Abstract

本申请公开了一种保单时限管理方法,该方法包括:获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。本申请还公开了一种保单时限管理系统、设备和计算机可读存储介质。本申请使得对于保单的时限管控更加准确,提高了保单时限管控的效率。

Description

保单时限管理方法、系统、设备和计算机可读存储介质
本申请要求于2017年4月5日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710219187.8、发明名称为“保单时限管理方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及保险技术领域,尤其涉及一种保单时限管理方法、系统、设备和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
保险业务的处理流程比较复杂,一份保单需要流转多个岗位,才能完成投保,例如需要经过录单岗位进行保单的录入,复核岗位对保单信息进行复核,核保对保单进行审核等。由于保单需要流转的岗位较多,各个岗位在处理保险业务时,若业务员不注重时限,处理时间较长,就会导致保单处理时间超长,降低客户满意度。因此,需要对保单的处理时限进行管控。而目前对保单的时限管控功能,通常只是将保单在岗位停留的天数作为判断保单是否超期的标准。若遇到节假日等情况,统计得到的保单在岗位的停留时间远远大于此岗位的实际处理时长,此岗位会有大量的保单超期,会给此岗位的绩效考核等造成恶劣影响。可以看出,目前保单的时限管控对保单是否超期的判断结果并不能准确的反应岗位真实的工作状态,导致无法对保单进行合理、有效的时限管控。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种保单时限管理方法和系统,旨在解决保单的时限管控不精准的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种保单时限管理方法,所述保单时限管理方法包括以下步骤:
获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种保单时限管理系统,所述保单时限管理系统包括:
获取模块,用于获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
时间模块,用于根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
剔除模块,用于剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
告警模块,用于若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种保单时限管理设备,所述文件扫描装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的保单时限管理程序,所述保单时限管理程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有保单时限管理程序,所述保单时限管理程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
本申请实施例提出的一种保单时限管理方法、系统、设备和计算机可读存储介质,通过获取被管控的保单,以及保单当前所处的岗位,以了解保单的处理情况;然后,根据此保单转入此岗位的时间,获取此保单在此岗位停留的时间区间,此时间区间涵盖了非工作时间,并非此岗位处理此保单的真实时间;然后,剔除时间区间内的非工作时间,计算保单在此岗位停留的有效时长,得到的有效时长即为此岗位能够处理此保单的真实时间;若保单在此岗位停留的有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定此保单已经超期,向此岗位发送告警信息,提醒此岗位尽快处理。本申请在对保单进行时限管控时,是基于保单在岗位实际停留的有效时间判定保单是否超期的,由于保单在岗位停留的有效时间能够反映岗位的真实工作时间,排除了节假日的不可抗拒的客观因素所导致的案件超期,使得对于保单的时限管控更加准确,提高了保单时限管控的效率。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
参照图1,本申请保单时限管理方法第一实施例提供一种保单时限管理方法,所述保单时限管理方法包括:
步骤S10、获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位。
本申请在对保单进行处理时限管控时,剔除了保单在岗位停留时的非工作时间,能够根据保单在岗位的实际处理时间对保单进行时限管控,提高了时限管控的准确性。
具体的,可以预先配置保单时限管理系统按照预设的频率检测超期保单,提醒对期保单的处理。作为一种实施方式,首先,保单时限管理系统获取当前被管控的保单,以及此保单当前所处的岗位。其中,被管控的保单为预设的,例如,在预设时间段内进入保险业务处理流程的全部保单,或是当前时间未完成处理的全部保单,当然还可以是用户指定的保单。
需要说明的是,保单在进入岗位后的处理状态包括待处理、处理中、异常单、处理完成等多种状态。则在查找保单当前所处的岗位时,需要根据此保单的流转记录查找此保单当前停留的岗位;然后,根据保单在此岗位的处理状态,判断此保单是否已经处理完成;若保单未完成处理,则确定此岗位为此保单当前所处的岗位,转入执行步骤S20;若保单在当前停留的岗位中为处理完成的状态,则可能是此保单已经完成保险业务的全部流程,也即已经结案,无需再进行时限管控。
进一步地,由于异常保单的情况特殊,还可以剔除异常保单,则在根据保单的流转记录找到此保单当前停留的岗位后,然后,根据保单在此岗位的处理状态,判断此保单是否已经处理完成,或者是否异常保单;若此保单已经处理完成,或者为异常保单,则不再对此保单进行时限管控;若此保单未完成处理,且不是异常保单,才转入执行步骤S20。
步骤S20、根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间。
在得到被管控的岗位和此岗位停留的保单后,保单时限管理系统查询此保单转入此岗位的时间。需要说明的是,保单时限管理系统记载每一个保单转入每一个岗位、转出每一个岗位的时间,时间的单位可以精确到小时、分或秒,可根据实际需要灵活配置。然后,保单时限管理系统根据当前时间和保单转入的时间,获取保单在此岗位停留的时间区间。
步骤S30、剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
在得到保单在当前岗位停留的时间区间后,保单时限管理系统需要剔除此时间区间内的非工作时间,计算保单在此岗位停留的有效时长。需要说明的是,有效时长指此在保单转入岗位后,此岗位工作人员截至当前时间的实际工作时长,能够真实的反应岗位的工作状态。
具体的,作为一种实施方式,参照图2,所述步骤S30包括:
步骤S31、根据预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出所述时间区间内的工作日;
步骤S32、根据预先配置的作息时间,以及所述时间区间内的工作日,统计所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
在计算保单在岗位停留的有效时长时,保单时限管理系统首先需要获取预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出时间区间内的节假日。需要说明的是,节假日信息中记载了国家法定节假日、周末、公司假日等。当然,还可以包括岗位工作人员的请假信息。然后,保单时限管理系统剔除时间区间内的节假日,获取时间区间内的工作日。在得到时间区间内的工作日后,保单时限管理系统根据预先配置的作息时间,以及时间区间内的工作日,剔除工作日内的休息时间,统计工作日内的工作总时长作为保单在此岗位停留的有效时长。
进一步地,预先配置的作息时间可以是根据各岗位的工作性质分别配置的,各岗位的作息时间可能不同。对应的,保单时限管理系统需要获取预先配置的当前岗位对应的作息时间。然后偶,根据获取的作息时间,以及时间区间内的工作日,统计保单在当前岗位停留的有效时长。由此,保单时限管理系统得到保单在岗位停留的有效时长。
步骤S40、若所述有效时长超过预设的处理时长,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
在得到保单在岗位停留的有效时长后,保单时限管理系统获取预先配置停留时限,判断判断保单在岗位停留的有效时长是否超过停留时限,以确定保单是否超期。其中,预设的停留时限为判定保单处理是否超期的标准,可以是具体的时长,例如24小时、48小时等。进一步地,不同的岗位由于工作性质不同,可以对应配置不同的停留时限;当然,还可以根据保单的性质,为不同类型的团单配置不同的停留时限。对应的,保单时限管理系统在判断保单是否超期时,需要根据当前的岗位,或者当前的保单,获取对应的停留时限,进行超期的判定。若保单在岗位停留的有效时长超过停留时限,则确定保单已经超期,需要督促此岗位尽快处理。保单时限管理系统可以向此岗位发送告警信息,提示此岗位尽快处理此保单。进一步地,保单时限管理系统还可以统计此保单的超期时长,配置到告警信息中。若当前岗位停留有多张保单,则分别检测各保单是否已经超期,对已经超期的保单进行告警。若当前保单时限管理系统中有多个被管控的岗位,则保单时限管理系统分别获取各岗位,以及各岗位当前停留的保单,判断各保单是否已经超期,并对已超期的保单进行告警。
进一步地,管理人员还可以根据需求输入查询指令,查询超期的保单、各岗位的超期情况等。保单时限管理系统在收到查询指令时,获取查询指令中携带的查询选项,例如,超期保单、选择的岗位等。然后,根据查询选项对应筛选保单或岗位,并显示。例如,查询超期保单时,查询当前未结案的全部保单,以及各保单当前所处的岗位;然后,根据各保单转入对应的各岗位的时间,获取各保单在各岗位停留的时间区间;然后,分别剔除各时间区间内的非工作时间,计算各保单在各岗位停留的有效时长;若有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定保单超期,显示在查询界面中。当然,还可以主动向对应的岗位发送告警信息,或是在收到输入的告警指令后,再向对应的岗位发送告警信息。
查询岗位的超期情况时,则根据查询指令中的岗位,查询其未完成处理的全部保单;然后,根据各保单转入的时间,获取各保单在此岗位停留的时间区间;然后,分别剔除各时间区间内的非工作时间,计算各保单在此岗位停留的有效时长;若有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定保单超期,显示在查询界面中。当然,还可以主动向对应的岗位发送告警信息,或是在收到输入的告警指令后,再向此岗位发送告警信息。。
在本实施例中,首先获取当前被管控的保单,以及此保单当前所处的岗位,以了解保单的处理情况;然后,根据此保单转入此岗位的时间,获取此保单在此岗位停留的时间区间,此时间区间涵盖了非工作时间,并非此岗位处理此保单的真实时间;然后,剔除时间区间内的非工作时间,计算保单在此岗位停留的有效时长,得到的有效时长即为此岗位能够处理此保单的真实时间;若保单在此岗位停留的有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定此保单已经超期,向此岗位发送告警信息,提醒此岗位尽快处理。本实施例在对保单进行时限管控时,是基于保单在岗位实际停留的有效时间判定保单是否超期的,由于保单在岗位停留的有效时间能够反映岗位的真实工作时间,排除了节假日的不可抗拒的客观因素所导致的案件超期,使得对于保单的时限管控更加准确,提高了保单时限管控的效率。
进一步地,参照图3,本申请保单时限管理方法第二实施例提供一种保单时限管理方法,基于上述本申请保单时限管理方法第一实施例,所述保单时限管理方法还包括:
步骤S50、根据预先配置的所述保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和预先配置的所述岗位的特征信息及对应的权重,配置所述保单在所述岗位的停留时限。
由于不同的保单处理难度不同,同一岗位在处理不同的保单时需要的时长不同;而且,不同的岗位工作性质不同,在处理同一保单时所需要花费的时长也不同,因此,本实施例根据保单和岗位,对应配置保单在各岗位的停留时限,以保障对保单时限管控的公平性。
具体的,作为一种实施方式,保单时限管理系统获取预先配置的当前保单的特征信息和对应的权重。其中,保单的特征信息包括保单中的被保人人数、对时限的要求的宽松度、是否加急等特征,各特征信息均配置有对应的权重,以表征各特征对停留时限的影响力。同时,保单时限管理系统获取预先配置的当前岗位的特征信息和对应的权重。其中,岗位的特征信息包括岗位所属的机构、工作难易程度、是否集中作业等特征,各特征信息均配置有对应的权重,以表征各特征对停留时限的影响力。
在得到保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和岗位的特征信息和对应的权重后,根据预设的算法,计算此保单在此岗位的停留时限。例如,可以将保单的特征信息对应的权重与岗位特征信息对应的权重进行加和,得到的总权重;然后,将总权重乘以预设的系数,得到的乘积即为此保单在此岗位的最长停留时长,也即停留时限。由此,可以分别计算得到各保单在各个岗位的停留时限,用于判断各保单是否超期。
本实施例针对保单停留的岗位计算对应的停留时限,实现了停留时限的适应性配置。从而,对工作难度大的保单或岗位可以给予更长的停留时限,以适应岗位的工作量需求,提高了时限管控的灵活性,并且保障了时限管控的公平性。
进一步地,参照图4,本申请保单时限管理方法第三实施例提供一种保单时限管理方法,基于上述本申请保单时限管理方法第一实施例或第二实施例(本实施例以本申请保单时限管理方法第一实施例为例),所述步骤S40包括:
步骤S41、若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,判断所述保单是否已被处理节点认领;
步骤S42、若所述保单已被处理节点认领,则向所述处理节点和/或所述岗位对应的管理节点发送告警信息;
步骤S43、若所述保单未被处理节点认领,则向所述岗位对应的管理节点和/或上级管理节点发送告警信息。
若保单在岗位停留的有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定保单当前已经超期,此时,需要提醒加快此保单的处理进程。需要说明的是,由于工作量大,一个岗位可能配置有多个处理节点,用于一同处理这个岗位的工作,例如,录单岗位,可能包括多个录单节点;复核岗位,可能包括多个复核节点。当岗位有多个处理节点时,保单在进入岗位后需要被分配到具体的处理节点进行处理。因此,保单时限管理系统断此保单是否已被当前停留岗位的处理节点认领,也即,判断此保单是否已经进入的具体的处理节点,由处理节点处理。
若保单当前已经被处理节点认领,有工作人员负责此保单的处理,则保单时限管理系统向此处理节点和/或此岗位对应的管理节点发送告警信息,以督促尽快处理此保单。
若保单当前仅仅是进入了岗位,但是还没有具体的处理节点认领,也就是说还没有工作人员负责此保单的处理,则保单时限管理系统向此岗位对应的管理节点和/或上级管理节点发送告警信息,以督促尽快处理此保单。
其中,一个岗位可以包括一个或多个处理节点,在认领保单后,负责保单的具体处理工作;一个岗位可以包括一个或多个对应的管理节点,负责此岗位处理节点的管控,以及保单的分配等工作;一个岗位可以包括一个或多个上级管理节点,负责管理此岗位的等工作。
本实施例根据保单在岗位的具体停留状态,对应发送告警信息,使得时限管控的告警更加具有针对性,提高时限管控的效率。
进一步的,参照图5,本申请保单时限管理方法第四实施例提供一种保单时限管理方法,基于上述本申请保单时限管理方法第一实施例、第二实施例或第三实施例(本实施例以本申请保单时限管理方法第一实施例为例),所述保单时限管理方法还包括:
步骤S60、在收到输入的原因配置指令时,根据所述配置指令对应配置保单的超期原因。
处理节点在具体处理保单时,可能遇到被保人不配合、同一时期需处理的保单过多等客观原因导致的超期,因此,处理节点可以输入超期原因,对保单进行备注;当然,处理节点也可以在管理节点的要求下,输入超期原因,提交给管理节点。则保单时限管理系统在收到输入的原因配置指令时,获取配置指令携带的超期原因,并配置到对应的保单信息中,对保单进行备注,便于对保单进行进一步的处理。
在本实施例中,在收到输入的原因配置指令时,根据配置指令对应配置保单的超期原因,以对保单进行备注,便于管理节点或是时限管控节点了解保单的具体处理情况。
参照图6,本申请保单时限管理系统第一实施例提供一种保单时限管理系统,所述保单时限管理系统包括:
获取模块10,用于获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位。
具体的,可以预先配置保单时限管理系统按照预设的频率检测超期保单,提醒对期保单的处理。
作为一种实施方式,首先,获取模块10获取当前被管控的保单,以及此保单当前所处的岗位。其中,被管控的保单为预设的,例如,在预设时间段内进入保险业务处理流程的全部保单,或是当前时间未完成处理的全部保单,当然还可以是用户指定的保单。
需要说明的是,保单在进入岗位后的处理状态包括待处理、处理中、异常单、处理完成等多种状态。则获取模块10在查找保单当前所处的岗位时,需要根据此保单的流转记录查找此保单当前停留的岗位;然后,根据保单在此岗位的处理状态,判断此保单是否已经处理完成;若保单未完成处理,则确定此岗位为此保单当前所处的岗位,才交由时间模块20处理;若保单在当前停留的岗位中为处理完成的状态,则可能是此保单已经完成保险业务的全部流程,也即已经结案,无需再进行时限管控。
进一步地,由于异常保单的情况特殊,还可以剔除异常保单,则获取模块10在根据保单的流转记录找到此保单当前停留的岗位后,然后,根据保单在此岗位的处理状态,判断此保单是否已经处理完成,或者是否异常保单;若此保单已经处理完成,或者为异常保单,则不再对此保单进行时限管控;若此保单未完成处理,且不是异常保单,才交由时间模块20处理。
时间模块20,用于根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间。
在得到被管控的岗位和此岗位停留的保单后,时间模块20查询此保单转入此岗位的时间。需要说明的是,保单时限管理系统记载每一个保单转入每一个岗位、转出每一个岗位的时间,时间的单位可以精确到小时、分或秒,可根据实际需要灵活配置。然后,时间模块20根据当前时间和保单转入的时间,获取保单在此岗位停留的时间区间。
剔除模块30,用于剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
在得到保单在当前岗位停留的时间区间后,剔除模块30需要剔除此时间区间内的非工作时间,计算保单在此岗位停留的有效时长。需要说明的是,有效时长指此在保单转入岗位后,此岗位工作人员截至当前时间的实际工作时长,能够真实的反应岗位的工作状态。
具体的,作为一种实施方式,所述剔除模块30还用于,
根据预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出所述时间区间内的工作日;根据预先配置的作息时间,以及所述时间区间内的工作日,统计所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
在计算保单在岗位停留的有效时长时,剔除模块30首先需要获取预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出时间区间内的节假日。需要说明的是,节假日信息中记载了国家法定节假日、周末、公司假日等。当然,还可以包括岗位工作人员的请假信息。然后,剔除模块30剔除时间区间内的节假日,获取时间区间内的工作日。在得到时间区间内的工作日后,剔除模块30根据预先配置的作息时间,以及时间区间内的工作日,剔除工作日内的休息时间,统计工作日内的工作总时长作为保单在此岗位停留的有效时长。进一步地,预先配置的作息时间可以是根据各岗位的工作性质分别配置的,各岗位的作息时间可能不同。对应的,剔除模块30需要获取预先配置的当前岗位对应的作息时间。然后偶,根据获取的作息时间,以及时间区间内的工作日,统计保单在当前岗位停留的有效时长。由此,剔除模块30得到保单在岗位停留的有效时长。
告警模块40,用于若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
在得到保单在岗位停留的有效时长后,告警模块40获取预先配置停留时限,判断判断保单在岗位停留的有效时长是否超过停留时限,以确定保单是否超期。其中,预设的停留时限为判定保单处理是否超期的标准,可以是具体的时长,例如24小时、48小时等。进一步地,不同的岗位由于工作性质不同,可以对应配置不同的停留时限;当然,还可以根据保单的性质,为不同类型的团单配置不同的停留时限。对应的,告警模块40在判断保单是否超期时,需要根据当前的岗位,或者当前的保单,获取对应的停留时限,进行超期的判定。若保单在岗位停留的有效时长超过停留时限,则确定保单已经超期,需要督促此岗位尽快处理。告警模块40可以向此岗位发送告警信息,提示此岗位尽快处理此保单。进一步地,告警模块40还可以统计此保单的超期时长,配置到告警信息中。若当前岗位停留有多张保单,则告警模块40分别检测各保单是否已经超期,对已经超期的保单进行告警。若当前保单时限管理系统中有多个被管控的岗位,则保单时限管理系统分别获取各岗位,以及各岗位当前停留的保单,判断各保单是否已经超期,并对已超期的保单进行告警。
进一步地,管理人员还可以根据需求输入查询指令,查询超期的保单、各岗位的超期情况等。保单时限管理系统在收到查询指令时,获取查询指令中携带的查询选项,例如,超期保单、选择的岗位等。然后,根据查询选项对应筛选保单或岗位,并显示。例如,查询超期保单时,获取模块10查询当前未结案的全部保单,以及各保单当前所处的岗位;然后,时间模块20根据各保单转入对应的各岗位的时间,获取各保单在各岗位停留的时间区间;然后,剔除模块30分别剔除各时间区间内的非工作时间,计算各保单在各岗位停留的有效时长;若有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定保单超期,显示在查询界面中。当然,告警模块40还可以主动向对应的岗位发送告警信息,或是在收到输入的告警指令后,告警模块40再向对应的岗位发送告警信息。
查询岗位的超期情况时,则获取模块10根据查询指令中的岗位,查询其未完成处理的全部保单;然后,时间模块20根据各保单转入的时间,获取各保单在此岗位停留的时间区间;然后,剔除模块30分别剔除各时间区间内的非工作时间,计算各保单在此岗位停留的有效时长;若有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定保单超期,显示在查询界面中。当然,告警模块40还可以主动向对应的岗位发送告警信息,或是在收到输入的告警指令后,告警模块40再向此岗位发送告警信息。
在本实施例中,首先获取模块10获取当前被管控的保单,以及保单当前所处的岗位,以了解保单的处理情况;然后,时间模块20根据此保单转入此岗位的时间,获取此保单在此岗位停留的时间区间,此时间区间涵盖了非工作时间,并非此岗位处理此保单的真实时间;然后,剔除模块30剔除时间区间内的非工作时间,计算保单在此岗位停留的有效时长,得到的有效时长即为此岗位能够处理此保单的真实时间;若保单在此岗位停留的有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则告警模块40确定此保单已经超期,向此岗位发送告警信息,提醒此岗位尽快处理。本实施例在对保单进行时限管控时,是基于保单在岗位实际停留的有效时间判定保单是否超期的,由于保单在岗位停留的有效时间能够反映岗位的真实工作时间,排除了节假日的不可抗拒的客观因素所导致的案件超期,使得对于保单的时限管控更加准确,提高了保单时限管控的效率。
进一步地,参照图7,本申请保单时限管理系统第二实施例提供一种保单时限管理系统,基于上述本申请保单时限管理系统第一实施例,所述保单时限管理系统还包括:
配置模块50,用于根据预先配置的所述保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和预先配置的所述岗位的特征信息及对应的权重,配置所述保单在所述岗位的停留时限。
本申请保单时限管理系统第二实施例的具体方式与上述保单时限管理方法第二实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
进一步地,参照图6,本申请保单时限管理系统第三实施例提供一种保单时限管理系统,基于上述本申请保单时限管理系统第一实施例或第二实施例(本实施例以本申请保单时限管理系统第一实施例为例),所述告警模块40还用于,
若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,判断所述保单是否已被处理节点认领;若所述保单已被处理节点认领,则向所述处理节点和/或所述岗位对应的管理节点发送告警信息;若所述保单未被处理节点认领,则向所述岗位对应的管理节点和/或上级管理节点发送告警信息。
本申请保单时限管理系统第三实施例的具体方式与上述保单时限管理方法第三实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
进一步地,参照图8,本申请保单时限管理系统第四实施例提供一种保单时限管理系统,基于上述本申请保单时限管理系统第一实施例、第二实施例或第三实施例(本实施例以本申请保单时限管理系统第一实施例为例),所述保单时限管理系统还包括:
原因模块60,用于在收到输入的原因配置指令时,根据所述配置指令对应配置保单的超期原因。
本申请保单时限管理系统第四实施例的具体方式与上述保单时限管理方法第四实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
如图9所示,图9是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的装置结构示意图。本申请实施例保单时限管理设备可以是PC,也可以是便携计算机等装置设备。如图9所示,该装置可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,通信总线1002,用户接口1003,存储器1004,扫描仪1005。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选的用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。存储器1004可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1004可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。可选地,装置还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,WiFi模块等等。本领域技术人员可以理解,图9中示出的装置结构并不构成对装置的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图9所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1004中可以包括操作系统、用户接口模块以及保单时限管理程序。在图9所示的终端中用户接口1003主要用于连接用户端,与用户端进行数据通信;而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1004上存储的保单时限管理程序,执行本申请任一实施例所述的保单时限管理方法。本申请保单时限管理设备的具体实施例与上述保单时限管理方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有保单时限管理程序,所述保单时限管理程序被处理器执行时实现如本申请任一实施例所述的保单时限管理方法。本申请计算机可读存储介质的具体实施例与上述保单时限管理方法各实施例基本相同,在此不作赘述。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。上述本申请实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种保单时限管理方法,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理方法包括以下步骤:
    获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
    根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
    剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
    若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的保单时限管理方法,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理方法还包括:
    根据预先配置的所述保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和预先配置的所述岗位的特征信息及对应的权重,配置所述保单在所述岗位的停留时限。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的保单时限管理方法,其特征在于,所述剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长的步骤包括:
    根据预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出所述时间区间内的工作日;
    根据预先配置的作息时间,以及所述时间区间内的工作日,统计所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的保单时限管理方法,其特征在于,所述若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息的步骤包括:
    若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,判断所述保单是否已被处理节点认领;
    若所述保单已被处理节点认领,则向所述处理节点和/或所述岗位对应的管理节点发送告警信息;
    若所述保单未被处理节点认领,则向所述岗位对应的管理节点和/或上级管理节点发送告警信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的保单时限管理方法,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理方法还包括:
    在收到输入的原因配置指令时,根据所述配置指令对应配置保单的超期原因。
  6. 一种保单时限管理系统,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理系统包括:
    获取模块,用于获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
    时间模块,用于根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
    剔除模块,用于剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
    告警模块,用于若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的保单时限管理系统,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理系统还包括:
    配置模块,用于根据预先配置的所述保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和预先配置的所述岗位的特征信息及对应的权重,配置所述保单在所述岗位的停留时限。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的保单时限管理系统,其特征在于,所述剔除模块还用于,
    根据预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出所述时间区间内的工作日;根据预先配置的作息时间,以及所述时间区间内的工作日,统计所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的保单时限管理系统,其特征在于,所述告警模块还用于,
    若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,判断所述保单是否已被处理节点认领;若所述保单已被处理节点认领,则向所述处理节点和/或所述岗位对应的管理节点发送告警信息;若所述保单未被处理节点认领,则向所述岗位对应的管理节点和/或上级管理节点发送告警信息。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的保单时限管理系统,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理系统还包括:
    原因模块,用于在收到输入的原因配置指令时,根据所述配置指令对应配置保单的超期原因。
  11. 一种保单时限管理设备,其特征在于,所述文件扫描装置包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的保单时限管理程序,所述保单时限管理程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
    根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
    剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
    若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的保单时限管理设备,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据预先配置的所述保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和预先配置的所述岗位的特征信息及对应的权重,配置所述保单在所述岗位的停留时限。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的保单时限管理设备,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出所述时间区间内的工作日;
    根据预先配置的作息时间,以及所述时间区间内的工作日,统计所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的保单时限管理设备,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,判断所述保单是否已被处理节点认领;
    若所述保单已被处理节点认领,则向所述处理节点和/或所述岗位对应的管理节点发送告警信息;
    若所述保单未被处理节点认领,则向所述岗位对应的管理节点和/或上级管理节点发送告警信息。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的保单时限管理设备,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:

  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有保单时限管理程序,所述保单时限管理程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取被管控的保单,以及所述保单当前所处的岗位;
    根据所述保单转入所述岗位的时间,获取所述保单在所述岗位停留的时间区间;
    剔除所述时间区间内的非工作时间,计算所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长;
    若所述有效时长超过预设的停留时限,则确定所述保单超期,向所述岗位发送告警信息。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据预先配置的所述保单的特征信息及对应的权重,和预先配置的所述岗位的特征信息及对应的权重,配置所述保单在所述岗位的停留时限。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据预先配置的节假日信息,筛选出所述时间区间内的工作日;
    根据预先配置的作息时间,以及所述时间区间内的工作日,统计所述保单在所述岗位停留的有效时长。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述保单时限管理程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
