Abstract
本发明属于医疗器具技术领域,具体涉及一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵及应用。所述按压开关式的球囊压力泵包括压力表、外管、螺杆、托盖、托体、开关按钮和螺杆释放锁紧装置;压力表、外管、托体依次相连,螺杆由外管的后端口伸入外管内,托盖和托体配合使用,开关按钮位于托盖上;所述螺杆释放锁紧装置包括开关锁杆、左锁块、右锁块、左形变块、右形变杆、形变开关和四个螺钉;开关锁杆的两侧,左锁块和右锁块对称分布,右形变杆与左变形块轴向平行,形变开关位于右形变杆与左变形块之间,横跨在螺杆上方。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器具技术领域,具体涉及一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵及应用。
背景技术
介入治疗及手术作为目前较为先进且有效的血管疾病诊治方法,发展非常迅速。球囊压力泵是介入治疗及手术中用于向球囊扩张导管加压,使得球囊扩张,以达到扩张血管或在血管内留置支架目的的医疗器械。
现有的球囊压力泵在加压、泄压、负压等操作过程中不够方便,键位设置单一,容易误操作,可靠性差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵及应用,具体技术方案如下:
一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵,包括压力表1、外管2、螺杆3、托盖4、托体5、开关按钮6和螺杆释放锁紧装置;压力表1、外管2、托体5依次相连,螺杆3由外管2的后端口伸入外管2内,托盖4和托体5配合使用,开关按钮6位于托盖4上;所述螺杆释放锁紧装置包括开关锁杆7、左锁块8、右锁块9、左形变块10、右形变杆11、形变开关12和四个螺钉;开关锁杆7的两侧,左锁块8和右锁块9对称分布,右形变杆11与开关锁杆7轴向平行,形变开关12位于右形变杆11与左变形块10之间,横跨在螺杆3上方。
如上所述的一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵的应用:利用开关按钮6向下压迫形变开关12,使右形变杆11中心向外变形,利用杠杆原理迫使左锁块8、右锁块9向螺杆3方向移动,压迫螺杆3使螺杆上螺纹与锁块上螺纹咬合,完成锁紧动作;再次按压开关按钮6另一端,释放形变开关12,使右形变杆11变形恢复,左锁块8和右锁块9均离开螺杆3,释放螺杆的动作。
本发明利用开关按钮以实现螺杆释放与锁紧的动作,大大方便了使用者的操作;且开关采用按钮的形式,方便易懂,减少了使用者的误操作。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不因此而限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示的一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵,包括压力表1、外管2、螺杆3、托盖4、托体5、开关按钮6和螺杆释放锁紧装置;压力表1、外管2、托体5依次相连,螺杆3由外管2的后端口伸入外管2内,托盖4和托体5配合使用,开关按钮6位于托盖4上;所述螺杆释放锁紧装置包括开关锁杆7、左锁块8、右锁块9、左形变块10、右形变杆11、形变开关12和四个螺钉;开关锁杆7的两侧,左锁块8和右锁块9对称分布,右形变杆11与开关锁杆7轴向平行,形变开关12位于右形变杆11与左变形块10之间,横跨在螺杆3上方。
如上所述的一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵的应用:利用开关按钮6向下压迫形变开关12,使右形变杆11中心向外变形,利用杠杆原理迫使左锁块8、右锁块9向螺杆3方向移动,压迫螺杆3使螺杆上螺纹与锁块上螺纹咬合,完成锁紧动作;再次按压开关按钮6另一端,释放形变开关12,使右形变杆11变形恢复,左锁块8和右锁块9均离开螺杆3,释放螺杆的动作。

1.一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵,其特征在于,包括压力表(1)、外管(2)、螺杆(3)、托盖(4)、托体(5)、开关按钮(6)和螺杆释放锁紧装置;压力表(1)、外管(2)、托体(5)依次相连,螺杆(3)由外管(2)的后端口伸入外管(2)内,托盖(4)和托体(5)配合使用,开关按钮(6)位于托盖(4)上;所述螺杆释放锁紧装置包括开关锁杆(7)、左锁块(8)、右锁块(9)、左形变块(10)、右形变杆(11)、形变开关(12)和四个螺钉;开关锁杆(7)的两侧,左锁块(8)和右锁块(9)对称分布,右形变杆(11)与左变形块(10)轴向平行,形变开关(12)位于右形变杆(11)与左变形块(10)之间,横跨在螺杆(3)上方。
2.权利要求1所述的一种按压开关式的球囊压力泵的应用,其特征在于,利用开关按钮(6)向下压迫形变开关(12),使右形变杆(11)中心向外变形,利用杠杆原理迫使左锁块(8)、右锁块(9)向螺杆(3)方向移动,压迫螺杆(3)使螺杆上螺纹与锁块上螺纹咬合,完成锁紧动作;再次按压开关按钮(6)另一端,释放形变开关(12),使右形变杆(11)变形恢复,左锁块(8)和右锁块(9)均离开螺杆(3),释放螺杆的动作。
