Abstract

La présente invention concerne une plaque de construction (1, 2), de forme carrée ou rectangulaire, laquelle est déterminée conformément aux mesures de résistance à la chaleur des bâtiments, lesquels sont équipés ultérieurement de panneaux de parement dotés d'une couche intermédiaire de matériaux isolants, tels que des nattes de laine de roche ou de fibre de verre, des plaques de polystyrène ou de polyuréthane. Les panneaux de parement recouvrant la couche résistante à la chaleur sont reliés de manière rigide et résistante aux tempêtes au bâtiment, généralement, au moyen d'éléments de fixation et de support métalliques, constitués de profilés de support métalliques en d'aluminium ou en acier inoxydable, pénétrant ladite couche résistante à la chaleur. Cependant, tous les profilés de support métalliques de l'état de la technique forment des ponts thermiques, lesquels réduisent l'effet d'isolation. La solution selon l'invention porte sur des plaques de construction (1, 2) résistantes à la chaleur et à la compression en tant que couche intermédiaire, lesquelles réduisent sensiblement l'effet de pont thermique des éléments de support et de fixation, sans affecter la stabilité mécanique de la couche résistante à la chaleur. La plaque de construction (1, 2) selon l'invention peut être fabriquée sous une forme simple à partir d'un profilé extrudé (3) ou par moulage par injection ou par moulage sous pression.
