特别是当一份电子邮件发送的部门和人员众多时,经常会有很多像用户B一样在回复邮件的过程中添加的其他收件人的情形。此时,作为一名邮件回复人,比如用户D,在回复针对同一邮件主题的中间邮件时,遗漏被添加的收件人的问题就更为突出。
一些目前流行的电子邮件系统可以将回复同一邮件主题的多封电子邮件并合组成同一会话,用以方便电子邮件的展示。但是这些电子邮件系统都不支持同一邮件主题的收件人合并,不能解决回复遗漏导致的部分收件人收不到邮件的问题。
发明内容
本方案提供一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法、一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置以及一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的电子设备,把接收的同一邮件主题的多封邮件发件人和收件人合并在一起作为收件人进行回复,以解决现有的回复邮件时遗漏多人邮件回复过程中被添加的收件人的问题。

本方案通过判断接收邮件之间是否归属于同一邮件主题,并将属于同一邮件主题的各个邮件的收件人和发件人合并作为对应相同邮件主题的邮件收件人集合。本方案回复邮件的默认收件人中包括与特定邮件主题有接收和发送关系的所有收件人和发件人,从而可以解决在多人回复过程中遗漏被添加的收件人的问题。
本方案可以根据当前接收邮件的回复字段和先前已接收邮件的信件序号来判断这些邮件是否归属于同一邮件主题。在本方案的一个优选方案在接收邮件时,进行这个邮件是否与已经接收的各个其他邮件归属于同一邮件主题的判断,并创建或更新对应这个邮件主题的邮件收件人集合以及将这个邮件的信件序号与这个邮件主题相关联;在回复任何归属于同一邮件主题的邮件时,只需判断需要回复的邮件的回复字段与同邮件收件人集合关联的信件序号是否匹配,即可相应使用关联的邮件收件人集合作为回复邮件的默认收件人。在回复邮件时的处理速度比较快,用户体验比较好。
本方案也可以根据当前接收邮件和参考字段中的信件序号与已经接收的其他邮件的参考字段中的信件序号来判断这些邮件是否归属于同一邮件主题。

具体实施方式
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本方案。但是本方案能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本方案内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本方案不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
本方案提供了一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法、一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置以及一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的电子设备,下面依次结合附图对本方案的实施例进行详细说明。
请参考图1,其为本实施第一实施例提供的一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法实施例流程图。所述回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,包括:
步骤S101:将接收到的属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的收件人和发件人搜集为一个收件人集合,作为所述邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合。
本方案中的邮件均指电子邮件。所述“接收到的”电子邮件,是指位于同一个电子 邮箱之中的电子邮件。
本步骤中需要完成两件事情,即:将接收到的邮件根据邮件主题归类,即:将属于一个邮件主题的邮件归属到同一个邮件主题下;以及,将属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的发件人、收件人整理为一个邮件收件人集合。
所述将接收到的邮件根据邮件主题归类,具体是在收到一个邮件时,将其和原先已经接收的邮件进行比较,判断该当前接收邮件是否与其他邮件属于同一个邮件主题;根据判断结果,若当前接收邮件属于某个邮件主题,则将该当前接收邮件归属到该邮件主题下;若当前接收邮件与原先已经接收的任何邮件都不属于同一个邮件主题,则不对该当前接收邮件进行归类,或者,为该当前接收邮件设置一个新的邮件主题标识。具体实现上述判断的方法有不同的实现方案,在本实施例后续部分将专门说明几种优选的实施方案。
将邮件归属到某个邮件主题下后,需要将其中属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的各个收件人和各个发件人整理后合并成为对应这个邮件主题的收件人集合,作为该电子邮箱中属于这个邮件主题的各个邮件的共同的邮件收件人集合。
邮件收件人集合就是一个电子邮件地址的集合,在本步骤中,需要将包括若干个属于同一邮件主题的邮件所涉及的所有收件人和发件人整理为一个邮件收件人集合。这些收件人和发件人均在该电子邮箱中的同一个邮件主题下出现过。具体需要进行如下处理:将该邮件主题下的各个相关邮件中的收件人以及发出邮件的人搜集到一起,去掉其中的重复收件人,形成一个与该邮件主题相对应的邮件收件人集合。
步骤S103:当回复邮件时,使用其所属邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合,作为回复邮件的默认收件人。
当回复属于任何一个邮件主题的任何一封邮件时,不再使用这封邮件本身的待回复的发件人和其他收件人作为默认收件人,而是使用步骤S101所生成的这封邮件所属的一个邮件主题的邮件收件人集合,作为默认收件人来回复邮件。
当一封邮件在多人之间、经过多次回复之后,由于在邮件回复过程中,不同发件人往往会添加回复邮件的收件人,而在发件人添加新的收件人之前的其他收件人往往并不知道添加了收件人,容易在后续的邮件回复中遗漏新增加收件人。
例如,请参考图2(其为本实施例提供的用户D接收用户A,B和C发送的邮件以及回复用户B的邮件报头信息的示意图),用户A发送某一主题的邮件给用户B、C和D;用户B在回复A、C和D时,添加了收件人E;用户C在回复A、B、D和E时, 添加了收件人F。此时,若用户D直接回复属于这一邮件主题的用户A邮件,就会遗漏用户B和C添加的收件人E和F。
本方案将同一邮箱的邮件按照邮件主题来分组,在回复时将属于同一邮件主题的邮件发送给所有这个主题项下的收件人和发件人,可以避免遗漏新增加收件人的问题。
如前所述,如何判断电子邮箱中的哪些邮件属于同一个邮件主题是实现本方法的关键环节。
本方案可以通过比较邮件之间的报头信息和其他辅助信息来确定特定邮件是否与其他邮件属于同一邮件主题;请参看流程图3,以下结合该图说明此种方案。
步骤S101-1:针对当前接收邮件,读取所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息。
本方案所涉及的邮件,是指在特定时间期限内、使用同一个电子邮件账号所接收的邮件;一般情况下,即指收件箱之中的邮件。当然,如果接收的邮件被移动到了其它邮件夹,只要能获取被移动的邮件的报头信息,也同样可以适用本方案的方案。
邮件的报头信息(Headers),是电子邮件系统在收发邮件时自动配置的,一般位于每一封电子邮件的数据开头部分,包括下述各字段:
发件人:From字段;表示邮件的发送方;
收件人:To字段,表示邮件的接收方,或称主接收人;
抄送收件人:CC字段,表示邮件的被抄送方,或称辅收件人
密送收件人:BCC字段,表示邮件的被密送方;
主题:Subject字段,表示邮件的主题或标题;
发送日期:Date字段;表示邮件发送的日期;
信件序号:Message-ID,表示邮件的标识。每一封邮件都对应一个且只有唯一的一个序号;
回复字段:In–Reply-To表示回复邮件的邮件标识,具体内容是被回复邮件的信件序号;如果一个邮件的该字段的内容为空,则表明该邮件为原始邮件,如果不为空,则表示该邮件为回复邮件,并且回复字段中的信件序号就是被回复的邮件的信件序号;
参考字段:Reference,表示邮件多次回复的记录,每次回复的邮件的信件序号,均会记录在参考字段之中。
因此,当接收到邮件时,可以根据报头信息中的信件序号信息,参考字段信息,以及回复字段信息,判断接收的邮件之间的逻辑收发关系以及是否属于同一邮件主题。
例如,在图2中,用户D收到的用户A的邮件的信件序号信息为111,收到的用户 B的邮件的信件序号信息为222、回复字段信息为111和参考字段信息为111,以及收到的用户C的邮件的信件序号信息为333、回复字段信息为222和参考字段信息为111和222。假设此时用户D一共接收了100封邮件,针对接收用户B的邮件,则根据信件序号信息、回复字段信息和参考字段信息的匹配关系,可以确定接收的用户B的邮件是对接收的用户A的邮件的回复,因此接收的用户B的邮件与接收的用户A的邮件均属于同一邮件主题;而针对接收的用户C的邮件,又可以确定接收的用户C的邮件是对接收的用户B的上述同一主题邮件的回复,因此接收的用户C的邮件与接收的用户B的邮件归属于同一邮件主题。
总之,根据邮件报头信息可以确定不同邮件是否属于同一个主题,具体确定方法可以采用不同的方案,在后面进行说明。
步骤S101-3:根据所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息,确定所述当前接收邮件与某个或者某些先前已接收邮件是否归属于同一邮件主题。
根据当前接收的邮件的报头信息,可以确定先前已经接收的邮件与当前接收的邮件是否属于同一邮件主题。如果所述当前接收邮件与所述先前已接收邮件属于同一邮件主题,则可以进行后续步骤,即:将所述当前接收邮件的发件人和收件人同所述先前已接收邮件的发件人和收件人相合并,作为对应所述邮件主题的邮件收件人集合;邮件收件人集合同时也可以对应归属于所述主题的当前接收邮件和先前已接收邮件。
本方案为了解决多人回复邮件时遗漏收件人的问题,将归属于同一邮件主题的邮件的发件人和收件人进行合并处理,对应所述邮件主题建立邮件收件人集合,从而可以在回复邮件时以邮件收件人集合作为默认回复归属于所述主题的邮件的收件人。邮件收件人集合就是本方案建立的对应多个邮件归属的同一邮件主题的收件人的集合,其包括了与所述主题相关的邮件的收件人和发件人。在合并发件人和收件人时,可能出现一封邮件的发件人同另一封邮件的发件人、一封邮件的发件人同另一封邮件的收件人以及一封邮件的收件人同另一封邮件的收件人均为同一人的情况,此时应当这些将重复的收件人和发件人合并为一个收件人,在邮件收件人集合中不存在重复的发件人或收件人。
在本方案中的邮件收件人集合,除了收件人和发件人之外,可以同时包括抄送接收人,以保证回复邮件时不遗漏被抄送的收件人。本方案中回复邮件的默认收件人还可以包括密送收件人,并且密送收件人在回复邮件时仍然可以默认为密送收件人,以保持邮件的隐秘性。具体实施时可以在邮件收件人集合或者默认收件人中进行分组,将密送收件人与其他明示的收件人区别开来,例如可以为其设置特殊标识,在回复邮件时系统读 到这些特殊标识时,可以自动配置相应的密送。
例如,在本实施例图2所示的实例中,当用户D未曾接收到用户C的邮件时,根据接收的用户A的邮件和接收的用户B的邮件的邮件报头信息,判断两者归属于同一邮件主题,则将用户D接收的用户A的邮件和接收的用户B的发件人和收件人相合并,建立回复这个主题的邮件收件人集合为A,B,C,D和E;其中A,B,C和D为从接收的用户A的邮件中添加的,A,B,C,D和E为从接收的用户B的邮件中添加的。如果后来用户D接收到用户C的邮件,根据邮件报头信息,确定接收的用户C的邮件也归属于用户A和用户B的邮件归属的同一邮件主题,则将用户C的发件人和收件人也合并加入回复这个主题的邮件收件人集合即A,B,C,D,E和F。此时,如果使用这个邮件收件人集合作为回复邮件的收件人进行邮件回复,就不会遗漏中间添加的收件人F。
在根据报头信息具体判断接收的邮件是否归属于同一邮件主题时,本方案提供了两种不同的解决方案,即根据当前接收邮件的回复字段与先前已接收邮件的信件序号的匹配关系的方案;以及,根据当前接收邮件的参考字段中的信件序号信息与先前已接收邮件的信件序号及参考字段中的信件序号的匹配关系的方案。这两种方案将在下面的优选步骤中分别进行详细说明。
首先说明使用当前接收邮件的回复字段与先前已接收邮件的信件序号的匹配关系,判断这些邮件之间是否归属于同一邮件主题的技术方案,请参考图4。
步骤S101-3-1:查询所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息中的回复字段。
首先查询当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息中的回复字段的记录信息,通常情形下回复字段包括被回复邮件的标识,即被发件人回复的被回复邮件的信件序号。
步骤S101-3-3:比较所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号和所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号,判断是否存在相匹配的邮件,若是,则确定所述当前接收邮件与所述相匹配的邮件属于同一邮件主题。
在查询获得当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息中的回复字段中的信件序号后,根据与各个先前已接收邮件的信件序号的匹配关系,可以确定当前接收邮件与哪一个或者哪一些先前已接收邮件属于同一邮件主题;与所述当前接收邮件属于同一邮件主题。
具体进行上述判断的过程,是将当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息中的回复字段的信件序号作为比较依据,读取该邮箱中各个先前已接收邮件的信件序号,若在其中查询获得了与所述回复字段的信件序号相同的信件序号,则该信件序号标识的邮件与所述当前接收邮件相匹配,并可以确定所述当前接收邮件与所述信件序号相匹配的邮件属于同一邮 件主题。相应的,所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为是。
本步骤依据当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息中的回复字段中信件序号以及各个先前已接收邮件的信件序号,来确定它们是否属于同一邮件主题。如上文所述,信件序号为与所属邮件一一对应的邮件标识,回复字段中包括所属邮件的被回复邮件的信件序号。上段所述的是找到了相匹配邮件的情况,实际进行匹配判断的过程中可能出现各种情况,以下分别予以说明。
在具体判断过程中,可能存在如下几种情况。
情况1:若所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号与所述先前已接收的某个邮件的信件序号相同,则判断两者相匹配;所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为是。
如果当前接收邮件的回复字段信息与另一封先前已接收邮件的信件序号信息相同,则说明这两封邮件为直接回复的关系,自然可以确定这两封邮件相匹配,换言之,即两者属于同一邮件主题。
例如,在本实施例中,用户D接收的用户B的邮件的回复字段信息为111,接收的用户A的邮件的信件序号信息为111,这两者相同,则可以确定接收的用户A的邮件与接收的用户B的邮件属于同一邮件主题。
情况2:若所述当前接收邮件的回复字段为空值,则确定所述当前接收邮件属于新的邮件主题;此种情况下,需要为所述新的邮件主题创建对应的主题标识,以及将所述当前接收邮件的信件序号与所述新的邮件主题的主题标识相关联。
如果所述当前接收邮件的回复字段信息中记录为空值,则表明当前接收邮件并不是回复其他邮件的回复邮件,而且是未经回复直接由原始发件人发给收件人的新邮件。此时,由于新邮件的出现,可以对应这个新邮件创设建立一个新的邮件主题,并为这个新的邮件主题创建对应的主题标识,将这个主题标识与当前接收邮件的信件序号相关联,以表明这个邮件归属于这个新的邮件主题。例如,对某一新邮件,针对其创建新的邮件主题,可以创建对应的主题标识G1;此时,这封邮件同这个创建的主题标识G1相关联。
情况3:若在先前已经接收的邮件中,无法找到与所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号相同的邮件,则所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为否,在此种情况下,说明所述当前接收邮件虽然不是整个邮件对话过程中的新的邮件主题,但是对于本邮箱而言,先前没有收到过同一主题的初始邮件。
当然,还存在一种可能,即本邮箱接收过同一主题的回复邮件,如果在所述邮件报头中设置有记录关联邮件的邮件序号的参考字段,可以进一步查询所述当前接收邮件的 回复字段中的信件序号是否出现在某个邮件的所述参考字段中,若是,则当前邮件与参考字段中具有所述回复字段的信件序号的邮件匹配,应当将该匹配邮件的邮件主题作为所述当前接收邮件的邮件主题。
在经过上述几种情况的判断之后,如果找到了当前接收邮件的,则将所述当前接收邮件的发件人和收件人加入其所归属的邮件主题的收件人集合。
如果确定当前接收邮件属于某个邮件主题,则可以对与这个邮件主题相关联邮件收件人集合进行更新,将所述当前接收邮件的发件人和收件人加入其所归属的邮件主题的收件人集合。
对于新的邮件主题,在创建与所述当前接收邮件的信件序号相关联的邮件主题之后,应当进一步创建对应邮件主题的邮件收件人集合。创建对应邮件主题的邮件收件人集合时,可以将所述当前接收邮件的收件人和发件人加入邮件收件人集合中。此时,邮件收集人集合与特定邮件主题相对应。这样,在确定当前接收邮件与先前已接收邮件属于同一邮件主题时,可以通过为该当前接收邮件确定的邮件主题,获得在当前接收邮件中未包含但属于同一邮件主题的其它收件人。在确定当前接收邮件属于某个已经存在的邮件主题后,还需要建立当前接收邮件的邮件序号与所述邮件主题的关联。
例如,在图2所提供的实例中,在接收用户A和B的邮件并创建对应同一邮件主题的主题标识和邮件收件人集合之后,接收用户C的邮件且确定用户C的邮件也是这一邮件主题时,原邮件收件人集合为A,B,C,D和E,在加入用户C的邮件的发件人和收件人之后,邮件收件人集合更新为A,B,C,D,E和F;原关联于这个主题标识的信件序号信息为111和222,在加入用户C的之后,关联于这个主题标识的信件序号信息更新为111,222和333。
为了便于查询,可以为邮件主题和关联的信件序号建立关联关系的专门记录,例如以表格的形式记录;若所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号与关联于某个邮件主题的某个信件序号相同,则确定所述当前接收邮件归属于该相同信件序号所关联的邮件主题。
为了便于识别邮件主题,可以为邮件主题设置与其一一对应的邮件主题标识,作为邮件主题的识别符号。将邮件的信件序号与所述邮件主题关联,就是将所述信件序号与所述邮件主题标识关联。
在实践中,将邮件分类给不同邮件主题的过程一般也被称为打标,即将邮件按照其所述邮件主题进行标记分类,将归属于同一主题的邮件归为同一类。
例如,在本实施例中,确定接收的用户A的邮件与接收的用户B的邮件归属于同一邮件主题G1,创建了对应该邮件主题的邮件收件人集合,还将用户B的邮件的信件序号信息222和用户A的邮件的信件序号信息111同这个邮件主题G1关联。
在建立了邮件主题与邮件序号的关联关系对照记录后,如果所述当前接收邮件的回复字段信息中的信件序号与对应特定邮件主题标识相关联的信件序号相同,则可以确定所述当前接收邮件属于这个邮件主题标识所对应的邮件主题;这样进行判断的效率是很高的,因为已经存在关联邮件主题的各个信件序号的对照关系记录,不需要遍历所有先前接收邮件的信件序号,只需查阅对照关系记录即可确定当前接收邮件的邮件主题归属。
例如,在本实施例中,如果已经进行了接收的用户A和B的邮件归属主题判断,并进行了对应邮件主题的主题标识的创建以及主题标识与用户A和B的邮件的信件序号信息的关联,则在接收在后的用户C的邮件时,可以直接将用户C的回复字段信息与同特定主题标识相关联的信件序号信息相匹配;如果匹配,则可以确定当前接收邮件所属的邮件主题。用户C的邮件的回复字段信息为222,同与之前用户A和B邮件的邮件主题所创建的主题标识G1所关联的信件序号相匹配,则确定用户C的邮件属于用户A和B的同一邮件主题。
在确定了当前接收邮件属于某个邮件主题之后,还可以进行对邮件收件人集合的更新和关联信件序号信息的更新。即将当前接收邮件的收集人集合并入该邮件主题下的收件人集合中,如果所述邮件主题下的收件人集合已经包含了某个收件人,则无需重复记录,如果不包含,则在所述邮件主题的收件人集合中增加该收件人。
下面说明根据邮件的信件序号和参考字段信息匹配关系,判断邮件之间是否归属于同一邮件主题的技术方案;请参考图5。
步骤S101-3-1’:查询所述当前接收邮件的参考字段中的信件序号。
该步骤的前提是,在邮件报头中设置了所述参考字段,所述参考字段中记录了与该邮件关联的所有邮件的邮件序号,以图2所示出的情况为例,D收到C发出的邮件序号(Message-ID)为333的邮件,其回复字段In-Replay-To中记录了邮件序号222,表示该邮件是对邮件序号为222的邮件的回复,同时,在所述参考字段中,记录了邮件序号111和222,其中,222是因为是该333邮件被回复的邮件而与该333邮件关联,而所述111邮件,是由于它是222邮件的被回复邮件,所以也间接与该333邮件关联,从而记录在所述参考字段中。假设,D对所述333邮件进行回复,产生邮件序号为555的邮件(图2未示出),则所述555邮件的参考字段中应当记录111,222,333等三个邮件序号。
步骤S101-3-3’:比较所述当前接收邮件的参考字段中的信件序号与所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号和参考字段中的信件序号,判断是否存在相匹配的邮件,若是,则确定先前已接收邮件与所述相匹配邮件属于同一邮件主题。
具体而言,可以通过如下步骤来实施步骤S101-3-3’:
若所述当前接收邮件的参考字段中包含的任意一个信件序号与某个所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号或者参考字段中的信件序号中的任意一个相同,则判断两者相匹配;所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为是。
由于需要同时使用接收的邮件的信件序号信息和参考字段信息两项参数与其他邮件的信件序号和参考字段信息两项参数相匹配,而且参考字段信息本身比回复字段信息更多,因此这种根据邮件之间的信件序号和参考字段信息来匹配的方法,要比根据接收的邮件的回复字段信息与其他接收的邮件的信件序号的方法更复杂。在实施时,可以优先实施回复字段信息与信件序号信息匹配的方案。
如果已经对邮件主题和关联该邮件主题的邮件序号的对应关系进行了专门记录,则直接使用所述当前接收邮件中参考字段中的邮件序号在上述记录中查询,若查询获得相同的邮件序号,则通过该记录即可获得相应的邮件主题;根据该邮件主题,即可获得目前为止对应该邮件记录的相关收件人集合;若所述当前接收邮件中包含有某个收件人不在所述相关收件人集合中,则应当将其加入所述相关收件人集合。
上述实施例提供的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法能够在发件人针对某个邮件主题的邮件进行回复时,确保不会遗漏与该邮件主题相关的任何收件人,从而减轻邮件管理的负担,提高信息沟通效率。以下结合图2给出的例子,说明一个具体的应用场景。
在该应用场景中,涉及A、B、C、D、E、F六个用户;其中,E、F为后来增加的收件人;图2中示出A、B、C、D四个主要用户。
如图所示,所述用户A发送了邮件序号(Message-ID)为111的邮件给B、C、D;
所述用户B回复该111邮件,并且添加收件人E,即该邮件发给了A、C、D、E,该回复邮件本身的邮件序号为222,其回复字段中记录了该邮件的被回复邮件的邮件序号111,该222邮件的邮件报头包括参考字段(Reference),该参考字段中记录了该邮件的所述回复字段中记录的邮件序号111,由于所述被回复邮件111的回复字段为空值,该参考字段没有其他邮件序号的记录。
所述用户C回复用户B的邮件222,并添加了收件人F,即收件人为A、B、D、E、F,该邮件的邮件序号为333,该邮件的回复字段记录邮件序号222,表示该邮件的被回复邮件为222;同时,该邮件的参考字段为111,222,其中,222是由于该邮件333是对邮件222的回复,参考字段中的111是由于该邮件333的被回复邮件222的参考字段中记录了邮件序号111。
用户D收到了来自用户A的邮件111,用户B的邮件222,以及用户C的邮件333;用户D选择了邮件222进行回复。
按照现有技术,由于邮件222中包含的收件人集合包括A、B、C、D、E,则所述用户D对邮件222的回复邮件444应当是发给收件人A、B、C、E(此时收件人集合中的D为发件人本人,不算做收件人);如果是这样,可以看出,用户F将被遗漏,而由于发件人C在回复用户B的邮件222时加入了用户F作为收件人,用户F实际上也应当作为用户D所发邮件444的收件人才是合理的。
在采用了本申请提供的技术方案后,用户D收到A、B、C发出的邮件时,进行了相关的处理,以下具体说明。
用户D的邮箱接收到如下邮件:

此时,邮件111为所述当前接收邮件,执行步骤S101-1,读取邮件报头信息;接着, 执行步骤S101-3,即:根据所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息,确定所述当前接收邮件(即邮件111)与某个或者某些先前已接受邮件是否归属于同一个邮件主题;由于邮件111是该主题下的第一封邮件,所以当前接收邮件111无法归属于某个已经存在的邮件主题,此时,可以为该邮件主题建立一个主题标识,表示是一个新的邮件主题,例如,设置邮件主题标识为G1,以下称为邮件主题G1。
收到B发出的邮件222时:
此时,邮件222为所述当前接收邮件,执行步骤S101-1,读取邮件报头信息;接着,执行步骤S101-3,即:根据所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息,确定所述当前接收邮件(即邮件222)与某个或者某些先前已接受邮件是否归属于同一个邮件主题;由于邮件222是该主题下的第二封邮件,因此,该步骤的结论是邮件222与邮件111归属于同一邮件主题,根据前面步骤对该邮件主题的标识,即归属邮件主题G1。
具体确定所述当前接收邮件(即邮件222)与某个或者某些先前已接受邮件是否归属于同一个邮件主题的方法,根据上述第一实施例提供的方法,存在如下具体方案:
方案一:根据当前接收邮件222的回复字段与先前已接收邮件的信件序号的匹配关系,判断这些邮件之间是否归属于同一邮件主题.
具体而言,查询当前接收邮件222的回复字段,根据回复字段记载的信件序号111,将其与先前已经接收邮件的信件序号比较;当与所述用户A发出的信件序号111的信件比较时,发现信件序号相同,则判断该当前接收邮件222与所述邮件111为同一邮件主题。
方案二:根据当前接收邮件222的参考字段中的信件序号信息与先前已接收邮件的信件序号及参考字段中的信件序号的匹配关系,判断这些邮件之间是否归属于同一邮件主题。
具体而言,查询当前接收邮件222的参考字段,根据参考字段记载的信件序号111,将其与先前已经接收邮件的信件序号及参考字段中的信件序号比较;当与所述用户A发出的信件序号111的信件比较时,发现信件序号相同,则判断该当前接收邮件222与所述邮件111为同一邮件主题。
收到C发出的邮件333时:
此时,邮件33为所述当前接收邮件,执行步骤S101-1,读取邮件报头信息;接着,执行步骤S101-3,即:根据所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息,确定所述当前接收邮件(即邮件333)与某个或者某些先前已接受邮件是否归属于同一个邮件主题;由于邮件 333是该主题下的第三封邮件,因此,该步骤的结论是邮件333与邮件111、邮件222归属于同一邮件主题,根据前面步骤对该邮件主题的标识,即归属邮件主题G1。

方案二:根据当前接收邮件333的参考字段中的信件序号信息与先前已接收邮件的信件序号及参考字段中的信件序号的匹配关系,判断这些邮件之间是否归属于同一邮件主题。
具体而言,查询当前接收邮件333的参考字段,根据参考字段记载的信件序号111、以及信件序号222,将其与先前已经接收邮件的信件序号及参考字段中的信件序号比较;当与所述用户A发出的信件序号111的信件比较时,发现参考字段中存在与信件序号111相同的信件序号,则判断该当前接收邮件333与所述邮件111为同一邮件主题;当然,也可以是,当与所述用户B发出的信件序号222的信件比较时,发现参考字段中存在与信件序号222相同的信件序号,则判断该当前接收邮件333与所述邮件222为同一邮件主题;当然,也可以是,当与所述用户B发出的信件序号222的信件的参考字段中的信件序号比较时,发现都有信件序号111,则判断该当前接收邮件333与所述邮件222为同一邮件主题。总之,可以通过邮件333与邮件111或者邮件222归属于同一邮件主题的判断,将邮件333归属于邮件主题G1。
在上述步骤中,确定邮件222与邮件111归属同一邮件主题G1后,或者确定邮件333与邮件111、邮件222归属于同一邮件主题G1后,将这些邮件的发件人、收件人搜集在一起,建立对应邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合;确定邮件333与邮件111、邮件222归属于同一邮件主题G1后,可以进一步根据邮件333的邮件收件人,更新该邮件收件人集合。这个邮件收件人集合中的各个收件人,就是用户D通过该邮箱对属于邮件主题G1的任何一封邮件进行回复时,需要发送的收件人。
具体而言,在图2所示的例子中,在接收到用户A发出的邮件111后,确定邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合为A、B、C、D,此时由于只有用户A与该邮件主题G1关联, 可以不建立专门的邮件收件人集合,使用邮件A的邮件收件人即可;在接收到用户B发出的邮件222后,确定邮件222归属于邮件主题G1,此时,将邮件222的邮件收件人与邮件111的邮件收件人合并建立对应邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合,由于用户B在发出邮件222时增加了收件人E,因此,合并之后,可以获得邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合A、B、C、D、E;在接收到用户C发出的邮件333后,确定邮件333归属于邮件主题G1,由于用户B在发出邮件222时增加了收件人F,此时,将邮件333的邮件收件人与先前确定的该邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合合并,获得更新后的邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合包括A、B、C、D、E、F。
如图2所示,当用户D对邮件进行回复时,如果用户D在接收到邮件333后,选择对邮件222进行回复,即图2中的邮件444,则由于已经将邮件111、邮件222、邮件333均归属到邮件主题G1之下,并且为该邮件主题G1设置了邮件收件人集合,则回复中自动将邮件主题G1的邮件收件人集合作为邮件444的邮件收件人,包括A、B、C、D、E、F;当然,在自动确定上述邮件收件人后,用户D仍然可以根据其需要对其进行删减和增加。而在现有技术下,用户D对邮件222回复时,收件人应当为A、B、C、D、E,不会自动包含收件人F。
因此,通过实施本申请提供的技术方案,可以自动将同一邮件主题的相关收件人加入到回复邮件的收件人中,避免遗漏可能相关的收件人,如上述实例中的邮件收件人F。
在上述的实施例中,提供了一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,与之相对应的,本方案还提供一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置。请参看图4,其为本方案第二实施例提供的一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置的实施例示意图。由于装置实施例基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。下述描述的装置实施例仅为示意性的。所述回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置,包括:
搜集邮件主题的邮件收件人单元201,用于将属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的收件人和发件人搜集为一个收件人集合,作为所述邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合;
设置回复邮件默认邮件收件人集合单元203,用于当回复邮件时,使用其所属邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合,作为回复邮件的默认收件人。

读取邮件报头信息单元,用于针对当前接收邮件,读取所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息;

存储器305,用于存储回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的程序,所述程序在被所述处理器303读取执行时,执行如下操作:将接收到的属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的收件人和发件人搜集为一个收件人集合,作为所述邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合;当回复邮件时,使用其所属邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合,作为回复邮件的默认收件人。
本方案虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本方案,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本方案的精神和范围内,都可以做出可能的变动和修改,因此本方案的保护范围应当以本方案权利要求所界定的范围为准。

    当回复邮件时,使用其所属邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合,作为回复邮件的默认收件人。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    针对当前接收邮件,读取所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息;
    根据所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息,确定所述当前接收邮件是否与某个或者某些先前已接收邮件归属于同一邮件主题。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,在所述邮件主题的邮件收件人集合中,相同的收件人和发件人作为一个收件人。

    比较所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号和所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号,判断是否存在信件序号相匹配的邮件,若是,则确定所述当前接收邮件与所述信件序号相匹配的邮件属于同一邮件主题。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,若所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号与所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号相同,则 判断两者匹配;相应的,所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为是。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,若所述当前接收邮件的回复字段为空值,则确定所述当前接收邮件属于新的邮件主题,为所述新的邮件主题创建对应的主题标识,以及将所述当前接收邮件的信件序号与所述新的邮件主题的主题标识相关联。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,在执行所述确定所述当前接收邮件属于新的邮件主题,为所述新的邮件主题创建对应的主题标识,以及将所述当前接收邮件的信件序号与创建的新的邮件主题的标识相关联的步骤之后,执行下述步骤:
    为所述主题标识创建对应的邮件收件人集合,并将所述当前接收邮件的发件人和收件人加入创建的邮件收件人集合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,若所述当前接收邮件的回复字段中的信件序号与关联于某个主题标识的某个邮件的信件序号相同,则确定所述当前接收邮件归属于该相同信件序号所关联的主题标识所对应的邮件主题。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,包括:将所述当前接收邮件的发件人和收件人加入其所归属的邮件主题的收件人集合。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件报头信息中还包括参考字段,所述参考字段记录所属邮件相关的回复邮件序列中的各个邮件的信件序号。

    比较所述当前接收邮件的参考字段中的信件序号与所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号和参考字段中的信件序号,判断是否存在相匹配的邮件,若是,则确定所述当前接收邮件与所述相匹配邮件属于同一邮件主题。

    若所述当前接收邮件的参考字段中包含的任意一个信件序号与所述先前已接收邮 件的信件序号或者参考字段中的信件序号中的任意一个相同,则判断两者相匹配,所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为是。
  16. 一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    搜集邮件主题的邮件收件人单元,用于将属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的收件人和发件人搜集为一个收件人集合,作为所述邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合;
    设置回复邮件默认邮件收件人集合单元,用于当回复邮件时,使用其所属邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合,作为回复邮件的默认收件人。

    读取邮件报头信息单元,用于针对当前接收邮件,读取所述当前接收邮件的邮件报头信息;

  30. 根据权利要求29所述的回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的装置,其特征在于,所述通过参考字段确定同一邮件主题单元,包括:
    通过参考字段确定同一邮件主题第一单元,用于当判断所述当前接收邮件的参考字段中包含的任意一个信件序号与所述先前已接收邮件的信件序号或者参考字段中的信件序号中的任意一个相同,则判断两者相匹配,所述是否存在相匹配的邮件的判断结果为是。
  31. 一种回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:
    显示器;
    处理器;
    存储器,用于存储回复电子邮件过程中确定收件人的程序,所述程序在被所述处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:将接收到的属于同一个邮件主题的各个邮件的收件人和发件人搜集为一个收件人集合,作为所述邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合;当回复邮件时,使用其所属邮件主题对应的邮件收件人集合,作为回复邮件的默认收件人。
