Abstract

L'invention concerne un paquet d'articles à fumer (1) comprenant : un groupe d'articles à fumer (4) ; un emballage souple (2), qui renferme le groupe d'articles (4) et qui comprend une ouverture (5) destinée à extraire les articles (4) de l'emballage (2) ; un récipient (6) contenant l'emballage (2) et le groupe d'articles (4) ; une étiquette de fermeture (3) comprenant une première partie (30) fixée amovible à l'emballage (2) afin de pouvoir ouvrir et fermer l'ouverture (5) et de permettre et d'empêcher l'accès au groupe d'articles à fumer (4). L'emballage (2) présente une paroi supérieure (20) dans laquelle l'ouverture (5) est réalisée et une paire de côtés latéraux opposés (21) reliés à la paroi supérieure (20) au niveau des bords respectifs (22). L'étiquette de fermeture (3) comprend une seconde partie (31) fixée irréversiblement à l'emballage (2) au niveau de la paroi supérieure (20) de l'emballage (2) et au niveau des côtés latéraux (21) de manière à recouvrir lesdits bords (22).
