Description

应急照明设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明设备, 尤其涉及一种既可用于对手电筒进行充电 又能提供应急照明及报警功能的应急照明设备。 背景技术
在生产、 生活中, 人们随时都会面临着爆炸、 火灾、 地震等生产事故及自 然灾害的发生。 在发生这些灾害时, 正常电源往往发生故障或必须断开电源, 这样使正常照明全部熄灭。 为了保障人员及财产的安全, 并对进行着的生产、 工作及时操作和处理, 有效地制止灾害或事故的蔓延, 人们通常使用一种应急 照明灯进行临时照明。 例如, 在生产车间的墙壁上安装应急照明灯, 在断电时 方便工人及时对机器进行操作; 在楼梯或走火通道的转角墙壁安装应急照明灯, 在发生火灾或其他危险导致突然断电时提供照明, 方便人们逃生。
现有应急照明灯一般具有电池、 照明灯及控制器, 在正常情况下, 控制器 熄灭照明灯, 并且对电池进行充电, 当检测到电源断电时, 控制器导通电池与 照明灯之间的电路, 这时, 通过电池对照明灯进行供电为外界提供照明。 这种 应该急照明灯在事故面前发挥着重要的作用, 但是, 其通常固定于墙壁上, 人 们无法在必要时将其使用在其它地方, 缺乏灵活性。 在生活中, 面对突如其来 的断电, 人们只能在使用应急照明灯的同时使用手电筒照明, 以方便正常的活 动。
另外, 当发生火灾时, 人们需要做的是一方面进行自救, 另一方面是尽快 呼叫救援人员, 使救援人员能尽快找到自己, 从而增加生存的机率。 因此, 逃 生时人们需要具有照明及呼叫报警功能的工具, 而目前还没有一种较好的工具 能满足上述的需要。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既可用于对手电筒进行充电又能提供应急 照明及报警功能的应急照明设备。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型提供一种应急照明设备, 包括充电座及手 电筒, 所述手电筒安装于所述充电座上充电, 所述充电座包括座体、 电路控制 器及若干照明灯, 所述座体的正面开设有卡持所述手电筒的腔体, 所述电路控 制器包括电路控制板及正、 负触点, 所述正、 负触点与所述电路控制板电性连 接且末端凸伸入所述腔体内, 所述手电筒具有与所述正、 负触点对应的正、 负 导电钉, 所述手电筒卡持于所述腔体内使所述正、 负触点对应与所述正、 负导 电钉电性连接, 所述电路控制板安装于所述座体内部, 所述电路控制板的输入 端与外界电源电性连接, 所述照明灯安装于所述座体的正面上且与所述电路控 制板的输出端电性连接, 所述电路控制板控制外界电源对手电筒的充电及手电 筒电源对照明灯的放电; 所述手电筒包括报警器, 所述报警器安装在手电筒的 尾部进行蜂鸣报警, 所述报警器包括安装座、 蜂鸣器座、 蜂鸣器、 蜂鸣驱动电 路板、 开关控制器及导电组件, 所述安装座安装于所述手电筒内; 所述蜂鸣器 座安装于所述安装座内; 所述蜂鸣器安装在所述蜂鸣器座内; 所述蜂鸣驱动电 路板安装在所述蜂鸣器座内且与所述蜂鸣器电性连接; 所述开关控制器安装于 所述安装座的末端, 且与所述蜂鸣驱动电路板电性连接; 所述导电组件安装在 所述安装座内且与所述蜂鸣器座固定, 所述导电组件分别与所述手电筒的电源 及蜂鸣驱动电路板电性连接, 所述导电组件包括导电柱、 固定圈、 导电纤维板、 导电环及导电弹簧, 所述导电柱的上端与所述手电筒的电源的负极电性抵触, 所述导电柱的下端与所述蜂鸣驱动电路板的负极触点电性连接, 所述导电柱固 定于所述固定圈上, 所述固定圈固定于所述导电纤维板上, 所述导电纤维板与 所述蜂鸣驱动电路板的正极触点电性连接, 所述导电弹簧套接于所述固定圈外, 所述导电弹簧的下端与所述导电纤维板电性抵触, 所述导电弹簧的上端与所述 导电环电性抵触, 所述导电环套接于所述固定圈外且与所述手电筒电源的正极 电性抵触。
较佳地, 所述充电座还包括指示灯, 所述指示灯安装于所述座体的正面, 并且与所述电路控制器电性连接。 所述指示灯能在所述手电筒充电时或充电完 成时指示出不同的信号, 以方便使用者获知手电筒的充电状态。 较佳地, 所述腔体的内侧壁设有凸缘, 所述手电筒的筒体侧壁开设有凹槽, 所述手电筒置于所述腔体内时, 所述凸缘嵌入所述凹槽内。 通过将所述凸缘与 所述凹槽相配合连接, 所述手电筒安装于所述腔体上时, 所述凸缘既可起到导 向作用又可夹持所述手电筒, 起到定位的作用, 防止所述手电筒产生移位而对 不准所述电路控制器的正、 负触点。
较佳地, 所述充电座还包括电源适配器, 所述座体的下底面开设有插接孔, 所述电源适配器的输出端插接于所述插接孔内并与所述电路控制器电性连接, 所述电源适配器的输入端与外界电源电性连接。 所述电源适配器可将外界电源 的输入电压转换成适合所述手电筒充电的输出电压, 使所述手电筒在安全状态 下进行充电。
较佳地, 所述报警器还包括蜂鸣器压板, 所述蜂鸣器压板安装于所述安装 座内并抵压固定所述蜂鸣器。 利用所述蜂鸣器压板压持所述蜂鸣器, 能使所述 蜂鸣器牢牢固定于所述蜂鸣器座内, 防止所述蜂鸣器在所述蜂鸣器座内发生抖 动或移位而影响蜂鸣功能。
较佳地, 所述开关控制器包括开关控制板、 海绵垫及开关帽, 所述开关帽 套接于所述开关控制板的开关按钮上, 所述海绵垫套接于所述开关控制板及开 关帽之间, 所述开关控制板安装于所述安装座内。 所述开关控制板控制所述蜂 鸣驱动电路的导通或断开, 所述海绵垫能将所述开关控制板与外部隔离, 起到 绝缘作用, 所述开关帽包覆于所述开关控制板的按钮上, 起到绝缘及保护所述 开关控制板的按钮的作用。
较佳地, 所述报警器还包括音响盖, 所述音响盖安装于所述手电筒尾部, 且中央处呈中空结构并容置所述开关帽。 利用所述音响盖可将所述蜂鸣器发出 的声音传出外界, 并且防止外界的杂质通过所述手电筒尾部进入所述蜂鸣器内 而影响发声功能。
较佳地, 所述报警器还包括弹性组件, 所述弹性组件包括抵触钉、 抵触弹 簧及弹簧挡板, 所述抵触弹簧内置于所述导电柱内部, 且一端与所述抵触钉电 性抵触, 另一端与所述弹簧挡板电性抵触, 所述弹簧挡板电性地连接于所述导 电柱的下端, 所述抵触钉的钉头突伸出所述导电柱的上端并与所述手电筒的电 源的负极电性抵触。 通过在所述导电柱内设置所述抵触弹簧, 利用所述抵触弹 簧的弹性作用力推动所述抵触钉, 使所述抵触钉保持与电源负极连接, 从而保 证所述导电柱与电源连接的可能靠性。
具体地, 所述抵触钉开设有容置孔, 且末端延伸出凸缘, 所述容置孔容置 所述抵触弹簧的一端, 且所述容置孔底面与所述抵触弹簧抵触, 所述凸缘可抵 触于所述导电柱的底面, 防止所述 ·ί氏触钉脱离所述导电柱。
较佳地, 所述手电筒还包括一体式充电发光装置, 所述一体式充电发光装 置内置于所述手电筒的筒头的前端内并呈一体式结构, 所述一体式充电发光装 置包括发光组件、 开关组件、 充电组件及装置本体, 所述发光组件安装在所述 装置本体的前端并与所述筒头正对, 所述装置本体的后端固设有导电片, 所述 导电片与所述发光组件电性连接, 所述手电筒电源的负极与所述发光组件的负 极电性连接, 所述充电组件内置于所述装置本体内并包括正极导电钉和负极导 电钉, 所述正极导电钉的一端与所述导电片电性连接, 所述正极导电钉的另一 端穿过所述装置本体并穿设于所述筒头上, 穿设于所述筒头上的所述正极导电 钉与所述充电座的正极触点电性连接, 所述负极导电钉的一端与所述发光组件 的负极电性连接, 所述负极导电钉的另一端与所述充电座的负极触点电性连接, 所述开关组件安装在所述装置本体上并接通或断开所述手电筒电源与所述发光 组件的电性连接。 由于所述一体式充电发光装置呈一体式结构, 故一方面使一 体式充电发光装置在筒头上的装拆及维护极之方便, 另一方面使得一体式充电 发光装置与手电筒电源之间的电性连接更好, 具有优良的抗冲击能力, 故使得 一体式充电发光装置能更可靠地工作。
具体地, 所述一体式充电发光装置还包括内置于所述装置本体内的微型控 制器, 所述微型控制器的正极分别与所述发光组件的正极和导电片电性连接, 所述微型控制器的负极分别与所述发光组件和手电筒电源的负极电性连接, 所 述开关组件的底端安装在所述微型控制器上, 所述开关组件的顶端伸出所述装 置本体, 所述开关组件通过所述微型控制器控制所述发光组件的光线强度。
较佳地, 所述手电筒还包括抗冲击装置, 所述抗冲击装置包括导电防冲片、 导电的緩冲弹簧及呈空心的绝缘座, 所述绝缘座内置于所述手电筒的筒头的后 端内, 所述导电防冲片内置于所述绝缘座内且开设有供所述緩冲弹簧伸入的伸 入腔, 所述导电防冲片的前端还设置有与所述绝缘座接触时抵触的抵触部, 所 述緩冲弹簧的前端与所述导电片弹性连接, 所述緩冲弹簧的后端呈弹性的伸入 所述导电防冲片内并与所述伸入腔的底部抵触, 所述导电防冲片的后端呈可伸 缩的伸出所述绝缘座并与所述手电筒电源的正极弹性抵触。 通过将所述緩冲弹 簧设置于所述导电防冲片及所述导电片之间, 能在所述一体式充电发光装置受 到撞击时起到緩冲的作用, 防止其与手电筒的电源发生撞击而连接不良, 从而 使所述一体式充电发光装置保持与所述手电筒的电源连接。
与现有技术相比, 由于本实用新型通过设置充电座及手电筒, 使手电筒安 装在所述充电座上, 而在所述充电座的座体上安装所述照明灯, 通过使所述电 路控制器控制所述照明灯的点亮或熄灭, 当在外部处于断电状态时, 所述照明 灯可以使用所述手电筒内的电源进行发光, 一方面能吸引处于漆黑中的人的注 意力, 提醒人们此处具有应急光源可供使用, 另一方面能够在漆黑中提供照明, 方便人们正常行动以应对突如其来的断电情况, 所述充电座既可对手电筒充电 又可作为应急照明灯使用。 另外所述手电筒上设置所述报警器, 所述报警器利 用所述开关控制器控制所述蜂鸣驱动电路板从而控制所述蜂鸣器发声, 从而实 现蜂鸣报警, 在发生紧急事故向外求生等情况起到十分重要的作用, 而且直接 安装于手电筒上, 增加手电筒的功能, 使人们携带方便, 使用起来更加容易。 整个应急照明设备使用方便、 灵活, 可应用于家庭、 厂房、 走廊、 暗道及逃生 通道内, 非常实用。 附图说明

如图 1及图 2所示, 本实用新型应急照明设备 1 包括充电座 100及手电筒 200, 所述手电筒 200安装于所述充电座 100上充电, 所述充电座 100包括座体 110、 电路控制器 120、 若干照明灯 130、 指示灯 140及电源适配器 150。 所述座 体 110的正面开设有卡持所述手电筒 200的腔体 111 ,所述电路控制器 120包括 电路控制板 121及正、 负触点 122、 123 , 所述正、 负触点 122、 123与所述电路 控制板 121 电性连接且末端凸伸入所述腔体 111 内, 所述手电筒 200具有与所 述正、 负触点 122、 123对应的正、 负导电钉 223a、 223b, 所述手电筒 200卡持 于所述腔体 111内使所述正、 负触点 122、 123对应与所述正、 负导电钉 223a、 223b电性连接, 所述电路控制板 121安装于所述座体 110内部, 所述电路控制 板 121的输入端与外界电源电性连接, 所述照明灯 130安装于所述座体 110的 正面上且与所述电路控制板 121 的输出端电性连接, 所述电路控制板 121控制 外界电源对手电筒 200的充电及手电筒的电源 240对照明灯 130的放电。 结合 图 3及图 4, 如下:
所述指示灯 140安装于所述座体 110的正面, 并且与所述电路控制器 120 电性连接。 所述指示灯 140能在所述手电筒 200充电时或充电完成时指示出不 同的信号, 以方便使用者获知手电筒 200的充电状态。
所述腔体 111的内侧壁设有凸缘 112,所述手电筒 200的筒体侧壁开设有凹 槽 201 ,所述手电筒 200置于所述腔体 111内时,所述凸缘 112嵌入所述凹槽 201 内。 通过将所述凸缘 112与所述凹槽相配合连接, 所述手电筒 200安装于所述 腔体 111上时, 所述凸缘 112既可起到导向作用又可夹持所述手电筒 200, 起到 定位的作用, 防止所述手电筒 200产生移位而对不准所述电路控制器 120的正、 负触点 122、 123。 所述座体 110的下底面开设有插接孔 113 ,所述电源适配器 150的输出端插 接于所述插接孔 113内并与所述电路控制器 120电性连接,所述电源适配器 150 的输入端与外界电源电性连接。 所述电源适配器 150可将外界电源的输入电压 转换成适合所述手电筒 200充电的输出电压, 使所述手电筒 200在安全状态下 进行充电。
如图 5至图 7所示, 所述手电筒 200包括报警器 210、 一体式充电发光装置 220、 抗冲击装置 230及电源 240, 所述报警器 210安装在手电筒 200的尾部进 行蜂鸣报警, 所述报警器 210包括安装座 211、 蜂鸣器座 212、 蜂鸣器 213、 蜂 鸣驱动电路板 214、 开关控制器 215、 导电组件 216、 蜂鸣器压板 217、 音响盖 218及弹性组件 219, 所述安装座 211安装于所述手电筒 200内; 所述蜂鸣器座 212安装于所述安装座 211内; 所述蜂鸣器 213安装在所述蜂鸣器座 212内; 所 述蜂鸣驱动电路板 214安装在所述蜂鸣器座 212内且与所述蜂鸣器 213电性连 接; 所述开关控制器 215安装于所述安装座 211 的末端, 且与所述蜂鸣驱动电 路板 214电性连接; 所述导电组件 216安装在所述安装座 211 内且与所述蜂鸣 器座 212固定, 所述导电组件 216分别与手电筒的电源 240及蜂鸣驱动电路板 214电性连接, 所述导电组件 216包括导电柱 216a、 固定圈 216b、 导电纤维板 216c, 导电环 216d及导电弹簧 216e, 所述导电柱 216a的上端与所述手电筒的 电源 240的负极电性抵触, 所述导电柱 216a的下端与所述蜂鸣驱动电路板 214 的负极触点电性连接, 所述导电柱 216a固定于所述固定圈 216b上, 所述固定 圈 216b固定于所述导电纤维板 216c上, 所述导电纤维板 216c与所述蜂鸣驱动 电路板 214的正极触点电性连接, 所述导电弹簧 216e套接于所述固定圈 216b 外,所述导电弹簧 216e的下端与所述导电纤维板 216c电性抵触,所述导电弹簧 216e的上端与所述导电环 216d电性抵触, 所述导电环 216d套接于所述固定圈 216b外且与所述手电筒电源 240的正极电性 4氐触。
所述蜂鸣器压板 217安装于所述安装座 211内并抵压固定所述蜂鸣器 213。 利用所述蜂鸣器压板 217压持所述蜂鸣器 213 ,能使所述蜂鸣器 213牢牢固定于 所述蜂鸣器座 212内, 防止所述蜂鸣器 213在所述蜂鸣器座 212内发生抖动或 移位而影响蜂鸣功能。 所述开关控制器 215包括开关控制板 215a、海绵垫 215b及开关帽 215c,所 述开关帽 215c套接于所述开关控制板 215a的开关按钮上, 所述海绵垫 215b套 接于所述开关控制板 215a及开关帽 215c之间, 所述开关控制板 215a安装于所 述安装座 211内。 所述开关控制板 215a控制所述蜂鸣驱动电路板 214的导通或 断开, 所述海绵垫 215b能将所述开关控制板 215a与外部隔离, 起到绝缘作用, 所述开关帽 215c包覆于所述开关控制板 215a的按钮上,起到绝缘及保护所述开 关控制板 215a的按钮的作用。
所述音响盖 218安装于所述手电筒 200尾部, 且中央处呈中空结构并容置 所述开关帽 215。利用所述音响盖 218可将所述蜂鸣器 213发出的声音传出外界, 并且防止外界的杂质通过所述手电筒 200尾部进入所述蜂鸣器 213 内而影响发 声功能。
所述弹性组件 219包括抵触钉 219a、抵触弹簧 219b及弹簧挡板 219c,所述 抵触弹簧 219b内置于所述导电柱 216a内部, 且一端与所述抵触钉 219a电性抵 触,另一端与所述弹簧挡板 219c电性抵触,所述弹簧挡板 219c电性地连接于所 述导电柱 216a的下端, 所述抵触钉 219a的钉头突伸出所述导电柱 216a的上端 并与手电筒的电源 240的负极电性 4氏触。 通过在所述导电柱 216a内设置所述 4氏 触弹簧 219b, 利用所述抵触弹簧 219b的弹性作用力推动所述抵触钉 219a, 使 所述抵触钉 219a保持与电源 240负极连接, 从而保证所述导电柱 216a与电源 240连接的可能靠性。
具体地, 所述 4氏触钉 219a开设有容置孔 2191 , 且末端延伸出凸缘 2192, 所述容置孔 2191容置所述 ·ί氏触弹簧 219b的一端, 且所述容置孔 2191底面与所 述抵触弹簧 219b抵触, 所述凸缘 2192可抵触于所述导电柱 216a的底面, 防止 所述 4氐触钉 219a脱离所述导电柱 216a。
如图 8及图 9所示, 所述一体式充电发光装置 220内置于所述手电筒 200 的筒头的前端内并呈一体式结构, 所述一体式充电发光装置 220 包括发光组件 221、 开关组件 222、 充电组件 223、 装置本体 224及微型控制器 225 , 所述发光 组件 221安装在所述装置本体 224的前端并与筒头正对, 所述装置本体 224的 后端固设有导电片 226, 所述导电片 226与所述发光组件 221电性连接, 所述电 源 240的负极与所述发光组件 221的负极电性连接, 所述充电组件 223 内置于 所述装置本体 224内并包括正极导电钉 223a和负极导电钉 223b,所述正极导电 钉 223a的一端与所述导电片 226电性连接,所述正极导电钉 223a的另一端穿过 所述装置本体 224并穿设于筒头上, 穿设于筒头上的所述正极导电钉 223a与所 述充电座的正触点 122电性连接, 所述负极导电钉 223b的一端与所述发光组件 221的负极电性连接,所述负极导电钉 223b的另一端与所述充电座的负触点 123 电性连接, 所述开关组件 222安装在所述装置本体 224上并接通或断开手电筒 的电源与所述发光组件 221的电性连接。 由于所述一体式充电发光装置 220呈 一体式结构, 故一方面使一体式充电发光装置 220在筒头上的装拆及维护极之 方便, 另一方面使得所述一体式充电发光装置 220与手电筒的电源 240之间的 电性连接更好, 具有优良的抗冲击能力, 故使得一体式充电发光装置 220 能更 可靠地工作。
所述微型控制器 225的正极分别与所述发光组件 221 的正极和导电片 226 电性连接, 所述微型控制器 225的负极分别与所述发光组件 221和手电筒的电 源 240的负极电性连接, 所述开关组件 222的底端安装在所述微型控制器 225 上, 所述开关组件 222的顶端伸出所述装置本体 224, 所述开关组件 222通过所 述微型控制器 225控制所述发光组件 221的光线强度。
如图 10所示, 所述抗冲击装置 230包括导电防冲片 230a、 导电的緩冲弹簧 230b及呈空心的绝缘座 230c,所述绝缘座 230c内置于所述手电筒 200的筒头的 后端内,所述导电防冲片 230a内置于所述绝缘座 230c内且开设有供所述緩冲弹 簧 230b伸入的伸入腔 230al ,所述导电防冲片 230a的前端还设置有与所述绝缘 座 230c接触时抵触的抵触部 230a2 ,所述緩冲弹簧 230b的前端与所述导电片 226 弹性连接, 所述緩冲弹簧 230b的后端呈弹性的伸入所述导电防冲片 230a内并 与所述伸入腔 230al的底部抵触, 所述导电防冲片 230a的后端呈可伸缩的伸出 所述绝缘座 230c并与手电筒的电源 240的正极弹性抵触。 通过将所述緩冲弹簧 230b设置于所述导电防冲片 230a及所述导电片 226之间,能在所述一体式充电 发光装置 220受到撞击时起到緩冲的作用, 防止其与手电筒的电源发生撞击而 连接不良, 从而使所述一体式充电发光装置 220保持与所述手电筒的电源 240 连接。
与现有技术相比, 由于本实用新型通过设置充电座 100及手电筒 200,使手 电筒 200安装在所述充电座 100上, 而在所述充电座 100的座体 110上安装所 述照明灯 130, 通过使所述电路控制器 120控制所述照明灯 130的点亮或熄灭, 当在外部处于断电状态时, 所述照明灯 130可以使用所述手电筒 200内的电源 240进行发光, 一方面能吸引处于漆黑中的人的注意力, 提醒人们此处具有应急 光源可供使用, 另一方面能够在漆黑中提供照明, 方便人们正常行动以应对突 如其来的断电情况, 所述充电座 100既可对手电筒 200充电又可作为应急照明 灯使用。 另外所述手电筒 200上设置所述报警器 210, 所述报警器 210利用所述 开关控制器 215控制所述蜂鸣驱动电路板 214从而控制所述蜂鸣器 213发声, 从而实现蜂鸣报警, 在发生紧急事故向外求生等情况起到十分重要的作用, 而 且直接安装于手电筒上, 增加手电筒的功能, 使人们携带方便, 使用起来更加 容易。 整个应急照明设备 1 使用方便、 灵活, 可应用于家庭、 厂房、 走廊、 暗 道及逃生通道内, 非常实用。

所述充电座包括座体、 电路控制器及若干照明灯, 所述座体的正面开设有 卡持所述手电筒的腔体, 所述电路控制器包括电路控制板及正、 负触点, 所述 正、 负触点与所述电路控制板电性连接且末端凸伸入所述腔体内, 所述手电筒 具有与所述正、 负触点对应的正、 负导电钉, 所述手电筒卡持于所述腔体内使 所述正、 负触点对应与所述正、 负导电钉电性连接, 所述电路控制板安装于所 述座体内部, 所述电路控制板的输入端与外界电源电性连接, 所述照明灯安装 于所述座体的正面上且与所述电路控制板的输出端电性连接, 所述电路控制板 控制外界电源对手电筒的充电及手电筒电源对照明灯的放电;
所述手电筒包括报警器, 所述报警器安装在手电筒的尾部进行蜂鸣报警, 所述报警器包括安装座、 蜂鸣器座、 蜂鸣器、 蜂鸣驱动电路板、 开关控制器及 导电组件, 所述安装座安装于所述手电筒内; 所述蜂鸣器座安装于所述安装座 内; 所述蜂鸣器安装在所述蜂鸣器座内; 所述蜂鸣驱动电路板安装在所述蜂鸣 器座内且与所述蜂鸣器电性连接; 所述开关控制器安装于所述安装座的末端 , 且与所述蜂鸣驱动电路板电性连接; 所述导电组件安装在所述安装座内且与所 述蜂鸣器座固定, 所述导电组件分别与所述手电筒的电源及蜂鸣驱动电路板电 性连接, 所述导电组件包括导电柱、 固定圈、 导电纤维板、 导电环及导电弹簧, 所述导电柱的上端与所述手电筒的电源的负极电性抵触, 所述导电柱的下端与 所述蜂鸣驱动电路板的负极触点电性连接, 所述导电柱固定于所述固定圈上, 所述固定圈固定于所述导电纤维板上 , 所述导电纤维板与所述蜂鸣驱动电路板 的正极触点电性连接, 所述导电弹簧套接于所述固定圈外, 所述导电弹簧的下 端与所述导电纤维板电性抵触, 所述导电弹簧的上端与所述导电环电性抵触, 所述导电环套接于所述固定圈外且与所述手电筒电源的正极电性抵触。
2.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述充电座还包括指示灯, 所述指示灯安装于所述座体的正面, 并且与所述电路控制器电性连接。
3.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备,其特征在于:所述腔体的内侧壁设有凸缘, 所述手电筒的筒体侧壁开设有凹槽, 所述手电筒置于所述腔体内时, 所述凸缘 嵌入所述凹槽内。
4.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述充电座还包括电源适配 器, 所述座体的下底面开设有插接孔, 所述电源适配器的输出端插接于所述插 接孔内并与所述电路控制器电性连接, 所述电源适配器的输入端与外界电源电 性连接。
5.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述报警器还包括蜂鸣器压 板, 所述蜂鸣器压板安装于所述安装座内并抵压固定所述蜂鸣器。
6.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述开关控制器包括开关控 制板、 海绵垫及开关帽, 所述开关帽套接于所述开关控制板的开关按钮上, 所 述海绵垫套接于所述开关控制板及开关帽之间, 所述开关控制板安装于所述安 装座内。 所述报警器还包括音响盖, 所述音响盖安装于所述手电筒尾部, 且中 央处呈中空结构并容置所述开关帽。
7.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备,其特征在于:所述报警器还包括弹性组件, 所述弹性组件包括抵触钉、 抵触弹簧及弹簧挡板, 所述抵触钉开设有容置孔, 且末端延伸出凸缘, 所述 ·ί氐触弹簧内置于所述导电柱内部, 且一端容置于所述 容置孔内且与所述容置孔底面电性抵触, 另一端与所述弹簧挡板电性抵触, 所 述弹簧挡板电性地连接于所述导电柱的下端, 所述抵触钉的钉头突伸出所述导 电柱的上端并与所述手电筒的电源的负极电性抵触, 所述凸缘可抵触于所述导 电柱的底面, 防止所述抵触钉脱离所述导电柱。
8.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述手电筒还包括一体式充 电发光装置, 所述一体式充电发光装置内置于所述手电筒的筒头的前端内并呈 一体式结构, 所述一体式充电发光装置包括发光组件、 开关组件、 充电组件及 装置本体, 所述发光组件安装在所述装置本体的前端并与筒头正对, 所述装置 本体的后端固设有导电片, 所述导电片与所述发光组件电性连接, 所述手电筒 电源的负极与所述发光组件的负极电性连接, 所述充电组件内置于所述装置本 体内并包括正极导电钉和负极导电钉, 所述正极导电钉的一端与所述导电片电 性连接, 所述正极导电钉的另一端穿过所述装置本体并穿设于所述筒头上, 穿 极导电钉的一端与所述发光组件的负极电性连接, 所述负极导电钉的另一端与 所述充电座的负极触点电性连接, 所述开关组件安装在所述装置本体上并接通 或断开所述手电筒电源与所述发光组件的电性连接。
9.如权利要求 8所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述一体式充电发光装置还 包括内置于所述装置本体内的微型控制器, 所述微型控制器的正极分别与所述 发光组件的正极和导电片电性连接, 所述微型控制器的负极分别与所述发光组 件和手电筒电源的负极电性连接, 所述开关组件的底端安装在所述微型控制器 上, 所述开关组件的顶端伸出所述装置本体, 所述开关组件通过所述微型控制 器控制所述发光组件的光线强度。
10.如权利要求 1所述的应急照明设备, 其特征在于: 所述手电筒还包括抗冲击 装置, 所述抗冲击装置包括导电防冲片、 导电的緩冲弹簧及呈空心的绝缘座, 所述绝缘座内置于所述手电筒的筒头的后端内, 所述导电防冲片内置于所述绝 缘座内且开设有供所述緩冲弹簧伸入的伸入腔, 所述导电防冲片的前端还设置 有与所述绝缘座接触时抵触的抵触部, 所述緩冲弹簧的前端与所述导电片弹性 底部抵触, 所述导电防冲片的后端呈可伸缩的伸出所述绝缘座并与所述手电筒 电源的正极弹性抵触。
