Claims (9)

  1. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) avec un emballage (2) pourvu d'une étiquette de fermeture (3), comprenant :
    un groupe d'articles à fumer (4) ;
    un emballage (2) qui est souple, qui enferme le groupe d'articles à fumer (4) et qui comprend une ouverture d'extraction (5) pour extraire les articles à fumer (4) de l'emballage (2) ;
    un contenant (6) contenant l'emballage (2) et le groupe d'articles à fumer (4) ;
    l'emballage (2) ayant une paroi supérieure (20) dans laquelle l'ouverture d'extraction (5) est obtenue et une paire de côtés latéraux (21) opposés ; la paire de côtés latéraux (21) étant raccordée à la paroi supérieure (20) au niveau des bords (22) respectifs ;
    une étiquette de fermeture (3) comprenant une première partie (30) qui est fixée de manière amovible à l'emballage (2) afin de pouvoir ouvrir et fermer l'ouverture d'extraction (5) afin de permettre et d'empêcher l'accès au groupe d'articles à fumer (4) par l'ouverture d'extraction (5) ;
    le paquet d'articles à fumer (1) étant caractérisé en ce que :
    l'étiquette de fermeture (3) comprend une deuxième partie (31) qui est fixée, de manière inamovible, sur l'emballage (2) au niveau de la paroi supérieure (20) de l'emballage (2) et au niveau des côtés latéraux (21) afin de recouvrir lesdits bords (22) ; et
    l'emballage (2) est réalisé avec une feuille de matériau ayant une épaisseur comprise entre 25 µm et 50 µm.
  2. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la deuxième partie (31) de l'étiquette de fermeture (3) recouvre une partie limitée de chaque côté latéral (21) du paquet (2) agencée au niveau dudit bord (22) laissant une partie résiduelle du côté latéral (21) de l'emballage (2) découverte.
  3. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel :
    la deuxième partie (31) de l'étiquette de fermeture (3) comprend une première partie (31a) et une deuxième partie (31b) recouvrant chacune l'un des bords (22) mentionnés ;
    la première partie (31a) est raccordée à la première partie (30) de l'étiquette de fermeture (3) au niveau de la première ligne de faiblesse (32) ;
    la deuxième partie (31b) est raccordée à la première partie (30) de l'étiquette de fermeture (3) au niveau d'une seconde ligne de faiblesse (33).
  4. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel la première ligne de faiblesse (32), la seconde ligne de faiblesse (33) et les bords (22) mentionnés sont parallèles entre eux.
  5. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la première partie (30) de l'étiquette de fermeture (3) peut être fixée, de manière amovible, à l'emballage (2) au niveau du bord de l'ouverture d'extraction (5) de l'emballage (2).
  6. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'emballage (2) comprend une paroi avant (23) et une paroi arrière (24) opposée à la paroi avant (23) ; l'étiquette de fermeture (3) comprenant une troisième partie (34) qui est fixée à l'emballage (2) au niveau de la paroi arrière (24) et qui est raccordée au moins à la première partie (30) ou à la deuxième partie (31).
  7. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le contenant (6) comprend :
    une partie de confinement (60) qui est en forme de coupelle, qui contient l'emballage (2) et le groupe d'articles à fumer (4) et qui a une extrémité ouverte supérieure (60a) ;
    un couvercle (61) qui est articulé par rapport à la partie de confinement (60) pour ouvrir et fermer l'extrémité ouverte supérieure (60a) de la partie de confinement (60) ;
    l'emballage (2) faisant saillie de l'extrémité ouverte supérieure (60a) de la partie de confinement (60).
  8. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étiquette de fermeture (3) a une épaisseur supérieure à l'épaisseur de l'emballage (2).
  9. Paquet d'articles à fumer (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étiquette de fermeture (3) a une épaisseur comprise entre 70 µm et 100 µm.
