Definitions
- the invention is in the food, nutritional, dietary and therapeutic field and certain components and foods.
- seaweeds are rich in a wide range of amino acids, trace elements and 30 vitamins, they also contain bioactive polysaccharides, carotenes, fucoidans, tocopherols and unsaturated fatty acids with antioxidant, immunomodulatory and antimicrobial activity
- patent of invention ES 2252965 refers to the procedure for obtaining a highly purified alginate composition based on a polymeric mixture of manuronic acid and guluronic acid, in which the average molecular weight of the polymer mixture is greater than 350 kd, with the following steps: a) extracting the material based on algae in a solution with a complexing agent, b) sediment the cellular components and particles with a porous binder c) filter the solution d) precipitate the alginate from the solution and e) collect and dehydrate the precipitated alginate, after which they are repeated steps a) to e) at least once, and f) dissolve the alginate and obtain at least one other alginate precipitate.
- the invention consists of a process for the preparation of dehydration and pulverization of seaweed, preferably of the brown type (Noage marine), endowed with perfected biological effects, which is mixed with a grape seed extract, for nutritional, nutritional, dietary and therapeutic purposes.
- Brown or pheophyllic algae (Phaeophyceae), is a gas group included in the kingdom kingdom. They are not true plants because they are classified in the Heteromonyphyta group. It comprises about 265 genera with about 1500-2000 species, mainly marine because only six genera are freshwater. Brown algae are the main primary producers of several communities of animals and protists.
- Macrocystis which forms prominent underwater forests, can reach up to 60 m in length. They also occur in free floating forms, such as Sargassum, which forms large areas (the size of a province) in the Sargasso Sea.
- Brown algae comprise differentiated contained multicellular forms. They usually have rhizoid, stipe and sheets.
- the stipe in some ways may be provided with a sieve of tubes capable of transporting water and products of photosynthesis.
- pigments have chlorophylls a, Ci and c 2 and fucoxanthin. The latter is responsible for the brown color that these algae present.
- Chloroplasts are surrounded by four membranes, so they are supposed to be the result of secondary endosymbiosis of a red algae.
- the invention to be patented refers to a process for obtaining a powdered brown seaweed product (Noage marine) and then producing a mixture or connective composition of Chilean grape pepa, as for use in the control of overweight, obesity, Insulin disorders, diabetes, control of acanthosis nigricans, use in the prevention of Cellulite and lymphatic circulation problems, venous problems and fluid retention, for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome and as sunscreen / blocker.
- the process or procedure to obtain a powdered brown seaweed product and an extract of black grape pepa comprises the following steps:
- Brown algae is extracted and soaked for 4 to 6 hours, preferably between 1 and 10 hours, in fresh water, in order to eliminate sodium.
- the proportion of the product mixture between the marine parga powder and the grape seed extract comprises 5% to 97% brown seaweed powder and 10% grape seed extract, more preferably 85% of brown seaweed powder and 15% and even more preferred of 75% brown seaweed powder and 25% of extract or powder of grape pepa.
- the product is used in capsules, syrups, solutions, juices, injectables and creams, ointments, spray, aerosol, nanosomes, liposomes and lyophilized products.
- the composition or mixture of brown seaweed with grape seed extract usable to combat overweight, obesity and others for people, comprises: 5% to 97% brown seaweed dust and 5% to 1 0% grape seed extract, more preferably 85% brown seaweed powder and 1 5% and even more preferably 75% brown seaweed powder and a 25% grape pepa extract.
- Another example includes: 1% to 75% brown seaweed powder and 10% to 35% grape seed extract.
- Another example includes: 1.0% to 85% brown seaweed powder and 20% to 45% grape seed extract.
- Another example includes; 25% to 65% brown seaweed powder and 1 to 5% to 35% grape seed extract.
