为了实施减缓活动门1的快速摆动以及利用防夹栓13顶住活动门1,防夹栓13包括有固定栓30、活动栓31以及活动弹簧32,固定栓30位于门框2内,固定栓30设有导向孔35,活动弹簧32位于导向孔35内,活动栓31与导向孔35动配合连接,活动弹簧32的一端与导向孔35的孔底接触,活动弹簧32的一端与活动栓31接触,固定栓30与防夹电磁铁15的第一活动铁芯33连接;门框2设有通孔39,活动栓31穿过通孔39;活动弹簧32为压缩弹簧,活动栓31被活动弹簧32顶住,活动栓31处于伸出状态;通孔39的轴线与防夹栓13的轴线相同,通孔39的直径大于防夹栓13的直径;锁栓18的直径小于定位孔16的孔径。
活动门1快速关闭时,由于惯性的作用,水银开关内的水银38沿玻璃外壳36的内壁向上移动与电接点开关37接触,接通电接点开关37,水银开关的电接点开关37接通信号接收器23电源,使信号接收器23向信号接收器23发出保护信号;信号接收器23向信号接收器23发出保护信号后,水银开关内的水银38流回到玻璃外壳36的底部,信号接收器 23的电源被切断;活动门1停止摆动后,信号接收器23切断时间继电器24线圈的电源,时间继电器24的常闭开关28延时闭合,接通定位电磁铁20的电源,定位电磁铁20克服定位弹簧19弹力吸引锁栓18复位,使锁栓18离开定位孔16;锁栓18离开定位孔16后,时间继电器24的常开开关26延时分断,切断防夹电磁铁15的电源,防夹栓13在防夹弹簧14弹力的作用下复位;信号发射装置3、信号接收装置4以及防夹装置5恢复到初始状态;时间继电器24的常闭开关28复位延时的瞬间小于时间继电器24的常闭开关28复位延时的时间,使锁栓18离开定位孔16后,防夹栓13再复位。
防夹电磁栓10复位时,锁栓18先在定位电磁栓11磁力的作用下克服定位弹簧19弹力向上移动,离开防夹栓13的定位孔16,锁栓18离开定位孔16后,防夹栓13在防夹弹簧14弹力的作用下向右移动,使防夹栓13的固定栓30移动到门框2内。
活动门1快速关闭时,防夹电磁铁15驱动其防夹栓13伸出,防夹栓13的活动栓31首先与活动门1的边框22接触,活动门1驱动活动栓31克服防夹栓13的活动弹簧32的弹力向固定栓30的导向孔35的孔底移动,利用活动弹簧32的弹力来阻碍活动门1摆动,减缓活动门1摆动的速度;防夹栓13的活动栓31与活动门1的边框22接触后,活动门1驱动防夹栓13的活动栓31移动到固定栓30的导向孔35的孔底时,活动门1被防夹栓13挡住不能再向关闭方向摆动,有效地防止活动门1快速关闭夹伤小孩。

Claims (8)

  1. 智能家居门的使用方法,智能家居门包括有活动门(1)、门框(2)、信号发射装置(3)、信号接收装置(4)以及防夹装置(5);活动门(1)通过合页(6)与门框(2)连接,信号发射装置(3)安装于活动门(1)上,信号接收装置(4)以及防夹装置(5)安装于门框(2)上,信号发射装置(3)包括有信号发射器(7)、惯性开关(8)以及电池(9),防夹装置(5)包括有防夹电磁栓(10)、定位电磁栓(11)以及外壳(12),防夹电磁栓(10)包括有防夹栓(13)、防夹弹簧(14)以及防夹电磁铁(15),防夹栓(13)设有定位孔(16),定位电磁栓(11)包括有栓套(17)、锁栓(18)、定位弹簧(19)以及定位电磁铁(20),锁栓(18)位于防夹栓(13)的定位孔(16)的对面;信号接收装置(4)包括有信号接收器(23)、时间继电器(24)以及充电器(25);其特征在于:所述的智能家居门的使用方法是:使用时,当风吹活动门(1)快速关闭时,由于惯性的作用,活动门(1)上的惯性开关(8)导通,接通信号发射器(7)的电源,信号发射器(7)向信号接收器(23)发出保护信号,信号接收器(23)接收到其保护信号后,控制时间继电器(24)通电,时间继电器(24)的常开开关(26)闭合,常开开关(26)接通防夹电磁铁(15)的电源,防夹电磁铁(15)克服防夹弹簧(14)的弹力驱动防夹栓(13)向活动门(1)的边框(22)移动,当防夹栓(13)的定位孔(16)跟随防夹栓(13)移动;同时,时间继电器(24)的常闭开关(28)分断,切断定位电磁铁(20)电源,使定位电磁铁(20)对锁栓(18)的吸引力消失;当防夹栓(13)的定位孔(16)移动到锁栓(18)的位置时,锁栓(18)在定位弹簧(19)弹力的作用下插入定位孔(16),利用锁栓(18)锁住防夹栓(13),利用防夹栓(13)顶住活动门(1)的边框(22),避免活动门(1)快速关闭,使活动门(1)与门框(2)留有间隔,防止活动门(1)夹伤小孩;活动门(1)被防夹栓(13)顶住后,时间继电器(24)的常闭开关(28)复位闭合,接通定位电磁铁(20)的电源,定位电磁铁(20)克服定位弹簧(19)弹力吸引锁栓(18)复位,使锁栓(18)离开定位孔(16);锁栓(18)离开定位孔(16)后,时间继电器(24)的常开开关(26)分断,切断防夹电磁铁(15)的电源,防夹栓(13)在防夹弹簧(14)弹力的作用下复位,使活动门(1)与门框(2)处于能关闭的状态。
  2. 根据权利要求2所述的智能家居门的使用方法,其特征在于:所述 的防夹电磁栓(10)的防夹栓(13)移动的行程与定位孔(16)的轴线到定位电磁栓(11)锁栓(18)的轴线的距离相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居门的使用方法,惯性开关(8)为水银开关,水银开关的玻璃外壳(36)倾斜设置于信号发射器(7)的线路板上,水银开关内的水银(38)位于玻璃外壳(36)的底部,水银开关的电接点开关(37)位于水银(38)的上方;其特征在于:所述的活动门(1)快速关闭时,由于惯性的作用,水银开关内的水银(38)沿玻璃外壳(36)的内壁向上移动与电接点开关(37)接触,接通电接点开关(37),水银开关的电接点开关(37)接通信号接收器(23)电源,使信号接收器(23)向信号接收器(23)发出保护信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能家居门的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的信号接收器(23)向信号接收器(23)发出保护信号后,水银开关内的水银(38)流回到玻璃外壳(36)的底部,信号接收器(23)的电源被切断;活动门(1)停止摆动后,信号接收器(23)切断时间继电器(24)线圈的电源,时间继电器(24)的常闭开关(28)延时闭合,接通定位电磁铁(20)的电源,定位电磁铁(20)克服定位弹簧(19)弹力吸引锁栓(18)复位,使锁栓(18)离开定位孔(16);锁栓(18)离开定位孔(16)后,时间继电器(24)的常开开关(26)延时分断,切断防夹电磁铁(15)的电源,防夹栓(13)在防夹弹簧(14)弹力的作用下复位;信号发射装置(3)、信号接收装置(4)以及防夹装置(5)恢复到初始状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能家居门的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的时间继电器(24)的常闭开关(28)复位延时的瞬间小于时间继电器(24)的常闭开关(28)复位延时的时间,使锁栓(18)离开定位孔(16)后,防夹栓(13)再复位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能家居门的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的防夹电磁栓(10)复位时,锁栓(18)先在定位电磁栓(11)磁力的作用下克服定位弹簧(19)弹力向上移动,离开防夹栓(13)的定位孔(16),锁栓(18)离开定位孔(16)后,防夹栓(13)在防夹弹簧(14)弹力的作用下向右移动,使防夹栓(13)的固定栓(30)移动到门框(2)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家居门的使用方法,防夹栓(13)包括有固定栓(30)、活动栓(31)以及活动弹簧(32),其特征在于:所述的活动门(1)快速关闭时,防夹电磁铁(15)驱动其防夹栓(13)伸出,防 夹栓(13)的活动栓(31)首先与活动门(1)的边框(22)接触,活动门(1)驱动活动栓(31)克服防夹栓(13)的活动弹簧(32)的弹力向固定栓(30)的导向孔(35)的孔底移动,利用活动弹簧(32)的弹力来阻碍活动门(1)摆动,减缓活动门(1)摆动的速度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能家居门的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的防夹栓(13)的活动栓(31)与活动门(1)的边框(22)接触后,活动门(1)驱动防夹栓(13)的活动栓(31)移动到固定栓(30)的导向孔(35)的孔底时,活动门(1)被防夹栓(13)挡住不能再向关闭方向摆动,有效地防止活动门(1)快速关闭夹伤小孩。
