空气调节机构 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,特别是涉及一种空气调节机构。
背景技术
目前,在专利号为CN201510152730.8和CN200920292241.2的专利中各自公开了一种空气调节机构的送风结构,送风结构的出风口处可以设置扫风叶片进行扫风。然而,由于该两种空气调节机构的出风方式均为单侧送风,扫风范围较窄、且受到较大的限制,导致气流在室内分布不合理,温度均衡能力较差,难以解决放置单个空气调节机构而达到房间内部四周无送风死角的问题,进而使空气调节机构的实用性受到较大限制。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种空气调节机构,主要目的在于解决现有空气调节机构的扫风范围较窄,导致室内温度均衡能力较差的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明主要提供如下技术方案:
本发明的实施例提供一种空气调节机构,包括:
风道,其具有进风口和出风口,所述出风口在周向上延伸、且形成环形;
进风风叶,设置在所述风道内,以在转动时使所述进风口进风;
扫风叶片,可转动地设置在所述出风口处;
第一驱动机构,用于驱动所述扫风叶片转动,以进行扫风。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。
在前述的空气调节机构中,可选的,所述扫风叶片上设有转轴,所述扫风叶片通过所述转轴可转动地设置在所述出风口处;
其中,所述第一驱动机构通过驱动所述转轴转动,使所述转轴带动所述扫风叶片转动。
在前述的空气调节机构中,可选的,空气调节机构还包括传动盘和连接件、且两者均位于所述风道外;
其中,所述第一驱动机构与所述传动盘连接,以驱动所述传动盘转动;
所述转轴的一端穿过所述风道的外壁;所述连接件的一端与所述转轴的所述一端连接,另一端与所述传动盘配合,所述连接件用于在所述传动盘的驱动下带动所述转轴转动。
在前述的空气调节机构中,可选的,所述传动盘与所述转轴两者的旋转中心线平行且具有间隔;
所述传动盘上设有呈弧形的导向槽,所述弧形的中心线与所述转轴的旋转中心线重合;
所述连接件包括基体和设置在所述基体上的定位凸起;所述定位凸起插入所述导向槽内,用于在所述传动盘的带动下沿所述导向槽运动,以带动所述基体转动;

第一部件,其包括壳体和第一基板;所述壳体呈筒状,以在其两端形成开口;所述第一基板盖在所述壳体一端的开口处,所述第一基板的中部具有连通所述壳体内部的第一通孔;
第二部件,其包括第二基板、和设置在所述第二基板上的凸柱;所述凸柱从所述第一基板的背离所述壳体的一侧插入所述第一通孔 内,以在所述第一部件和所述第二部件之间形成所述的风道;
其中,所述进风口设置在所述壳体的侧壁上;所述第一基板与所述第二基板两者之间具有间隔,且在所述间隔处形成所述的出风口。

在前述的空气调节机构中,可选的,空气调节机构还包括第二驱动机构;
所述第二驱动机构包括第二电机,所述第二电机与所述进风风叶连接,以驱动所述进风风叶转动。
在前述的空气调节机构中,可选的,当包括导流风叶时,所述导流风叶包括叶轮和设置在所述叶轮外周壁上的导流叶片;
所述叶轮的背离所述进风风叶的一端具有第二容置槽,所述第二容置槽的底部具有第二通孔;

借由上述技术方案,本发明空气调节机构至少具有以下有益效果:
在本发明提供的技术方案中,因为风道的出风口在周向上延伸形成环形,相对于现有技术中的单侧送风,本发明技术方案中的出风口可以使风在周向上呈360度送出,从而可以增大本发明空气调节机构的送风范围,提高室内的温度均衡能力。
又因为在出风口处设置有扫风叶片,第一驱动机构可以驱动扫风叶片转动,以进行扫风,从而可以进一步提高室内的温度均衡能力。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明申请的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。在下述说明中,不同的“一实施例”或“实施例”指的不一定是同一实施例。此外,一或多个实施例中的特定特征、结构、或特点可由任何合适形式组合。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的一个实施例提出的一种空气调节机构10,包括风道1、进风风叶91、扫风叶片2和第一驱动机构3。风道1具有进风口11和出风口12。出风口12在周向上延伸、且形成环形,以使风能在周向上呈360度送出。进风风叶91设置在风道1内,以在转动时使进风口11进风。扫风叶片2可转动地设置在出风口12处。第一驱动机构3用于驱动扫风叶片2转动,以进行扫风。
在上述提供的技术方案中,因为风道1的出风口12在周向上延伸形成环形,相对于现有技术中的单侧送风,本发明技术方案中的出风口12可以使风在周向上呈360度送出,从而可以增大本发明空气调节机构10的送风范围,提高室内的温度均衡能力。
又因为在出风口12处设置有扫风叶片2,第一驱动机构3可以驱动扫风叶片2转动,以进行扫风,从而可以进一步提高室内的温度均衡能力。
另外,由于上述的进风风叶91设置在风道1内,即进风风叶91采用内部安装的方式,从而可以有效防止进风风叶91对人造成直接机械伤害,降低了进风风叶91给人带来的危险性。
这里需要说明的是:上述的进风风叶91可以为轴流风叶,以有效增大本发明空气调节机构10的出风量,增强空气调节机构10的凉爽、舒适性。
进一步的,如图1和图5所示,上述的扫风叶片2上可以设有转轴21,扫风叶片2通过该转轴21可转动地设置在出风口12处,从 而第一驱动机构3驱动扫风叶片2时,扫风叶片2可以通过该转轴21转动。
进一步的,如图1所示,前述的第一驱动机构3通过驱动转轴21转动,使转轴21带动扫风叶片2转动,如此可以缩短力的传递距离,简化传递结构。当然,在一个替代的示例中,上述的第一驱动机构3也可以与扫风叶片2上除转轴21之外的其它部位相连,使扫风叶片2通过转轴21转动。
进一步的,如图1、图3和图4所示,本发明的空气调节机构10还可以包括传动盘4和连接件5,传动盘4和连接件5两者均位于风道1外。其中,前述的第一驱动机构3与传动盘4连接,以驱动传动盘4转动。扫风叶片2上转轴21的一端穿过风道1的外壁。连接件5的一端与转轴21的一端连接,另一端与传动盘4配合。连接件5用于在传动盘4的驱动下带动转轴21转动。在本示例中,动力的传动方向为:第一驱动机构3——传动盘4——连接件5——转轴21——扫风叶片2。具体工作过程为:第一驱动机构3驱动传动盘4转动,传动盘4带动连接件5转动,连接件5再带动转轴21转动,进而转轴21带动扫风叶片2转动。
进一步的,如图1、图3至图5所示,上述的传动盘4与转轴21两者的旋转中心线平行且具有间隔。传动盘4上设有呈弧形的导向槽41,该弧形的中心线与转轴21的旋转中心线重合。前述的连接件5包括基体51和设置在基体51上的定位凸起52。定位凸起52插入导向槽41内,用于在传动盘4的带动下沿导向槽41运动,以带动基体51转动。前述转轴21的所述一端与基体51连接、且与定位凸起52错开设置,以在基体51的带动下转动。在本示例中,定位凸起52绕转轴21的中心线公转,而转轴21自身是绕其中心线自转。其中,定位凸起52相当于基体51上的一个把手,定位凸起52在传动盘4的带动下驱动基体51转动,基体51转动时可以带动转轴21转动,进而转轴21带动扫风叶片2转动。
在一个具体的应用示例中,如图5所示,前述的基体51可以呈 柱状。基体51的一端向一侧弯曲形成前述的定位凸起52,基体51的另一端与转轴21的所述一端连接。在本示例中,基体51和定位凸起52均呈柱状,从而体积可以做的相对较小,并且不影响动力的正常传递。
进一步的,前述的基体51与转轴21为一体成型结构,如此具有提高基体51与转轴21之间连接稳定性的技术效果。
在一个具体的应用示例中,如图2、图3和图6所示,前述扫风叶片2的数量为至少两个、且沿周向绕出风口12设置。其中,前述的连接件5和导向槽41的数量与扫风叶片2的数量相等,且一一对应。在本示例中,上述的导向槽41沿传动盘4的旋转中心线呈圆形均匀分布。其中,由于扫风叶片2数量的增加,可以在出风口12处沿周向扫风。
在一个具体的应用示例中,如图1、图6和图7所示,本发明的空气调节机构10可以包括第一部件6和第二部件7。第一部件6包括壳体61和第一基板62。壳体61呈筒状,以在其两端形成开口。第一基板62盖在壳体61一端的开口处。第一基板62的中部具有连通壳体61内部的第一通孔621。第二部件7包括第二基板71、和设置在第二基板71上的凸柱72。凸柱72从第一基板62的背离壳体61的一侧插入第一通孔621内,以在第一部件6和第二部件7之间形成前述的风道1。其中,前述的进风口11设置在壳体61的侧壁上。第一基板62与第二基板71两者之间具有间隔,且在该间隔处形成前述的出风口12。在本示例中,通过第一部件6和第二部件7的配合,即可以形成前述的风道1,其结构相对较简单,组装较方便。
进一步的,如图1和图2所示,本发明的空气调节机构10整体具有圆柱形的外形,如此可以形成沿径向进风的进风口11、和沿径向出风的出风口12。其中,外部空气沿径向从进风口11流入风道1内,然后气流在风道1内向出风口12沿轴向流动,最后在出风口12处又沿径向流出。
如图1所示,上述的第一部件6还可以包括封盖件63,该封盖 件63封盖壳体61的另一端的开口,如此当本发明空气调节机构10组装完毕后,进风风叶91完全位于空气调节机构10内部,从而可以进一步防止进风风叶91对人造成直接机械伤害,进一步降低了进风风叶91给人带来的危险性。
进一步的,如图1所示,上述的封盖件63可以一体成型在壳体61的所述另一端,以提高封盖件63和壳体61之间的连接稳定性。其中,封盖件63与壳体61两者可以形成空气调节机构10的底座,以对整个空气调节机构10提供支撑。
如图1、图2、图6和图7所示,上述进风口11的数量可以为多个、且在壳体61的侧壁上沿周向分布,以增大本发明空气调节机构10的进风面积,提高空气调节机构10在单位时间内的进风量。优选的,该多个进风口11在壳体61的侧壁上沿周向均匀分布,以提高本发明空气调节机构10外形的美观性。
上述的进风口11可以为呈圆形的小孔。
进一步的,如图1和图3所示,在前述包括传动盘4和连接件5的示例中,传动盘4和连接件5两者可以均位于第二基板71的背离凸柱72的一侧。
进一步的,如图1和图6所示,本发明的空气调节机构10还可以包括顶盖8,顶盖8盖合在前述第二基板71的背离凸柱72的一侧,顶盖8与第二基板71之间具有容纳空间,传动盘4和连接件5均位于该容纳空间内。
进一步的,如图1和图6所示,前述的第一驱动机构3可以包括第一电机,第一电机与传动盘4连接,以驱动传动盘4转动。其中,第二基板71的背离凸柱72的一面上设有内陷的第一容置槽711,第一电机设置在第一容置槽711内,以使本发明空气调节机构10的整体结构更加紧凑。
优选的,上述第一电机的输出轴穿过传动盘4、且与传动盘4螺纹连接,第一电机的输出轴与传递盘两者通过螺母锁紧固定。
如图1和图6所示,本发明的空气调节机构10还可以包括导流 风叶93,导流风叶93固定地设置在风道1内、且在沿送风方向上位于进风风叶91的后侧。导流风叶93用于将进风风叶91吹送的空气整流为沿第一方向流动的气流。其中,第一方向与导流风叶93的轴线方向平行。在本示例中,由于导流风叶93可以对气流进行整流,以使风沿轴向流动,从而使气流在风道1内有规律的流动,减少了涡流等的发生,进而使气流流动的阻力大大降低。
如图1和图6所示,本发明的空气调节机构10还可以包括第二驱动机构。第二驱动机构包括第二电机92。该第二电机92与进风风叶91连接,以驱动进风风叶91转动。其中,相对于手动驱动进风风叶91转动,本示例中采用第二电机92驱动进风风叶91转动,可以节省人力。
进一步的,如图1和图6所示,在前述包括导流风叶93的示例中,导流风叶93包括叶轮931和设置在叶轮931外周壁上的导流叶片932。叶轮931的背离进风风叶91的一端具有第二容置槽9311。第二容置槽9311的底部具有第二通孔。第二电机92设置在第二容置槽9311内。第二电机92的电机轴穿过第二通孔、且与进风风叶91连接,以驱动进风风叶91转动。在本示例中,通过将第二电机92设置在叶轮931内部,可以有效利用空气调节机构10内部有限的空间,使空气调节机构10的体积减小。
上述的第二电机92的电机轴可以穿过进风风叶91的叶轮,且通过螺母与进风风叶91固定连接。
进一步的,如图1所示,在前述包括第二基板71、和设置在第二基板71上凸柱72的示例中,叶轮931的背离进风风叶91的一端与凸柱72的背离第二基板71的一端连接,如此可以使空气调节机构10内部的结构更加紧凑。
本发明实施例提供的空气调节机构10可以为风扇或空调器等,本领域的技术人员应当理解,风扇或空调器仅为示例,并不用于对本实施例的技术方案进行限制,其他类型的空气调节机构也都适用。
下面介绍一下本发明的工作原理和优选实施例。
上述提供的技术方案可以达到如下目的:1、进风风叶91采用内部安装的方式,可以有效防止进风风叶91对人造成直接机械伤害,降低进风风叶91给人带来的危险性。2、通过风道1的引导,可以使径向来流空气随风道1转换为沿径向呈360°无死角送风。3、在电机的控制下,通过传动盘4驱动扫风叶片2,使来流空气沿周向呈一定的角度摆动送风,增大扫风范围。4、进风风叶91采用轴流风叶,有效增大空气调节机构10的出风量,增强空气调节机构10的凉爽、舒适性。
本发明空气调节机构10的进风方式:如图1所示,启动第二电机92,第二电机92的定、转子在电磁场作用下产生电磁力,在电磁力作用下电机转子开始转动。第二电机92的电机轴通过螺母与进风风叶91连接,以在转动时带动进风风叶91一起旋转运动。进风风叶91旋转时,进风风叶91的压力面对空气做功,产生正压,将空气向风道1上部推送,进风风叶91的吸力面产生负压,与此同时,第一部件6的壳体61内部产生负压,由于壳体61外部为正压,因此壳体61外部压力高于壳体61内部压力,迫使空气调节机构10外部空气通过壳体61侧表面的进风口11流入壳体61内。
本发明空气调节机构风道1内的导流方式:如图1所示,通过进风风叶91向风道1上部推送的空气流经导流叶片932,导流叶片932将空气整流为与导流叶片932的轴线相同方向的气流。
本发明空气调节机构10的出风方式:如图1所示,来流空气通过风道1的进风口11流入风道1,气流在风道1内沿其内壁面流动,来流空气在风道1内壁的约束作用下,最终在出风口12处转换为与轴线垂直的360°径向方向送风。
本发明空气调节机构10的扫风方式:如图1所示,传动盘4与第一电机的轴端通过螺母固定。传动盘4设有呈弧形的导向槽41,连接件5上的定位凸起52插入导向槽41内,扫风叶片2的转轴21与连接件5的基体51连接。启动第一电机,第一电机在电源的作用下,内部定、转子在电磁场作用下产生电磁力,第一电机的转子在电 磁力的作用下开始进行往返转动,传动盘4在第一电机的转子的往返转动作用下进行相同的往返转动。传动盘4转动时通过连接件5将动力矩传递给扫风叶片2上的转轴21,进而使扫风叶片2来回转动,最终将从风沿周向呈360度送出。

  1. 一种空气调节机构,其特征在于,包括:
    风道(1),其具有进风口(11)和出风口(12),所述出风口(12)在周向上延伸、且形成环形;
    进风风叶(91),设置在所述风道(1)内,以在转动时使所述进风口(11)进风;
    扫风叶片(2),可转动地设置在所述出风口(12)处;
    第一驱动机构(3),用于驱动所述扫风叶片(2)转动,以进行扫风。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    所述扫风叶片(2)上设有转轴(21),所述扫风叶片(2)通过所述转轴(21)可转动地设置在所述出风口(12)处;
    其中,所述第一驱动机构(3)通过驱动所述转轴(21)转动,使所述转轴(21)带动所述扫风叶片(2)转动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,还包括传动盘(4)和连接件(5)、且两者均位于所述风道(1)外;
    其中,所述第一驱动机构(3)与所述传动盘(4)连接,以驱动所述传动盘(4)转动;
    所述转轴(21)的一端穿过所述风道(1)的外壁;所述连接件(5)的一端与所述转轴(21)的所述一端连接,另一端与所述传动盘(4)配合,所述连接件(5)用于在所述传动盘(4)的驱动下带动所述转轴(21)转动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    所述传动盘(4)与所述转轴(21)两者的旋转中心线平行且具有间隔;
    所述传动盘(4)上设有呈弧形的导向槽(41),所述弧形的中心线与所述转轴(21)的旋转中心线重合;
    所述连接件(5)包括基体(51)和设置在所述基体(51)上的定位凸起(52);所述定位凸起(52)插入所述导向槽(41)内,用 于在所述传动盘(4)的带动下沿所述导向槽(41)运动,以带动所述基体(51)转动;
    所述转轴(21)的所述一端与所述基体(51)连接、且与所述定位凸起(52)错开设置,以在所述基体(51)的带动下转动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    所述基体(51)呈柱状;所述基体(51)的一端向一侧弯曲形成所述的定位凸起(52),另一端与所述转轴(21)的所述一端连接。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一部件(6),其包括壳体(61)和第一基板(62);所述壳体(61)呈筒状,以在其两端形成开口;所述第一基板(62)盖在所述壳体(61)一端的开口处,所述第一基板(62)的中部具有连通所述壳体(61)内部的第一通孔(621);
    第二部件(7),其包括第二基板(71)、和设置在所述第二基板(71)上的凸柱(72);所述凸柱(72)从所述第一基板(62)的背离所述壳体(61)的一侧插入所述第一通孔(621)内,以在所述第一部件(6)和所述第二部件(7)之间形成所述的风道(1);

    所述第一部件(6)还包括封盖件(63),所述封盖件(63)封盖所述壳体(61)的另一端的开口;
    和/或,所述进风口(11)的数量为多个、且在所述壳体(61)的侧壁上沿周向分布。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    当包括传动盘(4)和连接件(5)时,所述传动盘(4)和所述连接件(5)两者均位于所述第二基板(71)的背离所述凸柱(72)的一侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    所述第一驱动机构(3)包括第一电机,所述第一电机与所述传动盘(4)连接,以驱动所述传动盘(4)转动;
    其中,所述第二基板(71)的背离所述凸柱(72)的一面上设有内陷的第一容置槽(711),所述第一电机设置在所述第一容置槽(711)内。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,还包括:
    导流风叶(93),固定地设置在所述风道(1)内、且在沿送风方向上位于所述进风风叶(91)的后侧,用于将所述进风风叶(91)吹送的空气整流为沿第一方向流动的气流,其中,所述第一方向与所述导流风叶(93)的轴线方向平行。
  11. 如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,还包括第二驱动机构;
    所述第二驱动机构包括第二电机(92),所述第二电机(92)与所述进风风叶(91)连接,以驱动所述进风风叶(91)转动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    当包括导流风叶(93)时,所述导流风叶(93)包括叶轮(931)和设置在所述叶轮(931)外周壁上的导流叶片(932);
    所述叶轮(931)的背离所述进风风叶(91)的一端具有第二容置槽(9311),所述第二容置槽(9311)的底部具有第二通孔;
    所述第二电机(92)设置在所述第二容置槽(9311)内;所述第二电机(92)的电机轴穿过所述第二通孔、且与所述进风风叶(91)连接,以驱动所述进风风叶(91)转动。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空气调节机构,其特征在于,
    当包括第二基板(71)、和设置在所述第二基板(71)上凸柱(72)时,所述叶轮(931)的背离所述进风风叶(91)的一端与所述凸柱(72)的背离所述第二基板(71)的一端连接。
  14. 如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的空气调节机构,其特征 在于,
    所述进风风叶(91)为轴流风叶;
    和/或,所述空气调节机构为风扇或空调器。
