其中,将第一磁铁设置在所述外边盖的边缘,将第二磁铁设置在所述第一侧壁第二端的外侧,所述第一磁铁设置为与所述第二磁铁吸附。
上述包装盒展开板进行装配时,可将第一展开平面中的上边12和下边13紧固,形成用于存放酒瓶的盒体,将第二展开平面从底板处依次折叠,直至使得外边盖24与包装盒第一侧壁11相配合,以形成包装盒,采用上述方式设计的包装盒,可以防止盒底松脱开裂,保证包装盒的包装可靠性,而且底座和瓶口定位件可以固定酒瓶,防止酒瓶在运输过程中晃动而导致破碎。采用上述方 式设计的包装盒,可以通过纸板一体裁切的方式获得,按照上述方式进行折叠成型,加工方便快捷,省时省力。上述实施方式中的包装盒,加工成型后在运输过程中,能够摊平至最小体积,以保证在运输至使用者的过程中能节约大量的运费及保证运输中的安全性,解决了相关技术中的精装裱盒完工时呈立体设置,无法摊平,因而会使得运输成本较高的问题。
工业实用性
本公开提供的包装盒、包装盒展开板及组装方法,可以防止盒底松脱开裂,保证包装盒的包装可靠性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种包装盒,包括用于组成四方形筒体的第一展开平面,以及垂直延伸设置于所述第一展开平面一侧边的第二展开平面,所述第二展开平面包括依次向外延伸设置的底板、后壁和顶盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,所述第二展开平面的底板的上表面设置有底座,所述第二展开平面的顶盖的上表面设置有定位件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,所述顶盖的外侧向外延伸设置有外边盖,所述外边盖与该包装盒的前壁的外侧相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒,其中,所述外边盖的边缘设置有磁铁,所述磁铁与设置在所述包装盒前壁的磁铁相吸附。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒,其中,所述第一展开平面的相对两侧边紧固后形成该包装盒的盒体。
  6. 一种包装盒展开板,用于折合组装成包装盒,包括第一展开平面,所述第一展开平面上设有折痕,所述第一展开平面用于沿折痕进行组装时形成所述包装盒的四个侧壁,所述四个侧壁中的其中一个为第一侧壁;以及
    与所述第一侧壁相接并沿第一侧壁的长度方向延伸的第二展开平面,所述第二展开平面上设有折痕,所述第二展开平面用于在沿折痕组装时形成所述包装盒的底板、第二侧壁和顶盖。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装盒展开板,其中,所述底板为正方形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装盒展开板,其中,所述包装盒组合成型后,所述第一侧壁与所述第二侧壁相对。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装盒展开板,其中,所述第二展开平面的底板的第一表面设置有底座,所述第二展开平面的顶盖的第一表面设置有定位件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的包装盒展开板,其中,所述第二展开平面与所述 第一侧壁的第一端相接;
    所述顶盖的一侧设置有外边盖,所述外边盖与所述第一侧壁的第二端相配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装盒展开板,其中,所述外边盖的边缘设置有第一磁铁,所述第一磁铁与设置在所述第一侧壁的第二磁铁相吸附。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的包装盒展开板,其中,所述第一展开平面的与所述第一侧壁长度方向平行的相对两侧边紧固后形成所述包装盒的四个侧壁。
  13. 一种包装盒的组装方法,包括:提供第一展开平面和与所述第一展开平面相接的第二展开平面;其中,所述第一展开平面上设有折痕;将所述第一展开平面沿所述折痕进行组装,并将所述第一展开平面的两个侧边紧固形成所述包装盒的四个侧壁,所述四个侧壁中的其中一个为第一侧壁,所述两个侧边与所述第一侧壁长度方向平行;
    所述第二展开平面沿所述第一侧壁的长度方向延伸,所述第二展开平面上设有折痕;将所述第二展开平面沿所述折痕进行组装形成所述包装盒的底板、第二侧壁和顶盖;
    将所述四个侧壁、底板、第二侧壁和顶盖进行连接以形成所述包装盒。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述包装盒的底板为正方形。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述包装盒的所述第一侧壁与所述第二侧壁相对。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,还包括:将底座设置在所述第二展开平面的底板的第一表面,以及将定位件设置在所述第二展开平面的顶盖的第一表面。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述第二展开平面与所述第一侧 壁的第一端相接,所述包装盒还包括设置在所述顶盖一侧的外边盖,所述外边盖设置为与所述第一侧壁的第二端相配合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,将第一磁铁设置在所述外边盖的边缘,将第二磁铁设置在所述第一侧壁第二端的外侧,所述第一磁铁设置为与所述第二磁铁吸附。
