Abstract
본 발명은 나일론 4 호모폴리머 비드의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내부에 분쇄-교반기를 포함하는 니더 반응기에 2-피롤리돈 및 개시제를 투입하는 단계; 및 투입된 원료들이 화학 반응을 일으키는 동안 상기 분쇄-교반기가 분쇄 및 교반 작용하는 단계;를 포함함으로써, 압출 공정 없이 가공이 용이하고, 마이크로 수준의 입자 크기를 가지는 생분해성 나일론 4 호모폴리머 비드의 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
