Description
本发明属于金属板材自动切割技术领域,具体涉及一种金属板材自动进给切割装置。
在用金属板材作为原材料的制造企业中,板材的精确切割往往是加工工序中的首道工序,企业为了后续加工方便快捷,购进的大多为矩形等规则形状的大平面板材,通过裁剪得到想要的形状和尺寸,但是由于板材较为厚重,通常为几吨到几十吨,采用人工手动裁剪的难度很大,效率也十分低下。
目前,采用人工裁剪大平面板材的方法是多人使用吊装设备和钩索将板材钩捆后移动到准备好的滚架上,并不断调整距离直至所需要的位置上,再开动剪切机床进行剪切,接着由人工向前移动进料到达尺寸要求后再次开动剪切机床剪切,直至整个板材切割完成。这样的剪切下料方式,不仅所需的人数多,费时费力,而且容易造成人身安全事故,同时人工剪切下料效率低,环境较差,下料尺寸和质量也无法得到保障。
鉴于上述情况,有必要设计一种金属板材连续剪切自动定位、自动上料的装置。为此,本申请人作了积极而有效的探索,终于形成了下面将要介绍的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属板材自动进给切割装置,有助于提高板材进料的连续性和定位的精确性而藉以提高板材剪切时形状和尺寸的准确度,有利于降低裁剪难度而藉以减少板材裁剪人员,以节约劳动力成本、提高工作效率和避免人身安全事故的发生。
本发明的目的是这样来达到的,一种金属板材自动进给切割装置,其特征在于包括定位装置和动力拖箱,所述的定位装置包括一组间隔并排设置的床身支撑杆、纵向定位夹紧架和夹紧气缸,所述的床身支撑杆在高度方向的下方且沿长度方向间隔设置有一组定位床身支架,所述的定位床身支架的下端支撑在水平地面或基准面上,由一组床身支撑杆构成的床身在宽度方向的一侧间隔设置有一组横向定位挡销,所述的横向定位挡销依次通过固定架旋转地安装在床身一侧的定位床身支架上,所述的床身在宽度方向的另一侧间隔设置有一组横向定位夹紧气缸,所述的横向定位夹紧气缸依次固定在床身另一侧的定位床身支架上并且与横向定位挡销的位置相对应,每一横向定位夹紧气缸上具有 一沿床身宽度方向夹紧的顶板,所述的顶板与横向定位挡销配合实现板材的横向定位,所述的纵向定位夹紧架设置在所述的床身长度方向一端的上方,所述的夹紧气缸有一对,一对夹紧气缸分别安装在纵向定位夹紧架长度方向的两端;所述的动力拖箱左右滑动地安装在一对导轨上,所述的一对导轨沿床身支撑杆的长度方向安装在水平地面或基准面上,在所述的动力拖箱上方设置有一对导向杆,所述的导向杆的一端分别与纵向定位夹紧架长度方向两端的一侧侧面连接,而导向杆的另一端则分别滑动地设置在位于动力拖箱上方的导向杆座上,在所述动力拖箱的上方并且位于一对导向杆的中间位置处还安装有一纵向定位夹紧气缸,该纵向定位夹紧气缸的一端通过纵向定位架上下旋转地设置在动力拖箱的上方,而纵向定位夹紧气缸的伸缩端则与纵向定位夹紧架长度方向中部的一侧侧面连接,在所述的动力拖箱的上方且对应于一对夹紧气缸的位置处还分别固定有一推板,所述的推板与所述的夹紧气缸配合而实现板材的纵向定位。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的床身支撑杆在高度方向的上方且沿长度方向间隔设置有多个支撑滚珠,所述的支撑滚珠的高度低于顶板和横向定位挡销的高度。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的动力拖箱内通过电机安装有一进给齿轮,与此相对应地,所述的定位床身支架上且沿床身支撑杆的长度方向安装有一齿条,所述的进给齿轮与所述的齿条啮合。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述的推板在面向板材的一侧侧面上构成有一定位台阶,该定位台阶抵靠在所述板材的一侧侧边上。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的床身支撑杆在长度方向的另一端上设置有一液压切刀。
本发明采用上述结构后,具有的有益效果:首先,由顶板与横向定位挡销配合实现板材的横向定位以及由推板与夹紧气缸配合实现板材的纵向定位,因而提高了板材定位的精确性,使板材剪切时的形状和尺寸更加准确;其次,由进给齿轮与齿条配合带动动力拖箱前进,从而推动板材进料,这样可提高板材进料的连续性,进一步提高了板材剪切时形状和尺寸的准确度;第三,整体结构简单,使用安全且操作方便,生产效率高,所需板材裁剪人员较少,有效地降低了劳动力成本和事故的发生率。

进一步地,所述的床身支撑杆11在高度方向的上方且沿长度方向间隔设置有多个支撑滚珠112,所述的支撑滚珠112的高度低于顶板151和横向定位挡销14的高度。
进一步地,所述的动力拖箱2内通过电机安装有一进给齿轮25,与此相对应地,所述的定位床身支架111上且沿床身支撑杆11的长度方向安装有一齿条26,所述的进给齿轮25与所述的齿条26啮合。
进一步地,所述的床身支撑杆11在长度方向的另一端上设置有一液压切刀3。
请参阅图1,叙述本发明的工作过程:首先,由人工将矩形的大平面板材4的一端通过吊装设备放入由一组床身支撑杆11构成的床身上,让所述横向定位夹紧气缸15上的顶板151向板材4一侧夹紧并使板材的一边抵靠在横向定位挡销14上滑动,从而实现板材4的横向定位;然后将大平面板材4的另一端的边沿抵靠在推板24的定位台阶241上,再启动动力拖箱2内的电机,使齿轮25转动,通过齿轮25与齿条26的啮合作用而带动动力拖箱2在一对导轨21上沿床身方向移动直至板材4的另一边与液压切刀3接触;其次,控制所述纵向定位夹紧气缸23运动,使纵向定位夹紧架12上的夹紧气缸13移动到推板24的上方,并且将所述夹紧气缸13下压与推板24共同夹持板材,从而实现板材4的纵向定位;最后,动力拖箱2根据用户所需的不同尺寸向液压切刀3方向连续地、不间断地推动板材进给,而液压切刀3则配合向下运动对板材进行裁剪来快速得到完整并且尺寸精确的小块板材。
