包装盒 技术领域
本公开涉及包装技术领域，例如涉及一种包装盒。
背景技术
相关技术下的包装盒在对酒瓶或者其他物体进行成对包装时，在运输途中酒瓶或者其他物体之间很容易相互碰撞，造成损伤。
发明内容
本公开提供一种包装盒，可以方便装配，能够有效防止相邻包装物体之间相互碰撞。
一种包装盒，包括盒体、与所述盒体一体设置的盒盖和设置于所述盒体的腔体内的至少一个隔板，所述隔板将所述盒体的腔体分割为至少两个腔体；所述盒体是由设置有多条折弯压痕的板材一体冲压成型的；所述隔板由相邻的两个四边形定位框的相邻侧壁贴合而成，所述盒体的第一侧壁和所述盒体的第二侧壁分别可翻转设置有用于对所述四边形定位框进行定位的延伸壁。
其中，所述隔板的数量为一个，所述隔板将所述盒体的腔体分割为两个腔体。
其中，所述延伸壁向所述盒体的腔体内翻转，且所述延伸壁的端部与所述盒底相接，所述盒底与所述盒盖相对设置。
其中，所述四边形定位框的第一侧壁夹设于所述延伸壁与所述盒体的第一侧壁之间。
其中，所述四边形定位框的第二侧壁夹设于所述延伸壁与所述盒体的第二侧壁之间。
其中，所述盒盖沿包装盒长度方向设置有透视窗，所述盒盖在关闭状态下，所述透视窗在所述盒底的正投影位于所述四边形定位框在所述盒底的正投影所围成的区域中。
其中，所述透视窗为密封有透明薄膜的开口。
本公开提供的包装盒，能够方便的通过延伸壁对四边形定位框进行定位， 并通过两个四边形定位框的相邻侧壁形成隔板，起到分割盒体的腔体，增加缓冲的作用，以此防止相邻包装物体之间的碰撞，有效提升产品包装可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。
如图1及图2所示，本实施例提供一种包装盒，包括盒体1、与所述盒体1一体设置的盒盖2和设置于所述盒体1的腔体内的隔板3，所述隔板3将所述盒体1的腔体分割为两个腔体。
可选地，设置于所述盒体1的腔体内的隔板3可以是一个或者多个，本实施例中以盒体1的腔体内设置有一个隔板为例进行说明，当盒体1的腔体内设置有多个隔板时，所述隔板3将所述盒体1的腔体分割为多个腔体。
所述盒体1是由设置有多条折弯压痕的板材一体冲压成型的。
所述隔板3由相邻的两个四边形定位框4的相邻侧壁紧密贴合而成，所述盒体1的第一侧壁11和所述盒体1的第二侧壁12分别可翻转设置有用于对所述四边形定位框4进行定位的延伸壁13。
所述延伸壁13向所述盒体的腔体内翻转且所述延伸壁13的端部与盒底相接，所述四边形定位框4的第一侧壁夹设于所述延伸壁13与所述盒体1的第一侧壁11之间，所述四边形定位框4的第二侧壁夹设于所述延伸壁13与所述盒体1的第二侧壁12之间。
其中，每个延伸壁13包括两个部分，该两个部分用于分别对两个四边形定位框4进行定位。
所述盒盖2沿包装盒长度方向设置有透视窗21，所述盒盖在关闭状态下，所述透视窗21在所述盒底的正投影位于四边形定位框4在所述盒底的正投影的内部。

采用上述结构设计的包装盒，能够方便的通过延伸壁13对四边形定位框4进行定位，并通过两个四边形定位框4的相邻侧壁形成隔板3起到分割盒体的 腔体，增加缓冲的作用，以防止相邻酒瓶或者其他包装物体之间的碰撞，有效提升产品包装可靠性。
相关技术中，精装裱盒完工时呈立体结构，无法摊平，因而会使得运输成本较高。本实施例提供的包装盒，加工成型后在运输过程中，能够摊平至最小体积，以保证在运输至“使用者”的过程中能节约大量的运费及保证运输中的安全性。
工业实用性
本公开提供的包装盒，能够方便的通过延伸壁对四边形定位框进行定位，并通过两个四边形定位框的相邻侧壁形成隔板，起到分割盒体的腔体，增加缓冲的作用，以此防止相邻包装物体之间的碰撞，有效提升产品包装可靠性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种的包装盒，包括盒体、与所述盒体一体设置的盒盖和设置于所述盒体的腔体内的至少一个隔板，所述隔板将所述盒体的腔体分割为至少两个腔体；
    所述盒体是由设置有多条折弯压痕的板材一体冲压成型的；
    所述隔板由相邻的两个四边形定位框的相邻侧壁贴合而成，所述盒体的第一侧壁和所述盒体的第二侧壁分别可翻转设置有用于对所述四边形定位框进行定位的延伸壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒，所述隔板的数量为一个，所述隔板将所述盒体的腔体分割为两个腔体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒，其中，所述延伸壁向所述盒体的腔体内翻转且所述延伸壁的端部与盒底相接，所述盒底与所述盒盖相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒，其中，所述四边形定位框的第一侧壁夹设于所述延伸壁与所述盒体的第一侧壁之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒，其中，所述四边形定位框的第二侧壁夹设于所述延伸壁与所述盒体的第二侧壁之间。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒，其中，所述盒盖沿包装盒长度方向设置有透视窗，所述盒盖在关闭状态下，所述透视窗在所述盒底的正投影位于所述四边形定位框在所述盒底的正投影所围成的区域中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装盒，其中，所述透视窗为密封有透明薄膜的开口。
