Description

一种汽车门框滚压生产的自动水性皂化液除油装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种除油装置,特别是一种汽车门框滚压生产的自动水性皂化液除油装置。
背景技术
汽车门框在滚压过程中,水性皂化液以水泵提供动力,通过活动软管喷淋到滚压滚轮上,达到润滑滚轮和降温作用,同时,水性皂化液在水泵动力下循环,循环至皂化液箱透过滤纸达到除去滚压铁料防锈油污的作用,而且滤纸过滤油污能力较差,作业员需要每批次生产更换滤纸,清洁皂化液箱工作效率低,工时利用率低。现有技术中,作业员进行滚压作业前,开启皂化液循环水泵,使皂化液沿活动软管流出到滚压滚轮上,皂化液流过滚轮后沿台面回收流至皂化液箱的皂化液入口,皂化液通过.滤纸过滤,滤纸将油污及杂质隔离,从皂化液出口流出,再经过循环水泵压力作用从活动软管流出到滚轮上,实现皂化液的循环和过滤。由于水性皂化液与油污不互溶,但水泵压力下会导致混合液无法分离。目前使用滤纸无法彻底将油污和水性皂化液彻底分开,只是对油泥和杂质过滤效果好。作业员按照固定频次更换滤纸,但是发现产品出现油污,产品清洁度低时,需要立即更换滤纸,清洁皂化液箱,正常生产将中断,影响工作效率和产品品质的稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种汽车门框滚压生产的自动水性皂化液除油装置,其为了去除汽车门框滚压工艺中铁料残留的防锈油留在产品上,自动除油装置可以降低作业员劳动强度,还能实现自动化除油前处理。既提升了产品清洁程度,后工序粘贴泡棉牢固性,又可以防止涂装爆油。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种汽车门框滚压生产的自动水性皂化液除油装置,包括过滤箱以及皂化液输送管,所述过滤箱内部通过第一竖直分隔板分成左侧的皂化液静置室和右侧的第一区室,所述第一区室通过第二竖直分隔板分成油污静置室和皂化液过滤室,所述第一竖直分隔板的底部布置有连通皂化液静置室和皂化液过滤室的第一过滤孔,所述第一竖直分隔板的上部布置有连通皂化液静置室和油污静置室的溢流槽,所述皂化液输送管的一端伸入到皂化液静置室的中下部,所述皂化液过滤室内安装有皂化液过滤器,所述皂化液过滤器布置有皂化液出口,所述油污静置室布置有油污出口。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述皂化液输送管上布置有止回阀。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第一过滤孔上覆盖有至少一层过滤纸。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述溢流槽的侧壁上布置有嵌槽,所述嵌槽上布置有溢流板,所述溢流板上布置有多道溢流孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置溢流槽,由于油污的比重低于皂化液的比重,油污浮在皂化液上面,实现物理分离,可以使皂化液与油污分离更彻底,皂化液与油污分离实现自动化,无需中断生产,降低了作业员的劳动强度,实现了自动化生产,工艺改造后无需清理皂化液箱,仅需生产完毕后将油污出口处油污储存瓶更换,极大的方便操作,避免了工时浪费。另外,通过皂化液过滤器对静置后的皂化液进行二次过滤,提高皂化液过滤的质量。

参照图1,一种汽车门框滚压生产的自动水性皂化液除油装置,包括过滤箱以及皂化液输送管1,所述过滤箱内部通过第一竖直分隔板2分成左侧的皂化液静置室4和右侧的第一区室,所述第一区室通过第二竖直分隔板3分成油污静置室6和皂化液过滤室5,所述第一竖直分隔板2的底部布置有连通皂化液静置室4和皂化液过滤室5的第一过滤孔,所述第一竖直分隔板2的上部布置有连通皂化液静置室4和油污静置室6的溢流槽10,所述皂化液输送管1的一端伸入到皂化液静置室4的中下部,所述皂化液过滤室5内安装有皂化液过滤器9,所述皂化液过滤器9布置有皂化液出口7,所述油污静置室6布置有油污出口8。
通过设置溢流槽10,由于油污的比重低于皂化液的比重,油污浮在皂化液上面,实现物理分离,可以使皂化液与油污分离更彻底,皂化液与油污分离实现自动化,无需中断生产,降低了作业员的劳动强度,实现了自动化生产,工艺改造后无需清理皂化液箱,仅需生产完毕后将油污出口8处油污储存瓶更换,极大的方便操作,避免了工时浪费。另外,通过皂化液过滤器9对静置后的皂化液进行二次过滤,提高皂化液过滤的质量。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述皂化液输送管1上布置有止回阀。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第一过滤孔上覆盖有至少一层过滤纸,对静置后的皂化液进行过滤,避免大颗粒的垃圾进入皂化液过滤器9中,也减少油污进入皂化液过滤室5中。一般来说,为了节约成品,第一过滤孔上覆盖一层过滤纸。当过滤纸使用一段时间后,更换新的过滤纸,采用一层过滤纸的成本最低,过滤效果较优。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述溢流槽10的侧壁上布置有嵌槽,所述嵌槽上布置有溢流板,所述溢流板上布置有多道溢流孔。
作业员开启皂化液循环水泵,皂化液流出喷淋在滚压滚轮上后流经台面流至皂化液入口,经过止回阀防止回流,再通过皂化液输送管1将皂化液与油污混合液输送至皂化液静置室4,由于压差和止回阀作用,皂化液会在皂化液静置室4静置,同时深入底部的皂化液输送管1会不断补充皂化液,皂化液静置室4与皂化液过滤室5底部有第一过滤孔连通具有同样高液位,流入皂化液过滤室5的皂化液在皂化液过滤器9作用下充分过滤,与此同时皂化液静置室4与油污静置室6之间有溢流槽10,使皂化液静置室4与油污静置室6产生液位差,由于油污密度低于皂化液密度,油污浮在上层,油污伴随液位差从皂化液静置室4流入油污静置室6,经过过滤的皂化液通.皂化液出口7排出重新进行循环再使用,被分离的油污通过油污出口8排出到油污回收罐内,实现了皂化液与油污的分离。
