【技术领域】
本发明涉及服务机器人领域,特别是一种用于室内地面清洁的清洁机器人。
【背景技术】
目前市面上的具备擦地功能的清洁机器人除了具备一般清洁机器人的部件外,还包括水箱,从节约清洁机器人内空间考虑及方便用户拆卸和安装水箱及尘盒,往往将水箱和尘盒安装在一起。
然而,用户在将水箱及尘盒从清洁机器人主体取出后,需要将水箱和尘盒拆开,然后分别进行补给和清洁,在补给完毕或清洁完毕后,用户往往会忘记将水箱和尘盒安装在一起后放回清洁机器人的主体内,而是直接将单独的水箱或尘盒放回清洁机器人,从而导致清洁机器人工作异常,甚至损坏清洁机器人。

如图4、图6所示,为了方便用户安装水箱1和尘盒2,在水箱1上设置有导轨16,本实施例中为在水箱1的表面形成的两条凸出条状部,在尘盒2上设置有与其配合的导槽23,本实施例中导槽23为尘盒表面向下凹陷形成的凹槽。用户可通过将导轨16插入导槽23内将水箱1和尘盒2的安装在一起。
对于本领域的一般技术人员来说,很容易想到可以将导轨16设置在尘盒2上,而将导槽23设置在水箱1上,也可达到同样的效果。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明技术方案的实施例而已,不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种清洁机器人,包括水箱(1)、尘盒(2)及主体(3),其特征在于,所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)安装在一起构成水箱尘盒组件(10),所述主体(3)上设有与容纳水箱尘盒组件(10)相适应的容纳空间(31),所述水箱尘盒组件(10)还包括防呆装置(11),所述防呆装置(11)在所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)未安装构成水箱尘盒组件(10)时处于顶出状态,使得水箱(1)或尘盒(2)不能安装至容纳空间(31)内。所述防呆装置(11)包括顶杆(111)、抵靠在顶杆(111)一端的弹簧(112)和安装顶杆(111)的容纳腔(113),顶杆(111)设有限位块(111a),容纳腔(113)设有限位面(113a),所述限位块(111a)抵靠在所述限位面(113a)上。所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)是通过扣合装置(12)安装在一起的,所述扣合装置(12)包括弹簧(123)、活动主体(125)和安装部(124),活动主体(125)一端抵靠在弹簧(123)上,另一端形成限位面(126),限位面(126)上凸出形成扣位(122),活动主体(125)侧面设有供操作的开关(121),安装部(124)用于将活动主体(125)固定在水箱(1)或尘盒(2)上,安装部(124)上设有与限位面(126)接触的限位部(124a)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述防呆装置(11)安装在水箱(1)上,所述尘盒(2)上设有压块(21),所述压块(21)用于抵靠所述顶杆(111),使得所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)安装在一起构成水箱尘盒组件(10)后可安装至容纳空间(31)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述防呆装置(1)安装在尘盒(2)上,所述水箱(1)上设有压块,所述压块用于抵靠所述顶杆,使得所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)安装在一起构成水箱尘盒组件(10)后可安装至容纳空间(31)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣合装置(12)安装在水箱(1)上,所述尘盒(2)上设有与扣位(122)配合的扣合部(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣合装置(12)安装在尘盒(2)上,所述水箱(1)上设有与扣位配合的扣合部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣位(122)上形成有扣位倾斜面(122a)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣位(122)上形成有扣位倾斜面(122a)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:还包括相互配合的导轨(16)和导槽(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述导轨(16)设置在水箱(1)上,所述导槽(23)设置在尘盒(2)上。
  10. 一种清洁机器人,包括水箱(1)、尘盒(2)及主体(3),其特征在于,所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)安装在一起构成水箱尘盒组件(10),所述主体(3)上设有与容纳水箱尘盒组件(10)相适应的容纳空间(31),所述水箱尘盒组件(10)还包括防呆装置(11),所述防呆装置(11)在所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)未安装构成水箱尘盒组件(10)时处于顶出状态,使得水箱(1)或尘盒(2)不能安装至容纳空间(31)内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述防呆装置(11)包括顶杆(111)、抵靠在顶杆(111)一端的弹簧(112)和安装顶杆(111)的容纳腔(113),顶杆(111)设有限位块(111a),容纳腔(113)设有限位面(113a),所述限位块(111a)抵靠在所述限位面(113a)上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述防呆装置(11)安装在水箱(1)上,所述尘盒(2)上设有压块(21),所述压块(21)用于抵靠所述顶杆(111),使得所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)安装在一起构成水箱尘盒组件(10)后可安装至容纳空间(31)内。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述防呆装置(1)安装在尘盒(2)上,所述水箱(1)上设有压块,所述压块用于抵靠所述顶杆,使得所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)安装在一起构成水箱尘盒组件(10)后可安装至容纳空间(31)内。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述水箱(1)和尘盒(2)是通过扣合装置(12)安装在一起的,所述扣合装置(12)包括弹簧(123)、活动主体(125)和安装部(124),活动主体(125)一端抵靠在弹簧(123)上,另一端形成限位面(126),限位面(126)上凸出形成扣位(122),活动主体(125)侧面设有供操作的开关(121),安装部(124)用于将活动主体(125)固定在水箱(1)或尘盒(2)上,安装部(124)上设有与限位面(126)接触的限位部(124a)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣合装置(12)安装在水箱(1)上,所述尘盒(2)上设有与扣位(122)配合的扣合部(22)。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣合装置(12)安装在尘盒(2)上,所述水箱(1)上设有与扣位配合的扣合部。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣位(122)上形成有扣位倾斜面(122a)。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述扣位(122)上形成有扣位倾斜面(122a)。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:还包括相互配合的导轨(16)和导槽(23)。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的清洁机器人,其特征在于:所述导轨(16)设置在水箱(1)上,所述导槽(23)设置在尘盒(2)上。
