本实用新型公开了一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，包括用于组成四方形筒体的第一展开平面，以及垂直延伸设置于所述第一展开平面一侧边的第二展开平面，所述第二展开平面包括依次向外延伸设置的底板、后壁和顶盖。采用上述结构，对第一展开平面折叠后形成盒体，之后与第二展开平面相配合即可形成完整的酒盒，以此方式设计，能够有效防止盒底松脱开裂，进而保证酒盒的包装可靠性。

本实用新型涉及包装技术领域，尤其涉及一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒。
背景技术
现有技术下的酒盒，大多采用盒底对插卡合的方式进行设计，依此方式设计，酒盒在瓶体重力作用下很容易造成盒底开裂，进而影响瓶体的包装。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够有效防止盒底松脱开裂的酒盒。
为达此目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，包括用于组成四方形筒体的第一展开平面，以及垂直延伸设置于所述第一展开平面一侧边的第二展开平面，所述第二展开平面包括依次向外延伸设置的底板、后壁和顶盖。
其中，所述第二展开平面的底板的上表面设置有底座，所述第二展开平面的顶盖的上表面设置有瓶口定位件。
其中，所述顶盖的外侧向外延伸设置有外边盖，所述外边盖与该酒盒的前壁的外侧相配合。
其中，所述外边盖的边缘设置有磁铁，所述磁铁与设置在所述酒盒前壁的磁铁相吸附。
其中，所述第一展开平面的相对两侧边紧固后形成该酒盒的盒体。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型包括用于组成四方形筒体的第一展开平面，以及垂直延伸设置于所述第一展开平面一侧边的第二展开平面，所述第二展开平面包括依次向外延伸设置的底板、后壁和顶盖。采用上述结构，对第一展开平面折叠后形成盒体，之后与第二展开平面相配合即可形成完整的酒盒，以此方式设计，能够有效防止盒底松脱开裂，进而保证酒盒的包装可靠性。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1所示，本实施例中一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，包括用于组成四方形筒体的第一展开平面，以及垂直延伸设置于所述第一展开平面一侧边的第二展开平面，所述第二展开平面包括依次向外延伸设置的底板21、后壁22和顶盖23，所述第二展开平面的底板21的上表面设置有底座211，所述第二展开平面的顶盖23的上表面设置有瓶口定位件231，所述顶盖23的外侧向外延伸设置有外边盖24，所述外边盖24与该酒盒的前壁11的外侧相配合，所述外边盖24的边缘设置有磁铁241，所述磁铁与设置在所述酒盒前壁11的磁铁相吸附，所述第一展开平面1的相对两侧边紧固后形成该酒盒的盒体。
通过上述结构进行装配时，可先将第一展开平面中的上边12和下边13紧固，进而形成用于存放酒瓶的盒体，之后在将第一展开平面从底板处依次折叠，直至使得外边盖24与酒盒前壁11相配合，从而形式酒盒，采用上述方式设计的酒盒，可以采用通过纸板一体裁切的方式获得，之后在按照上述方式进行折叠成型，加工方便快捷，省时省力。
上述实施方式中的酒盒，加工成型后在运输过程中，能够将其摊平至最小体积，以保证在运输至"使用者"的过程中能节约大量的运费及保证运输中的安全性，而一般的精装裱盒完工时皆是呈立体设置，而无法摊平，因而会使得运输成本较高。

1.一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，其特征在于：包括用于组成四方形筒体的第一展开平面，以及垂直延伸设置于所述第一展开平面一侧边的第二展开平面，所述第二展开平面包括依次向外延伸设置的底板、后壁和顶盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，其特征在于：所述第二展开平面的底板的上表面设置有底座，所述第二展开平面的顶盖的上表面设置有瓶口定位件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，其特征在于：所述顶盖的外侧向外延伸设置有外边盖，所述外边盖与该酒盒的前壁的外侧相配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，其特征在于：所述外边盖的边缘设置有磁铁，所述磁铁与设置在所述酒盒前壁的磁铁相吸附。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种能够有效防止盒底开裂的酒盒，其特征在于：所述第一展开平面的相对两侧边紧固后形成该酒盒的盒体。
