,采用拓印方法取得车架号档案在实际工作中凸显不足,此外,通过纸介质存档、档案的查询、调用、比对也极为不便。
针对上述问题,出现了专门用来拍摄车架号的摄影装置。通过摄影装置拍摄车架号图像,可以真实、细致地反映车架号的原貌,并且车架号图像作为电子介质存档,可以方便档案的查询、调用和比对。然而,现有的车架号的摄影装置往往只采用了单镜头,如果车架号不在摄影装置的成像范围中央,就容易产生失真,比较明显的就是桶形失真。在摄像领域,有一种双镜头的摄影装置,可以一定程度上克服失真,但是这种摄影装置的两个镜头均呈水平设置,所拍摄的图像各自独立,没有相关性,如果用来拍摄机动车车架号,则仍然会产生失真。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置,能够等比例的还原所拍摄车辆的车架号。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用 于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置,包括基座和至少四个镜头组件,所述至少四个镜头组件分为两列安装在所述基座上且相互对称,所述两列镜头组件均向内倾斜预定角度,并且所述两列镜头组件合焦于同一景深范围。
其中,所述预定角度为0到45度。
其中,所述基座包括向内凹陷的水平过渡面以及分布在所述水平过渡面两侧并连接所述水平过渡面的斜面,所述斜面的倾斜角度为所述预定角度,所述两列镜头组件分别垂直安装于所述两个斜面上。
其中,所述两个斜面相互对称,所述两列镜头组件相对于所述水平过渡面的中轴线中心对称。
其中,所述多镜头摄影装置还包括多块安装板,所述多块安装板分为两列贴附安装在所述两个斜面上,所述多个镜头组件分别垂直固定在所述多块安装板上。
其中,每一所述斜面上的相邻两个镜头组件在安装板上的投影面的中心点之间的距离为40mm,所述两个斜面上的两个对称镜头组件在安装板上的投影面的中心点之间的距离为80mm。
其中,每一所述安装板上设有卡扣件,所述卡扣件为长方体形状,所述卡扣件的一侧面设有向内凹陷的卡槽。
其中,所述安装板的四个角上设有固定孔,所述安装板通过固定孔固定在所述斜面上。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置具有至少四个镜头组件,至少四个镜头组件分为两列相互对称设置,两列镜头组件向同一方向倾斜预定角度,并且两列镜头组件合焦于同一景深范围,当在拍摄车架号时,每个镜头组件拍摄到的图像为车架号的一部分,相邻两个镜头组件拍摄到的车架号图像至少部分重叠,将每个镜头组件拍摄到的车架号图像经过软件处理,在输出拍摄车辆信息时,能够等比例的还原所拍摄车辆的车架号。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例的用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置包括基座1和至少四个镜头组件2,至少四个镜头组件2分为两列安装在基座1上且相互对称,两列镜头组件2均向内倾斜预定角度,并且两列镜头组件2合焦于同一景深范围。在通常情况下,镜头组件2的数量为偶数,偶数个镜头组件2均分为两部分,两部分分别排成两列,两列镜头组件2中心对称分布。本实施例中,镜头组件2的数量为4个,在其它实施例中可以为6个或8个,本发明对此不作限定。
由于两列镜头组件2向同一方向倾斜,且两列镜头组件2合焦于同一景深范围,因此在拍摄车架号时,每个镜头组件2拍摄到的车架号图像为车架号的一部分,相邻两个镜头组件2拍摄到的车架号图像至少部分重叠,两个对称镜头组件2拍摄到的车架号图像类似人眼观察到的立体图像,通过将每个镜头组件2拍摄到的车架号图像相组合并经过软件处理,在输出拍摄车辆信息时,能够等比例的还原所拍摄车辆的车架号。
再次参阅图1和图2,在本发明另一实施例中,基座1包括向内凹陷的水平过渡面11以及分布在水平过渡面11两侧并连接水平过渡面11的斜面12。两个斜面12连接水平过渡面11从而构成一个倒梯形形状。斜面12的倾斜角度为上述预定角度,两列镜头组件2分别垂直安装于两个斜面12上。通过事先在基座1上形成倾斜预定角度的斜面12,可 以方便镜头组件2的准确安装,避免镜头组件2的倾斜角度产生误差。在本实施例中,为了方便组装,两个斜面12相互对称,两列镜头组件2相对于水平过渡面11的中轴线中心对称。
作为本实施例的一个改进,该多镜头摄影装置还包括多块安装板3,多块安装板3分为两列贴附安装在两个斜面12上,多个镜头组件2分别垂直固定在多块安装板3上。安装板3可以方便镜头组件2的拆卸和安装。安装板3的形状例如为长方形。安装板3可以粘贴固定在斜面12上,也可以可拆卸地固定在斜面12上,在本实施例中,安装板3的四个角上设有固定孔31,安装板3通过固定孔31固定在斜面12上。
为了提高拍摄效果,在本实施例中,预定角度为0到45度,优选为15度,每一斜面12上的相邻两个镜头组件2在安装板3上的投影面的中心点之间的距离为40mm,两个斜面12上的两个对称镜头组件2在安装板3上的投影面的中心点之间的距离为80mm。
考虑到多镜头摄影装置需要护罩对镜头组件2进行保护,在本实施例中,每一安装板3上设有卡扣件32,卡扣件32为长方体形状,卡扣件32的一侧面设有向内凹陷的卡槽33。护罩扣合在基座1上后,可通过卡扣件32进行卡扣固定连接。在本实施例中,所有卡扣件32的卡槽33均为同一朝向。
本发明的用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置通过在基座上设置两个相互对称的斜面,斜面上通过安装板安装镜头组件,多个镜头组件处于倾斜安装,且多个镜头组件合焦于同一景深范围,这样,每个斜面上相邻两个镜头组件拍摄的图像至少部分重叠,两个斜面上两个对称镜头组件拍摄到的车架号图像类似人眼观察到的立体图像,将每个镜头组件拍摄到的车架号图像经过软件处理,在输出拍摄车辆信息时,能够等比例的还原所拍摄车辆的车架号。

  1. 一种用于拍摄车架号的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,包括基座和至少四个镜头组件,所述至少四个镜头组件分为两列安装在所述基座上且相互对称,所述两列镜头组件均向内倾斜预定角度,并且所述两列镜头组件合焦于同一景深范围。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,所述预定角度为0到45度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,所述基座包括向内凹陷的水平过渡面以及分布在所述水平过渡面两侧并连接所述水平过渡面的斜面,所述斜面的倾斜角度为所述预定角度,所述两列镜头组件分别垂直安装于所述两个斜面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,所述两个斜面相互对称,所述两列镜头组件相对于所述水平过渡面的中轴线中心对称。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,所述多镜头摄影装置还包括多块安装板,所述多块安装板分为两列贴附安装在所述两个斜面上,所述多个镜头组件分别垂直固定在所述多块安装板上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,每一所述斜面上的相邻两个镜头组件在安装板上的投影面的中心点之间的距离为40mm,所述两个斜面上的两个对称镜头组件在安装板上的投影面的中心点之间的距离为80mm。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的多镜头摄影装置,其特征在于,每一所述安装板上设有卡扣件,所述卡扣件为长方体形状,所述卡扣件的一侧面设有向内凹陷的卡槽。
