如图1所示的智能报警家居门装置以及图2所示的锁栓装置的结构示意图,智能报警家居门装置包括有活动门25、合页26、门框27以及防夹装置1;活动门25与合页26固定连接,合页26与门框27固定连接,防夹装置1设在活动门25内;防夹装置1包括有外壳3、摆锤4、锁栓装置5、防夹栓6、缓冲座7以及复位装置2;摆锤4通过吊绳安装于外壳3内的顶端;锁栓装置5包括有锁栓9、拉簧21以及锁栓座10,锁栓座10固定置于外壳3内,锁栓9水平设置且活动连接于锁栓座10上,锁栓9与锁栓座10的铰轴铰接,锁栓9的左端位于摆锤4的对面,锁栓9的右端与拉簧21的一端连接,拉簧21的另一端与外壳3连接,防夹柱13设有锁栓孔24,锁栓9的右端卡在锁栓孔24内;防夹栓6包括有导向座12、防夹柱13、弹簧座14、压缩弹簧15以及弹簧推板16;外壳3的上端设有防夹孔20,防夹柱13的上端穿过防夹孔20,导向座12与外壳3内壁固定连接,防夹柱13与导向座12以及防夹孔20活动连接,弹簧座14与防夹柱13动配合连接,弹簧座14与外壳3固定连接,压缩弹簧15包围防夹柱13并安装于在弹簧座14上,弹簧推板16与防夹柱13固定连接,弹簧推板16位于压缩弹簧15的顶端;复位装置2包括有复位拉手23以及外壳3的复位长孔22,复位拉手23穿过复位长孔22与防夹柱13固定连接,复位拉手23的一端设置在外壳3外;门框27上设有报警装置33,活动门25上设有摆动速度传感器37,摆动速度传感器37通过控制线与报警装置33连接,报警装置33设有人体传感器34、蓝牙装置35以及扬声器36,蓝牙装置35的信号发射器设于报警装置33内,蓝牙装置35的信号接收器设于小孩的父母亲或者其他成人的手机上。
智能报警家居门装置的使用方法是:使用时,活动门25快速摆动,摆锤4随着活动门25的快速摆动产生惯性,摆锤4惯性撞击锁栓9,锁栓9水平转动,锁栓9右端脱离锁栓孔24,在压缩弹簧15的弹力作用下,压缩弹簧15的弹力作用于弹簧推板16,弹簧推板16带动防夹柱13往上移动,脱离了锁栓9扣住的防夹柱13快速上升,防夹柱13带动防夹头28突出至活动门25 外,防夹头28被缓冲座7挡住,使快速摆动的活动门25停止运动,避免活动门25快速关闭夹伤小孩;当防夹柱13需要复位时,用手握住复位拉手23克服压缩弹簧15的弹力用力往下拉,复位拉手23沿复位长孔22往下移动,复位拉手23带动防夹柱13往下移动,锁栓孔24跟随防夹柱13往下移动,当锁栓孔24移动到与锁栓9水平的位置时,在拉簧21的拉力作用下,锁栓9右端回到锁栓孔24内,卡住锁栓孔24,防夹柱13的防夹头28复位,活动门25能关闭,恢复正常使用;当活动门25被风吹快速关闭,以及小孩或者其他人接近门框27上的报警装置33的人体传感器34的检测范围时;活动门25上的摆动速度传感器37将活动门25快速关闭的信号传输给报警装置33,同时,人体传感器34将人体接近活动门信号传输给报警装置33,接收到上述两种信号的报警装置33控制其扬声器36报警,提醒小孩或者其他人注意防止被门夹伤;同时,报警装置33的蓝牙装置35的信号发射器将小孩接近活动门25的信息发给其父母亲或者其他成人,其父母亲或者其他成人的手机接收到小孩接近活动门25的信息后,第一时间过来处理,并提醒小孩不要在活动门25位置玩,防止小孩被活动门夹伤。
为了利用惯性通过摆锤4撞击锁栓9摆动,以及利用拉簧21牵引锁栓9复位,锁栓座10固定在摆锤4的摆锤球体11旁,锁栓9的左端垂直于摆锤球体11中心点的垂直线,锁栓9的右端设有牵引孔8,拉簧21的一端与牵引孔8连接;锁栓9被摆锤4的摆锤球体11撞击时,锁栓9绕栓座10的铰轴沿水平面摆动,锁栓9的左端沿水平面按逆时针方向转动,锁栓9的右端沿水平面按逆时针方向转动离开防夹柱13的锁栓孔24;锁栓9复位时,锁栓9绕栓座10的铰轴沿水平面摆动,锁栓9的左端沿水平面按顺时针方向转动,锁栓9的右端沿水平面按顺时针方向转动复位回到防夹柱13锁栓孔24的位置。
为了实施利用防夹柱13的上升以及下降,导向座12以及防夹孔20的中轴线与防夹柱13的轴线相同,防夹柱13轴线与水平线垂直。
为了避免防夹柱13上升以及下降时转动,防夹柱13的下段是正方体,防夹柱13的下段放置于导向座12的方孔18内;防夹柱13上升时,防夹柱13的下段维持在导向座12的方孔18内做垂直上升移动,使防夹柱13的下段始终不离开导向座12的方孔18,避免防夹柱13转动。
为了实施减少防夹柱13对活动门25的撞击力,弹簧推板16的右端与两个缓冲柱17固定连接,外壳3设有的缓冲孔19,缓冲柱17正对上方外壳3的 缓冲孔19,弹簧推板16与缓冲柱17固定连接,缓冲柱17材质为硅胶类;缓冲柱17到合页26轴线的距离小于防夹柱13轴线到合页26轴线的距离,利用缓冲柱17与门框27摩擦,减缓活动门25关闭的速度。
为了避免活动门25快速关闭时,活动门25碰坏门框27,减少防夹柱13对门框27撞击力,缓冲座7位于防夹柱13对面的门框27上,缓冲座7内设有缓冲弹簧,缓冲座7的中心线到合页26的轴线的距离与防夹柱13到合页26的轴线的距离相等,活动门25关闭时,使防夹柱13正好碰在缓冲座7的位置;防夹柱13上升时,两个缓冲柱17跟随弹簧推板16的上升而上升,在防夹柱13的防夹头28与缓冲座7接触之前,软质的缓冲柱17先与门框27摩擦,减少防夹头28与缓冲座7的撞击力。
为了实施复位拉手23与防夹柱13的连接,以及利用复位拉手23牵引防夹柱13复位,复位拉手23位于锁栓座10与弹簧座14之间,锁栓座10与弹簧座14之间位置的防夹柱13设有螺纹孔,复位拉手23设有螺纹柱,复位拉手23的螺纹柱与防夹柱13的螺纹孔连接;防夹柱13的螺纹孔的轴线与复位拉手23的轴线垂直,防夹栓6复位时,手握复位拉手23牵引防夹柱13沿防夹柱13的轴线下降。
为了实施利用摆锤4锁栓9摆动,摆锤4的摆锤球体11位于锁栓9的后面,拉簧21位于锁栓9的前面;活动门25快速关闭时,摆锤球体11撞击其前面锁栓9左端的撞击力大于拉簧21对锁栓9的右端的牵引弹力,利用摆锤球体11惯性摆动对锁栓9左端的撞击力克服拉簧21对锁栓9的右端的拉力驱动锁栓9摆动,使锁栓9的右端离开防夹柱13的锁栓孔24。
为了实施利用多个缓冲柱17与门框27摩擦,进一步减少防夹头28与缓冲座7的撞击力,缓冲柱17包括有第一缓冲柱29以及第二缓冲柱30,外壳3的缓冲孔19包括有第一缓冲孔31以及第二缓冲孔32;第一缓冲柱29轴线到合页26轴线的距离与第一缓冲孔31轴线到合页26轴线的距离相等,第二缓冲柱30轴线到合页26轴线的距离与第二缓冲孔32轴线到合页26轴线的距离相等;第一缓冲柱29轴线到合页26轴线的距离小于第二缓冲柱30轴线到合页26轴线的距离。
为了检测活动门25关闭的速度,活动门25被风吹快速关闭时,当活动门25摆动的角速度超过摆动速度传感器37设定的角速度上限时,摆动速度传感器37将其信号传输给报警装置33;同时,小孩或者其他人进入人体传 感器34的检测范围时,报警装置33的蓝牙装置35的信号发射器将小孩接近活动门25的信息发给其父母亲或者其他成人。

Claims (8)

  1. 智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,智能报警家居门装置包括有活动门(25)、合页(26)、门框(27)以及防夹装置(1);活动门(25)与合页(26)固定连接,合页(26)与门框(27)固定连接,防夹装置(1)设在活动门(25)内;防夹装置(1)包括有外壳(3)、摆锤(4)、锁栓装置(5)、防夹栓(6)、缓冲座(7)以及复位装置(2);摆锤(4)通过吊绳安装于外壳(3)内的顶端;锁栓装置(5)包括有锁栓(9)、拉簧(21)以及锁栓座(10),锁栓(9)的右端与拉簧(21)的一端连接,拉簧(21)的另一端与外壳(3)连接;防夹栓(6)包括有导向座(12)、防夹柱(13)、弹簧座(14)、压缩弹簧(15)以及弹簧推板(16);外壳(3)的上端设有防夹孔(20),防夹柱(13)的上端穿过防夹孔(20),复位装置(2)包括有复位拉手(23)以及外壳(3)的复位长孔(22);门框(27)上设有报警装置(33),活动门(25)上设有摆动速度传感器(37),报警装置(33)设有人体传感器(34)、蓝牙装置(35)以及扬声器(36),蓝牙装置(35)的信号发射器设于报警装置(33)内,蓝牙装置(35)的信号接收器设于小孩的父母亲或者其他成人的手机上;其特征在于:所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法是:使用时,活动门(25)快速摆动,摆锤(4)随着活动门(25)的快速摆动产生惯性,摆锤(4)惯性撞击锁栓(9),锁栓(9)水平转动,锁栓(9)右端脱离锁栓孔(24),在压缩弹簧(15)的弹力作用下,压缩弹簧(15)的弹力作用于弹簧推板(16),弹簧推板(16)带动防夹柱(13)往上移动,脱离了锁栓(9)扣住的防夹柱(13)快速上升,防夹柱(13)带动防夹头(28)突出至活动门(25)外,防夹头(28)被缓冲座(7)挡住,使快速摆动的活动门(25)停止运动,避免活动门(25)快速关闭夹伤小孩;当防夹柱(13)需要复位时,用手握住复位拉手(23)克服压缩弹簧(15)的弹力用力往下拉,复位拉手(23)沿复位长孔(22)往下移动,复位拉手(23)带动防夹柱(13)往下移动,锁栓孔(24)跟随防夹柱(13)往下移动,当锁栓孔(24)移动到与锁栓(9)水平的位置时,在拉簧(21)的拉力作用下,锁栓(9)右端回到锁栓孔(24)内,卡住锁栓孔(24),防夹柱(13)的防夹头(28)复位,活动门(25)能关闭,恢复正常使用;当活动门(25)被风吹快速关闭,以及小孩或者其他人接近门框(27)上的报警装置(33) 的人体传感器(34)的检测范围时;活动门(25)上的摆动速度传感器(37)将活动门(25)快速关闭的信号传输给报警装置(33),同时,人体传感器(34)将人体接近活动门信号传输给报警装置(33),接收到上述两种信号的报警装置(33)控制其扬声器(36)报警,提醒小孩或者其他人注意防止被门夹伤;同时,报警装置(33)的蓝牙装置(35)的信号发射器将小孩接近活动门(25)的信息发给其父母亲或者其他成人,其父母亲或者其他成人的手机接收到小孩接近活动门(25)的信息后,第一时间过来处理,并提醒小孩不要在活动门(25)位置玩,防止小孩被活动门夹伤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的锁栓(9)被摆锤(4)的摆锤球体(11)撞击时,锁栓(9)绕栓座(10)的铰轴沿水平面摆动,锁栓(9)的左端沿水平面按逆时针方向转动,锁栓(9)的右端沿水平面按逆时针方向转动离开防夹柱(13)的锁栓孔(24);锁栓(9)复位时,锁栓(9)绕栓座(10)的铰轴沿水平面摆动,锁栓(9)的左端沿水平面按顺时针方向转动,锁栓(9)的右端沿水平面按顺时针方向转动复位回到防夹柱(13)锁栓孔(24)的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的防夹柱(13)上升时,防夹柱(13)的下段维持在导向座(12)的方孔(18)内做垂直上升移动,使防夹柱(13)的下段始终不离开导向座(12)的方孔(18),避免防夹柱(13)转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,弹簧推板(16)的右端连接有两个缓冲柱(17),其特征在于:所述的防夹柱(13)上升时,两个缓冲柱(17)跟随弹簧推板(16)的上升而上升,在防夹柱(13)的防夹头(28)与缓冲座(7)接触之前,软质的缓冲柱(17)先与门框(27)摩擦,减少防夹头(28)与缓冲座(7)的撞击力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的防夹柱(13)的螺纹孔的轴线与复位拉手(23)的轴线垂直,防夹栓(6)复位时,手握复位拉手(23)牵引防夹柱(13)沿防夹柱(13)的轴线下降。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的活动门(25)快速关闭时,摆锤球体(11)撞击其前面锁栓(9)左端的撞击力大于拉簧(21)对锁栓(9)的右端的牵引弹力,利用摆锤 球体(11)惯性摆动对锁栓(9)左端的撞击力克服拉簧(21)对锁栓(9)的右端的拉力驱动锁栓(9)摆动,使锁栓(9)的右端离开防夹柱(13)的锁栓孔(24)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,缓冲柱17包括有第一缓冲柱(29)以及第二缓冲柱(30),其特征在于:所述的防夹柱(13)上升时,第一缓冲柱(29)以及第二缓冲柱(30)跟随防夹柱(13)上升,第一缓冲柱(29)先与门框(27)摩擦,然后第二缓冲柱(30)再与门框(27)摩擦。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能报警家居门装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的活动门(25)被风吹快速关闭时,当活动门(25)摆动的角速度超过摆动速度传感器(37)设定的角速度上限时,摆动速度传感器(37)将其信号传输给报警装置(33);同时,小孩或者其他人进入人体传感器(34)的检测范围时,报警装置(33)的蓝牙装置(35)的信号发射器将小孩接近活动门(25)的信息发给其父母亲或者其他成人。
