一种生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种热轧装置,具体涉及一种生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置。
背景技术
非织造布生产过程中常需要采用热轧工艺加固,经过合适的热轧工艺处理,制得的非织造布可达到使用所要求的强度和获得所需的花纹。目前常用的热轧装置,压辊为光滑的或是有特定花纹的,热轧时非织造布两面受力不同,温度不同,导致布两面的光滑程度、手感有所差异。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置。
技术方案:一种生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置,包括热轧压辊,所述热轧压辊外表面覆有花纹层,所述花纹层为若干组环绕压辊辊筒的逆时针方向螺旋形凸起的第一螺旋线与若干组反向旋绕的顺时针方向螺旋形凸的第二螺旋线起交叉处形成;所述第一螺旋线与水平方向夹角α1的角度范围为0-90°,所述第二螺旋线与水平方向夹角α2的角度范围为0-90°;所述第一螺旋线凸起和所述第二螺旋线凸起的高度均按加工的非织造的厚度进行选择;所述第一螺旋线与第二螺旋线的交叉点处为压花点。
作为优化:所述第一螺旋线的相邻两根线间距离相等。
作为优化:所述第二螺旋线的相邻两根线间距离相等。
有益效果:本发明在现有热轧装置的基础上,改变了压辊的花纹。采用若干 组环绕方向相反的螺旋形凸起相互交叉,形成点压。这样轧压出的非织造布有三维立体效果,正反两面的光滑度一样,花纹一致,手感一致,能更好的应用于产业需求。

实施例
如图1所示,一种生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置,包括热轧压辊1,所述热轧压辊1外表面覆有花纹层2,所述花纹层2为若干组环绕压辊辊筒的逆时针方向螺旋形凸起的第一螺旋线21与若干组反向旋绕的顺时针方向螺旋形凸的第二螺旋线22起交叉处形成;所述第一螺旋线21与水平方向夹角α1的角度范围为0-90°,所述第二螺旋线22与水平方向夹角α2的角度范围为0-90°;所述第一螺旋线21凸起和所述第二螺旋线22凸起的高度均按加工的非织造的厚度进行选择;所述第一螺旋线21与第二螺旋线22的交叉点处为压花点23。所述第一螺旋线21的相邻两根线间距离相等。所述第二螺旋线22的相邻两根线间距离相等。
本发明在现有热轧装置的基础上,改变了压辊的花纹。采用若干组环绕方向相反的螺旋形凸起相互交叉,形成点压。这样轧压出的非织造布有三维立体效果,正反两面的光滑度一样,花纹一致,手感一致,能更好的应用于产业需求。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本实用新型的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置,其特征在于:包括热轧压辊,所述热轧压辊外表面覆有花纹层,所述花纹层为若干组环绕压辊辊筒的逆时针方向螺旋形凸起的第一螺旋线与若干组反向旋绕的顺时针方向螺旋形凸的第二螺旋线起交叉处形成;所述第一螺旋线与水平方向夹角α1的角度范围为0-90°,所述第二螺旋线与水平方向夹角α2的角度范围为0-90°;所述第一螺旋线凸起和所述第二螺旋线凸起的高度均按加工的非织造的厚度进行选择;所述第一螺旋线与第二螺旋线的交叉点处为压花点。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置,其特征在于:所述第一螺旋线的相邻两根线间距离相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的生产三维立体轧压复合材料的热轧装置,其特征在于:所述第二螺旋线的相邻两根线间距离相等。
