Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé mise en œuvre par ordinateur, un dispositif et un système servant à évaluer un besoin de changement sur le plan organisationnel (Organisational Transformation). Des domaines sont identifiés et priorisés à l'aide de cinq dimensions (Essential Dimensions), dans lesquels des interventions de transformation (Transformational Interventions) sont effectuées. Un ou plusieurs indicateurs cibles (Target Score) et une définition d'état (Status Assessment) sont calculés, à savoir sur une grille de descriptifs de comportement (Behavioural Descriptors) à l'aide d'un sondage, de préférence d'un sondage en ligne, mené auprès d'une multitude d'actionnaires de l'organisation sur la base des cinq dimensions d'un travail d'encadrement de transformation : maîtrise de la complexité (Mastering Complexity), orchestration de la créativité (Orchestrating Creativity), introduction des émotions aux fins de l'alignement (Emotion for Alignment), ancrage dans la société (Anchoring in Society), et création d'une ligne directrice pour la prochaine étape (Building Next Level Leadership) afin d'identifier et de reconnaître une lacune de transformation (Transformation gap), et ce sur trois plans : pour l'ensemble de l'organisation, pour l'équipe de direction et les dirigeants à la tête de l'organisation afin de déterminer dans le même temps un ou plusieurs indicateurs pour une lacune de direction (Leadership Gap), pour une lacune en matière d'aptitudes de l'équipe (Team Capability Gap) et pour une lacune en matière d'aptitudes organisationnelles (Organisational Capability Gap), ce qui permet de déterminer des interventions systémiques (Systemic Interventions) adaptées pour combler la ou les lacunes.
