将启动按键7复位,拧开所述压盖1,取出作用后的所述破玻璃作用终端,将新的破玻璃作用终端装入所述击发装置内,拧上压盖1,压入新的拉帽3,进入下一轮破玻。更换时,破玻作用终端可通过插拔式、旋钮式或卡槽式安装到头筒6内,由于导电板21和环形导电金属板22之间径向距离与触极簧A13和触极簧B14之间的间距相等,因此无论如何将撞击冲头旋转安装于气缸内,均可保证电池2与电产气元件18接通,具有通用性好的特点,能被快速更换。
当破玻作用终端不能完成破玻时,可采用头筒6上设置有的套筒29上敲击式破玻锤30敲打钢化玻璃实现破玻的操作,实现两种破玻操作,并能在夜间进行操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:它包括击发装置和破玻作用终端,所述的击发装置上设有压盖(1),压盖(1)的顶部设有拉帽(3),压盖(1)顶表面开设有导向孔,击发装置的前端部内设有破玻作用终端,破玻作用终端的顶部突出于导向孔外,且所述破玻作用终端的上端部突出于所述压盖(1)外且限制于拉帽(3)下方,破玻时,拉出拉帽(3),再按动设置于所述击发装置后部的启动按键(7),通过压下破玻作用终端的上端部,使破玻作用终端与设置于击发装置中部的电池(2)接触而通电实现破玻。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的击发装置包括从下往上顺次连接的尾盖(4)、手柄(5)和头筒(6),所述尾盖(4)内还设有开关电路板(8)及尾簧(9),开关电路板(8)固设于启动按键(7)和尾簧(9)之间,尾簧(9)固定在开关电路板(8)顶部,所述头筒(6)与手柄(5)之间设置有中置电路板(10),中置电路板(10)底部设置有触点A(11)和触点B(12),中置电路板(10)的顶部设置有触极簧A(13)和触极簧B(14),触极簧A(13)与触点A(11)连接,触极簧B(14)与触点B(12)连接,中置电路板(10)上还设置有线路,线路一端与触点B(12)连接,线路另一端与手柄(5)接触,所述的尾簧(9)与中置电路板(10)之间设置有电池(2),电池(2)的负极与尾簧(9)接触,电池(2)的正极与触点A(11)接触,所述的中置电路板(10)的顶部固设有复位弹簧(15),所述的触极簧A(13)和触极簧B(14)均位于复位弹簧(15)内,复位弹簧(15)的高度高于触极簧的高度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的启动按键(7)插装于尾盖(4)内且其下端面位于尾盖(4)下端面的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的破玻作用终端包括气缸(17)、撞击冲头(16)和电产气元件(18),气缸(17)设置于头筒(6)内且其下端部固定于复位弹簧(15)顶部上,气缸(17)内设置有撞击冲头(16),撞击冲头(16) 设置于气缸(17)内,气缸(17)的顶端设置有限位孔,气缸(17)内设置有导电块(19),气缸(17)的底部设置有触极板(20),触极板(20)中部设置有导电板(21),触极板(20)上还设置有以导电板(21)为圆心分布的环形导电金属板(22),所述的导电块(19)的顶表面上固设有位于气缸(17)内的电产气元件(18),电产气元件(18)的电接入极(23)和电输出极(24)均贯穿导电块(19)设置,电接入极(23)与导电板(21)经导线连接,电输出极(24)与环形导电金属板(22)经导线连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的撞击冲头(16)包括冲头本体(25),所述冲头本体(25)上端面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内紧固有延伸于凹槽外部的撞击针(26),冲头本体(25)的下端面设置有环形凹槽,撞击冲头(16)的外表面上且从环形凹槽内向上绕至撞击冲头(16)之间包覆有软性材料体(27)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:位于软性材料体(27)底部的外周边缘上设置有环形密封圈,环形密封圈与气缸(17)内壁接触,环形密封圈的截面呈燕尾形状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的尾盖(4)周围设置有发光体(28),所述发光体(28)为氚灯管或荧光体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的头筒(6)外壁还设置有套筒(29),所述套筒(29)内固设有敲击式破玻锤(30)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的限位孔的直径小于冲头本体(25)的外径且大于撞击针(26)的外径。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钢化玻璃自动破碎装置,其特征在于:所述的拉帽(3)的顶部固设有拉环(31)。
