具体来说,为便于相应的户外遮阳伞的伞杆固定性好及稳固性好,相应的承重基座则一般均为重负荷型及具有很大的支撑面,如此,推动相应的承重基座,使得其虽然能相对做到便于移动,但是,其具有较重的重量及具有很大的支撑面,也使得不便于随身携带,不便于配合将相应的户外遮阳伞携带到较远地方进行安装固定。
藉此,针对现状,设计出一款用于固定户外遮阳伞等的承重性好、固定性好、支撑面积大及便于收折携带的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,则是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足而提供的一种多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座。

其三、在本发明实施例中,当任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆呈水平支撑状态或呈竖向收折状态时,位于任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆内的相应拉伸弹簧均呈收缩状态,以使相应限位固定杆的两端分别卡固于相应第一限位槽内或相应第二限位槽内,以致相应伸缩式支撑杆被锁紧固定,如此,一方面,在相应的伸缩式支撑杆呈水平支撑状态时,其一端通过相应的铰接轴及限位固定杆进行限位固定,使得不易松脱及翘起,其另一端通过相应的抓耳进行固定,使得也不易松脱及翘起,继而,则使得相应的伸缩式支撑杆固定性好及不易移位或变形,另一方面,在相应的伸缩式支撑杆呈竖向收折状态时,相应的限位固定杆的两端分别卡固于相应第二限位槽内,此时,则使得相应伸缩式支撑杆被很好的竖向收折锁紧固定而不会松脱及掉落,使得收折安全性好而不会砸伤人体,进而,本发明的使用效果能得到更进一步的提高。

如此,在相应限位固定杆501的两端自相应第一限位槽115内或相应第二限位槽116内拉出后,绕相应的铰接轴114手动转动相应的伸缩式支撑杆30,即可使得相应的伸缩式支撑杆30在水平方向至竖向方向来回转动。
并且,为便于相应的伸缩式支撑杆30在水平方向至竖向方向来回转动,本发明在具体实施时,每个所述铰接座11的第一竖向固定板111的外侧边沿与相应第一竖向固定板111的上边沿之间及每个所述铰接座11的第二竖向固定板113的外侧边沿与相应第二竖向固定板113的上边沿之间均倒角成弧形。
需要补充的是,在本技术方案中,每根所述伸缩式支撑杆30均包括一主套管31、一从套管32及一套管锁紧件33;其中,
多根所述主套管31的连接端对应与多个所述铰接座11相铰接,多根所述主套管31的末端对应套设于多根所述从套管32的连接端外,多根所述从套管32的末端对应与多个所述抓耳40相连接,且相应的第一过孔301及第二过孔302则均设置于相应的主套管31的连接端,相应的第二过孔302则位于相应第一过孔301与相应主套管31的末端之间。
多个所述套管锁紧件33对应设置于多根所述从套管32的连接端内,并均包括一U型弹片331及一固设于相应U型弹片331的其中一侧端面的端部的按钮332;多个所述U型弹片331的另一侧端面对应与多根所述从套管32的连接端的内壁相连接,且多根所述从套管32的连接端的外壁均开设有一以使显露相应按钮332的第一按钮孔321;多根所述主套管31的外壁靠近其末端均开设有一以使显露相应按钮332的第二按钮孔311,多根所述主套管31的外壁在其中部与相应第二过孔302之间均开设有一以使显露相应按钮332的第三按钮孔312;
如此,从任意一所述主套管31内拉伸相应从套管32,以使相应第一按钮孔321与相应第二按钮孔311重合时,相应按钮332显露于相应第二按钮孔311外,相应伸缩式支撑杆30被锁紧固定呈拉伸状态;向任意一所述主套管31内推动相应从套管32,以使相应第一按钮孔321与相应第三按钮孔312重合时,相应按钮332显露于相应第三按钮孔312外,相应伸缩 式支撑杆30被收合固定呈收缩状态。
继而,则使得相应伸缩式支撑杆30的伸缩长度可简易调节及在被调节至相应长度后可被很好的锁紧固定,使得其不易松脱。
而在具体实施时,在优选方案中,所述主套管31及所述从套管32的截面均呈半圆形,以使所述主套管31的下底面及所述从套管32的下底面均呈平面,且以使所述从套管32不可转动的套设于所述主套管31内,并且,此时,所述按钮332、第一按钮孔321、第二按钮孔311及所述第三按钮孔312则均位于同一直线上,以使方便所述从套管32的伸展固定及收缩固定。
进一步需要补充的是,在本技术方案中,本发明还包括一锁紧螺栓60及一基座盖帽70;其中,
所述锁紧螺栓60固设于所述插筒20外,且所述锁紧螺栓60的螺纹段贯穿至所述插筒20内;所述基座盖帽70的顶部开设有与所述插筒20直径大小相适配的插孔701,且所述基座盖帽70的下端敞口的边沿均匀的开设有以使相应位置的所述主套管31的连接端穿过的缺口槽702。
如此,所增设的紧固螺栓60可使得将所述插筒20内所插至的伞杆锁紧固定,使得其不易摇晃,所增设的基座盖帽70可很好的盖合相应的基座10,使得相应的基座10不易刮伤人体的脚部等位置,进而,本发明的使用效果能达到最佳。
需要阐述的是,本发明在具体实施时,所述插筒20、基座10、伸缩式支撑杆30及所述抓耳40均优选为金属材质。
并且,本发明也不限定为用于插至固定户外遮阳伞的伞杆,其还可用于插至固定用以支撑晾衣架的支撑杆及用于插至固定用以支撑户外遮阳棚的棚杆等等。
同时,本发明的所述伸缩式支撑杆也不限定为只包括所述主套管及所述从套管两节,其还可设置成三节、四节或更多节。
其他实施例等,在此,不做一一举例说明。
综上所述,本发明所提供的一种多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,在具体实施时,一方面,所需要固定的户外遮阳伞的伞杆的下端插至于所述插筒20内,并通过固定于地面的所述基座10进行一次固定,即可很好的被立设于地面,拉伸多根所述伸缩式支撑杆30,以使其呈伸展状态,并通过固设于地面的相应的抓耳40进行二次固定,则使得能大大增加相应基座10的支撑面,使得相应基座10支撑承载性更好,与地面之间固定更牢固,更不易因相应户外遮阳伞被强风吹拂而使得被拔起,另一方面,在不使用本发明时,从地面卸下相 应的抓耳40及基座10,并收合相应的伸缩式支撑杆30及转动相应的伸缩式支撑杆30,即可使得相应的伸缩式支撑杆30被收折至与所述插筒20的外壁相贴合,如此,即使得本发明收折性好,便于携带及携拿,进而,本发明实用性强,使用效果好。
此外,在本发明的技术方案中,一方面,多个所述铰接座11分别与所述基座10的上端面及所述插筒20的下端外壁焊接连接形成一体,如此,多个所述铰接座11则可起到加固所述插筒20的下端与所述基座10之间的固定作用,使得本发明坚固耐用,使用寿命长,另一方面,所述基座10的上端面的四角分别开设有贯穿至其下端面的固定安装孔(未示出),每个所述抓耳40的上端面的四角也分别开设有贯穿至其下端面的固定安装孔(未示出),如此,在相应的固定安装孔(未示出)内打入紧固螺丝,即可将本发明固定于地面,卸下相应的紧固螺丝,即又可将本发明从地面简易卸下,进而,本发明拆装方便,使用效果能得到进一步提高。
再次,在本发明实施例中,当任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆30呈水平支撑状态或呈竖向收折状态时,位于任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆30内的相应拉伸弹簧502均呈收缩状态,以使相应限位固定杆501的两端分别卡固于相应第一限位槽115内或相应第二限位槽116内,以致相应伸缩式支撑杆30被锁紧固定,如此,一方面,在相应的伸缩式支撑杆30呈水平支撑状态时,其一端通过相应的铰接轴114及限位固定杆501进行限位固定,使得不易松脱及翘起,其另一端通过相应的抓耳40进行固定,使得也不易松脱及翘起,继而,则使得相应的伸缩式支撑杆30固定性好及不易移位或变形,另一方面,在相应的伸缩式支撑杆30呈竖向收折状态时,相应的限位固定杆501的两端分别卡固于相应第二限位槽116内,此时,则使得相应伸缩式支撑杆30被很好的竖向收折锁紧固定而不会松脱及掉落,使得收折安全性好而不会砸伤人体,进而,本发明的使用效果能得到更进一步的提高。
同时,本发明在具体实施时,一方面,从任意一所述主套管31内拉伸相应从套管32,以使相应第一按钮孔321与相应第二按钮孔311重合时,相应按钮332显露于相应第二按钮孔311外,相应伸缩式支撑杆被锁紧固定呈拉伸状态;向任意一所述主套管31内推动相应从套管32,以使相应第一按钮孔321与相应第三按钮孔312重合时,相应按钮332显露于相应第三按钮孔312外,相应伸缩式支撑杆被收合固定呈收缩状态,如此,则使得相应伸缩式支撑杆30的伸缩长度可简易调节及在被调节至相应长度后可被很好的锁紧固定,使得其不易松脱,另一方面,所增设的紧固螺栓可使得将所述插筒20内所插至的伞杆锁紧固定,使得其不易摇晃,所增设的基座盖帽70可很好的盖合相应的基座10,使得相应的基座10不易刮伤人体的脚部等位置,进而,本发明的使用效果能达到最佳。
相应的,本发明的整体结构简单,易实施,易操作,实用性强,专用性强,制造成本低,在结构的改进及技术的改进中,均不需要增加太多的成本,使得本发明必然具有很好的市场推广价值,本发明会非常的受欢迎,能得到有效普及。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程的变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:它包括基座、插筒、多根伸缩式支撑杆及多个抓耳;其中,
    所述插筒竖向固设于所述基座的上端面的中部,所述基座的上端面的外围环绕所述插筒均匀的固设有多个铰接座,多根所述伸缩式支撑杆的连接端对应与多个所述铰接座相铰接,多根所述伸缩式支撑杆的末端对应与多个所述抓耳相连接;
    当转动任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆时,任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆沿相应铰接座可自水平方向向上转动至竖向方向,以使收折至与所述插筒的外壁相贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:多个所述铰接座分别与所述基座的上端面及所述插筒的下端外壁焊接连接形成一体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:所述基座的上端面的四角分别开设有贯穿至其下端面的固定安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:多个所述抓耳均成型为扁平状结构,并对应固设于多根所述伸缩式支撑杆的末端的下底面,且每个所述抓耳的上端面的四角分别开设有贯穿至其下端面的固定安装孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:多个所述铰接座均成型为U型结构,并均包括依次相连接的第一竖向固定板、横向连接板及第二竖向固定板;每个所述铰接座的第一竖向固定板的中部与第二竖向固定板的中部之间均固设有一铰接轴,每根所述伸缩式支撑杆的连接端的外壁均开设有一第一过孔,多根所述铰接轴对应穿设于多个所述第一过孔内,以使多根所述伸缩式支撑杆的连接端对应与多个所述铰接座相铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:它还包括设置于每根所述伸缩式支撑杆的连接端的拉伸限位构件,每个所述拉伸限位构件均包括一限位固定杆及一拉伸弹簧;其中,
    每根所述伸缩式支撑杆的连接端的外壁所开设的第一过孔的孔径均至少为相应铰接轴的外径的两倍;每根所述伸缩式支撑杆的连接端的外壁还分别开设有与相应第一过孔邻近设置的第二过孔,多个所述第二过孔均对应位于相应第一过孔与相应伸缩式支撑杆的末端之间,且多个所述第二过孔内分别固设有一所述限位固定杆,多根所述限位固定杆与相应第一过孔内所穿设的铰接轴之间分别连接有一所述拉伸弹簧,且多根所述限位固定杆的两端分别延伸出至相应第二过孔外;
    每个所述铰接座的第一竖向固定板的外侧边沿的中部及第二竖向固定板的外侧边沿的中部相 对的开设有第一限位槽;每个所述铰接座的第一竖向固定板的上边沿的中部及第二竖向固定板的上边沿的中部相对的开设有第二限位槽;且所述第一限位槽的槽口大小及所述第二限位槽的槽口大小均与所述限位固定杆的直径大小及所述铰接轴的直径大小相适配;
    当任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆呈水平支撑状态或呈竖向收折状态时,位于任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆内的相应拉伸弹簧均呈收缩状态,以使相应限位固定杆的两端分别卡固于相应第一限位槽内或相应第二限位槽内,以致相应伸缩式支撑杆被锁紧固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:在任意一所述伸缩式支撑杆呈水平支撑状态或呈竖向收折状态时,向背对相应第一限位槽的方向或向背对相应第二限位槽的方向拉动相应伸缩式支撑杆,相应拉伸弹簧被拉伸,相应限位固定杆的两端可自相应第一限位槽内或相应第二限位槽内拉出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:每个所述铰接座的第一竖向固定板的外侧边沿与相应第一竖向固定板的上边沿之间及每个所述铰接座的第二竖向固定板的外侧边沿与相应第二竖向固定板的上边沿之间均倒角成弧形。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:每根所述伸缩式支撑杆均包括一主套管、一从套管及一套管锁紧件;其中,
    多根所述主套管的连接端对应与多个所述铰接座相铰接,多根所述主套管的末端对应套设于多根所述从套管的连接端外,多根所述从套管的末端对应与多个所述抓耳相连接;
    多个所述套管锁紧件对应设置于多根所述从套管的连接端内,并均包括一U型弹片及一固设于相应U型弹片的其中一侧端面的端部的按钮;多个所述U型弹片的另一侧端面对应与多根所述从套管的连接端的内壁相连接,且多根所述从套管的连接端的外壁均开设有一以使显露相应按钮的第一按钮孔;多根所述主套管的外壁靠近其末端均开设有一以使显露相应按钮的第二按钮孔,多根所述主套管的外壁在其中部与相应第二过孔之间均开设有一以使显露相应按钮的第三按钮孔;
    从任意一所述主套管内拉伸相应从套管,以使相应第一按钮孔与相应第二按钮孔重合时,相应按钮显露于相应第二按钮孔外,相应伸缩式支撑杆被锁紧固定呈拉伸状态;
    向任意一所述主套管内推动相应从套管,以使相应第一按钮孔与相应第三按钮孔重合时,相应按钮显露于相应第三按钮孔外,相应伸缩式支撑杆被收合固定呈收缩状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能便携式可收折固定支撑座,其特征在于:它还包括一锁紧螺栓及一基座盖帽;其中,
    所述锁紧螺栓固设于所述插筒外,且所述锁紧螺栓的螺纹段贯穿至所述插筒内;所述基座盖 帽的顶部开设有与所述插筒直径大小相适配的插孔,且所述基座盖帽的下端敞口的边沿均匀的开设有以使相应位置的所述主套管的连接端穿过的缺口槽。
