【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
第一实施例
参考图 1 和图 2,本发明提供的一种手机摄影用器具, 包括底板 10、 反射板 20、支撑板 30以及固定工具。底板 10包括相对的第一表面 11和第 二表面 12。反射板 20固定到第一表面 11 ,具体可以是反射板 20粘胶到第 一表面 11。优选地,反射板 20与底板 10的大小及形状相同 。 更优选地, 反射板 20 与底板 10 的形状均为圆角矩形, 并且其尺寸小于手机任意一边 长度,从而不会影响用户使用手机。支撑板 30 的一側连接到第二表面 12 长度方向的一側,且与底板 10之间呈一夹角 ,以 0表示 ,夹角 0的范围为 70度至 110度。夹角 0越小, 倒影昼面与实际昼面之间在同一张照片中的 比例越小。 固定工具为一夹子 40,连接到支撑板 30。
反射板 20 为黑色不透明平板。 由于亚加力 (Acryl ic ) 胶片制造成本 低,因此平板优选为亚加力胶片 。反射板的长度为 70-100亳米 ,宽度为 30-55 亳米 ,厚度为 2-4亳米 。
对于拍摄时的周围光线太强 ,手机镜头的滤光镜片发挥不到滤光作用 。 另外, 手机镜头不能加装偏光镜 (PL Fi lter), 因而拍出的相片或影片过度 曝光。然而 , 由于黑色不透明亚加力胶片的感亮度比正常光线低 1级光圈 , 手机镜头的滤光镜片便可发挥到滤光作用, 因此使用本发明拍摄出的倒影 影像比正常昼面柔美。本实施例中 ,反射板的长度为 100亳米 , 宽度为 55 亳米 ,厚度为 2亳米 , 可以适合任何类型的手机。
支撑板 30包括相对的第三表面 32和第四表面 33,第三表面 32靠近底 板 10的第二表面 12,反射板 20和底板 10靠近第四表面 33的側面均与第 四表面 33平齐。参考图 5, 当通过夹子 40夹持到手机上时 ,反射板 20和 底板 10靠近第四表面 33的側面、支撑板 30的第四表面 33都能贴合到手 机的背面 , 这样拍摄出的照片中实际影像与倒影影像的连接处不会有其他 不需要的实际影像存在,连接处比较真实、完美。
结合图 3所示 ,本实施例中 , 第二表面 12长度方向的一側通过一转轴 31连接到支撑板 30的一側,底板 10相对支撑板 30转动连接。
结合图 4所示 ,转轴 31的一端端面沿圆周依次设有至少一个刻度线, 刻度线与夹角 0相对应 , 譬如同时设置 70度刻度线、 80度刻度线、 90度 刻度线、 100度刻度线、 110度刻度线。 当转动反射板 20 (或视为转动底板 10 ) 至 100度刻度线时, 反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 与支撑板 30的夹角 0为 100度,则当把本发明与摄像头 101配合使用时 , 由于反射板 20与摄 像头 101之间的夹角 与 0互补 ,则 为 80度。其他刻度线的使用与此类 似 , 不再赘述。刻度线的设置可以使拍摄者更容易拍摄出想要的效果。在 其他实施方式中 , 亦可以设置不同的刻度线組合, 譬如每 5 度设置一个刻 度线。通过转动反射板 20 (或视为转动底板 10 ) 来调节反射板 20 (或视为 底板 10 ) 与支撑板 30的夹角大小 , 即调整反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 与 摄像头 101 之间的夹角的大小 ,可以使拍摄出的照片的倒影影像具有多种 效果。这是因为在同一位置拍摄, 夹角的度数不同 ,拍摄的照片中倒影影 像与实际影像的高度、 宽度等都会有所不同 , 而且在同一位置拍摄,拍摄 时间不同 , 太阳的光照角度会不同 , 而夹角的度数不同 ,拍摄出的照片的 倒影影像与实际影像的高度、 宽度等也会有所不同 。
在其他实施方式中 , 由于胶片具有一定弹性,转轴 31亦可以不实际设 置, 或者支撑板 30 的一側通过铰接等其他方式连接到第二表面 12 长度方 向的一側。
夹子 40 包括第一夹臂 41和第二夹臂 42, 第一夹臂 41和第二夹臂 42 通过转动结构连接。第一夹臂 41 与支撑板 30的远离第二表面 12的一側连 接,具体的 ,第一夹臂 41与支撑板 30的远离第二表面 12的一側一体成型 , 当然 ,也可以是例如通过粘胶或焊接等辅助工艺将第一夹臂 41 固定到支撑 板 30的远离第二表面 12的一側。 第一夹臂 41 的中心与支撑板 30的中心 位于同一个竖直面内 。 第二夹臂 42抵靠到支撑板 30。
转动结构包括销钉 431以及套设到销钉 431的扭簧。第一夹臂 41和第 二夹臂 42上相对延伸出固定板 411 、421 ,固定板 411 、421上具有销钉孔, 销钉 431 穿过销钉孔。扭簧的两端分别抵靠到第一夹臂 41和第二夹臂 42。
在具体使用时 ,如图 5所示 ,通过夹子 40夹持手机 100,在第一夹臂 41 的作用下, 支撑板 30抵靠并贴合到手机 100的背面 , 第二夹臂 42抵靠 到手机 100的正面 ,反射板 20与手机 100的摄像头 101下端接触,且摄像 头 101 的中心与反射板 20的中心位于同一个竖直面内 , 开启摄像头 101 , 这样就可以拍摄照片了 。在拍摄时, 一部分影像直接进入摄像头 101 形成 实际影像, 另一部分影像先照射到反射板 20, 由于支撑板 30与底板 10之 间的夹角 0为 100度,因而反射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角 a为 80度, 这样照射到反射板 20的另一部分影像会再反射到摄像头 101从而形成倒影 影像。根据费马原理的反射定律,亦称平稳时间原理,结合图 6,光的入射 角等于光的反射角 ,照射到反射板 20的影像的大小和反射到摄像头 101的 倒影影像的大小相同 , 不会改变倒影影像的大小 , 这样拍摄出的实际影像 与倒影影像的大小相同 ,从而拍出了具有倒影效果的照片 。
如果要拍摄出倒影影像与实际影像的大小不相同的照片效果,也可通 过转动反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 上调或下调不同角度来实现。比如要拍 出倒影影像高度小于实际影像的高度,可以转动反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 至 100度刻度线 ,则反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 与支撑板 30的夹角 0为 100度, 即配合摄像头 101使用时 ,摄像头 101 与反射板 20之间的夹角 a 为 80 度。如要拍出倒影影像高度大于实际影像的高度,则可转动反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 至 110度刻度线,则反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 与 支撑板 30的夹角 0为 110度,从而摄像头 101 与反射板 20之间的夹角 a 为 70 度,使用者可根据实际需要的倒影效果来调节摄像头 101 与反射板 20之间的夹角的度数。 图 7为未使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时手机拍摄 出的照片的效果图 , 可以看到 , 照片的上半部分是商场建筑物自身 , 照片 的下半部分是密集人流。 图 8 为使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时手机拍摄 出的照片的效果图 , 支撑板 30 与反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 之间的夹角 为 90度 (即反射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角为 90度)。可以看到 , 照 片的下半部分是上半部分的倒影。 图 9 为使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时 手机拍摄出的照片的效果图 , 支撑板 30 与反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 之 间的夹角为 100度(即反射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角为 80度)。图 10 为使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时手机拍摄出的照片的效果图 , 支撑板 30 与反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 之间的夹角为 110度 (即反射板 20 与摄像 头 101之间的夹角为 70度)。可以看到 ,随着支撑板 30与反射板 20 (或视 为底板 10 )之间的夹角增大(即反射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角减小), 倒影影像的高度与拍摄镜头能够拍摄的影像高度的比例在逐渐增大。
另外 ,拍摄位置相同 ,拍摄时间不同 , 太阳的光照的角度不同 ,若想 要拍摄出倒影效果一致的照片 ,也可通过转动反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 上调或下调不同角度来实现。图 11为使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时手机 拍摄出的照片的效果图 , 支撑板 30 与反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 之间的 夹角为 100度(即反射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角为 80度),拍摄时间 为下午 3时。图 12为使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时手机拍摄出的照片的 效果图 ,支撑板 30与底板 10之间的夹角为 100度(即反射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角为 80度),拍摄时间为下午 5时。可以看到 , 图 11与图 12 虽然拍摄位置相同 ,拍摄夹角相同 ,但由于拍摄时间不同 , 太阳的光照的 角度不同 , 图片的效果并不相同 ,但可以清楚地看出位于图片左側的大厦 在照片中的入镜高度并不相同 。
参考图 13至 14,为使用本发明的手机摄影用器具时手机拍摄出的效果 图 , 支撑板 30与反射板 20 (或视为底板 10 ) 之间的夹角为 100度 (即反 射板 20与摄像头 101之间的夹角为 80度)。在图 13 中 , 由于摄像头的镜 头框架所限,拍摄出的真实影像并不能拍摄到排球, 或者较高的楼房 。但 使用本发明的手机摄影用器具后 ,图 13中下半部分可以清楚看到排球 A以 及较高的楼房 , 甚至天空 ,并且视觉上排球 A 的高度几乎达到楼房顶层。 图 14中更是同时出现两个排球, 而实际情况是只存在一个排球。因此使用 本发明的手机摄影用器具后 , 并通过角度的调整, 可以拍摄出原来并不可 能拍摄出来的照片 。 由费马原理可知, 光线是透过选择最少的路怪入了镜 头, 。 由于人是不可能打排球到大厦顶层 , 图 13 中的排球并不是倒影, 而 是真实的影像, 因此倒影及真实影像同一时间出现在倒影昼面内 。
如此,通过本发明即可拍摄出具有倒影效果的照片 , 而不需要大费周 章去找可形成倒影的水洼,也不需用备水来制造水洼来拍摄出倒影效果, 也不需要通过计算机特技或软件比如 Photoshop来进行倒影特效的处理。 第二实施例
参考图 15至 17,本实施例与第一实施例不同的是,固定工具为一手机 保护壳 50。支撑板 30包括相对的第三表面 32和第四表面 33,第四表面 33 部分固定连接到手机保护壳 50 的正面 ,具体的 , 第四表面 33 的长度延伸 方向与手机保护壳 50的长度延伸方向平行, 当然 ,也可以是,第四表面 33 的长度延伸方向与手机保护壳 50 的长度延伸方向垂直。手机保护壳 50具 有摄像头孔 51 ,反射板 20与摄像头孔 51的下端接触,且反射板 20的中心 与摄像头孔 51的中心位于同一竖直面内 。
在具体使用时 ,将手机保护壳 50套设到手机上,使手机的摄像头容纳 于摄像头孔 51 内 ,开启摄像头,这样就可以拍摄出具有倒影效果的照片了 。 第三实施例
参考图 18至 20,本实施例与第一实施例不同的是,固定工具为一自拍 杆 60。 自拍杆 60包括卡部 61 、伸缩部 62和手持部 63,伸缩部 62—端与 卡部 61连接,例如可通过转动连接的方式,另一端与手持部 63固定连接。 卡部 61用于夹持手机, 包括上夹头 611 、下夹头 612以及连接上夹头 61 1 、 下夹头 612的连接杆 613,上夹头 61 1 、下夹头 612和连接杆 613之间形成 夹设空间 ,用于容纳手机。连接杆 613位于夹设空间的一側设有连接板 64, 连接板 64与支撑板 30的一側连接,具体的 ,连接板 64与支撑板 30的宽 度方向的一側连接,连接板 64的两个表面与支撑板 30 的两个表面平齐。 当卡部 61夹持手机时 ,反射板 20与手机的摄像头下端接触,连接板 64和 支撑板 30抵靠到手机的背面。
在具体使用时 ,通过卡部 61 夹持住手机,使连接板 64、支撑板 30抵 靠并贴合到手机的背面 ,使反射板 20与手机的摄像头下端接触,且使摄像 头的中心与反射板 20的中心位于同一竖直面内 ,开启摄像头 ,从而拍摄出 具有倒影效果的照片 。
本发明结构简单 ,便于操作 , 省时省力 , 手机拍摄出的照片的倒影效 果好、 比较真实。 以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细 , 但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本 领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下 , 还可以做出若 干变形和改进,如对各个实施例中的不同特征进行組合等 , 这些都属于本 发明的保护范围 。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种手机摄影用器具,其特征在于: 包括底板、反射板、支撑板以 及固定工具,所述底板包括相对的第一表面和第二表面 ,所述反射板固定 到所述第一表面 ,所述支撑板的一侧连接到所述第二表面的一側,且与所 述底板之间呈一夹角 Θ ,所述 0的范围为 70度至 1 10度,所述固定工具连 接到所述支撑板。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述第二表 面的一側通过一转轴连接到所述支撑板的一側,所述底板相对所述支撑板 转动连接。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述转轴的 一端端面沿圓周设有至少一条刻度线,所述刻度线的数值与所述夹角 0相 对应。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述反射板 为黑色不透明亚加力胶片 。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述反射板 的长度为 70-100亳米 , 宽度为 30-55亳米 ,厚度为 2-4毫米。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述支撑板 包括相对的第三表面和第四表面 ,所述第三表面靠近所述底板的第二表面, 所述反射板和底板靠近所述第四表面的側面均与所述第 ra表面平齐。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述固定工 具为一夹子,所述夹子包括第一夹臂和第二夹臂 ,所述第一夹臂和第二夹 臂通过转动结构连接;所述第一夹臂与所述支撑板的远离所述第二表面的 一侧连接,所述第二夹臂抵靠到所述支撑板。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述转动结 构包括销钉以及套设到销钉的扭簧,所述第一夹臂和第二夹臂上相对延伸 出固定板,所述固定板上具有销钉孔,所述销钉穿过所述销钉孔,所述扭 簧的两端分别抵靠到所述第一夹臂和所述第二夹臂。
9.根据权利要求 6 所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述固定工 具为一手机保护壳 ,所述第四表面部分连接到所述手机保护壳的正面 ,所 述手机保护壳具有摄像头孔,所述反射板与所述摄像头孔的下端接触,且 反射板的中心与摄像头孔的中心位于同一竖直面内 。
10.根据权利要求 6所述的手机摄影用器具,其特征在于:所述固定工 具为一自拍杆,所述自拍杆包括卡部、伸缩部和手持部 ,所述伸缩部一端 与所述卡部连接, 另一端与所述手持部连接;所述卡部用于夹持手机,且 设有连接板,所述连接板与所述支撑板的一側连接; 当所述卡部夹持手机 时 ,所述反射板与所述手机的摄像头下端接触。
