Abstract

La présente invention concerne une solution de type dispersion de nanotubes de carbone et son procédé de préparation. La solution de type dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon l'invention comprend un nanotube de carbone, un tensioactif, un polyvinylbutyral et un solvant et, en particulier, comprend en outre de l'argile, et peut manifester une excellente dispersibilité, stabilité de dispersion, et force d'adhérence selon l'utilisation d'un polyvinylbutyral ayant un degré de polymérisation de 300 à 1000 tout en utilisant, à titre de nanotube de carbone, un mélange d'un nanotube de carbone ayant un diamètre de 1 à 4 nm et d'un nanotube de carbone ayant un diamètre de 5 à 8 nm dans un rapport en poids de 1:0,2-1. De plus, le procédé de préparation de la solution de type dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon l'invention comprend : une première étape de préparation d'un mélange par mélange d'un nanotube de carbone, d'un tensioactif, d'un polyvinylbutyral, et d'un solvant ; et une seconde étape de sonication du mélange, pour préparer ainsi une solution de type dispersion de nanotubes de carbone ayant une excellente dispersibilité, stabilité de dispersion et force d'adhérence.
