背景技术
医用球囊压力泵适用于球囊扩张导管,对球囊进行充盈和收缩处理,用于人体腔道狭窄处扩张手术。在扩张时需要使用球囊压力泵对球囊进行注液、加压并进行压力的监视,在抽负压时,需要非常方便的实现单人抽压并锁紧动作。目前临床上常规的一次性医用球囊压力泵基本都是螺纹推进式的,只是螺杆与螺母啮合、解锁的结构有所差别,典型的啮合、解锁结构有:偏心式、杠杆式、斜楔式等。由于设计结构的不同,所存在的问题也有不同,所有的结构均需通过人的手指来实现螺纹的啮合和解锁功能:偏心式结构需要第二个人伸手来帮忙才能顺利完成负压操作;杠杆式结构在负压下锁紧功能有失效的风险(即不能稳定形成负压状态);斜楔式结构在抽负压时需要大拇指和食指同时作用做负压操作,虽然此结构能一气呵成地完成释放、抽气、锁紧的动作,但由于结构布置的原因,导致其容量相对较小,无法满足市场对大容量的需求。

如图4所示,卡钳控制件为活动块6,活动块6包括第一锁紧边6a、中部开锁件6b和第二锁紧边6c;中部开锁件6b包括与第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4两个 内壁适配的凸出块,活动块6向外移动,中部开锁件6b的凸出块把第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4向外扩张开;第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6c与第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4的两个外壁分别适配,活动块6向内移动,第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6c向内挤压第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4,使得第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4压紧螺纹推杆的位置。
中部开锁件6b的凸出块最外侧宽度宽于内侧,使得中部开锁件6b的凸出块外移能够打开第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4。
操控件包括杠杆8,杠杆8包括头部连接端、中部支撑端和尾部操作端,头部连接端连接活动块6,中部支撑端枢设在外管14上,按压尾部操作端,头部连接端在杠杆作用下带动活动块6向外移动。
杠杆8中部支撑端设有扭簧10,通过中部销轴9连接到外管14上,松开尾部操作端,在扭簧10的作用下使得头部连接端自动带动活动块6向内移动。
所述第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4的外壁为弧面结构,第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4外壁的弧度分别和第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6c适配,使得第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6c向内移动时,能把第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4向内挤压到压紧螺纹推杆1的位置。
第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4的内壁为弧面结构,第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4外壁的弧度分别和中部开锁件6b的凸出块适配,中部开锁件6b的凸出块向外移动时,能够打开第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4到不影响螺纹推杆1移动的位置。
实施例1具体结构和实施步骤:
如图1、图2a、图2b和图3,本实施例提供的一种医用充压控制装置,包括螺纹推杆1、第一锁紧螺母片2、销轴3、第二锁紧螺母片4、固定座5、活动块6、头端销轴7、杠杆8、中部销轴9、扭簧10、活塞座11、O型圈12、活塞帽13、外管14、压力表15、接头16和网管17;利用销轴3将第一锁紧螺母片2及第二锁紧螺母片4连接;利用头端销轴7将活动块6及杠杆8连接;利用中部销轴9将扭簧10及杠杆8连接;最后将轴销3连接部件装入固定座5内后按照顺序将螺纹推杆1、固定座5、活塞座11、O型圈12、活塞帽13连接牢固后装入外管14内;将销轴7及销轴9连接部件顺序装 入固定座5及外管14上;最后将压力表15胶接于外管14上,接头16、和网管17胶接后再用胶接到外管14之后即完成此一次性医用球囊压力泵的组装。
如图2a,图2b及图4,活动块6包括第一锁紧边6a,中部开锁件6b和第二锁紧边6c,按压杠杆8的尾端,杠杆8的头端向外移动,带动活动块6的中部开锁件6b将第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4打开,使得杠杆8处于第二位置,松开杠杆8的尾端,在扭簧10作用下,第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6b分别向内挤压第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4,杠杆8回到第一位置。
如图5和图6,第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4上分别设有与螺纹推杆适配的第一螺纹2a和第二螺纹4a,杠杆8处于第一位置时,如图7,使得第一锁紧螺母片、第二锁紧螺母片能够与螺纹推杆锁紧,杠杆8处于第二位置时,如图8,第一螺纹2a和第二螺纹4a的深度不影响螺纹推杆的径向移动。
本实施例在使用时,初始位置时,因为扭簧10的作用第一锁紧螺母片2及第二锁紧螺母片4处于锁紧状态、实现了活动卡钳的两钳臂对螺纹推杆1的限位,此状态旋转螺纹推杆1可以对已注液球囊进行加压,实现相应扩张手术。
如图2a、2b所示,若需进行快速注液、抽液或负压操作,则只需使用左手小指和无名指压住杠杆8即可克服扭簧10的扭力从而带动活动块6的中部开锁件6b,使第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4张开,第一螺纹2a和第二螺纹4a跟螺纹推杆1由啮合状态变为解锁状态,释放对螺纹推杆1的束缚;需要说明的是,在负压操作后需要松开释压的手指使得两锁紧螺母片2、4和螺纹杠杆1啮合从而到达保压的作用。
本实施例中,此处释放第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4的束缚进行注液、抽液或负压操作,最后保压整个动作一气呵成,操作简便。
本发明合理利用杠杆原理,以外管14上的中部销轴9作为支点,扭簧10定型,以活动块6的特定结构在杠杆的作用下能够使螺纹推杆1和两个锁紧螺母片2、4有效的啮合和脱开。
活动块6前端整体类似山字型结构,第一锁紧边6a,中部开锁件6b和第二锁紧边6c,能够有效的控制两个锁紧螺母片2、4与螺纹推杆1的啮合和脱离;活动块6的中部开锁件6b类似“Y”型内芯,因杠杆作用力向外移动带动“月牙形”左右两个锁紧螺母片2、4同时围绕销轴3转动达到与螺纹推杆1脱离的目的;释放杠杆8,在扭簧 10的作用下带动活动块6的第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6c将“月牙形”左右锁紧螺母片同时围绕销轴3向内收拢转动,使左、右锁紧螺母片包住螺纹推杆1,并且保证左、右两个锁紧螺母片与螺纹杠杆有效锁紧。
第一锁紧螺母片2、第二锁紧螺母片4上的第一螺纹2a、第二螺纹4a及螺纹推杆1上特有的螺纹结构相适配。活动块“山字形”上第一锁紧边6a和第二锁紧边6c两内面有效包围第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4的外弧面是确保螺纹有效锁紧的关键,有此结构,压力泵在进行相应操作特别是保压操作时能够保证螺纹有效锁紧不失效。
实施例2:
如图9,第一锁紧螺母片2和第二锁紧螺母片4各通过一个销轴连接在固定座上。
本发明提供了一种医用充压控制装置,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种医用充压控制装置,包括外管以及位于外管内的螺纹推杆,其特征在于,外管内设有包括两个钳臂的活动卡钳、与活动卡钳连接的卡钳控制件,以及与卡钳控制件连接的操控件;所述操控件能够在第一位置和第二位置之间移动;
    所述操控件由第二位置移动至第一位置时,操控件带动卡钳控制件移动到锁定位置,从而推动活动卡钳的两个钳臂抱紧螺纹推杆,从而实现对螺纹推杆的锁定;
    所述操控件由第一位置移动至第二位置时,操控件带动卡钳控制件移动到释放位置,从而推动活动卡钳的两个钳臂松开螺纹推杆,从而实现对螺纹推杆的释放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,活动卡钳的两个钳臂分别为第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4),第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)的一端共同通过销轴连接,第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)分别从两侧包围螺纹推杆(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)的内侧设有与螺纹推杆(1)适配的螺纹,使得第一锁紧螺母片(2)、第二锁紧螺母片(4)抱紧螺纹推杆(1)时将螺纹的位置锁定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,卡钳控制件为活动块(6),活动块(6)包括第一锁紧边(6a)、中部开锁件(6b)和第二锁紧边(6c);中部开锁件(6b)包括与第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)两个内壁适配的凸出块,活动块(6)向外移动,凸出块把第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)向外扩张开;第一锁紧边(6a)和第二锁紧边(6c)与第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)的两个外壁分别适配,活动块(6)向内移动,第一锁紧边(6a)和第二锁紧边(6c)向内挤压第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4),使得第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)压紧螺纹推杆的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,凸出块最外侧宽度宽于内侧,使得凸出块外移能够打开第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,操控件包括杠杆(8),杠杆(8)包括头部连接端、中部支撑端和尾部操作端,头部连接端连接活动块(6),中部支撑端固定在外管(14)上,按压尾部操作端,头部连接端在杠杆作用下带动活动块(6)向外移动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,杠杆(8)的中部支撑端设有扭簧(10),通过中部销轴(9)连接到外管上,松开尾部操作端,在扭簧(10)的作用下使得头部连接端自动带动活动块(6)向内移动。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)的外壁为弧面结构,第一锁紧螺母片和第二锁紧螺母片外壁的弧度分别和第一锁紧边和第二锁紧边适配,使得第一锁紧边和第二锁紧边向内移动时,能把第一锁紧螺母片和第二锁紧螺母片向内挤压到压紧螺纹推杆的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,第一锁紧螺母片和第二锁紧螺母片的内壁为弧面结构,第一锁紧螺母片和第二锁紧螺母片外壁的弧度分别和凸出块适配,凸出块向外移动时,能够打开第一锁紧螺母片和第二锁紧螺母片到不影响螺纹推杆移动的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用充压控制装置,其特征在于,活动卡钳的两个钳臂分别为第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4),第一锁紧螺母片(2)和第二锁紧螺母片(4)各通过一个销轴连接并分别从两侧包围螺纹推杆(1)。
