Description

像素结构、阵列基板和液晶显示面板 技术领域
本发明涉及显示器技术领域,尤其涉及一种像素结构,还涉及包含该像素结构的阵列基板和液晶显示面板。
背景技术
随着显示技术的发展,液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)已经成为最为常见的显示装置。其中,垂直排列(VerticalAlignment,VA)型液晶显示器因为具有视角宽、对比度高等优点,已成为市场上的主流产品。当前,随着客户对高画质的需求,需要发展更高对比度的LCD。高对比度意味着在白画面亮度不下降的情况下,尽可能降低背光一直打开时LCD黑画面的漏光现象,这一漏光依赖于背光设计,也依赖于液晶盒设计和偏光片设计。其中,液晶盒(Cell)中的像素结构对像素漏光具有重要影响。
像素结构中通常包括像素电极和公共电极,像素电极和公共电极具有重叠部分形成存储电容,像素电极和公共电极通常都采用透明导电材料制备形成,公共电极相对位于像素电极下方,两者之间具有绝缘层。公共电极包括横向电极线和纵向电极线,横向电极线和纵向电极线的相互垂直设置,两者的交叉点位于像素结构的显示区域中。如上所述的像素结构会产生漏光,这种漏光主要是偏振光在经过部分金属电路元件(例如公共电极的横向电极线和纵向电极线)后部分透射光其偏振方向发生了一定的偏转。具体地,横向电极线和纵向电极线相互交叉的位置,两者的夹角通常为圆弧角(在结构设计时,该角度设计为直角,但是由于制造工艺的限制,实际制造获得的角度并不是严格的直角而是圆弧角),对于入射的偏振光,非水平/垂直方向的金属拐角或金属边缘会对其偏振产生影响,发生一种类似衍射的现象,使得部分光线的偏振方向发生改变,导致暗画面下漏光发生。这种漏光现象也会发生在公共电极与像素电极的边缘相交的位置。因此,如果可以消除由于公共电极对光线的影响造成的漏光问题,则可以获得更高的对比度。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种像素结构,该像素结构可以有效降低漏光,提高对比度。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种像素结构,包括扫描线和数据线,所述扫描线和所述数据线相互交叉限定像素单元,所述像素单元包括像素驱动器件、公共电极线和像素电极,所述像素电极通过所述像素驱动器件电连接至所述扫描线和所述数据线,其中,所述公共电极线和所述像素电极呈异层结构设置,所述像素电极包括显示区域和环绕所述显示区域的非显示区域,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内,所述公共电极线与所述像素电极的非显示区域之间形成存储电容。

相比于现有技术,本发明实施例提供的像素结构以及相应的阵列基板和液晶显示面板,像素结构中的公共电极线布置在非显示区域中,避免了公共电极线对入射的偏振光发生衍射而产生漏光,有效地降低了像素结构的漏光程度,提高了液晶显示的对比度。

如上所提供的像素结构中,公共电极线32布置在非显示区域33b中,避免了公共电极线32对入射的偏振光发生衍射而产生漏光,有效地降低了像素结构的漏光程度,提高了液晶显示的对比度。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,所述公共电极线32在所述像素电极33上的正投影位于所述非显示区域33b之内并且位于所述显示区域33a的相对的第一侧301和第三侧303,所述公共电极线32沿着所述扫描线1的长度方向(如图中的X方向)延伸。
在另外的一个优选的实施例中,如图3所示,所述公共电极线32也可以是这样设置:所述公共电极线32在所述像素电极33上的正投影位于所述非显示区域33b之内并且位于所述显示区域33a的相对的第二侧302和第四侧304,所述公共电极线32沿着所述数据线2的长度方向(如图中的Y方向)延伸。
进一步地,在另外的一个优选的实施例中,如图4所示,所述公共电极线32还可以是这样设置:所述公共电极线32在所述像素电极33上的正投影位于所述非显示区域33b之内并且位于所述显示区域33a的第一侧301、第二侧302、第三侧303和第四侧304。其中,正投影位于所述显示区域33a的第一侧301和第三侧303的所述公共电极线32沿着所述扫描线1的长度方向(如图中的X方向)延伸,正投影位于所述显示区域33a的第二侧302和第四侧304的所述公共电极线32沿着所述数据线2的长度方向(如图中的Y方向)延伸。
其中,参阅图1和图2,所述像素电极33的显示区域33a部分包括条状的水平主干310和条状的竖直主干320,所述水平主干310与所述竖直主干320在中心位置垂直相交。由所述水平主干310与所述竖直主干320中心垂直相交所均分而成的四个子区域中分别具有多个条状分支330,每一所述条状分支330的一端与所述水平主干310或所述竖直主干320连接,另一端与所述像素电极33的非显示区域33b部分连接,任意相邻的两个所述条状分支330之间具有狭缝340。其中,所述像素电极33的显示区域33a部分相对于所述水平主干310呈上下镜像对称、相对于所述竖直主干320呈左右镜像对称,所述像素电极33的显示区域33a部分整体上具有“米”型的形状轮廓。
在本实施例中,所述多个条状分支330分别与所述水平主干310和所述竖直主干320的夹角均为45度。当然,在另外的一些实施例中,所述条状分支330分别与所述水平主干310和所述竖直主干320的夹角也可以选择为其他角度。
进一步地,参阅图5和图6,本实施例还提供了一种阵列基板和包含该阵列基板的液晶显示面板。所述液晶显示面板包括相对设置的彩膜基板100和阵列基板200,所述彩膜基板100和所述阵列基板200之间设置有液晶分子。
其中,所述阵列基板200包括玻璃衬底201以及阵列设置于所述玻璃衬底201上的像素结构202,所述像素结构202采用了本发明实施例提供的像素结构。所述所述彩膜基板100中设置有黑色矩阵。在所述液晶显示面板中,黑色矩阵相对地遮挡像素结构中的非显示区域,即,像素结构中像素电极33的非显示区域33b以及公共电极线32均相对位于黑色矩阵的下方。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的像素结构以及相应的阵列基板和液晶显示面板,像素结构中的公共电极线布置在非显示区域中,避免了公共电极线对入射的偏振光发生衍射而产生漏光,有效地降低了像素结构的漏光程度,提高了液晶显示的对比度。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种像素结构,包括扫描线和数据线,所述扫描线和所述数据线相互交叉限定像素单元,所述像素单元包括像素驱动器件、公共电极线和像素电极,所述像素电极通过所述像素驱动器件电连接至所述扫描线和所述数据线,其中,所述公共电极线和所述像素电极呈异层结构设置,所述像素电极包括显示区域和环绕所述显示区域的非显示区域,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内,所述公共电极线与所述像素电极的非显示区域之间形成存储电容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的像素结构,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的相对的第一侧和第三侧,所述公共电极线沿着所述扫描线的长度方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的像素结构,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的相对的第二侧和第四侧,所述公共电极线沿着所述数据线的长度方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的像素结构,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的第一侧、第二侧、第三侧和第四侧,正投影位于所述显示区域的第一侧和第三侧的所述公共电极线沿着所述扫描线的长度方向延伸,正投影位于所述显示区域的第二侧和第四侧的所述公共电极线沿着所述数据线的长度方向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的像素结构,其中,所述像素电极的显示区域部分包括条状的水平主干和条状的竖直主干,所述水平主干与所述竖直主干在中心位置垂直相交;由所述水平主干与所述竖直主干中心垂直相交所均分而成的四个子区域中分别具有多个条状分支,每一所述条状分支的一端与所述水平主干或所述竖直主干连接,另一端与所述像素电极的非显示区域部分连接,任意相邻的两个所述条状分支之间具有狭缝。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的像素结构,其中,所述像素电极的显示区域部分相对于所述水平主干呈上下镜像对称、相对于所述竖直主干呈左右镜像对称。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的像素结构,其中,所述多个条状分支分别与所述水平主干和所述竖直主干的夹角均为45度。
  8. 一种阵列基板,包括玻璃衬底以及阵列设置于所述玻璃衬底上的像素结构,其中,所述像素结构包括扫描线和数据线,所述扫描线和所述数据线相互交叉限定像素单元,所述像素单元包括像素驱动器件、公共电极线和像素电极,所述像素电极通过所述像素驱动器件电连接至所述扫描线和所述数据线,其中,所述公共电极线和所述像素电极呈异层结构设置,所述像素电极包括显示区域和环绕所述显示区域的非显示区域,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内,所述公共电极线与所述像素电极的非显示区域之间形成存储电容。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的阵列基板,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的相对的第一侧和第三侧,所述公共电极线沿着所述扫描线的长度方向延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的阵列基板,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的相对的第二侧和第四侧,所述公共电极线沿着所述数据线的长度方向延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的阵列基板,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的第一侧、第二侧、第三侧和第四侧,正投影位于所述显示区域的第一侧和第三侧的所述公共电极线沿着所述扫描线的长度方向延伸,正投影位于所述显示区域的第二侧和第四侧的所述公共电极线沿着所述数据线的长度方向延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的阵列基板,其中,所述像素电极的显示区域部分包括条状的水平主干和条状的竖直主干,所述水平主干与所述竖直主干在中心位置垂直相交;由所述水平主干与所述竖直主干中心垂直相交所均分而成的四个子区域中分别具有多个条状分支,每一所述条状分支的一端与所述水平主干或所述竖直主干连接,另一端与所述像素电极的非显示区域部分连接,任意相邻的两个所述条状分支之间具有狭缝。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的阵列基板,其中,所述像素电极的显示区域部分相对于所述水平主干呈上下镜像对称、相对于所述竖直主干呈左右镜像对称。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的阵列基板,其中,所述多个条状分支分别与所述水平主干和所述竖直主干的夹角均为45度。
  15. 一种液晶显示面板,包括相对设置的彩膜基板和阵列基板,所述彩膜 基板和所述阵列基板之间设置有液晶分子,其中,所述阵列基板包括玻璃衬底以及阵列设置于所述玻璃衬底上的像素结构,所述像素结构包括扫描线和数据线,所述扫描线和所述数据线相互交叉限定像素单元,所述像素单元包括像素驱动器件、公共电极线和像素电极,所述像素电极通过所述像素驱动器件电连接至所述扫描线和所述数据线,其中,所述公共电极线和所述像素电极呈异层结构设置,所述像素电极包括显示区域和环绕所述显示区域的非显示区域,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内,所述公共电极线与所述像素电极的非显示区域之间形成存储电容。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的相对的第一侧和第三侧,所述公共电极线沿着所述扫描线的长度方向延伸。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的相对的第二侧和第四侧,所述公共电极线沿着所述数据线的长度方向延伸。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述公共电极线在所述像素电极上的正投影位于所述非显示区域之内并且位于所述显示区域的第一侧、第二侧、第三侧和第四侧,正投影位于所述显示区域的第一侧和第三侧的所述公共电极线沿着所述扫描线的长度方向延伸,正投影位于所述显示区域的第二侧和第四侧的所述公共电极线沿着所述数据线的长度方向延伸。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述像素电极的显示区域部分包括条状的水平主干和条状的竖直主干,所述水平主干与所述竖直主干在中心位置垂直相交;由所述水平主干与所述竖直主干中心垂直相交所均分而成的四个子区域中分别具有多个条状分支,每一所述条状分支的一端与所述水平主干或所述竖直主干连接,另一端与所述像素电极的非显示区域部分连接,任意相邻的两个所述条状分支之间具有狭缝。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的液晶显示面板,其中,所述像素电极的显示区域部分相对于所述水平主干呈上下镜像对称、相对于所述竖直主干呈左右镜像对称;所述多个条状分支分别与所述水平主干和所述竖直主干的夹角均为45度。
