每个横梁2和与其连接的立柱之间还连接有斜撑杆6,连接于同一立柱1的两个横梁2之间连接也有一个斜撑杆6。同一立柱1上的两个斜撑杆6及该立柱1上的两个横梁2之间的斜撑杆5构成三角形。斜撑杆6的设置可强化帐篷架的结构,使整体结构更稳定。
其中,立柱1包括上下设置且相互连接的至少两个分管11,12,横梁2包括多个相互连接横杆21,22,顶杆3包括多个相互连接的分杆31,32。具体地,所述的立柱1具体包括第一分管11,连接于第一分管11下端的第二分管12,横梁2包括第一横杆21,分别设置在第一横杆21的两端部的两个第二横杆22,顶杆3包括第一分杆31、连接于第一分杆31下端部的第二分杆32。第一分管11和第二分管12,第一横杆21和第二横杆22,第一分杆31和第二分杆32能够相互拆卸。
所述的第一分管1和第二分管12均设置有用于收纳分杆31,32和横杆21,22的收纳腔,所述的第一分管11的收纳腔的开口设置在下端部,第二分管12的收纳腔的开口也设置在下端部,所述的第二分管12的上端部插入所述的第一分管11的收纳腔开口内。
本申请所述的帐篷还包括多个用于捆扎横杆21,22或分杆31,32的捆扎件5,所述的捆扎件5包括多个供横杆21,22或分杆31,32通过的通孔,捆扎件5分为用于捆扎横杆21,22的横杆捆扎件,用于捆扎分杆31,32的分杆捆扎件。
所述的横杆21,22和分杆31,32和分管11,12均为方形管,所述的分管11,12的容纳腔的横截面呈矩形,捆扎件5呈与所述的容纳腔的横截面形状相配合的方形,以使捆扎件5恰好能够插入容纳腔内,并能够在容纳腔内沿容纳腔的长度方向移动。捆扎件5上的通孔为与所述的横杆21,22或分杆31,32的横截面形状相配合的方形孔,以使横杆21,22和分杆31,32能够被捆扎件5紧密固定在一起。
本申请的一个实施方式中,帐篷具有四个立柱1、连接立柱1的四个横梁2、八个顶杆3,每个横梁2具有三个横杆21,22,每个顶杆3具有两个分杆31,32,每两个横杆21,22被捆扎件5固定在一起后装入分管11,12的收纳腔内,当两个横杆21,22被捆扎件固定的形状大小与分管11,12的容纳腔的形状大小基本相似,每六个分杆31,32被捆扎件5固定在一起后装入分管11,12的收纳腔内,六个分杆31,32被捆扎件5固定后的形状大小与分管11,12的收纳腔的形状大小基本相似。当收纳完成后,帐篷的多个杆件,只能看到8个分管,大大节省了占用空间,也使外观结构更加简洁美观。
如图6所示,为分杆31,32收纳至第二分管12内的安装结构示意图,六个分杆31,32被两个捆扎件5捆扎后从第二分管12的下端部开口装入收纳腔内。分杆捆扎件5上设置有6个供分杆31,32插入的通孔。
如图7所示,为第二横杆22收纳至第一分管11内的安装结构示意图,两个第二横杆22被两个捆扎件5捆扎后从第一分管11的下端开口装入收纳腔内,横杆捆扎件5上设置有2个供第二横杆22插入的通孔。
如图8所示,为第一横杆21收纳至第二分管12内的安装结构示意图,两个第一横杆21被两个横杆捆扎件5捆扎后从第二分管12的下端开口装入收纳腔内。如图8所示,为第一横杆21被收纳至第二分管12收纳腔内的结构示意图。
如图9所示,为帐篷架收纳完成后结构示意图,收纳完成后,从外观上,只能看到8个分管11,12,及帐篷架的一些零部件,如顶部连接件等部件。帐篷架的各个杆件均为方形结构,且各杆件相互拆分后,长度一致。因此,在收纳完成后,八个分管能够如图9所示的叠放在一起,收纳后的整体形状和结构更加稳定。
横梁2的结构如图4所示,每根所述的横梁2包括相互连接的多个横杆21,22,具体地,横梁2包括第一横杆21,22、分别连接于第一横杆21两端部的两根第二横杆22,第二横杆22具有套接于第一横杆21内的开口端部,开口端部的侧壁上开设有至少一个沿横杆21,22的长度方向延伸设置的条形开口,位于条形开口两侧的侧壁能够相互靠近和分开。
所述的第一横杆21和第二横杆22的通过锁定件23相固定连接,锁定件23的端部从外至内依次穿过第一横杆21的侧壁和第二横杆22的侧壁,至锁定件23的端部抵紧所述的第二横杆22的内壁,第二横杆22的侧壁的被锁定件23穿过的位置设有螺纹部,螺纹部与锁定件相螺纹配合。
本申请中,开口端部的侧壁上设置有两个条形开口222,所述的两个条形开口222将开口端部的侧壁分隔为两个截面为U形的第一U形壁和第二U形壁,所述的第一U形壁和第二U形壁能够一定程度的相互靠近和分离。锁定件23依次穿过第一横杆21的侧壁和第一U形壁后抵达第二U形壁。
在一种优选实施方式中,锁定件23采用螺栓,螺纹部为固定设置在第一U形壁上的螺母。在开口端部上,沿横杆21,22的长度方向间隔设置有两个锁定件23,采用两个锁定件23固定后,能够使第一横杆21和第二横杆22的连接更加牢固,强度和刚性更好,不易折弯。
在本申请中,在没有指明具体状态时,是基于帐篷架在如图2所示的展开状态时进行描述的,上下方向的描述也是基于帐篷架展开状态时定义的,其中,如图2所示,顶部连接件4位于上部,立柱11,12位于顶架的下部。

本申请涉及一种可收纳的帐篷,所述的帐篷包括帐篷架及篷布,所述的帐篷架包括顶架、横梁以及连接在顶架下方的至少三个立柱,顶架包括多个能够相互拆分地顶杆,所述的顶杆包括至少一个分杆,所述的横梁包括至少一个横杆,所述的立柱包括至少一个分管,所述的分管内形成至少一端开口的能够收纳至少一个横杆和/或至少一个分杆的收纳腔,所述的帐篷架包括展开状态和收纳状态,当所述的帐篷架处于收纳状态时,所述的横杆和所述的分杆被收纳至所述的分管的收纳腔内。本申请所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,杆件被拆分后,能够装入分管的收纳腔内,这样当帐篷完全收纳后,就只看到分管和其他一些零部件,而不会将所有的杆件都暴露出来,占用空间小,简洁美观。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可收纳的帐篷,所述的帐篷包括帐篷架及篷布,所述的帐篷架包括顶架、横梁以及连接在顶架下方的至少三个立柱,其特征在于:所述的顶架包括多个能够相互拆分地顶杆,所述的顶杆包括至少一个分杆,所述的横梁包括至少一个横杆,所述的立柱包括至少一个分管,所述的分管内形成至少一端开口的能够收纳至少一个横杆和/或至少一个分杆的收纳腔,所述的帐篷架包括展开状态和收纳状态,当所述的帐篷架处于收纳状态时,所述的横杆和所述的分杆被收纳至所述的分管的收纳腔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的帐篷还包括多个用于捆扎横杆或分杆的捆扎件,所述的捆扎件包括多个供横杆或分杆通过的通孔,当所述的帐篷架处于收纳状态时,所述的横杆和所述的分杆穿过所述的通孔被所述的捆扎件固定后被收纳于所述的分管的收纳腔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的立柱包括两个分管,分别为第一分管和设于所述的第一分管下端的第二分管,所述的第一分管和第二分管的容纳腔的开口分别设置在所述的第一分管和第二分管的下端部,所述的第二分管的上端插入所述的第一分管的容纳腔的开口内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的横杆和分杆均为方形管,所述的分管的容纳腔的横截面呈矩形,所述的捆扎件呈与所述的容纳腔的横截面形状相配合的方形,所述的捆扎件上的通孔为与所述的横杆或分杆的横截面形状相配合的方形孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的多个捆扎件包括用于捆扎横杆的横杆捆扎件,用于捆扎分杆的分杆捆扎件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:每个所述的横梁包括三个横杆,分别为第一横杆、分别连接于第一横杆两端部的两根第二横杆,每个所述的顶杆包括两个相互连接的分杆,分别为第一分杆、与所述的第一分杆的下端部相连接的第二分杆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的横梁连接于相邻的两个立柱之间, 所述的顶架包括顶部连接件和连接在顶部连接上的多个所述的顶杆,每个顶杆的上端分别连接在顶部连接件上,多个顶杆中,有一部分顶杆的下部连接于立柱的上端,另一部分的顶杆的下部连接在横梁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的横梁包括相互连接的第一横杆和第二横杆,第二横杆具有套接于第一横杆内的开口端部,开口端部的侧壁上开设有至少一个沿横杆的长度方向延伸设置的条形开口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的第一横杆和第二横杆的通过锁定件相固定连接,锁定件的端部从外至内依次穿过第一横杆的侧壁和第二横杆的侧壁,至锁定件的端部抵紧所述的第二横杆的内壁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可收纳的帐篷,其特征在于:所述的开口端部的侧壁上设置有两个条形开口,所述的两个条形开口将开口端部的侧壁分隔为两个截面为U形的能够相互靠近和分离第一U形壁和第二U形壁,所述的锁定件依次穿过第一横杆的侧壁和第一U形壁后抵达第二U形壁。
